        I bought peigon induction cooktop cruise from Amazon on 16th December 2022. Suddenly it's stop working and totally got dead from 8th January 2023. I had tried to contact some costumer service but able to contact only one who don't serve in our area of college street, Kolkata. Please send someone to repair or replace it.

          Purchased induction cooktop on 17 dec 22. It stopped working on 30 dec 22.
          Complaint lodged on 31 dec 22. Till date no engineer has visited to check the item.
          The engineer's number provided by the company is not working.
          On calling the customer care. No satisfactory response was delivered to me. They just rudely ignored the issue and said that the engineer will visit. No firm date provided for visit date.

          Then more of the surprise they closed the service request without any visit. No engineer visited and they closed the call. I'm in the middle of nowhere.

          I had purchased the induction for the convenience of my mother. But after purchasing the induction and supported cookware. All the money is wasted because of defective induction which stopped working after 12 days.

            My electric kettle is not working and it is under the warranty period but there is proper customer care to do further.
            I am staying in hostel it is tough without the kettle.
            All the Customer care numbers are invalid then how can I complain about my problem.

                  I have purchased Pigeon Induction Stove Rapido cute.Its only about 7 days now.Initially it was showing error7 e7 but today when I switched it on the glass got broke automatically.Luckily I stepped back. I have contacted the retailer, he was very rude and accused me of breaking the glass myself.then I tried calling the pigeon customer care, but the number was not active. Please help me with this issue

                        I had purchase the Pigeon Amaze Electrical Kettle 1.5 ltseriel number PGAKT1.5L241474 on 19.03.2022, it stopped working so I had contacted customer case. Susequently as per their instruction dropped the kettle to service centre on 27/10/2022 the complaint id recived was id - 2557467. I have been told by service person that I will get replacement in 35 days. When I followed for the same after one month, I have been told that the approval is pending with HO. Subsequintly I had been given another complaint id..2658997 on 12/12/2022. When contacted to service centre, I have been told that yoy will replacement once HO approve.
                        It is more than 75 days, since I had dropped the kettle, I am still to receive my kettle back. Such a pathetic service.
                        Please help me in getting the kettle repaired / replaced at the earliet.

                          I have purchased a 2 burner pigeon stovekraft gas stove. The stove is catching fire below near the gas nozzle instead of the burner. The product is under warranty and I have raised complaint on 14-July-22 (6 months back) complaint number: 2384987. The pigeon support technician has inspected the product and confirmed that it is faulty piece and that the product cannot be repaired and requires replacement. I have been constantly following up with the customer support team who have no response for the replacement of the product. It has been 6 months and i have not received replacement of the product. Considering it to be a high risk product as there is gas leak from the product which can set the house on fire, it needs to be taken with utmost importance and need to urgency in its replacement.

                          I can share the invoice copy and mail trail with the customer support.

                                    Complaint Id - 2605901

                                    Stove top glass damaged by blast suddenly and issue has been not addressed even after a month. More than this no call answering no support nothing. Even once asked repair cost of rs. 1250 for replacement. For general information whole products cost is only 1800. And they asking 1250 for only glass. Such a bad customer service experience and fraud company in case of support. I think this will help me to resolve my issue which is taken on granted from a month.
