I ordered an online chicken birizza and paid the money online... The food didn't get delivered... So i called up the customer care 5 times to find out the status... they took my order no. and promised to revert back to me in 5 min but nobody bothered to call back... When I asked them to cancel the order they said it cannot be cancelled and when i insisted they told it will be cancelled and you will get your money refunded in 21 days... but...

You guys deliver late pizza and then you also tell us that pizza was only 6 min late so you donot have a right to claim free pizza. Your people were very cheap and didnot know how to talk to a female. The guy who delivered pizza was speaking loudly so that all the adjoining flats could hear him.
