I had order online pizza yesterday @7.40pm for which amount was deducted, however I got some error mentioning it is not placed. So I called up "[protected]" to verify order status. I got answer that order was not placed, and he has sent a request to Pimpri Pizza hut, and he will call you in 5-10 mins. However, I did not got call ever.
So finally @9.15pm, I called them again to know the status, on which they said the pizza will be delivered in next 5-10 mins since the order was later processed manually from backend. However, even after 30mins, we did not receive pizza, so I called them back and to my surprise they said your order has been wiped off. When told them the earlier discussion, he mentioned you will get call in 5-10mins, which never came up. After that I kept calling and everyone was saying you will get pizza in next 5-10mins, which never came. When I asked them to transfer the call to floor manager, he said manager was not on floor will give call in sometime, which never came. The same process continued till 10.45pm when executives were discontinuing the call, or transferring the call to some junk number wheere no one picked the call.
It was unbelieveable and pathetic services which I had ever seen and all of my family member were kept awaiting for pizza till 11pm when finally we decided to get some other food.
When you cannot stick to you commitment why do make commitment and make customers suffer.
It was extremely poor customer executives who did not knew what the status of pizza processing and tracking. Cant believe this is true...
