We had ordered for pizza online at 11:37 AM on 5/17/15 (order no.[protected]. The person came to deliver the order 95 minutes late then the due time. Even then the order was incomplete. Another person comes 25-30 minutes later to complete the order. Even after delivering the pizza late someone from their office calls us and asks for full payment. He kept arguing for long making excuses such as 'delivery boy is new to area', etc. His words weren't a request to pay, rather he said ' you have to pay n all' . We finally said to take away the order and we'll register a complaint, then the delivery people left the pizzas and went away. We are highly dissatisfied with the service offered. Their company website ( https://orders.pizzahut.co.in/phindia/web ) says the order will be free if it is not delivered in 30 minutes. Then why have they been asking for payment and that too not requesting but in an insulting way. The order was neither hot nor edible now, we had to threw away the food. Later, we get a call from the their manager Mr. Rajesh, asking for partial payment. Why should we pay partially for something that was not of our use. Like this, they will deliver food after 2 hours and ask for partial payments each time and we won't even get to eat what we are paying for. He even said you asked our delivery boy to come to a different location. His delivery boy was standing 4-5 kms away from the mentioned address in our order. I gave him the directions and guided him the right path. And his had also been put to our fault. I even showed the BSES bills( to his delivery person) to prove my address is correct. Later he agreed and apologised, that it wasn't the fault of address. Now they are saying, we are blacklisting you and in future we won't deliver you anything. I'm really pleased with this action of Mr. Rajesh, as I'm not willing to pay my hard earned money on such a pathetic service and customer support. Also, I may never order for anything from pizza hut in future, getting such a highly dissatisfying response from their staff. Please look forward to our complaint, to help other customers not to waste their, time, money and energy on incompetent services of a leading food chain. Please look into the matter. Waiting for a positive response from you.

    Hello I want to file a complaint regarding my pizza delivery. I ordered a pizza on[protected] at 6:38pm and the delivery time was 7:08pm I got the pizza after 7:15 which was late according to the policy, but the delivery man did not accept it and argued with me for an hour. He called his store assistant manager Javed. The .Manager was such a jerk, instead of giving me free pizza he asked the delivery boy to get back the order. He wasted my 1 hour and the order got. The delivery boy was not accepting his mistake so I took his phone and checked the call logs which showed that he called me at 7:12pm and I was not reachable. He was 4 to 5 mins late which he and his store manager did not accept. I was so pissed off by the store manager. I have the proof of SMS which I got it from pizza hut which says that your order is delayed plz accept the discount of Rs 500 or the total value of order. I got this SMS at 6:44pm. I am attaching the screenshot of the message and the bill which i took away from the delivery boy. I hope pizza hut will take action against that store manager and the delivery boy. Thank You

      i ordered pizza ( since home delivery not available i opted for take away) from pizza hut store kothrud Pune (Maharashtra) yesterday( i have ordered before a couple of times) But yesterday pizza was so pathetic that i have finally decided to express my anguish. These foreign internationals think they can easily fool the people of India, but they are wrong .Each time i have ordered i order it with extra cheese(i have done so this time also), each time the cheese is missing .I have checked on their website and its written that they carry on quality checks, quality management etc but nothing of that sort is happening in India.There is no standardization, no check on quality, quantity. I must point out that the quantity of toppings is not as it is in USA . There is blatant and broad daylight cheating here. The amount of money they charge from customer is way too much from the service they provide. There should be fixed amount of toppings which the company should offer as it is USA and this should be declared by a charter.(as slight manipulation results in windfall gains) The quantity of extra toppings for which they take money is not known, and this is the area where they cheat most . Another area where they cheat is during the offers where they lure the customer in .(the quality of pizza on the offer day is way to substandard that the non offer day). Overall i would say that the company is cheating in broad daylight with some stupid marketing jumla of offers (how is economical to offer 1 on 1 free pizza on a particular day when else it sold at double the price regularly?... the answer is simple manipulate the quality and quantity and fool the customer) I also i would like to mention lack of regulation on these MNCs that they have become so blatant in cheating with impunity.(the above concern is of many people like me who have kept quite as according to them nothing is going to happen, kay kare system hi aysa he!!)

        I had ordered pizza through Mobile app and made online transaction to Pizza hut (490/-)debited from my account to YUM on 20-Apr, though Mobile App showed failure in transaction, I was told by customer care that amount will be settled within 21 days, After calling them thrice in last 25 days, now I have been told that amount will be settled soon and no one is commiting any SLA to me. I would like to bring this in your notice as I foresee - 1- Pizza Hut intentionally earning interest on customers money. 2- They are deliberately delaying/denying the refunds, 3- SLAs are not met, hence they are following business ethics I seek your assistance to get this resolved, as Pizza Hut customer care does not seem to be responsive enough in getting this resolved.           Sir I have ordered online with the order id-3646656. I received a confirmation that the order has been placed and it shall be delivered by 10.28 and the delivery guy came at 10.30. Technically he is late so he said sir I'm before time according to the bill but he was late as per the message I received from online order. His name was Faizan( delivery boy). He made me talk to the manager of the store named Prathamesh patange which I'm not sure whether it's correct or not as he was not giving me his name. He was rude and not proper. He was talking some like cheap people standing on the road. It was very insulting and wrong the way he spoke to me. Finally he left without giving the order. Now tell me what should I do about this? This is not the way. I asked as per the policy of the Pizza Hut has. Kindly talk to me regarding it as this is not the way it should be .

            Hi, On 19 April 2015, I tried to order the pizza twice using the Mobile App of Pizza Hut India. On both the occasions my credit card got debited with total of Rs. 1352 (676 + 676) but no order was placed. When this was informed to Pizza Hut Customer Care, the concerned person was giving very ague answers and said that wait for 21 days it will come. After a week or so when I again I tried to check on the status, the response was very rude saying that you have to wait for 21 days. Its almost a month now and when I tried to check with them on refund, the response was like we have no records of the complaint or anything, you go and check in store for records. I have quoted them the credit card reference number as well. This is a clear case of improper and cheating with customers. Would request you to kindly look into the matter.

              Dear Sir, We had a prepaid gift cards of Rs. 250 each and handed over to the executive for after delievery. Anyhow the coupon he took was not accepted at pizza hut due to some technical error or unknown reasons. The kirti nagar, new delhi pizza hut staff says i will collect another coupon from your house meanwhile u pls sms on 57575500 for all the cards and check the balance and validity. I am surprised to see that I have been charged Rs. 50 per sms and total bill of Rs 1150 for checking the balance of all the cards. I cant believe it. This is totally harassment and unfair to me. This is your staff duty and he had advised to do this on his behalf. I called my service provider Airtel and they said the charges are fair. If i send sms to any international sector then also its Rs 5 per sms. I want my refund back. The charges are not mentioned on card and its totally unacceptable.               I had the same experience. I don't know who is at fault. Airtel cannot charge anything for sms without intimating customers charges for different category of sms. I think complaint in the consumer forum may help

              I have faced the same issue from this Pizza HUT SMS Fraud. Is it possible to take some action on Pizza Hut to stop this Fraud.

              Amount deducted, but not refund

              Today, I ordered Pizza Hut from Pizza Hut app from mobile number [protected] at noon 1:00 pm.While doing payment, the amount=1786.36rs was deducted from my credit card amount but order was not placed.Till now, i haven't got refund for this amount.


              Please refund the amount in my account.

              Bad quality of Pizza

              I have purchased 02 Pizzas from Crossing republik center in Gaziabad, The quality was very bad. Is Pizza hut quality is so bad. its hurt my faith in Pizza hut. Regards/ C.K.Dixit/Ashish Dixit Bill attached # [protected]
              I feel that the Pizzas as a snack in India are overrated (literally & metaphorically). Companies like Dominos & Pizza hut and taking out valuable money out of hardworking Indian pockets by offering over-hyped snacks which are full o[censored]nhealthy refined flour (maida). This is affecting the health of our future generations and should be avoided at all costs, especially when there are so many healthier options.
              i have prepaid cards, when i check validity through sms my balance deducted to 50 rs..realyy this is very fraud with pizza hut and message..those cards are not working..

                Hi team, I want to forum a complaint against Pizza hut Hinjewadi branch, Pune. I ordered pizza on 18th April at 9:10 pm, but i didn't receive the pizza after 2 hrs of waiting, so I want refund back my amount which i paid thru online banking system (from my credit card). I called multiple times to the manager of that pizza hut branch and he rudely says...can't deliver my pizza and he cut the phone. After multiple follow ups with pizza hut customer care i didn't receive any resolution yet. So i want to file a complain against them. Pls refund back my money.

                  Its been more than 8 years, I have been a loyal customer of pizza hut. I usually have a dine out or order on phone. For the first time I ordered online. My order reference no is[protected] Dt 10/05/2015 My order was expected to reach at 20:41 as per mail confirmation. A call comes at 20:45 from the rider ([protected]) saying the gate keeper is not allowing bike inside the colony. I explained him directions to my house which is not more than 80 mtrs from the gate and requested to come on foot. For 5 mins he didn't come and I called him after that, but he didn't pick up the call. A reply comes "I'm in class". At 20:55 he picks up the call and says he has come to deliver another near by order as it was getting delayed. I asked him to deliver it free to me as it exceeded my delivery time by 10 mins and he was no where near by. At 20:58 another call comes([protected]), saying he is the manager. I asked him why such negligence, he too replies that since other order was getting delayed he asked the rider to deliver it first. I would like to know on what basis is the delay of any order is estimated? If other order is delayed then what's the reason to delay my order? Is giving a call considered ordered delivered? At last I asked not to deliver the pizza as the manager said we cannot refund and the fault is at your end. Pls tell what should I have for dinner? My worst experience.

                    Fraud Cheaters ‪#‎pizzahut‬ They deducted payment, never delivered the pizza. I ordered online made instant online payment via Cc. I got call And they told me that your area is not under our delivery territory. If my address is not in their territory tgen how the order get processed? How they payment processed? I called 39883988 and they have no solution for my problem. I was on call with their customer care person for 26 mins with no result. They promise 30 delivery, then what about the delivery area excuses? If they are unable to deliver then why put that area on website? If their person call you for making excuses for non delivery area then why the same person not informing customer care to make refund for the order? Why the customer has to make call to inform #pizzahut customer care to ask refund? Why the refund takes so long? Why the customer has waste time and money for calling and asking for the paid money, where pizzahut is responsible to refund and must inform the customer. ... Very disappointed by poor service and irresponsible behaviour of #pizzahut

                        I have been served contaminated food which caused me severe diarrhea and vomiting. The symptoms lasted more than one week and affected me very seriously, till the extent to make a visit to hospital mandatory. This complain is not about the quality of your food but the behavior, rude and unpolite of who deliberately served me harmful food. I had asked to replace my order as the garlic bread was stale and burned. After he served it again he invited me to "have it at home". when I have opened the container I found two nice slices of bread and two of them, below were looking weird. It is only a doubt but he might have pied on t or contaminated with something very dirty. I complaint with the responsible but nothing happened and I am unable to visit the restaurant again as the person is utterly mean. I understand your policy is to smile, but a smile can convey different emotions and and indeed it reveal the bad intention. The contact of the supervisor to whom I already complain is Saurabh Jha +91 [protected] [protected]@gmail.com and the name of the guilt person is Lurkesh Gupta.Please provide a reply to this irresponsble and harmful behavior. I request you to move the person away from his working place or fire him. If no action will be perfomed I will sue your company immediately.                           My order no. is 21Q[protected] DATED 5/5/15.My order was delivered 5 minutes late and i was asked to pay the full amount by the store manager and he said he would compensate by sending a free pizza the very next day at the same time. But i was never deliverd this committed pizza. Also the store manager was highly uncourteous. The delivery boy had no seasonings to provide with the pizza.

Will trying to pay, I got an unsuccessful transaction at the end of my payment only to find out later that the money was deducted. I called your customer care service and i was told it would be refunded but i still haven't gotten my money. Please do something about it!

                              I ordered a pizza online around 2 months back and i made the payment using debit card my order was unsuccessful and also my amount was deducted around 558 Rupees I called the customer care they said the amount will be refunded in 21 working days it has been 62 days i haven't received any refund and I know you wont refund because unlike dominos you don't give a for your customer your pathetic service will always make you stand behind dominos and now i prefer going to dominos and I tell this incident to everyone who likes pizza hut and further this cheating will take you nowhere Pizza Hut . Guys this is like a chain now they are taking money from the people and not refunding they are creating this type of situations in which the money gets into their account and your order turns unsuccessful in a population of 1.5 Billion they at least fool 100 people a day which turns up their profits Be aware guys even Grade A companies like this do fraudlent activities quit pizza hut today

                                Hi I had placed an order on 28th April 2015 through the pizza hut page and I was given the order number[protected]. I waited for 45 minutes for the order and when i didn't receive it, I called the pizza hut number[protected] to check the order status. When asked, they told me that no order has been placed by me. I told them that i have received an order number and that amount was deducted. They told me it is fault of the website. I complained on Pizza hut site and ordered from a different vendor. Then at 10 PM at night, the pizza hut delivery boy comes and tells me that he has brought the pizza. I told him it is not acceptable as i ordered almost 2 hours before and then I asked to speak to his manager. His manager Paul tells me that he will make sure that reimbursement will be done the next day. From the next day onwards, he does not answer the call when i try to find the status of the reimbursement. Pizza Hut can't even deliver the service properly, neither can they provide proper resolution. Please escalate this issue to their notice

                                  This is with regards to my order no [protected] placed on 3/5/2015.The order time was 20:36 as per your records but the delivery boy arrived around 20:45. Before that I called your customer care where Mr krishna took our call and when i asked him for full refund(as i have paid through credit card), he asked me to adjust which is not acceptable then he told me pizza hut has no policy of refund to account which is again very weird. More over when i opened the pizza, it was not at all palatable, we have ordered a so cheesy pizza which mean cheese dripping out of the crust.but in that pizza the cheese was not at all melted even the crust was not cooked properly.                                     On 3rd May'15 I had ordered a Masala Lemonade from Pizza Hut In Mayur Vihar phase 1 star city mall. This Drink when served t me was HOT whEn I complaiNed About The same to thE stORe ManAger IT wAS Told to me thAt IT is served Like This only.. I Then asked if I Could Raise A complaint It was told that no complaints can bE Aised.
                                    This kind of service is really not acceptable in customer services.

                                      Hi, I placed an order over [protected] for dinner meal as I could not found my location on online delivery(over website). They delivered me meal without pet bottles. When I complained regarding the same they said its not part of the meal if we call. I don't get it how can you customize it as per your will. The customer care executive repeatedly put my call on hold and eventually transferred the call to supervisor. He asked me to again place an order online at whatever nearest address available and he will cancel the order on his end and deliver pet bottles to me. I placed the order as directed but yet got no pet bottles. All this made my experience with pizza hut awful.

                                        The quality of staff is very low they used to stair girls very badly and recently my sister visited pizza hut kolkata, newtown, rajarhat, city centre 2 the staff not only was staring at my sister he also put his name and contact number at the back of the bill. So i request you to take some immediate action as this behavior is not atall aacceptable
                                        Please please change the staff and upgrade to quality staff
