Dear team,

I placed an order for pigeon 3 burner glass top gas stove favourite from snapdeal on 01/dec/2015.
It says a warranty for 2 years.
But when i call the customer care department of pigeon they don't response and don't care about.
Request you guys to look into the matter as i am really frustrated, the gas stove leaks which can result in a disaster, apart from this i need to change the cylinder every...

In warranty service issue

, 4 months back believing Pigeon Products to be reliable and durable, i bought Pigeon glass top 2 burner stove.
Now i feel so disappointed to have bought this product as it blasted while cooking and the glass scattered all around the kitchen. Gods grace nobody was around else it would have injured badly.
I'm so surprised and devastated that a company of such reputation can sell such a life threatning product.

      I bought this stove through snapdeal on 15 November 2015. It's under warranty currently. One of my burner is not working. And I am not able to identify the fault. The burner is welded to the glasstop so I cannot take it up also. I am using a gas pipeline connection and it is not possible for me to detach it from this stove and use another. Currently I am preparing food on single burner. I also called the customer care number but it is in number. Please send your engineer urgently.

      I purchased Pigeon 2 burner stove in Jan 2016 and facing gas leak problem within a week. after several complaint to pigeon customer care one technician had came and serviced but it work only for 5 days, again facing the same issue. Please consider is complainant as priorities as it is very dangerous and kindly request for replacement atleast

        I had purchased an pigeon induction cooktop in the month of jan 2016 from snapdeal.com. The order date is 7 jan 2016, invoice no is s21ce7/15-16/38727 & the order id is [protected]. Last week there appeared a crack on the top of the induction and the product is under manufacturers warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this i tried contacting the customer care, the customer service executive gave me 3 contact numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. I tried contacting all 3 numbers but none answered, again i tried contacting the customer service and tried asking them for the nearest address for the service centre and to this the cse told me that she cant help me out with the address of the service centre and cancelled the call.
        I want my product to be serviced as soon as possible.

          I bought this pigeon induction stove on 4th april 2016, within 1 month it got repair. And the shopkeepers are acting very rude.
          I need either replacement or refund.
          And it gets hited on the bottom of body very fast.
          But the food cooking time is ver very slow.
          It is the worst product.
          Not fit for cooking at all.

              Hi Sir,

              I got one LPG gas stove for Rs 4800 less than 10 months ago and gave complaint to them that it is not working . After that they gave one contact point name is Sree Nagesh ( Mob # [protected]), this person never picks up the call and when he picks up always gave me some idiotic answers and service person did not come yet even after 8 days of complaint .

              When i called the customer toll free they put me on hold for 20 min and then they disconnected the call . it seems they are trying escape from customer and not interest to provide any service to customer .

              Request you to help me the people who is suffering like me buying products from Pigeon /Stove Kraft Company.

                I purchased a 2 burner gas stove on 31st October from Big Bazaar. When my mother started using it, she found that gas was leaking from its knobs. We called Pigeons at there toll free number[protected] and filed a complained against the product (Complaint number - 446997), but even after more than 15 days no one even cared to call us or come to check the burner. We tried the toll free number again, they provided me with the phone number of some engineering which was a wrong number and now they are suggesting that they only have that number and can't assign anyone else. Who will be blamed if something happended to my mother or even me.

                  I have a pigeon Electric Chopper purchase in November 2014 from Jamshedpur, I left that state and staying in Rudrapur Uttrakahnd, My chopper is not working due to some problem in their machinery, i contact to customer care they gives the detail of customer service center of Haldwani, i contact to him and give my product to him, After 15 days the he call me and says the parts which is required is not available so you take your product it is not repairable. After that i call area service incharge Mr. Ashish KUmar, they says your product is serviced within three days but till now my product is at service center and its 2 month over. i also mail to pigeon service but they do not give any response, Very poor service of pigeon

                    On date 16 june'2015 back I bought a LPG gas chulha of pigeon brand whose manufactuuring company is Stovekraft Pvt. Ltd. after installing with New Kit my Wife and mother felt gas smell which is coming continuously and after checking everything they found that this is because of New chulha so i also cheked and make compliant to cusomer care for same as I was informed by seller that i have 2 years warranty. but for few days nobody came for next 3 days after repeated calls a gentleman came and he have not used any tool for cheing it but asked for a candle and burn it and starting moving towards and on chulha and sadi taht if any leakage is there it will come out. first of all this was a very worst type of experiment which he did it can harm my family and him as well but i tried it and told that there is no leakage . so we cheked our cylinder and unfortuanlty cylinder was also having bit leakge so we relied on him that leakage is due to cylinder but after few days after changing New cylinder properly i felt still the problem persist and still a leakage smell is coming then i realized that we never had this type of problem in our earlier chulha and we are using that in same manner which we are using New one. i have made many complaints through calls and mail but still no one is listing to me . this is a very serious issue that leakage can create problem to my family and neighbours also and the company is taking it in very light manner. we are also working in market and seen that defects can come in any product and that is always acceptable by company for which they always make commitments. why we are buying a Branded category stuff because of reliability but i hope this company made lot of money from customers and they started not listing to customers. rs 4000 is not a great amount and neither more then my family's health as i can buy new one but if they say that they cannot do anything in it . still i am sitting on their trust that i have warranty card with me. I have purchased this product from a proper channel and have bills with me.

                      Hi, I bought a Pigeon gas stove 4 burner blackline cooktop (13th Sept 2013), and it was a faulty piece with a gas leak in all 4 valves of the cooktop. It has a 2 year warranty. I called the customer center, on[protected], and registered a complaint first in Oct, then in December then again in March 2014, and till date the problem is not solved. The gas stove has a 2 year warranty but Pigeon is not ready to replace the the stove. A technician came once and fixed "something" but did not fix the entire problem. After that the technician neither is picking the call nor coming to solve the problem. The service center, customer care and the technician all tell me that the spare is not available. It has been a year and i have not used the stove or used it with the gas leak which is a major life threat. I am very disappointed and i think this company is a major farse only here to make money and fool people.

                        I purchased Pigeon Induction for Rs 1700. After using it for 15 days it suddenly stopped working. I sent it for service as it is in warranty for 1 year. After 15 days i got my induction back through vendor and when i opened it and checked, it was working fine but the side panel was broken. My appliance i sent in 1 piece before service and i get it broken in return. I asked them to either change the broken panel or give me the new device. They refused to take responsibility of it and tried to hand me over as it is. Kindly help me in this regard, i am not satisfied with the kind of service they have provided me with.

                          Deadly dangerous blast in top glass of Gilma stove

                          Hello, I had a Pigeon brand(Stove Kraft) Induction Cooktop which went dead within two days o[censored]sing it. Since then I am following up with them.. The call center does not register the complaint and say they can only take enquiries. The local service center says they are closed and provided me the technician number. Called the technician and he says they dont have service center and he will visit onsite.. Since last one month everyday he is giving false promises that he will visit my house and not have till now. I have a sereis of emails with the customer care and they rarely respond with some positive approach.. Lastly I got a number of Mumbai office who again assured that my equipment will be repaired today and again the same old story. The technician never visited. This has become pathetic now and I am fed up with daily emails and calls to them. No response for the emails or also to my calls.

                            Poor guality steel guage, base material for burners not of Brass, and the supply lines for gas to the burners are of a poor guality with streaks of corrosions on the surface area and the smell of leakage of gas at times when not in use. Burners light up with an explosive sound sometimes posing a threat of a potential gas explosion or a fire hazard. Burner rings of cheap steel , rusted and flakes of rust peeling when stove in use.
                            Replacement request forwarded to STOVEKRAFT INDIA via mail, Gas dealer from whom the stove was purchased with a replacement warranty in 2 years, has also been notified, as the same product was endorsed for Quality by HP GAS Company, whose approval stamp has been tagged on the product. For record & information.

                              Hi,

                              I have bought a Mixer and Grinder of pigeon appliances pvt ltd india, two weeks ago. Within one week the body of product got crack at the bottom.
                              I asked to the Seller for writing a complaint, but he told me that Pigeon is not good in providing service and Company never serve warranty period as well. And he told me to leave my Mixer and Grinder to his shop and suggest that when ever company person will come , he will ask him for repair this your product. He also give us the mobile number of company person and when I called to him , he also suggest me to leave the product to the sellers shop.
                              But when we bought the product the seller confirms that the Pigeon company serves the product in warranty period and give door to door service. But still we have facing the problem and no company person visit us for repair that product.

                                The transaction was successful and the payment of Rs.229 was made online. The details provided by the site on email are as follows:

                                The site provided information as the product will be delivered in 5-7 working days, but never received any details on delivery. I replied back to them on 5th of October asking them about the status, but no reply was given.

                                On 22nd October 2011, I get a mail that the order has been cancelled, without any reason. The amount too hasn't been refunded as yet. When the money has been debited one month back, why hasn't the product been delivered? Secondly, why no reply was given to the mail sent to the customer care, thirdly how can they cancel my order without any reason, On cancellation from their end, why hasn't the refund been provided as yet.

                                I have absolutely no hopes from the customer care of pigeon appliances. This is worst than a scam. Little drop of water makes a mighty ocean, even if 100 people are cheated this way every month, they can make more money.

                                  We purchased a Gilma Chimney(Dura 90cm)+Hob(GST3B) as a combi offer on 19.06.10 from P.H.D.Marketing in Ganganagar, Bangalore.

                                  A week later when we tried to remove one of the filters, the plastic clamp assembly on the filter which which locks it onto the chimney, came adrift and the 2 small springs inside got dislodged.. This happened with the 2nd. filter also.

                                  We informed PHD Markeitng immediately over the phone and they washed their hands off by saying the maintemnace will be done by another company and gave us some tel.no to contact. We called that number many times and nobody bothered to attend to the problem for the last 4 months, despite many reminders calls thereafter.

                                  finally on 03.11.2010 one person from Manoj Enterprises, Nagarbhavi circle, Bangalore, attended and saw the problem and said he they cannot solve this problem as it is not covered under warranty, and has charged Rs.50/- for his visit also.
                                  If the entire clamp comes off the filter how could they say that it is not covered under warranty instead of repairing it?

                                  It is shocking to see such state of handling by a company like Gilma's vendors with such irresponsible attitiude. The plastic clamp assembly and springs seem to be of inadequate strength and quality as a moving part and for a long term use.

                                  I would like to request you to kindly look into this problem as i'm fed up of dealing with your vendors who, i feel sorry to say this, would only spoil the name of Gilma.

                                  Have attached the copy of the bills and receipts.
