I had visited Pizza hut and was served by Sameer in Powai, Mumbai. Azim was at the cash counter. This happened on 21 Jun 14, bill attached as proof.
Now any regular customer goes and orders the stuff they are aware off. So i was aware off the meal for 2, 4 etc deals. I was also aware of pan pizzas etc. We were struggling to place an order for meal for 2 as it was neither sufficient nor seemed less. So we decided to order another small pizza in case it was needed later.
Now we were scanning the menu after placing the order and later came across new deal which had 1 big pizza+1 portion of Garlic bread and 2 pepsi. Seeing are requirement and the way we were struggling, this deal was the best for us, but was not suggested to us by the waiter. So we called the waiter, requested a reorder after cancellation of the original order placed. This request was rejected outright by both Azim and Sameer saying that the order has been placed. When i requested Azim, he informed me that the Big pizza deal, i m talking about, is not liked by customers in general, so it is not suggested by the staff. So it is an error but i have to live with it!! Here's what i think, the Big pizza deal would have saved me INR 300 at least. I don't know about other customers.
I think the pizza hut waiters in Powai cannot give suggestion, just take order, charge SERVICE CHARGE for NO SERVICE.
Also, there was no soup and hot tea available. After complaining again, Azim suggested that he can ask the chef to make the same, but this was outrightly again rejected by Sameer, the waiter.
Also i requested for a feedback form which was not given. When i was about to leave, i reminded Azim of the same and he then initiated to give, but i then gave it a pass.
THIS IS PATHECTIC service. I don't know what are you these guys CHARGING FOR!!
And the best part, , Sameer went to AZIM and was seen having a laugh as if he has heard a joke of the millennium.
Whether action is taken or not, i am done with Pizza hut powai
