I have registered my complaint on 5th july 2018 with images of my gas stove from which there is a gas leakage from knob and from the pipe below the stove it was third time in a year so iam not satisfied with the product seriously there is no response regarding my complaint i want the response as soon as possible. Worst service and response from pigeon.

No whistling directly getting burst all the air is getting out from the from it is very risky

I raised the issue, 10days back still not resolved.customer care people telling today they will come and visit your palce.still no one can called me.still they are not allocated techinician but still saying technician will come today.today almost day is over.no one called me.

    Recently we purchased pigeon smart 2 burner smart gas stove. Worked 10 days well and after that one burner is not working i. E out of flame, techniciens came 4 times and it works few days and after that same problem. We are very much frustated about this failed product. Asked them for replacement but not responded. So i advise all not to buy pigeon gas stove products

    I bought pegion 2 burner stove 10 months back. Now the glass on the top of the stove broken due to hear. Please advise me on this and do the needful.

      Purchased a pigeon 2 burner stove on amazon.in and received it on 27th of july. 2018. It's the worst ever stove which could have ended up in someone in the family dying coz the stove caught on fire.. Never expected this from a reputable company like pigeon. I expect immediate action from the company. If there is any value for life in this country companies like pigeon should be held responsible for issues like this.. It's not a joke that a gas stove catches on fire.. Please let everyone know the dangers with this kind of stoves.. Life is important

          I had given complaint regarding to the product in the month of june 11 2018, you have given me the number of the employee name babu. I contacted him on the day of my complaint as he said i had given my product to dealer who is suggested by him. Yet my product is not repaired and the dealer is telling that they don't have spare part to do the work if babu sir will send the product then i will repair your product i am very frustrated with them from these 2 months if you don't respond and the work is not done with in 2 days i will proceed legally

            I have bought pigeon chopper one and half month ago
            With amazon which covered 6 month warranty but while contacting pigeon customer care they are disconnecting the calls
            Want my pigeon chopper to get repaired there is no way to contact and register a complaint of a product which is underwarranty
            So plz do the needful
            And plz help the customers against it

              Purchased pigeon kitchen hub at ashapura, aquem, margao, goa india. After two years found badly corroded the bottom plate and the piping looks like wrong materiel used in steel, seals and piping or made by fake manufacturer. It price was indian rupees 12000 above indian rupees.
              At the same store they have service center behind next building. They are asking indian rupees 7000 which is not acceptable, because what the quality of that product fitted wooden table in good condition but hub is very badly wornout. According to the price it should be life long.

              service center asking my opinion instead of they have to say it can be repair or cannot be repair or what to do but they ask me what to do with that product. thats not the right way but they have to give clear solution.
              My question is that product is used only 2 year above and few months it was expensive, should be repair in small amount.but why they asked me so high amount more then half price, how it wormout like that in 2 years, why my kitchen hub wooden table still in good condition????????

                Hi... I have purchased the three blade vegetable chopper through amazon on 22/03/18
                It worked all well initially
                But stopped working due to the failure of string action by around may itslf
                Incouldnt take out time to resolve the issue so complaining abit late
                I purchased it considering the warranty provided by the buyer
                It is been mentioned that this product has warranty for about 6months duration so
                Can u just help me by fixing the problem and do the needful as soon as possible
                Pigeon company is one of the trust worthy brand that we all believe in and so we purchase many products from them

                  I bought the pigeon handy chopper with 3 blades but the elastic rubber band stopped midway and did not retract on the second use.
                  Can you please let me know if it can be replaced or repaired and who will do it in mumbai?

                    But now the stove not working and it shows 'E0' error. I don't know how to solve this issue...

                    It is stil in warranty period only,

                      I have bought a pigeon induction stove on 4th October 2017 in Amazon website. It is not working now but still under guarantee period. The service centre official said that the board has to be changed. And asking for complaint registration number.

                      I din't expect this and very disappointed with this response.

                      Utensils are not working after 5-7 minutes in induction stove. We suffer from huge problem. We have already contacted to shopkeeper from where we have purchase the stove. Please provide home service for repairing as soon as possible under warranty period.

                        I bought a pigeon 4 burner glass stove which is still under warranty. I'm facing a lot of issues with 3 out of 4 burners where they get turned off automatically leaving leakage of gas. I have called their customer service multiple time but they still have not sent anybody for a fix. I don't think they are even interested in solving my complaints.

                        Following up multiple phone number that are available on websites but no response. Multiple false promises that they will send a customer service representative but none has even called us once.

                        Not very sure if it is even safe to continue with this stove. Will not recommend their products to anyone in the future. One of the worst companies and customer service

                          I had purchased pigeon carbon two burner stove on 20/05/2018. I have complained service center on before 3 weeks ago to stove working is not good but nobody respond. Today morning gas stove explored. Only 1 day of gas stove. So what is your quality of gas stove. Kindly replace the stove at the earliest.
                          I purchase Pigeon Smart Plus Zeus Brass 3 Burner Gas Stove against Invoice SVHR[protected], 1st Mar, 2018 from Pepperfry starting onward gas leakage smell coming, I give the complaint to Gas agency, they told that there was no leakage gas cylinder, Please check with Stove persons, I given complaint to Pepperfry

                            I have taken a pigeon induction cook top on[protected], after three months the glass got cracked then i have contacted to their customer care and they they referred me to visit the dealer shop where i have purchased, then i have visited the dealer shop simply they said we don't know anything you should contact to pigeon only, then after many calls to their customer care number, they said they will send their technician to my residence, this process started from 4th march 2018 till now they are not giving any solution, i am much frustrating after purchasing pigeon products there r is no service after sales

                              I purchased a mixer grinder on[protected] from flipkart. When i use the mixer the motor gets very hot. I could not return since the return period is over. I called the customer care of pigeon but they did not took any action. It has a warranty period of one year. I called the customer care many times and they gave me many numbers to contact. But they took no action. Please do the required.

                                I bought pigeon gas stove from amazon.in and start facing issues with burner after couple of months. I asked amazon.in to look into it but they ask to check with pigeon customer support. Customer care had recorded my complain with complain no. 874539 on 02-feb-2018 but till date there is no response from pigeon support team. Now they are not picking up my phone even...

                                Guys i advice everyone not to buy pigeon products as they are fraud company. They will sell their cheap products and cheat customers. Simply making money o[censored]s

                                  I had purchase 3 burner gas stove from steel emporim Raipur chhatisgarh on nov 2016, from last six month the burner is not working properly. I have complained in toll free number on sep 2017 and they said the burner is in guaranty peroid and they send the company Engg. and he will also told us that the burner will be replace as it is in guaranty peroid and after some time when we cll him he told us that burner will be send by company I will temporary repair the same but till date the burner is not replaced and we are facing difficulty during cooking.

                                    It has been 6 months that i have taken new pigeon 3 burner glass top however from initial days i had complaint with one burner and i have called the service center guys to fix it up. They took around 3 months to fix it and later because of that glass broke on the stove due to heating of glass from leakage to fix this issue i had to spend around 1500 for new glass. Next within few days im facing same leakage issue.

                                    Worst service quality, i have been facing same issue for 3 times.

                                      I have bought pigeon glass top stove recently from online in the month of dec 17. When we started using it one the burner was we had issue with the knob which was very tight. Subsequently the other burners didn't burn properly. I have even raised the issue with stovekraft (Complaint number: 890191) on 17th feb. Two weeks over still i haven't got a response from them. Even when i tried calling the customer care they didn't give proper response. I didn't expect such a response from a reputed company.

                                        I have bought the induction stove online from amazon on 06.10.2017 with one year warranty. Since last 10 days the product is not working. Trying to reach the customer service team for repair of product under warranty. The response is worst and no support is being extended. They are forwarding some technician contact details and asking to talk to him directly for repair on chargeable basis
                                        Please arrange to repair the product or replace the same immediately.

                                        We have purchased gilma electronic sure safe model no : WONDER 20 on 27/01/2011, now when i entered pass word & pressed start button lock is not responding, however the lock is working normally with emergency key ie electronic mode is not working.
