I purchased pigeon lpg 3 stove burner from big bazaar. After 5 days we tried to use it but it was not working in low flame. I immediately contacted big bazaar to replace but they declined it and told to contact pigeon service centre. I raised a complaint there as well with id 789653 but from 2 months its pending. The service centre says it will be resolved in 2 days but its pending from 2 months.

    Pigeon gas stove — 3 burner

    I purchased the 3 burner stove on 14th august 2017 with a 2 year warranty from big bazaar. And i raised a complaint on 19th august 2017 with piegon customer care, that there is some problem in the gas passage through the burners, the flame is wrongly distributed along the sides of the burner. This stove is having worst quality that i have seen. Some times it looks to be dangerous as it leads to fire. The spindle gets heated to the extent that the knob of the stove is came out. Gas leakage is also there because of this.

    While logging the complaint (Complaint# 784584) on toll free no.[protected], the executive informed that the complaint will be resolved with in 2 working days. Technician checked and said part has to be replaced. Since then it's more than a month but part has not come or has any chance of being available in the near future. They are refusing to replace the stove too. Now as soon as i tell them the ticket number raised by me, they will disconnect the call or put on hold for hours.
    Extremely disappointed with big bazaar and pigeon stoves / stove kraft.

      My name is sumit kumar subramanian, i have purchased a product pigeon gas stove blackline 3 burner oval - auto from snapdeal.com with order number [protected], suborder no.: [protected], on[protected], but after an year i found that the brass burner on top most part of stove (All three burner) melted and i registered a complaint on 02/07/2017 with stove kraft pvt ltd toll free number[protected], and they have issued me a complaint number 755937, and told their service mechanic will visit my place and repair it because as it was under warranty period their mechanic visited my place and told it got melted and needs to replaced and he took picture of the stove from his mobile phone and told it will be replaced in 30 days but after that day till now i have not received any call regarding service or anything from him,
      When on 9/09/2017 i called the toll free number of company again and i had conversation with mr. Shibo he gave me the area manager number name anwar his mobile number is [protected] he asked me 1 day time and told me he will call back after enquiring with mechanic but it’s been 10 days i did not call me. And i called again the toll-free number and told them about this all now this time mr. Shibo gave me regional service manager number name tirupathy swamy his mobile number is [protected]
      He too asked me time of 1 hour after that he is not even picking the call
      What should i do i purchased the product by believing the company but they cheated and broken the trust and abused the consumer.
      This whole company is fraud selling the product but not providing service but they promised me the service of product in their company catalog.
      I demand an strict action against the company as they broken the consumer trust and cheated the customers and all of their product should be banned in india to save customers from getting cheated from them.

        I have purchased pegion 4burner gas stove 7months before.. And from the date of purchase it's not working properly.. 4times i have registered complaint since 6months nobody is least bothered of offering required service.
        Worst product and worst company i have ever come across. Customer care service is not given and worst response one can ever get.. I request everyone to not to buy any products of pegion cheap quality and poor response

          I have ordered a "pigeon brio 2100-watt induction cooktop (Silver)" from amazon and got it on 25-jul, 2017.

          I have used it for a week, but to my utter disappointment, it then stopped working.

          A sr#790739 for the same has been raised approximately 10 days back. The initial response was that the technician will visit at home, and will attend my problem.

          It took a great apathy to say that till date today [i. E. 18-sep, 2017] the technician (Mr. Sagar saini, mob#[protected]) has not visited. Even worse part is that though i have called him several times, he has no basic etiquette to pick up my call for this issue.

          I raised the same concern to customer care again and again but no satisfactory response from them as well. It seems that pigeon as a company is reluctant enough to handle any customer satisfaction index.

          I lost my hope to get it rectified. I will assume that you are willfully not delivering it with malafide intentions, i will be left with no option but widely make my observations available in all social site against you for the wrongful, dishonest, deceitful, fraudulent acts.

          Thanks for your wonderful (So-called) support so far.

            I bought a 1 litre electric cooker last week, once the rice is cooked the plate floats on top, i have used prestige rice cooker before and it was perfect, the plate remains at the bottom of the pot, and pigeon has no good customer service too, i have been trying to contact since 1 week they just cut the call after hearing the whole complaint, when other companies can give better quality why not pigeon. Atleast the customer care shuould give a good response, not just cut the call. Do not recommend pigeon to anyone anymore.

              I bought a new stove and from day one i have been having issues. The burner stand is not aligned properly, burner does not burn properly, knobs are tight. Now after using it for hardly 3 months all the burners have turned black. Every time i complain someone comes but does nothing productive. Even after coming for 4 time now the issue is not resolved. I am having a night mare with the stove. The dealer says not his lookout anymore. He has sold the product and i have to get in touch with pegion and fix it. But pegion company is in no mood to help their customers. Hope at least after this someone takes notice and helps me with the issue.

                  I have purchased a 3 burner gas stove - smart brand whose sr. No.3spz[protected] from big bazar, faridabad on 02.10.2015. On 12.07.2017 found gas leakage from gas stove and found pipe of stove got damaged due to rusting and i have registered a complain on piegen customer care. Our complaint no. 760277 dt.13.07.2017 but till today no any good response from their side. It is surprise from stovekraft that they email us it is not under warranty. Whereas material warranty paper shows us 2 year warrant from sale. Material is ready to sale with label in outer carton i. E month & year of manufacturing : september 2015. By this label indicates it having not completed 2 year.

                    Hi sir/madam,
                    We bought a pigeon 4 burner glass top stove in paytm on 10 feb 2016 (With the 2 years warranty).

                    In this year april, while we was cooking suddenly the glass broken into pieces and luckily we were safe without any injury. After that we raised a complaint to pigeon customer care for the glass replacement on april month and it is almost 3 months but we are yet to get it replaced. We reached out to the chennai service center number. They say still they dont have a glass for replacing.

                    We am deeply regretted for buying pigeon product. We are buying the branded items because we can get good and fast services but after 3 months also if we don't get spare it is really disappointing. Also the response from service center is also not satisfactory. Also we hope you know the importance of gas stove in the family and if pigeon don't have a spare for it kindly mention while pigeon sell or advertise. From now we will rethink buying pigeon product.

                        Hi,

                        I brought a 3 burner gas stove and it was having issues just after 2 months. I complained but no resolution. Engineer came and went off. Never come back. Again one fine day, burner got burst and same way i complained.
                        After a couple of follow up's and waited for a period of more than 2 months, still my problem is not resolved. This must be addressed as the stove is still in warranty period.

                        There are many email's been exchanged between customer care and myself but still to now no resolution been provided. I don't know where the issue is lies in between.

                        I think the company tries to hide this so that the cost can be saved. With the complain, they need to provide me a new stove and to save it, they are not replying to my mail.

                        Now i have to give up as they are not at all listening or responding. Amazon should block list them and so advising people not to buy pigeon product.

                          I purchased a glass top 3 burner stove during oct'16 through snapdeal website. The glass top got burst out while cooking itself without affecting burner during may'17 itself. We are using the stove for cooking only for 2 members and this was not fully used too. I called & complained customer care, they registered (Complaint no. 728551) and told an executive will visit and resolve but none came, again i called customer care and they gave the mobile number of that executive. I called him and told the details, he asked me to send the pictures through whatsapp, i did that too but he did not return. After 2 days i again followed up with executive and this time he gave another person number and to follow up with him without visiting my house. And i called that person, he is in different city and he was asking me why he has not returned and i told that is my question and you need to answer for it, he then called me after sometime telling that the executive will visit your house tomorrow. The next day he came and have seen everything and told that it is some fault in stove only and it is first complaint like this, maybe it is because of air lock and we do not have gals top in stock so have to initiate request and it will take 7 days. After that i am following up till today as it is 1 month now and we are facing lot of inconvenience without a stove, still the problem is not resolved. Whenever i call to both the persons and customer care and send mail to customer care they are telling 3 days but still it is not fixed.

                          I wonder how slow they are processing and not giving proper information, when i call also they are answering in such a sarcastic tone and telling you can complaint wherever. I am really unhappy for this.

                            This is garima todi, from noida.
                            I have purchased pegion auto ignition indian hob for my newly built kitchen. For which i got cut my kitchen slab, bt for my shocking surprise, it's not a hob but a very poor quality ordinary gas chulha.
                            For hob it's a must that it should be covered from back side, bt pigeon hob doesn't hv it because of it i m unable to use my kitchen drawer below it.
                            Secondly worst after sales service support.. Which i can see, is a common problem for all pegion customer. First calls will not be picked up and if in continuous efforts of days, it is picked call center person will give u complain no. Which us useless because along with it u will be given service person no to call him directly.
                            Now it's your duty and u need to beg the service person to come, as he comes, he will inform u that u hv been cheated with a bad indian company product, he can only try bt nothing gonna be happen and he is also fed up and going to resign from this bad company.
                            Now in process of servicing service person just started to replace all parts, be it damaged or not with uncompitable parts and in this process he badly damaged my hob. Even he took some parts with him saying he will return with better one. But never came back even with originals.
                            And surprisingly their is no system of keeping any kind of record by taking signature of customer even don't bother to give them any kind of receipt means this company system is a pure example of why we indians are notorious about our work culture.
                            Many suggested me before not to buy pigeon product but i bought because i wanted to buy an indian product, bt now i wish i could get my money back..

                            We had purchased " super storm " mixer grinder from Lavanya Stores, Double Road, Chintamani in the month of April 2016. There are frequent complaints in the jar requiring repair till now 4 to 5 times we have repaired and each time the dealer has charged us . So, kindly please exchange it since we have warranty period of 5 years .

                              I purchased 3 set of pigeon pressure cooker from snapdeal on dated 19.01.2017. Physically i saw cooker which was in good condition. But i used yesterday 5 litre cooker which safety valve point is defective. Remaining set of cooker is in good condition. I communicated many times customer care service. But they are unable to repair my cooker. I also send all concerned information at official email [protected]@stovekraft.com. My product is under warranty which is 5years warranty. I am very disappointed and harassed for the same. Please repair asap. I am attached invoice copy for your reference.

                                Hello,
                                I have been using pigeon induction cook top. the coil got burnt 45 days before someone from pigeon service centre came here to repair and that too he came after 20 days after complaining, he replaced the coil. After 45 days of replacement i got the same problem. I don't know what is the issue, i think he might have replaced the coil with duplicate one and he did not even provide me the warranty for that coil. 7 days before we have registered one complaint against this even though there is no response from your side. Is this the way to deal with the pigeon customers. Try to solve this problem as soon as possible if you people care about the customers. thank you. Please try to contact me @ [protected]

                                    Yesterday we perched one pigeon rapido cute induction cooksop at priya metals & home appliances nanjangud (Tin [protected]).
                                    There was a huge rate different this product from his nearest shop. Near about rs/- 960 (Nine hundred and sixty rupees) variation.
                                    Immediate i gone to the store and asking the rate variation, but that owner is talking rudely and he try to attack me. I am having the video recording about this incident.

                                      While cooking in the pigeon hybrid cook top, glass top blasted and scattered into small pieces and nothing happened the induction portion... Raised the case & service engineer claims that glass is not covered under warranty. I agree to this, if the glass was physically damaged by us. Thankfully no injury noted but highly disappointed as the reputed company sells such life threatening products and service folks being irresponsible to take this forward and apologize us for such products. Request you to kindly address the issue by replacing the required components as the stove is 5 months old only and the damage had happened itself. This is purely a manufacturing & quality issue.

                                      I have purchase pigeon portable electric breast pump on 20 May 2017. Today today after steralization motor unit and pump body not connected properly. My baby is hungry and customer care not responding.

Thankfully no injury noted but highly disappointed as the reputed company sells such life threatening products ... Was taken away by good looks ...But now strictly against glass top burners ... Kindly look into the matter and I have complaint to pigeon customer care it's been more then 5 hours and no 1 came to visit still... My parents are oldies and stay alone as v two daughters stay away from them ... Without gas or stove they are suffering alotttt... I beg to look into the matter as soon as possible

                                        I bought Pigeon Burnet glass, stainless steel manual gas stove in August 2019 from Flipkart. The gas stove glass shattered suddenly.
                                        Its still within warranty period.
