I just bought pigeon cooker 20days ago there is issue with cooker not holding up pressure
Can anyone help us? Because i see customer care is useless

That the same has been broken while heating the milk in last week

My kitchen chimney motor got faulty, I already have logged complaints 2 times by local dealer does rejected the complaint without provide solution. As 1st incidence he had asked me to pay the visit charge of Rs 500, I have agreed to pay the amount but I have demanded him for the bill of visit charges, he accepted this that he is rejecting my complaint intentionally as I have asked him for the bill. My induction has been burnt suddenly when i switched on .

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the pigeon defect stove that I recently purchased from your company. I regret to inform you that the product has a serious defect that has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration.

Issues with flame 🔥

The stove burners do not function properly and frequently go out, which makes it impossible for me to cook efficiently. I have to constantly relight the burners and this not only wastes time, but it is also a safety hazard. Moreover, the gas smell from the stove is quite strong, indicating a possible gas leak.

I have contacted your customer service department several times to seek assistance with this issue, but the response has been disappointing. I have been made to wait for extended periods of time on the phone, and when I finally get through to a representative, they are unhelpful and dismissive. It is extremely frustrating to spend my hard-earned money on a product that does not work as advertised, and to receive such poor customer service.

I request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I would like a full refund for the defective stove, as well as compensation for the time and money I have wasted on this product. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

It suddenly got glass broken.

I have purchased favourite induction cooktop from flipkart. The product is under warranty. The product stopped working suddenly, i contacted customer care and they gave me contact details of service centre. I gave to Ramamurthy nagar service centre and they fixed, but the issue is, I’m not able to use the product now. Its showing E6 error. I gave to service centre twice, and they are not able to fix the issue. As the product is under warranty i need replacement. I already spend Rs600 for sending the product. You guys dont have pickup or door to door service.
I need complete replacement. Thanks

The gas stove has some issues and its not working well it is making all the utensils black and we have already made the complaint but no resolution till now so we want you to forward our query and help us to resolve this.

I want to claim the warranty of the pigeon water kettle, I purchased Aug'2022, Now suddenly the kettle is not working as it's in the warranty period I want to replacement of it.

I bought peigon induction cooktop cruise from Amazon on 16th December 2022. Suddenly it's stop working and totally got dead from 8th January 2023. I had tried to contact some costumer service but able to contact only one who don't serve in our area of college street, Kolkata. Please send someone to repair or replace it.

Purchased induction cooktop on 17 dec 22. It stopped working on 30 dec 22.
Complaint lodged on 31 dec 22. Till date no engineer has visited to check the item.
The engineer's number provided by the company is not working.
On calling the customer care. No satisfactory response was delivered to me. They just rudely ignored the issue and said that the engineer will visit. No firm date provided for visit date.

Then more of the surprise they closed the service request without any visit. No engineer visited and they closed the call. I'm in the middle of nowhere.

I had purchased the induction for the convenience of my mother. But after purchasing the induction and supported cookware. All the money is wasted because of defective induction which stopped working after 12 days.

My electric kettle is not working and it is under the warranty period but there is proper customer care to do further.
I am staying in hostel it is tough without the kettle.
All the Customer care numbers are invalid then how can I complain about my problem.
