Address: Mysore

I was asked to send the damaged product to particular address and i sent it, it have reached the destination. And still my replacement for it have not received. And no one from the customer care(Mysore) are responding to the calls.

When i contacted it was in warranty period and i was told the product will be replaced once it reaches the address they have provided, neither i have a product (damaged one) with me nor the replacement is done and also no one responding.

Even when i contacted several times no one responded before after 2 days i was asked to send the damaged product to Bangalore address, also and now after it is reached no one picking up the call.

Below have attached the image. And my case ID was 2456925

Updated by Bhamati I got a call from the number [protected] and he told he is from pigeon and my amount 20, 000 got debited. And on calling several times they are not even responding to the call.

      I purchased Pigeon by stovekraft Cruise 1800W induction cooktop (Black) on 8th August 2022. It has stopped working. It doesn't switch on.

      It is under warranty. Kindly replace it as soon as possible.

        I purchased this gas stove in March 2022 from Flipkart and in only 6-7 months o[censored]se this incident of glass shattering suddenly took place.my mom was in the kitchen but luckily she didn't got hurt but my kitchen was full of small pieces of glass..it is not expected from a brand like pigeon i have lost complete trust from pigeon i need a replacement of glass or replacement of gas stove please look into this ASAP. from last 5 years we were using same gas stove of different brand but never faced any incident like this.plese help me on this .

                        Pigeon-Gas stove-bought in May-22, from Ajay Kumar Sahoo stove of Rs 7100/- Unit-1 Market, Bhubaneshwar Orissa, authorized dealer of pigeon products, which we are using from last 2 months only and today 26 sept 2022 there was a big accident. My mother in law sr. citizen staying at B-84, Baramunda BDA colony, my mother is law has put some tea pot, but the gas stove exploded, her hand is burned. The explosion was so big, stove was destroyed.

                              I purchased one “pigeon 3ltr induction bottom pressure cooker from d mart super market, hosur Tamilnadu on 06th September'21

                              We found the cooker has a manufacturing defect, i. E., air and water passing out through the small hole affixed on the top, hence not whistling.

                              As the item is under warranty and the defect is found on the next day of purchasing (During the first cooking itself), the same has been communicated to service team & complaint raised.
                              Stil the part is pending, not able to use the cooker.

                              Whom should i contact further for part replacement as soon as possible? as already 15 days over.
