Hi, I had order online pizza yesterday @7.40pm for which amount was deducted, however I got some error mentioning it is not placed. So I called up "[protected]" to verify order status. I got answer that order was not placed, and he has sent a request to Pimpri Pizza hut, and he will call you in 5-10 mins. However, I did not got call ever. So finally @9.15pm, I called them again to know the status, on which they said the pizza will be delivered in next 5-10 mins since the order was later processed manually from backend. However, even after 30mins, we did not receive pizza, so I called them back and to my surprise they said your order has been wiped off. When told them the earlier discussion, he mentioned you will get call in 5-10mins, which never came up. After that I kept calling and everyone was saying you will get pizza in next 5-10mins, which never came. When I asked them to transfer the call to floor manager, he said manager was not on floor will give call in sometime, which never came. The same process continued till 10.45pm when executives were discontinuing the call, or transferring the call to some junk number wheere no one picked the call. It was unbelieveable and pathetic services which I had ever seen and all of my family member were kept awaiting for pizza till 11pm when finally we decided to get some other food. When you cannot stick to you commitment why do make commitment and make customers suffer. It was extremely poor customer executives who did not knew what the status of pizza processing and tracking.     Hi - I have placed an order online at orders.pizzahut.co.in, with an order reference number[protected], however I have been told upon calling the centralized number and speaking with Mr. Shiven that the order number is not recognized and order has not been placed. It is extremely disappointing to face such a scenario. Rest assured, Pizza Hut is out of my list of pizza deliveries from now, even though until now I have been using Pizza Hut more than Dominoes. At least Dominoes recognizes their customers. Even upon speaking to the customer care executive and informing him that I am extremely upset and I will take this up with consumer court, he did not seem to have any concern in it. And seemed extremely casual about the complaint with no reference to wanting to correct it. Highly Disappointed in Pizza Hut!

      I have always been an ardent Pizza Hut customer through my childhood in the middle east and after the chain opened up in India. But a recent incident has questioned my loyalty towards the highly reputed international chain. Incidents are bound to happen with an operation so vast, however a chain like Pizza Hut takes immense pride in its operations. So much pride that one wouldn't be billed if the pizza arrives beyond the stipulated 30 mins or even a specified time by the personnel taking the order. Complaints are tackled and dealt with right then and there so that they do not become the issue that would now follow. At 8:05 PM, on 24th of May 2014, a Saturday evening, I placed an order for 2 large pizzas, (one veggie supreme and one pepperoni with extra toppings of olives, onions and capsicums). I had placed a call to your centralized call center number and placed this order from Jaipur while in Jaipur. The personnel took the number I was calling from along with the address. In order to ensure he understood our address and location properly, I did mention the registered mobile number while explaining that any call regarding this order should be made on the number I was using to call. All these precautions to ensure that being a weekend, the order would not be delayed. At the end of this order, the attendant told me that my order would be with me within 30 mins. At 8:45 PM, 24th of May 2014, 40 mins after I've placed my order, I get a call from Connaught Place, Delhi, informing me that they will not be able to deliver my order as Jaipur does not fall within their delivery limits. (at this moment I'm perplexed as to why I have received this call) A barrage of calls followed that from 8:46 PM to 8:48 PM, 24th of May 2014, giving me stories of "TECHNICAL PROBLEMS" and "HUMAN ERRORS". At 8:53 PM, on 24th of May 2014, 48 MINS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER, I get a call from Pizza Huts centralized call center, again telling me about a serious of human errors and technical problems till I finally got frustrated with them and told them I knew the truth about my order being sent to Delhi. At that moment a Mr Mohit in Delhi again apologizes and asks me to place my order (AGAIN) and wait another 20 mins before it will be delivered to me. From 8:55 PM to 9:17 PM, on 24th of May 2014, I spent my time talking to 5 of pizza huts staff between the Centralized Call Center in Delhi and the Vaishali Nagar branch of Pizza Hut in Jaipur. This conversation was finally concluded by Mr Ishaan Sisodia who was extremely apologetic for the mess up at the Delhi office but could do absolutely nothing more for me beyond being "Incredibly Apologetic", when I ask for the complaint department's contact details, he actually says while they are apologetic for this error and they would not be able to deliver the Pizzas, they also request me not to take the matter further. After waiting for 72 mins for an order, that has yet not been delivered to me due to Pizza Hut's fault, I'm given a heartfelt apology and a plea for me not to make a complaint about the matter or raise it on any level with Senior Officials of Pizza Hut. Its very disturbing while every call centre warns a caller for call screening formalities, your personnel malign the reputation of the internationally popular chain by talking and stating nonsense like this. I have brought this matter to your notice because it has left me wondering whether the chain has dropped in its standards and doesn't really care about satisfied customers or then does the international chain feel the average Indian caller from a smaller town, may not understand the magnitude of the chain. This has been very appalling and I would like to know how you intend to rectifying the issue.

        I made a online delivery in pizzahut they were late than 30min as per company policy the pizza was free but delivery boy contacted the store manager and thethe manager told me to pay the money or he will blacklist me and after 20 min the boy came back and told me to return the pizza I had ate one pizza and the other one was remaining so he told meme to pay forfor one pizza and return other one

            I ordered 2 pizzas online from Pizza hut on 23rd May on 10:20 pm and requested them to delivery it at 11pm. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I called PHD in Aditya Mall, Indirapuram and I was shocked to see the behaviour of the staff. An employee Mr Tyagi straight away made an excuse that they didnt have my address. I have ordered several times through same account online, also the confirmation mail I got from them has my full address, how is it possible that they dont have my address.I was told rudely and arrogantly by Mr Tyagi that we cant deliver it!. My account in pizza hut online delivery contains full address.Pathetic customer service, I kept on waiting for the pizza, and here I am, totally hungry with no other option to eat.This is not at all acceptable, just ignoring the orders and giving lame excuses with the customer staying hungry whole night. I would request you to escalate this, pathetic, irresponsible, rude and worst customer service and dealing I ever saw! I can provide my account details with full address, which hasnt been changed since 1 year, and had no issues earlier. The employees should be trained to be more responsible.

              Hi, on 15th May, me and my family of six visited your outlet on Kammanahalli, Bangalore and we ordered few pizza for dine in and at the same time we also ordered a pizza for takeaway, they served dine in pizzas and again I reminded him for a takeaway and he said it will be ready when he gives bill and after finishing our food we have waited half an hour but they said its getting ready and I waited almost an hour with my children's then I went to counter asking COMPLAINT / SUGGESTION BOOK to launch a complaint but a lady gave me an ordinary dairy to write a complaint but I insisted a proper one but she couldn't provide then I requested her to call a restaurant manager to speak but again she gave a reason that he was busy in the kitchen meanwhile they delivered me take away pizza but still I insisted to meet Manager and I waited 15 minutes but he didn't turn up and at last we came back with a bad experience with Pizza Hut and it was a worst service which I come across in a over the year so I am requesting you to please take necessary action to sort out these kind of issue and please inform all your restaurant managers to speak to customers to settle the issue instead of hiding in kitchen.               i called in first they said they will dilver then they say they wont. this is the Bommanahill store. and this is not the first time that i m facing an issue with the Bommanahill store.
              its stores like this that are ruining the name of Pizza hut. and i dont no why this forum is there is someone gonna read this and do something about it? The Pizza huts in the US are not like this.

              late and wrong order

              i ordered chessy pizza ( non-veg) and i reacieved veg pizza and i got the pizza late. later on i got apologies message and discount of five hundred rupees. i never got any five hundred discount

                I ordered an online chicken birizza and paid the money online... The food didn't get delivered... So i called up the customer care 5 times to find out the status... they took my order no. and promised to revert back to me in 5 min but nobody bothered to call back... When I asked them to cancel the order they said it cannot be cancelled and when i insisted they told it will be cancelled and you will get your money refunded in 21 days... but till now i haven't got the mail confirming the cancellation of order... what kind of corporate hooliganism is this... You take money and dont even bother to take care of customer satisfaction... Feeling disgusted... Added is the order receipt ... My order No.[protected]

                  You guys deliver late pizza and then you also tell us that pizza was only 6 min late so you donot have a right to claim free pizza. Your people were very cheap and didnot know how to talk to a female. The guy who delivered pizza was speaking loudly so that all the adjoining flats could hear him. As i did not wanted to create a scene i paid off this guy but i'm not going to order any further from you guys. My co-residents were also not happy with the incident and we have asked our guards to not allow pizza hut folks to enter into the building. We'll soon release a notice to all residents on this behaviour from Pizza hut. My order details are Order reference:[protected] Date: 22/05/2014 16:17:00 (Expected time for delivery) Your manager was trying to teach me some common-sense by telling me that guy took 6 mins to reach my flat. To check on it i went to see his entry time which was 16:20 i.e. late by 4 mins. This is something that i didnt expect while ordering at pizza hut. No more orders!!!

                    I HAD PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH THE TELEPHONE ON 21 MAY 14 AT 20:40 HRS FOR PIZZA(HOME DELIVERY) ON THE PIZZA HUT CALL CENTRE NUMBER.MY HOME ADDRESS IS KONDHWA KHURD, PUNE. AFTER ONE HOUR, I GOT A CALL BACK SAYING MY ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED AT MY HOME ADDRESS AS THE ORDER HAD BEEN GIVEN BY THEM TO THE WRONG STORE (KOTHRUD)AND THEY COULD NOT DELIVER AT MY ADDRESS.THERE WERE NO EFFORTS ON THEIR PART TO RECTIFY THE MISTAKE BY SENDING MY ORDER TO THE CORRECT STORE.(WANOWRIE). I THEN PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE FOR PIZZA AT THE CORRECT STORE-WANOWRIE PIZZA HUT(I HAD GOT AN SMS FROM PIZZA HUT EARLIER SAYING THERE IS AN OFFER OF BUY ONE GET ONE FREE FOR ONLINE DELIVERY ON WEDNESDAYS) .THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIME WAS 22:40.ORDER NOs ARE[protected],[protected]. ON THE WEBSITE THE ORDER TRACKER SHOWED 'PIZZA OUT FOR DELIVERY', HOWEVER I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE REGARDING THE DELIVERY. WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE NUMBER AT 2245, I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET A CALL BACK WITHIN 5 MINS.I WAITED FOR 10 MINS AND CALLED THE CALL CENTRE NUMBER AGAIN TO CANCEL THE ORDER.I WAS AGAIN TOLD THAT I WOULD GET A CALL BACK IN 5 MINS. AT 2317 I GOT A CALL FROM THE STORE REGARDING THE ORDER AND WHEN I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL IT, THEY READILY DID IT. I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I WAS KEPT WAITING FOR THE LAST TWO HOURS FOR DINNER(I WAS HOSTING GUESTS AT MY RESIDENCE). I WAS EMBARASSED AND NOT ONLY I BUT MY GUESTS SUFFERED AS WELL. ON THEIR WEBSITE, IN THE FEEDBACK PAGE, THERE IS NO OPTION OF GIVING FEEDBACK FOR DELIVERY SERVICES/ONLINE ORDERS.THEY ONLY HAVE THE OPTION OF GIVING FEEDBACK ABOUT THE RESTAURANTS.ALSO, THE WANOWRIE BRANCH DOESNT FEATURE IN THE LIST OF RESTAURANTS ON THE WEBSITE, SO ONE CANNOT GIVE ANY FEEDBACK AT ALL. PIZZA HUT SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE SUCH OFFERS IF THEY CANNOT COMMIT TO IT. IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE THE ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

                      I have ordered the pizza of pizza hut delivery. On online they have given that we deliver at pashan road but after i placed order and have done payment. my order no. is[protected]placed on 21/05/2014 21:04:37)After placing order i got the call from pizza hut guys that we cannot deliver in that area. Then after lot of conversation and request they agreeed to deliver me near HDFC bank which is 500metre near from my home. I requested them that i[censored] r deliering us there then why not 500metre ahead but the manger argued and talked so rude with me and said he will deliver near HDFC bank only.After that delivery man came and have given only oregano and not given spice mix. He told me all spice mix masala is over and even pizza are not available. I got the order after 55min. Till i got th pizza it was totally cold and was not eatable. I thrown away the pizza in dustbin. I was really paniced by service of PHD. Its the worst, third class, cheap level delivery and the executive talk so rudely with customers. I recommend PHD the worst pizza i ever eaten. Also, the pizza which i have got were not properly baked.They were half baked such a low cost service at such big amount. Pizza hut is a useless, worst in taste, service. The words will be less to criticse the PHD.I want the refund of my money for this order. Please take action ASAP. Please take action on this issue urgently or otherwise i have to put manhani case against PHD.

                        Respected sir/mam, I am a resident of rohini sector 13, new delhi. This complaint is regarding the poor service i experienced yesterday in pizza hut. I never expected such a service from pizza hut ever! Its about yesterday (20 may 2014) that we ordered a pizza at 9:30 pm. It wasn't delivered within the 30 mins and moreover, after a wait of 45 mins. or so, when we called back, what we got to hear was that our order was cancelled due to no reason but they termed it as technical reason. I mean what is this? such a response from pizza hut? And finally after placing our order again, we had put a special mention to provide us with sauce n seasonings, and they didn't provide us with that even . I personally placed the order and was very clear to the staff, still this happened. Those staffs sitting there at the desk are either not appropriate for their jobs or are hard of listening. 1st of all the order is cancel by them only and what stupid reasons they gave and even after delivering, pizza accessories are missing. Are we people fools sitting at our homes with our valuable guests waiting for your pizza till 11 30 pm.? This is so ridiculous! Pizza hut holds such a high position in the market n such crap we have to face. Kindly look into the matter and respond. We will submit such irresponsible treatment of your company to all my media freinds and restaurant magazines of the city that such are your services these days so that people understand and they come out with their reviews.                           We went to darjeeling pizza hut deluvery(phd) on 15 may 2014. Although there was no rush, we had to wait for 30 mins to place the order. The staff was totally unfriendly. The dine in reataurant was totally suffocating. We ordered 2 so cheesy medium pizzas, garlic bread, soft drinks and birizza. Our order took half an hour to be delivered. After repeatedly asking for the ketchup, chillibflakes and oregano, we dint get it. We even did not get the drinking water after repeatedly asking for the same. The attitude of the staff was not so friendly. At times, their language was also abusive. We wasted around rs. 1500 and two hours. Its really surprising that such a renowned restaurant doea not have basic ammenities like drinking water, tomato ketchup and chilli flakes. The pizza that we recieved was half soft and half so hard that it was difficult to chew. The birizza was also half cooked. I. An sense raw rice in it. Also the drinks were not cool. When we left the restaurant, we found some other customers fighting with the staff for their own issues. I generally eat from dominoz. Great taste and great staff. This was the first time we went to pizza hut as my friends insisted. Then we just got out and went to the dominoz. Me and my friends had a good time there. Great taste and grt staff at dominos, as always. My friends, at last agreed that my decision to go to sominis was absolutely correct. Finally we decided not to go to pizza hut again as it was the worst experience of my life. My suggestion to pizza hut is that close it as soon as possible. Myself and my friends will never go for it and i will try my beat to urge other people not to go for it. Its not worth anything.

                          pizza hut has some or the other problem - they are inefficient in their service.. when we order for panner birizza.. they give veg birizza and charge for panner birizza...
                          i had to check with them again and a continuous follow up went on to ensure that they understood my complaint.. then they considered to correct it.. but by then the whole experience is gone...

                          when veg pizz and non-veg pizza is order.. the labelling of green and red to indicate veg and non-veg is never proper... i wonder how they can get into such basic mistakes..


                          u are right.. dominos is a bit better in their operations.. of course they also commit mistakes ... but not these basic ones..

                            Hi, I have given order to your Thane branch at 10.56 am on 18/05/14 & they confirmed my address also & assured delivery by 11.45 am but at 11.30 am some of your person Mr. Rahul Nirmal Contact No. [protected] called me & informed that they don't deliver the order in my residence area while my mobile no. is registered with your firm & I got delivery on 2/04/14 from the same branch in my place. It was really shocking to me that how your employee respond to customers & when I tried to make complaint of the same in pizza hut no.[protected] times) than there also the person had just left my call on hold & not responded for long. Now I think that if one customer is not so important for you than I would not like have your services any more in future & suggest my all known also for the same.                             Refund not received

                            I placed an order on 29/5/2016. Due to some technical issues pizza was not delivered. So customer care executive said that amount will be refunded in 10 days. Its 11th june today. Yet refund not received.

                              I am living in Pune city of Maharashtra State. Recently I have contacted one of the store of Pizza Hut situated on J.M.Road. This store is only 1/2 km from my residence. I have gave the order on phone for Home Delivery. One of their staff has asked me the address & I told him that my residence is in Sadashiv Peth. He suddenly told me that Pizza Hut does not provide Home Delivery in Sadashiv Peth area. I have asked them why then he told me that its a company policy. I am shocked that one of the biggest chain of Pizza store has not provided the home delivery service within 1/2 km area. I want satisfactory answer from the company.

                                Pizza HUt should stop fooling people with their promotional offer saying "30 Mins or free". I placed an order (Order no - 2788). After 20 mins, I got a call saying that pizza delivery will take another 10-15 mins. After 30 mins I got a message from Pizza Hut - " Dear Customer, apologies - your order no. 2788 is delayed and will reach to you shortly.Please accept discount of Rs.500 or the order value whichever is lesser. Pizza Hut delivery." When Delivery boy (Vinod) come to my door with pizza, I shown him the message, He bluntly said that He is not going to give the pizza free as he has informed that delivery will be late. He said either I should pay the amount or He is taking back the pizza. He also said that He dont trust the message and I have to pay. When I reported the incident to pizza hut center, they said that the stomre manager will speak to me. Then the Store manager (Shalini) also said that My address does not come under Koramangala area and hence it will not be free. I told her that I am not a first time user of Pizza Hut, previously also I have ordered and everytime I got within 30 mins and u can check my previous orders as well. She then transferred the call to her General Manager (Rajeeva). He is saying that since his delivery boy informed that he will be late, so delivery cannot be discounted. I asked then where is the slogan "30 mins or free". The guy can be in traffic and he can say that he will be late. Does this mean that I will not get discount? I asked whether he said anytime that the delivery will not get discount as he has told me. Rajeeva is giving me suggestion that I should inform the call center ppl that place my order in HSR and not in Koramangala center. I said even u have my address, u should not have taken the order as u were sure that u r not gonna deliver in time. Its an information that he will be late, nowhere its mentioned or he said that I will not get any discount when delivery boy informs customer that he will be late. I said whether he comes 10 mins late or 20 mins late, for me I am eligible for discount when I get a message, He says that Pizza Hut sent message by mistake, Customer will not get discount if the delivery boy informs that he will be late. I asked to speak to his manager Lokesh. First his phone was busy, I m sure these ppl were informing him abt the incident. I called again an again, his mobile ([protected]) kept ringing and he did not pick the call. I msged him as well but still no reply from him. Finally, I logged a complaint (Complaint No[protected] and still I did not get any calls from them - more than 30 mins but they say that I will be getting calls within 5 mins, Wonder which clock or watch they use. Now I am wondering, How these ppl work. They dont care of their own slogan "30 mins or free". Despite going by that, they are finding reasons to hide their inability to deliver in time. They are giving lame excuses and worst part is that they dont know how to talk. Dont know on what basis they get hired also. They talk so blunt and rude. Instead of correcting their inability, they are advising ppl to order in some other store. And senior person is not picking up the calls. I know nothing is going to happen, but I am still writing because I really did not like someone bringing food to my door and then taking it back, giving false expectation to its customer by first sending them message and then by not going by the messages. Wonder this happens to a regular customer, what will happen to New customers.Hoping to take some actions, Thanks in anticipation.

                                  1) When we wanted to place an order, it took us 30 min to do it on the website due to slowness. 2) Placed the order at 9:15pm, called the call center and a person called Syed confirmed that the order will take 45 min. We agreed. 3) 1 hour post placing the order - 10:15pm - no information about the order at all, call center numbers are not answered. When we finally got through we were informed the person had left with the delivery...but we had not received any call yet. 4) Asked to speak to a supervisor - we were put on hold for 5 - 6 min and the call was disconnected. This happened 5 times. 5) The order was finally delivered at 10:45pm - 1hr 30min after the order was placed. Pizzas were COLD, just not edible. 6) When we refused to pay, the delivery person handed the phone to the store supervisor - Mr Jaipaul. Have never been so insulted in my life as I was speaking to this person. He was rude, aggressive and lacked basic manners let alone customer service. His exact words and language used were "Why you won't pay?" "What are you imitating me for?" "Go do what you want, I know what to do". This has been the worst experience, one we are not likely to forget for a long time.

                                    It was a bad experience.today 16-may-2014 I order one Family Pack pizza online for my family at sharp 9 PM by with mob no [protected]. The estimated delivery time was 9:45 pm as per cc executive. At 9:46 pm i got a message that your pizza is dispatched and very soon at your door. I called to CC for 2 time for same but no any positive response. at 10:15 I got the order and when i asked for delayed boy told that due to modi sarakar. when I called to store manager he said that i am giving you my personal cont. no and i will give you discount for your next order. when i am not agreed on this he returned this order. It is very bad service and communication with customer too. I think PizzaHut should not promised for 30 min delivery. Do some need full action.

                                      I had ordered pizza 1 veg magic solo on 14th May at 9pm at 519 mahagun milano crossings republik NH-24. The order time was at 9:50pm. The pizza reached first barrier at10:15 and to my address at 10:25PM. On asking the delivery boy he said on wednesday do not order pizza as due to buy one get one offer you will get the pizza late. I asked for free delivery, he refused. He said i have to return to the store which is 2 min walking distance from my place at paramount spectrum store, crossings republik. He didnot turn up after 20 minuytes. I called the customer care thrice and every time i was assuered that pizza will reach in next 5 min with free garlic bread but. the store manager smartly closed the store and sent my order at 11:30pm. Do you really believe this is thr right way to treat customer, as I ordered it for my daughter and her friends and I was embarrassed as they left our house without dinner and I ordered dinner at 9pm which was delivered to me at 11:30pm, very poor, very bad, worst experience i ever had with pizza hut. prior to this last two times when I ordered, once my complete order was not deliverd, they skipped garlic bread and other day my order reached late after 40 mins and this was the third time I experienced this.

                                        It was a very very bad experience. We had ordered a pizza. And because of excess cooling for AC, we have changed our table by the help of the pizza hut guy. We had waited for 35 minutes but the pizza which we have ordered was not served. By that time no one came to us for asking about the order was completed or not. Than after 40 minutes I ask the other guy about our order. The guy didn't even remembered about our order. And after 40 minutes also the order was not even booked. We were 3 people including a kid who was very hungry. but it was very disappointing and insulting for us. That we were sitting for more than half n hour and nobody came for even asking for the order. Very bad experience. Never never expected this service from pizza hut. We had left after 40 minutes without having anything.
                                        After giving order, I wait for 1 &2 hour, NO delivery.BUT not received. I Call again, they said I am checking And within 5 mins my manager Call you with the status or problem with status, BUT again no response. I Call them100rd time, they tell me Stupidly that Store is Busy.. Please make your order Cancel. So after waiting for 100 mins, they Cancel my Order. SO THIS IS HIGHLY STUPID BEHAVIOUR & IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWERS TO QUERIES OF CUSTOMER. If they are Busy then at first don't take order. and also if you take order then kindly...They have not able to track my order as well.

                                        I have order pizza thrug phone call at 9.50pm and received the order confirmation SMS on my mobile ([protected]).
                                        I wait for 40 mins but not got any delivery, I call back on more than 7-8 times and i complaint about the same complain number is [protected]. all time i got response from pizza hut staff that my order will be delivered soon as previously they have taken 2 delivery addresses for single order due to there some system issue.

                                        After calling several times i got the same response that ""my order will be delivered soon""...

                                        Till 11.30 I have not got anything and after that i called back they told me NOT POSSIBLE TO DO THE DELIVERY...

                                        Finally its late night so we have to SLEEP HUNGRY... Thats Pizza hut ... Good Job pizza hut..!!!

                                        misbehave with customer

                                        i have gone to pizza hut to order my pizza against my old order bonus worth rs 500 or less..but the store manager named ravi and call centre person surbhav misbehaved and using the power wrongly.
