Yesterday I ordered from Pizza Hut, The ordered was delivered from Pizza Hut Banaswadi Bangalore. The Delivery Boy was rude, arrogant and had no sense of talking to customer. First, the order was not delivered in time, At the time of placing the order, I was told that it will be delivered in 45 mins, well, it reached only after 55 mins, That too the order was not full, when I asked to the delivery boy he said they ran out of the supplies and forgot to inform me in advance. Until here it was okay, I did not say a word. I tool the order and kept inside.
When I requested, if I say I requested it means I requested by saying "Please", to call his store and ask for further instructions, he went off the way to speak to others and just said we are not going to give any discount to you. I never asked for a discount to him, what does he thin, he is the owner of Pizza Hut India and is he in a position to offer discount or so?
It doesn't end here, I again asked him to call his store manager and let me talk to him, he did not say anything at this point.
Then again I looked at the order and garlic bread was totally cold, he said he will replace it. It doesn't make any sense, I was hungry and was not ready for wait for another minute.
I called up customer care and started explaining the situation to them, meanwhile this delivery boy said return the order, I was still speaking to customer care.
I just returned the order to him and continued talking to customer care, the CC executive said he will arrange a call back to me from the store within 5 mins, I hanged up and waited for another 30 mins, no call back, called CC again and again he said I will get a call back as soon as I hang up the phone.
No need to say I never received a call from anyone and ended up cooking for myself.
This is totally wrong and unethical behaviour from Pizza Hut delivery.
I don't want to argue a single word on this matter now, just writing my complaint. At least Pizza hut should learn how to hire and train the people who are supposed to interact the customers.
