On 30th May 2014, I ordered "meal for 4" (2 medium pizza, + any 2 desserts+1 portion of garlic bread) combo . I called the number [protected] at 8:17 pm. The guy who picked up the call was unable to understand things and had to repeat the order several times. He took 10 minutes to finally place the order at 8:30 pm and the total amount he said rs753/- (699 + taxes) . After waiting for 30 minutes we again called at 9:09 pm to enquire about the order. The man said that order was placed at 8:52:15 pm. We called back at 9: 13 pm. The guy started talking in rude tone and said that 30 minutes are not over yet. Finally the delivery boy came and that too with incomplete order. He said that garlic bread is left and he will go back and bring garlic bread.. For us 30 minutes were over and we refused to pay. The delivery boy called some Mr Sreedhar and Mr Nair and we got only rude responses back. And on the top of it when I checked the Bill, the total amount was rs 895/- (Including taxes) (But as per the order taking boy the amount was rs 753/- including taxes) Finally we had to pay them Rs 300/- Following are the issues in short 1st : Irritating boy taking customer order 2nd : Punched wrong time of order placing and delivered pizza very late 3rd : wrong amount mentioned in the bill 4th: Delivery boy came with incomplete order 5th: not at all customer friendly staff This was not the first time we ordered from pizza hut but definitely it was THE LAST. Here with I am attaching pictures of my call history to pizza hut, a picture of the menu stating the price of the combo and picture of the bill stating higher price then mentioned by order taking boy

    I went to sector chandigarh pizza hut for my bday party. Service was gross...literally gross. Your waiters are more into their Gossips than serving their customers. i also wrote a complaint on feedback form But havent got any reply from your side too. Its even more disgusting and pathetic.

      My name is shivam ! I ordered a big pizza on 29 may !! but when i tasted the stuff ...that sooo called pizza is a hard piece of bread with some sour paste it . the base of that so called pizza was soo hard that i cant eat it even . Moreover cheese was not at all there on tht hard piece of bread . i logged a complaint earlier but the company not even bother to revert back. My feedback ID is 9524. It was such a bad experience that even bread and butter would be a better option rather than going pizza hut .

        I had ordered 2 meal for 4 offer pizza on 31/5/2014 at 7.35 pm ( sat) as we had guest in my house. i had contacted[protected]. They replied that it will take 40 min to deliver at my place at Shenoy nagar. We had been regularly order your services and nearest pizza hut delivery center is not even 500- 600 mts from my house. We had been waiting for long period ( more than one hour) and started calling the same number repeatedly but they sad it has been dispatched long ago. I would have called almost 10 times and also got trouble ticket no 6320. Guests got restless and left at 9.00 pm. I felt awkward as I disappointed the guests( with kids) with no dinner. Finally pizza was delivered at 9.15 pm at a very stale and cold condition that nobody could ever eat. Finally Rs 1900/ went to drain. Thanks to your commitment of time and lovely service You not only wasted my money and time but also disappointed my guests. I really do not know whether the same guests will even step into my house for giving such a lovely treatment THANK YOU PIZZA HUT FOR SUCH MAKING ME A LAUGHING STOCK BEFORE MY GUEST.           Hello; I would like to introduce myself as a regular customer of Pizza Hut Inc. Since a long time I had really enjoyed its services and quality served by this pizza brand. But now I think it’s time for change as Pizza Hut is not that much capable to satisfy their customers in terms of quality and service delivery. I would like to draw your attention that 31/05/2014 at 05:23 PM I made an order for delivery (Order Number[protected] at Pizza Hut store of Shoprix Mall at Sector 61 Noida (UP) and the promise delivery time was 05:53 PM, I got a call from Rider at 05:58 PM to collect my order. I softly asked to him that my order delivery time was 05:53 PM but now it’s 05:58 so as per company rules and policy I am eligible for free delivery, but the rider denied by saying that he reached to my place at 05:50 PM only and searched me in each and every room. I said than why don’t you called me instead of searching as normally rider used to call customer once they reached to their location. I asked rider to connect me with his manager as I want to discuss it out. After few minutes I get connected to Mr.Jia-Ul-haq and I narrated the complete story to him. Initially he tried to disguise me by saying that riders don’t call to customers after reaching to their location than I said all riders used to do that as I am getting delivery since a long time. At last he agreed and confessed that it was riders fault as he should called me instead of searching in each and every room. I really get surprised when I heard that he wants to compromise by getting agreed through some deal. He was trying to trap me through some deal but I denied by saying I want his stern action on this issue. At last when he feels that he would not be able to convince me through his cheap deals (Like buy 1 get one free) he started shouting on me and said he will not deliver a free pizza. I asked him to maintain a professional attitude but still he continued with his abusive words and said he don’t bother to anything. He said “Do whatever you want to do as he don’t care for anything”. I am really very upset with this unprofessionalism and going to file a complaint in consumer court. I will also file a complaint against Mr. Mr.Jia-Ul-haq as I do have a recording of our conversation which will make this case much stronger. It’s a matter of your service delivery and the type o[censored]nprofessionalism shown by your staff by using abusive words. I am really going to take some stern action against this in consumer court.             i had placed down the by 13.00 pm and tii now as in itz 14.30 hrs i havent recievd the order. its really disppointing on our part. and after calling by 14.00 hrs, information given was like they are running out of stock. this should be mentioned before accepting the order.

              I had ordered Tandoori Paneer, Triple Chicken Feast & a couple of beverages (Order no[protected]placed on 01/06/2;014 13:00:13)) but didn't receive it... much after the stipulated 30 mins time that pizza hut promises i called at 2 pm, 2:15 pm, 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm but every time we told that the order is on it's way ...the executive were not full of excuses and false promise that I might receive it my moment... Is this the service we expect...retorical...made a mess of my afternoon.

                After giving order, I wait for 1 hour, NO delivery. I Call them, they tell out for Despatch reached you in 5 mins. BUT not received. I Call again, they said I am checking And within 5 mins my manager Call you with the status or problem with status, BUT again no response. I Call them 3rd time, they tell me Stupidly that Store is Busy.. Please make your order Cancel. So after waiting for 100 mins, they Cancel my Order. SO THIS IS HIGHLY STUPID BEHAVIOUR & IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWERS TO QUERIES OF CUSTOMER. If they are Busy then at first don't take order. and also if you take order then kindly inform the customer if delivery can not be happen on time. Also if customer is calling then give him right information & don't make him fool. Highly disgusting behaviour. I will never suggest to any one for PIzza Hut & Hopefully escalate my issue to the highest level because higher management should know ground realities & their team behaviour for the customer. Sorry to say but for Customer Centric companies, its totally negligent behaviour & is harmful for future growth also with same behaviour.

                    I Placed an order on 30.05.2014 at 03.12 PM online and Order ref no is[protected] and my registered mobile no is [protected]. My delivery was from Daryaganj outlet. I did not received delivery till 03.50 PM then I called at 39883988 then they told me that my mobile no was wrong but I entered correct mobile no.. I checked it 2 times. When I said I will not pay for it because its late by 20 mints then they said they cannot deliver it free. I have to pay.
                    I placed Pizza order for delivery on 31/05/2014 5.51 PM by calling[protected] but didn't receive any delivery so I called back to same number to confirm the status. I was informed that order has not been confirmed.


                    I as a regular customer don't expect this service from a leading brand. My order is generally delivered by Madhapur Store and there is always some or the other issue at the store.

                    I will never recommend Pizza Hut to any one else.

                    we had ordered pizzas for birthday celebration at tennis club, surat from ghoddod road, surat pizzahut .
                    we ordered at 7.50 pm and they were suppose to deliver in 30 to 45 minutes . while taking the order they did not mention that they will reverify the call and than only deliver the pizza . we have been ordering pizzas regular from my number [protected] and at tennis club address which is registered in your system .
                    as we did not receive pizza for about 90 minutes we called to verify the delivery status . we were told that the order was cancelled by them as they called to verify the order which infact we didnt receive any call. it was disheartening to know such an behaviour from pizzahut . when asked about the name of the attendant several times he said mohammad shariff, and he was to email me and apology letter for being unable to deliver .
                    hoping for the responce of action from your side .

                      NEFT transfer of Rs 1310 was debited from my bank account in order to book a pizza online on 18th Mar 2014, On repeated discussion with call centre and later with Mr Kartik it was promised that the amount of Rs 1310 would be credited back to my account in 21 working days. However, till date it has not been credited. Later again spoke with Kartik on 16th May, who promised that the amount would be credited in 3 working days. Now they have put me to the store and discussion with Mr Ram ( store manager ) at Powai, Mumbai branch. I have been pushed from time to time with false promises ..with no follow up or update from Pizza Hut. It is always me that is calling and chasing my payment... Could you look into the matter. regards Ramesh

                          i wanted to place order for pizza at Nariman Point, a prime office location in Mumbai. but on trying online service and there after calling to place order i was told the area is out of trade area Mantralaya which is few walking blocks away from Nariman point is not out of trade area its very wierd to know a prime palce where there are many offices and a financial as well as prime banking offices is out of trade area pizza hut should reconsider the areas where delivery should be made by looking up in google and getting basic info of the places they put on out of trade area. this is clear invitation for competitors like dominos to capture the market.

                            Hi, I had order online pizza yesterday @7.40pm for which amount was deducted, however I got some error mentioning it is not placed. So I called up "[protected]" to verify order status. I got answer that order was not placed, and he has sent a request to Pimpri Pizza hut, and he will call you in 5-10 mins. However, I did not got call ever. So finally @9.15pm, I called them again to know the status, on which they said the pizza will be delivered in next 5-10 mins since the order was later processed manually from backend. However, even after 30mins, we did not receive pizza, so I called them back and to my surprise they said your order has been wiped off. When told them the earlier discussion, he mentioned you will get call in 5-10mins, which never came up. After that I kept calling and everyone was saying you will get pizza in next 5-10mins, which never came. When I asked them to transfer the call to floor manager, he said manager was not on floor will give call in sometime, which never came. The same process continued till 10.45pm when executives were discontinuing the call, or transferring the call to some junk number wheere no one picked the call. It was unbelieveable and pathetic services which I had ever seen and all of my family member were kept awaiting for pizza till 11pm when finally we decided to get some other food. When you cannot stick to you commitment why do make commitment and make customers suffer. It was extremely poor customer executives who did not knew what the status of pizza processing and tracking. Cant believe this is true... Please contact me @[protected] to get more details Thanks

                              Hi - I have placed an order online at orders.pizzahut.co.in, with an order reference number[protected], however I have been told upon calling the centralized number and speaking with Mr. Shiven that the order number is not recognized and order has not been placed. It is extremely disappointing to face such a scenario. Rest assured, Pizza Hut is out of my list of pizza deliveries from now, even though until now I have been using Pizza Hut more than Dominoes. At least Dominoes recognizes their customers. Even upon speaking to the customer care executive and informing him that I am extremely upset and I will take this up with consumer court, he did not seem to have any concern in it. And seemed extremely casual about the complaint with no reference to wanting to correct it. Highly Disappointed in Pizza Hut!

                                I have always been an ardent Pizza Hut customer through my childhood in the middle east and after the chain opened up in India. But a recent incident has questioned my loyalty towards the highly reputed international chain. Incidents are bound to happen with an operation so vast, however a chain like Pizza Hut takes immense pride in its operations. So much pride that one wouldn't be billed if the pizza arrives beyond the stipulated 30 mins or even a specified time by the personnel taking the order. Complaints are tackled and dealt with right then and there so that they do not become the issue that would now follow. At 8:05 PM, on 24th of May 2014, a Saturday evening, I placed an order for 2 large pizzas, (one veggie supreme and one pepperoni with extra toppings of olives, onions and capsicums). I had placed a call to your centralized call center number and placed this order from Jaipur while in Jaipur. The personnel took the number I was calling from along with the address. In order to ensure he understood our address and location properly, I did mention the registered mobile number while explaining that any call regarding this order should be made on the number I was using to call. All these precautions to ensure that being a weekend, the order would not be delayed. At the end of this order, the attendant told me that my order would be with me within 30 mins. At 8:45 PM, 24th of May 2014, 40 mins after I've placed my order, I get a call from Connaught Place, Delhi, informing me that they will not be able to deliver my order as Jaipur does not fall within their delivery limits. (at this moment I'm perplexed as to why I have received this call) A barrage of calls followed that from 8:46 PM to 8:48 PM, 24th of May 2014, giving me stories of "TECHNICAL PROBLEMS" and "HUMAN ERRORS". At 8:53 PM, on 24th of May 2014, 48 MINS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER, I get a call from Pizza Huts centralized call center, again telling me about a serious of human errors and technical problems till I finally got frustrated with them and told them I knew the truth about my order being sent to Delhi. At that moment a Mr Mohit in Delhi again apologizes and asks me to place my order (AGAIN) and wait another 20 mins before it will be delivered to me. From 8:55 PM to 9:17 PM, on 24th of May 2014, I spent my time talking to 5 of pizza huts staff between the Centralized Call Center in Delhi and the Vaishali Nagar branch of Pizza Hut in Jaipur. This conversation was finally concluded by Mr Ishaan Sisodia who was extremely apologetic for the mess up at the Delhi office but could do absolutely nothing more for me beyond being "Incredibly Apologetic", when I ask for the complaint department's contact details, he actually says while they are apologetic for this error and they would not be able to deliver the Pizzas, they also request me not to take the matter further. After waiting for 72 mins for an order, that has yet not been delivered to me due to Pizza Hut's fault, I'm given a heartfelt apology and a plea for me not to make a complaint about the matter or raise it on any level with Senior Officials of Pizza Hut. Its very disturbing while every call centre warns a caller for call screening formalities, your personnel malign the reputation of the internationally popular chain by talking and stating nonsense like this. I have brought this matter to your notice because it has left me wondering whether the chain has dropped in its standards and doesn't really care about satisfied customers or then does the international chain feel the average Indian caller from a smaller town, may not understand the magnitude of the chain. This has been very appalling and I would like to know how you intend to rectifying the issue.

                                  I made a online delivery in pizzahut they were late than 30min as per company policy the pizza was free but delivery boy contacted the store manager and thethe manager told me to pay the money or he will blacklist me and after 20 min the boy came back and told me to return the pizza I had ate one pizza and the other one was remaining so he told meme to pay forfor one pizza and return other one

                                      I ordered 2 pizzas online from Pizza hut on 23rd May on 10:20 pm and requested them to delivery it at 11pm. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I called PHD in Aditya Mall, Indirapuram and I was shocked to see the behaviour of the staff. An employee Mr Tyagi straight away made an excuse that they didnt have my address. I have ordered several times through same account online, also the confirmation mail I got from them has my full address, how is it possible that they dont have my address.I was told rudely and arrogantly by Mr Tyagi that we cant deliver it!. My account in pizza hut online delivery contains full address.Pathetic customer service, I kept on waiting for the pizza, and here I am, totally hungry with no other option to eat.This is not at all acceptable, just ignoring the orders and giving lame excuses with the customer staying hungry whole night. I would request you to escalate this, pathetic, irresponsible, rude and worst customer service and dealing I ever saw! I can provide my account details with full address, which hasnt been changed since 1 year, and had no issues earlier. The employees should be trained to be more responsible.

                                        Hi, on 15th May, me and my family of six visited your outlet on Kammanahalli, Bangalore and we ordered few pizza for dine in and at the same time we also ordered a pizza for takeaway, they served dine in pizzas and again I reminded him for a takeaway and he said it will be ready when he gives bill and after finishing our food we have waited half an hour but they said its getting ready and I waited almost an hour with my children's then I went to counter asking COMPLAINT / SUGGESTION BOOK to launch a complaint but a lady gave me an ordinary dairy to write a complaint but I insisted a proper one but she couldn't provide then I requested her to call a restaurant manager to speak but again she gave a reason that he was busy in the kitchen meanwhile they delivered me take away pizza but still I insisted to meet Manager and I waited 15 minutes but he didn't turn up and at last we came back with a bad experience with Pizza Hut and it was a worst service which I come across in a over the year so I am requesting you to please take necessary action to sort out these kind of issue and please inform all your restaurant managers to speak to customers to settle the issue instead of hiding in kitchen.                                         i called in first they said they will dilver then they say they wont. this is the Bommanahill store. and this is not the first time that i m facing an issue with the Bommanahill store.
                                        its stores like this that are ruining the name of Pizza hut. and i dont no why this forum is there is someone gonna read this and do something about it? The Pizza huts in the US are not like this.

                                        late and wrong order

                                        i ordered chessy pizza ( non-veg) and i reacieved veg pizza and i got the pizza late. later on i got apologies message and discount of five hundred rupees. i never got any five hundred discount
