I am really unsatisfied with the post sale service of stovekraft. My 55 year old mother has lodged complain 5 days back saying there is a gas leakage from the stove and nobody has visited my house.

The stovekraft customer care person provided a technician number who is not even picking the call.

Please arrange a technician to go have a check and repair the gas stove on urgent basis...

I have purchased pigeon amaze 1800-watt induction cooktop, black on sep2017, from amazon india. The product is working fine, but one crack just appeared at the side base. I have used this carefully and it seams that this crack came out at the plastic body due to heat or some manufacturing defect. Need replacement of this item asap.

There is a problem with one burner, the burner spark is not working fine, burner ignites after some time, due to which the gas leekage is happening. I lodged a complain around 2 months back. The complaint nos are:797566, 745052, 723676. The technician came on all the complaints and every time he has mentioned that the burner spark needs to be replaced but it is not available in the market.

It's been more than 2 months but no...

Since 2 months sending regular reminder for this defective product but still no technician visit. Even this request escalated to country head but no response. Very pathetic company and terrible service. Never buy the product otherwise waste precious time in doing follow up.

I have purchased pigeon 4 burner gas stove from flipkart on 28/06/2017.. After using for a month or more, the glass over stove got blasted due to leakage of flame and luckily no one in my family were there during the incident. I received the pigeon gas stove from flipkart but only noticed after using it, that there is a misalignment at one end of the control panel of the gas stove. I do not think that is how the gas stove is designed. Also, one of the stove stands is shaking a little.
