I yesterday ordered veg supreme pizza and pepsi from pizza hut bangalore Rajaji nagar and told him that I have sodexo discount coupon 111 repeatedly twice and he was ready to listen to me. He told me to hand over the coupon to the delivery boy. During delivery I received 7up instead of Pepsi. Later in the night at 11.07pm got call from delivery boy saying that discount coupon is not valid. Today the coupon was returned paid remaining amount. The mistake done by order taking boy for I have to bare the money.

    Hello, I have ordered a pizza from pizza hut and I am extremely dissatisfied from your service vendor.. I daily see the delivery boy in my society but today when I asked him he said he the area is not covered..when I gave him the proof he said the policy is revised..This is ridiculous..This is how you cheat your costumers? From past one year I am ordering the pizza to the same address and now you are saying the address is not covered in your range..Stop fooling costumers.

        I had ordered overload pizza with extra chicken toppings on 31st may 2015 at 10:44 am when I ate I didn't find any chicken toppings so I checked the paper bill and the amount was of 379 but I was charged 499.05 when I made the payment online ...hope I will get my refund as it has already been deducted for my bank account

          I ordered pizza yesterday for home delivery & amount of bill was 719/=, we r not at home only children r there to recd. delivery. she given 500*2-1000/= + etc. 20/= change & instead Rs. 300/= they returned Rs. 200/= only..& 100/= short fall. its not a matter of money but without informing if they keep such amt. after charging all kind of taxes ...imagine how they r making money.

            Beware before eating at Pizza Hut.. We had horrible experience today at Pizza Hut. Our team has ordered 8 pizzas out of which 2 were non veg and 6 were veg. They have delivered after 90 mins and that too absolutely crumbled and cold, that was not it. The delivery boy didn't get cold drinks so what he did. asked us to hold the pizza and went to buy cold drinks from a shop across street. We realized that boxes didn't have green or red mark to know if it's veg or non veg. After looking at each pizza we kept non veg pizza aside and people have started eating. When people are half way through someone realized that they have delivered 3 non veg instead of 2 non veg and half of the veg people ( hard core veggies) had already eaten chicken. When we called them back, there was no sign of guilt. Shameful. They are highly insensitive towards religious sentiments

              I visited Pizza Hut out @Ahmedabad LawGardens... the upkeep of the restaurant was horrible ... water was spilled on floor at several places, the tables were unclean and messy. After we placed the order and were looking for a place to sit... no one bothered to clean the table or turn the AC ON despite asking several times. After 15min I wanted to talk to the Manager who took another 10min to come... and did not even bother to apologize. He also could only get teh table cleaned after another 10 min.. meanwhile the order arrived.. which was again not up to the quality of Pizza Hut. Not just that the toilet was worse than roadside public toilet... and even after complint NOTHING was done. We finally left the place disgusted and decided to never come back again, Will like to Forewarn all friends visiting Pizza Hut @ Law Garden Ahmedabad

                Hi, I have ordered pizza today at 12:45 PM and i got a sms confirmation at 12:48 Pm for my delivery. However pizza reaches me at 1:40 PM .I was surprised to see that on a bill punch time was 1:10 PM. I have shown the delivery boy the SMS that i have received at 12:48 PM.He called up a store manager of stellar IT park Noida sector 62 for this .But i don't know what kind of a person pizza hut hires for a delivery manager.He said that there was a technical issue because of that my ordered by punched manually at 1:10 PM .i asked him a discount the pizza as company is not able to fulfill their promise .Shocked to listen the answer from the manager .He simpally said sir there is terms and condition applied in this.which means we can change this time without prior notice to a customer .Hence no discount is applicable. So just wondering are you guys making fool of the customer .when u can't full fill your promise then why are making fool of customers by making false promises. My contact no.                   Order Reference: [protected] Date: 07/03/2015 19:45:00 After placing this order, the delivery was made very late and when I asked for the refund under 30 min scheme, the delivery boy told me as the payment is done online, I cannot refund it. He told me to write online. And I was not given any invoice also. While placing the order online, I was told the delivery person will give the invoice, but the delivery person said that for online payment, no invoice is given. I made a request at online pizza hut website, but nothing has happened till today. Thanks [protected]@gmail.com

                    Hello! I visited Pizza Hut Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad day before yesterday (25th) at approximately 9.00 clock in the evening. Even as I entered, i realized this place is not doing justice to the Pizza Hut brand. My first impression was that this place is dirty! The floors were not clean. We were a group of 5, we went and sat on our table. The waiter came n picked up the previous customer's leftovers and said he will come and clean. No one came for around 10 minutes. I got up and picked up the menu from some other table. Still no one came for another 5-10 minutes. I walked up to the counter and asked him to send some1 to clean the table and take the order. When the waiter came, we wanted to place the order and came to know that quote a few things listed on the meny were unavailable (Unfortunately i cant remember exactly which dishes were unavailable.) We placed the order for a "meal for 2". The first thing we received in the order was our Pasta (main course), followed by the drinks. No sign of the Appetizer. No sign of the Pizza. No sign of anyone coming and cleaning. After we finished our Pastas, i walked up again to remind him of the pizza and the appetizer and asked him if there was a reason the service was slow. he said sorry and said he'll check. After 5-7 minutes of that, the guy at the counter came and told me that the appetizer we ordered was not even available. This is after i have finished half my meal. I am a very big fan of Pizza Hut and have always been. I am a total loyalist and hence writing to you with a lot of disappointment. I hope you will take this into account and make sure that the brand we have come to love is not diluted due to the inefficiencies of a particular franchisee.

                      Me and my colleague arrived Pizza Hut delivery (HSR Layout, sector 1) at 10.30 pm on 24th May. He took order and placed it after half an hour. We started having meal, suddenly after 5 minutes, the manager started behaving ill-mannered and said - "Finish your food and leave from here", which was very embarrassing in-front of my colleague who is a girl. We dint say anything to him that time because we hv just started eating it. After finishing our meal, when i went to the manager to discuss about the way how he behaved with the customer - He replied with abusing words in hindi- "Kya karlega tu, who are you and get out from the restaurant, i will throw your money out of it" ... Which nobody can hear... Is this the way how to behave with the customers.?? Even if he was getting late, he shouldn't have taken the order or would have restricted it after certain duration of time (during their closing time).

                        i ordered for a pizza from pizza hut delievery ansal plaza greater noida, they promised to deliever in 30 minutes ...bt they deliever in an hour and when i asked to get pizza free they became very rude and denied to giving me pizza

                            I had ordered pizza through pizza hut website(order id - [protected]) and made online transaction to Pizza hut debited from my account on 22-mar, though website showed failure in transaction, I called to customer care they replied that amount will be settled within 21 days, After calling them 8-10 times in last 55 days, now I have been told that amount will be settled soon and no one is commiting to me. I would like to bring this in your notice as I foresee - 1- Pizza Hut intentionally earning interest on customers money. 2- They are deliberately delaying/denying the refunds, 3- SLAs are not met, hence they are following business ethics I seek your assistance to get this resolved, as Pizza Hut customer care does not seem to be responsive enough in getting this resolved. I had dined at your restaurant on 16 May 2015. The bill of the same is attached for your reference. 2. I have been charged 10% Service Charge on the total bill of Rs 557, making the total bill of Rs 612.71. Further on Rs 612.71, I have been charged the following taxes:- (a) On a total of Rs 416.88, I have been charged a VAT of 12.5% amounting to Rs 52.11. (b) On a total of Rs 195.80, I have been charged a VAT of 20% amounting to Rs 39.16. (c) Further I have been charged Service Tax of Rs 40% of Rs 612.71 which is Rs 30.30. (d) Hence on the amount of Rs 557, first I was made to pay Serive Charge. Then on the combined amount of Subtotal and Service Charge, I was made to pay VAT and Service Tax. (e) It means that all the taxes have been applied on the amount of Subtotal + Service Charge. It also means that I was made to pay VAT on Service Charge (even though no value has been added). I was also made to pay Service Tax on Service Charge. 3. So on a total of Rs 557, I have paid Rs 177 as tax which amounts to almost 31%. Additionally, this is the case of double taxation (VAT and Service Tax on Service Charge), which as per my knowledge is not permitted.. 4. Further the bill does not mention the details of the items on which VAT of 12.5% and at 20% has been charged. 5. In view of the same, it is requested that I may be provided with the detailed explanation of the said bill. An early reply will be highly appreciated. Thanking you in anticipation,

                                I ordered pizza through mobile app at around 8 PM on Sunday. Order number[protected]placed on 17/05/2015 19:53:11). I didn't recieve the pizza at all even after waiting for more than 2 hours and after calling customer care several times finally they told that there is no order in my number. Local store (HSR layout, Bangalore) from where the pizza suppose to be delivered, removed my order from the system completely. I want to register official complaint and also like to know if they can't delivered pizza ordered through online or apps then why taking order and making people waiting.

Store uttam nagar I placed order using application and there was only 2 option of delivery, kiran garden and british salon. This is not the first time i was ordering using app. I chooses kiran garden and mention complete address of mine and the order was accepted and delivery time promise was 12:48. Delivery boy called me at 12:48 and confirmed about my address and was informing that i will be late to deliver. At the time of accepting order there was no problem to restaurant in delivering, however once the order got late and reached me after 45 min, then delivery boy and manager was like they will not abide to policy. I was like why so, its the policy and there was no bulk order or i was informed at the time of order that order will be delivering late or other stuff. Manager was tooooooo stubborn and was not ready to go as per policy of 30 minute, he took 30 min in the hot afternoon and didnot allow me to take my pizza. I am shocked with his behaviour nd is not getting why he didnot allowed me to take pizza for free. I will file complaint against pizza hut, as the representative denied to abide policy.                                     We had ordered for pizza online at 11:37 AM on 5/17/15 (order no.[protected]. The person came to deliver the order 95 minutes late then the due time. Even then the order was incomplete. Another person comes 25-30 minutes later to complete the order. Even after delivering the pizza late someone from their office calls us and asks for full payment. He kept arguing for long making excuses such as 'delivery boy is new to area', etc. His words weren't a request to pay, rather he said ' you have to pay n all' . We finally said to take away the order and we'll register a complaint, then the delivery people left the pizzas and went away. We are highly dissatisfied with the service offered. Their company website ( https://orders.pizzahut.co.in/phindia/web ) says the order will be free if it is not delivered in 30 minutes. Then why have they been asking for payment and that too not requesting but in an insulting way. The order was neither hot nor edible now, we had to threw away the food. Later, we get a call from the their manager Mr. Rajesh, asking for partial payment. Why should we pay partially for something that was not of our use. Like this, they will deliver food after 2 hours and ask for partial payments each time and we won't even get to eat what we are paying for. He even said you asked our delivery boy to come to a different location. His delivery boy was standing 4-5 kms away from the mentioned address in our order. I gave him the directions and guided him the right path. And his had also been put to our fault. I even showed the BSES bills( to his delivery person) to prove my address is correct. Later he agreed and apologised, that it wasn't the fault of address. Now they are saying, we are blacklisting you and in future we won't deliver you anything. I'm really pleased with this action of Mr. Rajesh, as I'm not willing to pay my hard earned money on such a pathetic service and customer support. Also, I may never order for anything from pizza hut in future, getting such a highly dissatisfying response from their staff. Please look forward to our complaint, to help other customers not to waste their, time, money and energy on incompetent services of a leading food chain. Please look into the matter. Waiting for a positive response from you.

                                      Hello I want to file a complaint regarding my pizza delivery. I ordered a pizza on[protected] at 6:38pm and the delivery time was 7:08pm I got the pizza after 7:15 which was late according to the policy, but the delivery man did not accept it and argued with me for an hour. He called his store assistant manager Javed. The .Manager was such a jerk, instead of giving me free pizza he asked the delivery boy to get back the order. He wasted my 1 hour and the order got. The delivery boy was not accepting his mistake so I took his phone and checked the call logs which showed that he called me at 7:12pm and I was not reachable. He was 4 to 5 mins late which he and his store manager did not accept. I was so pissed off by the store manager. I have the proof of SMS which I got it from pizza hut which says that your order is delayed plz accept the discount of Rs 500 or the total value of order. I got this SMS at 6:44pm. I am attaching the screenshot of the message and the bill which i took away from the delivery boy. I hope pizza hut will take action against that store manager and the delivery boy. Thank You

                                        i ordered pizza ( since home delivery not available i opted for take away) from pizza hut store kothrud Pune (Maharashtra) yesterday( i have ordered before a couple of times) But yesterday pizza was so pathetic that i have finally decided to express my anguish. These foreign internationals think they can easily fool the people of India, but they are wrong .Each time i have ordered i order it with extra cheese(i have done so this time also), each time the cheese is missing .I have checked on their website and its written that they carry on quality checks, quality management etc but nothing of that sort is happening in India.There is no standardization, no check on quality, quantity. I must point out that the quantity of toppings is not as it is in USA . There is blatant and broad daylight cheating here. The amount of money they charge from customer is way too much from the service they provide. There should be fixed amount of toppings which the company should offer as it is USA and this should be declared by a charter.(as slight manipulation results in windfall gains) The quantity of extra toppings for which they take money is not known, and this is the area where they cheat most . Another area where they cheat is during the offers where they lure the customer in .(the quality of pizza on the offer day is way to substandard that the non offer day). Overall i would say that the company is cheating in broad daylight with some stupid marketing jumla of offers (how is economical to offer 1 on 1 free pizza on a particular day when else it sold at double the price regularly?... the answer is simple manipulate the quality and quantity and fool the customer) I also i would like to mention lack of regulation on these MNCs that they have become so blatant in cheating with impunity.(the above concern is of many people like me who have kept quite as according to them nothing is going to happen, kay kare system hi aysa he!!)
