Yesterday I had a pizza from pizza hut located in jodhour Rajasthan India. The pizza was veg pizza with chilli and tomoato. After having the pizza i am suffering from severe stomach ache and illness. I guess it's due to food poisoning. My worst ever experience. I regret going there. Consumer's Health is on sake. Worst place... Worst pizza. It Costed me 473 INR . PLUS MY HEALTH. and never ending pain. No body should go there. :(

    In this particular store there were no tissues, no seasonings available and no disposable glasses
    The service was also not that good .
    The store ambience was also not good .
    Very depressing experience

      Myself Naveen C, i am put up at sarjapur road, Bangalore. Pizza which i have ordered today around 8:30 PM has been cancellled by the below mentioned shop after i got delivery confirmation message.The delivery has been given last time to the same address i have ordered but this time they given some fake excuse telling distance is out of reach and all. When i actually enquired to pizza customer care they told me the exact reason that they had some oven problem. So i strongly file here my complaint AGAINST to this below mentioned pizza shop.Please take necessary action on them and tell them not to give any fake excuses to the customers and tell them stick to their professionalism.         Most horrible, obnoxious experience faced with you guys..we placed online order at 8.45 pm for a delivery in DLF Phase 3 and precisely (pl note) after waiting for an hour (ideally pizza gets delivered in 30 mins) we got a message "your pizza has been dispatched)..ok we were waiting..n waiting n waiting till 10.15 pm..i asked my husband to check whats gone wrong..pizza as they promise should reach us within 30 mins but we have been waiting for almost 1.5 hour..to our astonishment when we called the call center we came to know our order was cancelled..WOW..no call from anyone, no sms, on the contrary when we called..an convenient answer was..Sir must have gotten cancelled from the outlet..WOW AGAIN..but sir dont worry, someone will call you back within 5 mins..anyways..we had lost hope that someone would call back...but no we were wrong..at 10.40 pm we did get a call from Ashish and he said " SIR its ok, the order was cancelled by the outlet and there is nothing we can do... U can do guys..learn some courtesy, basic manners, time adherence and take some training on customer service from Dominos

          Hi, I have placed an order for 2 MEDIUM SIZED PAN PIZZAS on 30/06/2014 at my below home address: A-102, Sanskriti Residency, SHANTI NAGAR SOCIETY, GORWA, VADODARA/BARODA, Opposite Haridham Temple However I got a call from Vadodara out let (Phone no. [protected]) and the executive told me I will have to collect my order from ITI. The society where I stay is far away from "ITI". When I asked him to transfer my call to the manager he transfered my call to so called manager "Mr. Gopal Pagi". When I explained him the entire story then said that the landmark (Shanti Nagar Society) is upddated on the website by the IT department and they don't place any order to that place. It's IT's fault. During the conversation the manager (Mr. Gopal) was not calm. He straight forward told me that he is cancelling my order. Which seems that there is no interest to take the order.I am very dissappointed with the argument he did and watsed the time and almost after 18-20 another excecutive gave me a call and informed that he is coming with the order. However they can't provide me any time line. I have recieved the message for this order (no. 2615) on my mobile no. [protected]. I am having Pizzas from Pizza hut from almost 2008 in different cities (Jaipur, Delhi and Gurgaon) but believe me it was a worst experience for me with Pizza Hut so far.Previously my old mobile no. ([protected]) was registered with Pizza Hut. However since I am in Vadodara for official purpose, So I have updated my new no. [protected].             Hi, My name is Amit Jain ([protected]). I am a regular customer of Pizza Hut basically because of it's pizza quality and parallel I sometimes try Dominos. Yesterday (06/29/2014), I ordered 1+1 country feast pizza combo for home delivery. The delivery was late and I got the SMS for late delivery and get pizza free. But when I told delivery boy that you are late, shown him the SMS and so I shouldn't pay for this. He told me to talk with his shift Manager but he was adamant that I have to pay or give the order back. There is no importance of SMS sent by Pizza Hut. I even called the store and they said the same. Frankly speaking I am really surprised and angry too. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable from a brand like Pizza Hut. You should behave by your words. Either get rid of your tag line of free pizza on late delivery or make it if you are late.               Hi, My name is Pawan and I am a regular customer of Pizza Hut basically because of it's pizza quality and parallel I sometimes try Dominos. Today, I ordered big pizza combo for home delivery and the operator promised 30 min delivery. We were eagerly waiting for it. But the delievery boy came after 40 min. I told hime you are late and so I shouldn't pay for this. He was adamant that I have to pay or give the order back. I even called the store and they said the same. Frankly speaking I am really surprised and angry too. He didn't take a sec to take the order back and left. I was hungry and already waited for so much time and I didn't saw a little bit of apology in the behavior. Giving example of Dominos, there were already a couple of instances like that and they never argued about that once they are late for their 30 min delivery. This is really unprofessional on your part and this made me angry. I will try to let people know about your 30 min promise and how you deal and will see if I can file a complaint against you in consumer court for the inconvenience you caused to me. P.S. What you do with the order you take back with you. You forcefully feed to other customers.

                Sector 39, Unitech Cyber Park, Gurgaon, delivered a 7UP bottle with water instead of cola. Seems like bottle was open at the time of delivery. Could be a handiwork of delivery man, once before I had similar issues with delivery guy from the same hut

                  Hello, My family is a big fan of pizza hut and have been regularly ordering from your chain of stores. Pizza hut came out with a scheme recently of 'buy one get one free' during the footbal world cup. The offer is valid on online orders only and between 9 p.m. - 11 p.m. So, today i tried to order, but your servers were down as always. I then called and told this to the person on the phone. He said that it was a ' server fault' and they could not help me on that. The scheme was valid on 'medium sized signature/supreme range'. The person on the phone said that he would "on his behalf" let me get the offer on 'supreme range ' only. So in the end i had to change my order. This ' server fault' of pizza hut is very frequently . It would make one to beleive that pizza hut india is running a scam. A scam of luring people with great offers and later disapoint them with ' server faults' and forcing them to go for the expensive items. I feel cheated as i had everything set up for the night ( the match - italy vs uruguay, the pizza of my choice), but guess what ? the damn scheme was not available to me due to your 'faulty server'. Thus, ruining the night completely. I am dissapointed by your online services and henceforth will look to order from other outlets which have a functioning server. Thank you, Ankit Mittal

                    I went for a meal to Pizza Hut today and I noticed discrepancies in the bill. Firstly, they charged VAT on service charge (which by law is not permitted). VAT is supposed to only be charged on the amount of food and drinks. Another discrepancy which I noticed was, that when they deliver pizza, they still put service charge (which again should not be done as we aren't availing any of the services of the Air Conditioned restaurant)

                      sir i have given an order of pan pizza at 16:09 from noida.at per your term we have to receive the order at 16:40.but we receive the order at 16:51.after that the quality ko pizza was also not good nd when we complain this to pizza centre at noida sec 18.they said us that in 49 we get only this type of pizza which was not a good way of communication as per your brand.so i have following two complain- 1 the delivery was late 2 quality and way of communication was very bad

                        I had visited Pizza hut and was served by Sameer in Powai, Mumbai. Azim was at the cash counter. This happened on 21 Jun 14, bill attached as proof. Now any regular customer goes and orders the stuff they are aware off. So i was aware off the meal for 2, 4 etc deals. I was also aware of pan pizzas etc. We were struggling to place an order for meal for 2 as it was neither sufficient nor seemed less. So we decided to order another small pizza in case it was needed later. Now we were scanning the menu after placing the order and later came across new deal which had 1 big pizza+1 portion of Garlic bread and 2 pepsi. Seeing are requirement and the way we were struggling, this deal was the best for us, but was not suggested to us by the waiter. So we called the waiter, requested a reorder after cancellation of the original order placed. This request was rejected outright by both Azim and Sameer saying that the order has been placed. When i requested Azim, he informed me that the Big pizza deal, i m talking about, is not liked by customers in general, so it is not suggested by the staff. So it is an error but i have to live with it!! Here's what i think, the Big pizza deal would have saved me INR 300 at least. I don't know about other customers. I think the pizza hut waiters in Powai cannot give suggestion, just take order, charge SERVICE CHARGE for NO SERVICE. Also, there was no soup and hot tea available. After complaining again, Azim suggested that he can ask the chef to make the same, but this was outrightly again rejected by Sameer, the waiter. Also i requested for a feedback form which was not given. When i was about to leave, i reminded Azim of the same and he then initiated to give, but i then gave it a pass. THIS IS PATHECTIC service. I don't know what are you these guys CHARGING FOR!! And the best part, , Sameer went to AZIM and was seen having a laugh as if he has heard a joke of the millennium. Whether action is taken or not, i am done with Pizza hut powai Regards

                          We ordered a pizza on 18th June 2014 between 13.04pm & 13.15pm. The call was transferred to Rutu Park, where a lady confirmed our area was within Pizza Hut's delivery limits & then went on to take the order & confirm that the pizzas would be delivered in 30 to 35mins. Between 14.01 & 14.15 I called the same number 39883988, the customer care executive informed me that he would get the store manager to call me & that WITHIN 10 to 12mins I would receive a call. Between14.20 & 14.30 I had to call yet again and was told by the call centre representative that the pizza would be there in 10mins. The 4th call was made between 14.55pm & 15.05pm - TWO HOURS from my order time & I spoke to Pratik (at[protected] and was told that there was NO SUCH ORDER showing against my address/cell number! He said that he would get the store manager to call. Since the store manager had been calling since the last 2 hours, I insisted on speaking to a team manager. I spoke to Pratik's team manager Anthony (none have second names & sure know its better not to give it out) and was again told that the call centre had received a message from the store manager WITHIN 30MINS of our order that the order had been cancelled since our address was beyond their delivery point. And that the store manager TRIED calling 5 or 6times but could not get through my number. 1. Why was I told in my 3 previous calls that the order had left or that the store manager would call, if it was already recorded that the order was cancelled?? Why did it take me TWO hours to be told? 2. Did the store manager lie about having tried to call me? Why did the lady who took my order confirm (when I said I am aware of a Ritu Estate & not a Ruttu Park) that our order would be delivered? 3.Why the need to hide & cover up by the customer care & by the store manager?? I need a reply on the above. I am waiting for the call back since 18th June. Today is 21st June. I was told by Anthony that I would receive the call back! Is PIZZA HUT ready to sell its reputation at the hands of the very customers that it survives on??

                            The most harassing situtation occured 21 June 2014, 05:43pm. Order was accepted amount cross confirmed twice 1109 INR by guy SUDERSHAN. At 6:48pm called for its recovery, put me on hold after a long long queries, phone put it on hold till 7:10 pm. Called again at 7:15pm, picked up by Naveen again the iteration of queries, harrasment Finally connected to ADITI TALWAR, team lead, talked in rude way and tried hard to put all blames on me. At 7:30pm all end with no results, What I have is very bad experience and will not call PHD again. Gonna lodge a complaint with Consumer Forum. No one pays any heed to customer words, embaraced a lot.

                              Yesterday was @ Amar Hotel ...went to Pizza hut @ 11 PM - firstly being ignored to take order - and after while we going outside - again called us to give a last order ( felt ashamed - to go back to the counter ) ... Always observed there are 2 menu cards on my previous visits - 1 is normal which is available @ all your stores - another one was in little higher prices- both the menus are slightly change in terms of prices and A la cart ... Where in I asked for normal menu - to order a combo of 1 pizza - 1 toast and lemonade ( 3 sets )- it was clearly ignored by the manager ( Blue shirt - Sumit ) that the said menus are being discontinued- I was shocked and same was pontiff again ... Here i did nt understand - why that manager ignored firstly to us - and again calling to ask indirectly to purchase higher one .-- Is there any value for money- or these pasted /marketing posters is just to attract someone to get inside ...??????

                                I have ordered on 18/06/2014 at night 10.11 pm on number 39882988 to pizza hut. I had conversation of 5minutes 40 second. After clear conversation and amount which was 590 rupees my pizza was not delivered in between i called 2-3 times but this phone was not working and at 10.40 i was able to connect with 60009000 and had very clear conversation that what is status of my order as they were facing server problem so couldn't able to trace and CSE told that i will be getting call from my near store. After long waiting when again I called simply reply was my order has not been process and they cannot do any thing as store is closed.

                                Very pathetic way to deal with customer. To the worst part when i have submitted my feedback first time i receive a call to know the things i was in a meeting so your CSE agreed to call me after 30 minutes which they haven't called till date.what a way to deal with customers and feedback. i need some strong against the person who has taken order and need a apology in writing as my 2 kids slept without having dinner on that date.
                                Also advice to you if you cannot serve masses please don't come with any offer and you are not technically sound close down your IVR and telephonic based system

                                  HI, Very pathetic customer service. We ordered (#[protected]) pizza via online today in afternoon, even after chasing thrice we haven’t got Pizza for next 1.5 hour. Delivery boy was late by 2 hours and when asked on getting late, He rudely respond ‘lena hai to lo mere pass or bhi delivery hai’ and he left without delivering Pizza, even I was talking to Customer care about this. I tried to speak to store Manager but he was too rude and said we don’t have time commitment if you want u can have or not and put my call on hold for long. Later got call back after 20 mins, from him and he keep asking me ‘what I can do for you’ but refused to give discount on. Might be there is not time commitment on delivery pizza 2 hours delay and rude customer service is not acceptable. Finally I didn’t get pizza this afternoon. And this is not a first time, we order two weeks back and had same issue, so thought to raise this time. I don’t know, the resolution of this complaint but will surely neither order nor recommend to Pizza Hut in future. Unsatisfied and Annoyed Customer. Sandeep Bisht

                                    This with great anguishness i am writing this complaint against the sale of coupon which turn out be nightmare exercise whenever we are trying to place the order to the pizza hut. Today when we are trying to place the order on pizza hut and asked for the coupon discount on the pizza of our choice, there representative Mr PARAS (Employee Id :- 326951) has refused to give us the discount on pizza of our choice stating this coupon is not applicable on the pizza of our choice. At the time of selling their coupons, they never disclosed the T&C's regarding the applicability and when one places the order they suddenly come up with there T&C's of non applicability. This appears to be a clear cut case of misleading selling of Pzza hut discount coupons and cheating the customer. Request to take the corrective steps against this cheat. Regards Vivek

                                    False Promises

                                    Pizza orderd at 10:20 p.m. and after four enquiry calls which took almost one and a half hour and repeated promises of huge discounts... lost faith in pizza hut services.

                                      I have given a small home delivery order on 20-06-14 and it was assured me that it will be delivered in 30 minutes, but I have received the order after 180 mins. When I ask him to go as per your delivery policy, he taken back the order without delivery. Really disgusting. Rubbish service.

                                        on 18june 2014 at 8.52 p.m i ordered for 4 pizzas from mobile number [protected] .when i again called up at 9.40.p.m your executive told us that our ordered was not registered within the minutes we received callfrom pizza hut v3s mall that delivery boycome backfrom half way and our pizza will deliverd within 15 min.but pizza was deliverd after one hour . our guest were wating for 2 hour for pizza .and when we serve the pizza we found the wuality of pizza was very poor there was very little cheese so we request you to please take the appropriate action regards ashu verma m [protected]
