Sir I have order the pizza on 07/06/2014 online from pizza hut adress MSX mall greater noida The delivery boy name amit didn't returned money the bill amount is 232 and I have given him 500 rs note since he is not having the change he said I'll return after some time on same day and from that day he didn't returned my money even I have called him through phn and I told the store manager also but no action has been taken from manager side also

Yesterday I ordered from Pizza Hut, The ordered was delivered from Pizza Hut Banaswadi Bangalore. The Delivery Boy was rude, arrogant and had no sense of talking to customer. First, the order was not delivered in time, At the time of placing the order, I was told that it will be delivered in 45 mins, well, it reached only after 55 mins, That too the order was not full, when I asked to the delivery boy he said they ran out of the supplies and forgot to inform me in advance. Until here it was okay, I did not say a word. I tool the order and kept inside. When I requested, if I say I requested it means I requested by saying "Please", to call his store and ask for further instructions, he went off the way to speak to others and just said we are not going to give any discount to you. I never asked for a discount to him, what does he thin, he is the owner of Pizza Hut India and is he in a position to offer discount or so? It doesn't end here, I again asked him to call his store manager and let me talk to him, he did not say anything at this point. Then again I looked at the order and garlic bread was totally cold, he said he will replace it. It doesn't make any sense, I was hungry and was not ready for wait for another minute. I called up customer care and started explaining the situation to them, meanwhile this delivery boy said return the order, I was still speaking to customer care. I just returned the order to him and continued talking to customer care, the CC executive said he will arrange a call back to me from the store within 5 mins, I hanged up and waited for another 30 mins, no call back, called CC again and again he said I will get a call back as soon as I hang up the phone. No need to say I never received a call from anyone and ended up cooking for myself. This is totally wrong and unethical behaviour from Pizza Hut delivery. I don't want to argue a single word on this matter now, just writing my complaint. At least Pizza hut should learn how to hire and train the people who are supposed to interact the customers. My registered contact no with Pizza hut is [protected] in case at all they want to verify and follow up with the incident.

On 11th June 2014, I visited the newly opened Pizzahut Store at Aashiana Colony, Lucknow - 226002, and asked the Counter Boy for the Menu List. He pointed towards the Display overhead to him and asked for what I wanted. I opted for Veggie Lovers PAN-MED and Garlic Bread Cheese. Even before I could see the other details, he immediately printed the Bill for Rs. 588/-. In the meantime, I could see that there is an offer "Meal for Two" which includes one Pepsi along with what I was ordering, that to in just Rs.449/-. I pointed the matter to him and asked him to add the Pepsi in my Order and reduce the amount, but he immediately refused to do so and replied in a very harsh tone that "If I was educated, why did not I saw the Offer before giving the Order. A Bill once printed is not cancelled". So, from now onwards I have decided that till such will be hired at counters of Pizzahut and if no action is taken against such rowdy fellow, I will visit to Dominos, which is located just opposite to this Pizzahut Outlet.

I place the order in pizza hut at 8.22 p m on 11/06/2014 and pizza delivery at 10.30 p m, time slot for delivery in this case is 45 minutes
Pls look into this matter why the order is delivered so long, my faimily & freinds are suffred,
Pls tell me who is responsible, tell me his name and mobile no.
I did not eat the pizza because i arrane the food from any where

I hope that pizza hut will cooperate me for giving me faulty name & mobile no.
Otherwise i will mail to my complaint at higher level

Dear complain team,
On 8th June evening, I have ordered and online pizza via order no[protected] but immediately after the order I have received call and they people told me to come as if the place is far off.

I asked these people that the place is in servicable are list, still they denied and asked to come n pickup.

I ordered for Pan for all vegetarian pizzas but it never came ! This is not the first time this has happened with me. They have repeatedly made the same mistake! I don't think that I will ever order from Pizza Hut ever again!! I did not expect such poor service from such a "reputed" company !!! I am extremely unhappy !!!

We had ordered and paid for 2 CHICKEN Birizzas -to be packed. Not only were we MADE TO WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR but also the wait was far from being worth it.After more than an hour, we were served our couple of red boxes which had red dots on them(the symbol for non vegetarian food).Vexed and expectant, we reached home too late to go back again.As soon as we opened our boxes we found PANEER Birizzas.It was highly disappointing, as you can imagine.We could offer nothing but angry words.Yes, we have been cheated beyond all justifications and explanations

Hello There, I had order pizza from pizza hut on date of 11/06/14.My Order no is[protected]. I havent got my order. I went to Pizza hut store was closed, if store was closed then why online system conformed my order. And i already got conformed order email from Pizza hut. We had guest at our house and we had been waiting for more then 1 hour. So i want proper response from pizza hut.

I visited a Pizza Hut store at the North Country Mall, Mohali on 07/06/2014 at around 8:00 PM as Pizza Hut had advertised a Big Pizza at Rs. 199. But as I got into the restaurant, I had to wait for around 30 minutes for my order, the staff was not ready to listen to us at all. Moreover, when I received the Bill, the Pizza was charged at Rs.209 excluding taxes. I have been a regular visitor at Pizza Hut's other stores, but this had been my worst experience ever. If this organisation has a wee bit of self respect left, refund my money. Kindly revert for more details and scanned copies of Bill alongwith the wrong advertisements.

Hello, Here I am explaining one of the worst customer care service I have ever seen in my life I have placed online order for Pizza from Pizza hut but it was failed twice but my account was debited and this happened on 9th may 2014. After that I have raised complaint using the feedback service online but no one is responding to that. I do not know if Pizzahut is having any complaint cell. Then I had called to[protected] may be 10 times and every time they are transferring calls to nearly 4-5 persons but there is no outcome. Once I had a chance to get a call from concerned branch and the person told me to get a call from account department by evening and till date there is no evening for them. I had already spent nearly 50-60 rupees for calling to Pizza hut customer care. Can anyone have any idea how to get in touch with Pizza hut higher managers and any way how to get the money back?

I called pizza hut to place an order at 9:25 in the evening. The order is taken by the Madhapur pizza hut store in Hyderabad. After that I recieve the pizza at 10:35 in the evening. Then I tell the person delivering that the pizza is very late and it was guaranteed to me that it will be delivered within 30 mins. The pizza delivered is quite cold and when I bring this to the notice of the delivery person he tells me to warm it myself. I call up the store and they say that they will re-deliver my order within the next 30 mins and expects me to pay for the complete order. I refused for the order and called up the central pizza hut portal to bring this to their notice. After talking to 4 people none of whom wanted to take the responsibility they cut my call in between.

I have been the most regular pizza hut customer ever. In the last 3 times that i have called, all they do is put me on hold for 6-7 minutes and keep transferring me to different departments thereby wasting almost 20 minutes of talk time and not getting my order. I want an immediate response from the management failing which i will file a complaint with the Consumer redressal forum. Do take this a bit more seriously than you take your customers.

Pizza hut has a group of people who are liars and never provide the right information. Today I placed an order at pizza hut for my lunch. They told me that the order will be delivered in 30 mins. 15 mins after placing the order, I got a call from them re confirming my address despite the fact that I am their regular customer and keep on ordering from them and my address is already saved in their database. While ordering also the person taking the order confirmed the same. When my order did not reach for more than 1 hour, I called again and the person put me on hold for almost 10-12 mins and then tells me that the order will reach in 5 mins. Another hour passed by and the order did not come so I called again and I was again put on hold and after 10 mins the person comes back on the call and tells me that no one is picking the phone at the respective store. Now is that my problem. So all thanks to pizza hut that my day went without lunch today.This is the most pathetic service I have ever faced, even Indian government departments are much faster than Pizza Hut.

I ordered pizza from Pizza hut[protected] and the order collection time was 20:45 on the same day, unfortunately i placed the order as collection. However i called 7 times to Pizza hut no. 39883988 to either transfer my call to Pizza hut Viman nagar branch or call them directly to send my pizza. Neither Viman Nagar store manager called me nor they sent the pizza. I never expected such bad service from Pizza hut. I have been ordering pizza's from a long time now. I think Pizza needs to improve their service quality in order to make sure they keep the connectivity with their customers. Thanks, Wilson

This are guys who souts 30mint delivery everywhere, but seems this are scrape. i have order pizza online and its got delivery in 1 hour and 15 mints, pizza are very cold and not worth to eat. I called up to manager and he just replied 'sorry sir'. It its second time in row, when i ordered pizza and its been 1 hour and since waiting and writing this review.

The most embarrassing and disgusting feeling of my entire career came today at the hands of Pizza Hut. Should have listened to my client who asked for Dominoz but i insisted for Pizza Hut and asked him to try that. Upon ordering i clearly mentioned that i need it to be delivered before 4 as we had to leave office by 4 pm today but it never arrived. At the end ashamed and embarrassed i had to take my client starving to the airport. But in a way thanks to you that from now on we'll make sure that our company and all our associated companies never order anything from Pizza Hut. Thanks for making it a one way decision for us. KEEP UP THE DISGUSTING SERVICE AND MAKE PEOPLE'S life and choice easy !!!

It is disappointing to know that pizza hut has the worst inventory management I have experienced so far. I have always experience good time at pizza hut but this time it was really disappointing. I went to pizza Hut but i was communicated the base is over. Also it is sad to know that the staff is least bother about customers requirement the staff personnel named Mr. Rakesh at Thakur Kandivali store, Mumbai. is the most inattentive person ever seen... On 30th May 2014, I ordered "meal for 4" (2 medium pizza, + any 2 desserts+1 portion of garlic bread) combo . I called the number [protected] at 8:17 pm. The guy who picked up the call was unable to understand things and had to repeat the order several times. He took 10 minutes to finally place the order at 8:30 pm and the total amount he said rs753/- (699 + taxes) . After waiting for 30 minutes we again called at 9:09 pm to enquire about the order. The man said that order was placed at 8:52:15 pm. We called back at 9: 13 pm. The guy started talking in rude tone and said that 30 minutes are not over yet. Finally the delivery boy came and that too with incomplete order. He said that garlic bread is left and he will go back and bring garlic bread.. For us 30 minutes were over and we refused to pay. The delivery boy called some Mr Sreedhar and Mr Nair and we got only rude responses back. And on the top of it when I checked the Bill, the total amount was rs 895/- (Including taxes) (But as per the order taking boy the amount was rs 753/- including taxes) Finally we had to pay them Rs 300/- Following are the issues in short 1st : Irritating boy taking customer order 2nd : Punched wrong time of order placing and delivered pizza very late 3rd : wrong amount mentioned in the bill 4th: Delivery boy came with incomplete order 5th: not at all customer friendly staff This was not the first time we ordered from pizza hut but definitely it was THE LAST. Here with I am attaching pictures of my call history to pizza hut, a picture of the menu stating the price of the combo and picture of the bill stating higher price then mentioned by order taking boy

I went to sector chandigarh pizza hut for my bday party. Service was gross...literally gross. Your waiters are more into their Gossips than serving their customers. i also wrote a complaint on feedback form But havent got any reply from your side too. Its even more disgusting and pathetic.

My name is shivam ! I ordered a big pizza on 29 may !! but when i tasted the stuff ...that sooo called pizza is a hard piece of bread with some sour paste it . the base of that so called pizza was soo hard that i cant eat it even . Moreover cheese was not at all there on tht hard piece of bread . i logged a complaint earlier but the company not even bother to revert back. My feedback ID is 9524. It was such a bad experience that even bread and butter would be a better option rather than going pizza hut .
