today at mahavir nagar kandivali, i walked with my girlfriend for dinner,
we planed to order Birizza - Chicken + one drink, i remember perfect order ! let me manipulate the case.

1. when i enter in mahavir nagar branch i felt like ! the table was not cleaned and it's been 5-10 min after some one came and clean up the tabel . again after 15 min (after calling some one ) one guy came to take order !

2. I ordered Birizza in Chicken with cucumber crush
3. Approx 20 munit later i got the food ; now when i just saw the dish it was like i was having sevpuri, trust me that much quantity ; i was totally shocked and surprised i told to the manager that is this joke ? are you serious they again took the food in kitchen and came again after 10 min (ie : 10 + 15+ 20 + 10 = 55 min finally) it was same .
5. they misplaced with the bill and gave me bill of someone cost Rs : 900 ! Ohh [censored] i was totally pissed of, i paid bill and didn't kept penny for tip

my life time experience . that was so worst that i puked when i came my home trust me i swere !
the quality and quantity was really worst after paying 300 rs for this pice of i felt better to have something else

Today i placed an order for my whole team for delivery at my office address B - 34/3, sector 59, Noida (HCL Technologies). The order was for 20 double topping pan Pizzas to be delivered (Veg and Non Veg) and i placed the order at 16:06 (IST) at the centralised number[protected]. After taking my order, the person responded back that i will receive the confirmation call for the order and delivery time will be approx 1 hour. I got the confirmation call at 16:20 (IST) from the number[protected] that the order has been confirmed and will reach me by 50 minutes as this is a bulk order to which i agreed. When i did not receive any response till 17:25 (IST) which was already 15 minutes delay from the delivery time quoted, i called the centralised number again[protected] to enquire about the status of my order. The person who answered the call said he will get a call back from the Manager to me with explanation for delay within 2 minutes. I waited for another 10 minutes for the call back and at 17:35 i called the centralised number again[protected] and cancelled my order which was now 25 minutes delayed without any responses from Pizza Hut. Later on at 17:45 (IST) i got the call from the delivery boy that the pizzas are now being delivered to which i refused to accept them and explained that the order stands cancelled as it is more than 35 minutes from the original 1 hour quoted to me with an approx time of order to delivery at 1 hour and 35 minutes. After that i received another call from the number[protected] and the person did not show any empathy or regrets at 17:55 (IST) and just wanted to know why the order was cancelled and as i explained he was not apologetic at all however did say that i should take the order as this is in bulk which was no good for me. So i am utterly dissapointed with the services received from Pizza Hut today and being a corporate employee i could urge all other corporate employees not to order anything from Pizza hut anymore and failed commitments and promises from Pizza Hut will also make you fail in front of your seniors, colleagues and peers. We in HCL get corporate discounts from Dominos and Papa Johns along with Pizza hut, so i will never order anything now from Pizza hut anymore and will make sure that the words of the mouth spread to create awareness about the bogus service and careless customer services approach the organisation has towards its customers. .

Hi, my name is javed today I have order on medium pizza from you at 9.25 pm in evening I got the delivery at my address @ 11.00 pm. The pizza which I got was complete cold and got rotten i am just surprise that I am staying just behind your pimpri store and it took so long deliver I a highly disappointed I was keep calling but no one is bother to call from your pimpri store. This is with reference to the order no.[protected]. Being a regular customer, it is very disappointing to state that the following complaints are being registered second time after March’ 2014, despite of reminders. 1. As mentioned in the receipt, the order punch time was recorded as 8:30:58 pm. We received the order at 9:10 pm without complementary Italian seasoning and chilli flakes. The total time taken to receive the order with Italian seasoning and chilli flakes was 9:20pm with a total duration of 45 minutes. In this process, the products could not be read as ‘hot’. 2. Although the maximum duration of 30 minutes was over, the order could not be delivered as free because the offer “30 minutes or free” is not valid on Wednesdays. 3. The size of the pizzas delivered were not as per the standard size. 4. Inspite of availing an ‘extra cheese’ option for one of the pizzas, there was no cheese at all for the products delivered. 5. The crust of the pizzas was too hard to have. 6. The toppings on the pizzas were not up to our expectations. To sum up, it seems that your organization devalues the earnings made by customers. I had placed an order for Medium Chicken Kadai Pizza on Wednesday 1+1 offer with Chicken Tikka coming as free along with above order for an amount of Rs 534/- on 7th May, Wednesday 2014. After one hour also when the pizza didn't got delivered, i called back the call centre and to my surprise came to know that order it self was not placed. One guy by name Raghavendra had attended the call and was very rude in the way he talked and was not at all professional and polite in his dealing with customers. I would like to place on record very strong complaint against him for not taking my order and causing embarassment and inconvenience to me and family. As we were waiting for the order to be delivered at home for dinner and we have to say this has caused lot of mental stress and tention as our children were also starving till alternate arrangement was made. I visited your restaurant on 4th may 2014, unfortunately or by due negligence from your people, I had to lose my trouser being torn due to sharp edges in the seating which is clearly visible but ignored by your restaurant. I strongly ridicule the maintanence of your restaurant and hold you responsible for the loss of my trouser costing Rs.3600. Rather than advertising, you should first keep your house in order.

We called Pizza Hut number[protected] on Sunday May 03, 2014 @ 20:22 hrs and placed our order for 1 medium pepperoni pizza & 2 garlic breads .
The person taking order could not understand English nor could speak to save his lufe .ultimately we spoke in Hindi to get our orders across . The overdone confirmed delivery time of 30 mins .

At 21:10 I called the number again and inquired my order status .after being put on hold for few mins I was told "we don't know the reason for delay, we will arrange a call back from store manager ".
On my insistence to know the status of my order & reason for delay, he again said " store manager will inform you as we don't know"

What's the point of having customer service number & an option for tracking your order/ feedback if you can't give any answers ?...

Anyway the order arrived at 21:38, more than an hour after ordering .when I refused the order, delivery boy asked me to speak with manager, whose number was busy for next 7-10 minds .finally I spoke with Sumit, the manager who informed due to rush we are delayed .

Well if you cannot handle rush why are you in the business ?l, ,

Weekends will always be busy, you need to make arrangements & ensure it key delivery .most important tell the customer honestly, why commit for half hour when you are not equipped ?...

I have seen that the Faridabad Pizza Hut franchise has lowered its quality of service, quality of pizza's over the last few years. Last time I ordered a pizza two weeks back there was barely any cheese and some slices had no toppings. Today they "lost" my registered phone number!! The reduction in pizza quality has been a trend over time, very unfortunate. I have been a fan of Pizza Hut since 1981 overseas and this is the first time I feel compelled to complain. Please do something about this Pizza Hut!!

By making call on [protected].Inspite of my numerous calls neither the Pizza has been delivered nor any communication recd from your end.Every time when i callup they say we are arranging a call from store within 2 minutes..Now it is 02:15PM.Is this the PIZZA HUT???????????????????????????????????????????????????? I had ordered today. My order no was[protected]placed on 03/05/2014 13:10:21) and i supposed to receive at 1:41PM today. But instead of 5 repeated calls to your centre, i had not received any status about my order till 2:41PM. First i spoke to Khosla, Then Dhanraj for 3 times, last Neethu. After at last some senior person from call centre had to make a con.call with Chennai store Manager Mr.Saravanan. Saravanan started telling that the delivery boy's bike became dry without petrol and no balance in his mobile all those excuses. We were waiting without alternative by expecting Pizzahut. Finally we had to order food from somewhere and had out food at 3.35PM today.

Hi.. I had raised pizza request.it reached late. But this same occurred no of times. at earlier place too. I updated address and post that delivery was done too. Moreover for delivery, Biryani min order of Rs200 and pizza no restriction and removal of corporate offers, didnt find that good. As single meal is also required times.

I ordered pizza yesterday around 9, and pizza arrived around 9:25 pm. But to my surprise, the delivery boy just delivered my pizzas and asked for bill, without handing me tissues and seasonings. When asked for the same, he said nothing of that sort is written on the bill. He even laughed and said that nobody asks for these things! I said I was not ordering for the first time, to which he said these things are free, and you should be thankful we provided them to you earlier!

Yesterday 30/4/2014 we ordered from Pizza hut, At the time or order we were clearly told that if the pizza is not delivered in 30 Minute's it will be free. The Pizza arrived after 45 minutes and the delivery boy refused to give it for free. Ultimately we returned the Pizza. The delivery was from Sector 50 Noida outlet. Ruchi [protected]

i had placed an order with order number [protected], the order got delayed by 1hr 30 mins due to which my order got discount of 500rs but when i got contacted the customer care I got to know that this amount was deducted from rider's account as his Store Manager complained that the Rider was rude and angry in his tone when he called the store manager. But the rider had called the store manager in front of me and he never raised his voice nor made any rude statments adhering to company's policy, "Deliver with a Smile". Instead when the rider made call to his store manager, the store manager cut the call the 3 times and didn't instructed the rider whether the discount is valid or not, and alleged that the rider was angry and rude. please as a customer I request you not to deduct anything from Rider's salary instead do the same from the Store Manager's account as he is at fault not the rider.

I ordered 1 birizza and 1 garlic bread exotica by phone around 9:45 p.m.and I was told order would be delivered within 45 minutes. Order was not delivered after 45 minutes and when I again called customer care they told me order has been dispatched and it would be delivered within 10 minutes and after 10 minutes when I called they told me order has been delivered whereas order was not delivered and when I called again they told me it would be delivered in 10 minutes (time was 11:30 p.m. ) . It was not delivered after 10 minutes also and after that i was not able to call customer care too as the lines were closed and finally the order did not come. I want to tell to pizza hut that i had guest at my home and they waited for an hour before they had to leave without having dinner at my home. It is not acceptable from a firm which claims to be most trusted food service brand -9th Year in a row. I think due to this I have a doubt on the authenticity of an award whether they are bought by money :( .

Dear team like to give feedback on he mentiowAs lned outlet in the subject line.com This was my 3rd visit to the outlet and all the time my experiece is unique but this time it was beyond my imagination and my frustation level . I visited, on 27 april 2014, below are my complains 1 : there was a water drops coming on my wife seat . 2: mosquitos in ur OUtlet 3: manager was not guiDing the team properly . I ordered pizza on Sunday 20th April for 320 odd bucks(online). The money is not yet refunded. The manager said that the order will not be delivered(because they did not have garlic bread. Which pizza store doesn't have garlic bread?) and if i need to get my money back, I'll have to come to the store and get it. I waited for 1 week. It has still not been refunded. Can anyone take appropriate action?
