Hi.. I had raised pizza request.it reached late. But this same occurred no of times. at earlier place too. I updated address and post that delivery was done too. Moreover for delivery, Biryani min order of Rs200 and pizza no restriction and removal of corporate offers, didnt find that good. As single meal is also required times.

I ordered pizza yesterday around 9, and pizza arrived around 9:25 pm. But to my surprise, the delivery boy just delivered my pizzas and asked for bill, without handing me tissues and seasonings. When asked for the same, he said nothing of that sort is written on the bill. He even laughed and said that nobody asks for these things! I said I was not ordering for the first time, to which he said these things are free, and you should be thankful we provided them to you earlier!

Yesterday 30/4/2014 we ordered from Pizza hut, At the time or order we were clearly told that if the pizza is not delivered in 30 Minute's it will be free. The Pizza arrived after 45 minutes and the delivery boy refused to give it for free. Ultimately we returned the Pizza. The delivery was from Sector 50 Noida outlet. Ruchi [protected]

i had placed an order with order number [protected], the order got delayed by 1hr 30 mins due to which my order got discount of 500rs but when i got contacted the customer care I got to know that this amount was deducted from rider's account as his Store Manager complained that the Rider was rude and angry in his tone when he called the store manager. But the rider had called the store manager in front of me and he never raised his voice nor made any rude statments adhering to company's policy, "Deliver with a Smile". Instead when the rider made call to his store manager, the store manager cut the call the 3 times and didn't instructed the rider whether the discount is valid or not, and alleged that the rider was angry and rude. please as a customer I request you not to deduct anything from Rider's salary instead do the same from the Store Manager's account as he is at fault not the rider.

I ordered 1 birizza and 1 garlic bread exotica by phone around 9:45 p.m.and I was told order would be delivered within 45 minutes. Order was not delivered after 45 minutes and when I again called customer care they told me order has been dispatched and it would be delivered within 10 minutes and after 10 minutes when I called they told me order has been delivered whereas order was not delivered and when I called again they told me it would be delivered in 10 minutes (time was 11:30 p.m. ) . It was not delivered after 10 minutes also and after that i was not able to call customer care too as the lines were closed and finally the order did not come. I want to tell to pizza hut that i had guest at my home and they waited for an hour before they had to leave without having dinner at my home. It is not acceptable from a firm which claims to be most trusted food service brand -9th Year in a row. I think due to this I have a doubt on the authenticity of an award whether they are bought by money :( .

I visited, on 27 april 2014, below are my complains 1 : there was a water drops coming on my wife seat . 2: mosquitos in ur OUtlet 3: manager was not guiDing the team properly . Infact manager :was speaking in hindi n when i complaint abt my order he said to his collegue that "jaa ne de order cancel " kar de. I paid full amount rs 951 but it was not worth of 50 rs

Always miss order

Two time I went to the same branch of pizza hut also miss My order... waiting more than 45 minutes and Complain three time with the staff are duty, but still not yet Received

I ordered pizza on Sunday 20th April for 320 odd bucks(online). The money is not yet refunded. The manager said that the order will not be delivered(because they did not have garlic bread. Which pizza store doesn't have garlic bread?) and if i need to get my money back, I'll have to come to the store and get it. I waited for 1 week. It has still not been refunded. Can anyone take appropriate action?

Hi Team,
We had made an order through online pizza ordering on 2nd January for amount of 1498 which got failed. We then made a call to the helpline saying that transaction got failed.they told that the site is not working &amp; the money would be returned in 15-16 working days.we asked them to post the same in the site so that customers will be aware that the site is down. we asked to them place the same order and we will do the COD, they replied saying they will do but they dint do it in that first call. after which we called and order it again and did a COD for the order.

After 15 days i called on 17th Jan 2015 at 4.17 PM to know my status for which they told i will be getting my money on 26/27 Jan 2015 for which i responded k.
When i saw that my money is not received i called them on 30th Jan 2015 12.36 to know the status. the team asked the details and all n told me to wait for 30 seconds were the wait time was more than a minute and they told that they will check with senior and call me back in sonetime. I waited for 4hours and i dint recieve any call from the team. After which i called again and they asked me all details n told the same and they told me to wait again n call me back. this repeated twice in that day. In evening i again called to which they reponsded that thy will get back to me in 30seconds nad the person kept in hold for more than 7minutes due to which i lost my phone balance.
Then i made a call from my friends no(friend1) and called again and told him that what had hpnd in previous call they asked for apologies and told me they will call me back in 10 minutes. I asked my friend-1 whether she recieved the call but she dint recieve.
On saturday evenin i made a call again for whuch a girl named fathima answered .&amp; she told me since she doesnt know the previous call details she asked the order details and again apololized and told me she she will get back. were again they dint get back to me.

When i called today to the online ordering service people &amp; asked them update they again told me same thing .After which i told them i will raise an issue in consumer forum they told me they will get back to me &amp; i still get any response.

Bad service. worst labour

Date of incidence:-20 may 2016
after a long time i went to buy a pizza form your franchize. the branch manager was showing of his attitude and when i said him about this he started to quarrel with me and when i asked him if he wants to take my order he refused.
please change its manager or fire him because he was shouting at me

non credit of money debited from my credit card and non delivery of pizza

i had ordered 4personal pan pizzas on 06/09/2014 at 9 pm from Internet and made online payment. neither i got the pizza nor my payment credited in my credit account statement. i am totally harrassed in it.

I visited the Pizza Hut, Anupam PVR Outlet on April 25th, 2014 at 2pm. We ordered a portion of Cheese Garlic Bread to begin with. The order came in 10-15 mins. My friend and I finished one slice each and just as my friend took a bite of the 2nd slice of garlic bread there was a long black hair below the cheese layer of the garlic bread. She saw it and started feeling sick. She vomited there 2 times. I escalated this to the staff who took 10 mins to come to the table and they called their duty manager. All he said is that every member of the staff covers their hands and head in the kitchen. However maybe during the brushing of butter on the bread some hair of the brush must have come. He refused to admit that it was a human hair and not a plastic brush hair. He just apologised and offered us to eat something else. My friend felt so sick and we did not want to risk eating in a place like this. Please do not visit this outlet ever and if you do, please look closely as to what you are eating. My friend suffered from food poisoning. If this was a Pizza Hut outlet abroad, we could have sued them and got the outlet to shut down but given that this is India, everything works and everything is acceptable. Please do not visit this outlet ever as they do not know the meaning of quality and do not maintain a standard of a well known food brand in India. Their service is extremely slow and even after calling couple of times the staff would not come to take your order or help you. The manager did not even once ask if he should call a doctor or take down our number to check if all was okay. He was only interested in letting us go quickly so that this does not get escalated for his branch. Extremely bad ethics and bad service ever expected from a Pizza Hut store.

I ordered for pizza through and waited for long 40 minutes and then delivery guy come. I asked him to check time, he told me that he is just only one minute late and that due to because of me, then I told him that you are 5 minute late according to delivery time. Another excuse came from his side that this is bulk order and there is no time constraint. Can someone tell me if any one order 2 pizzas that will be a bulk order...strange. That delivery guy(Amit) show me attitude that he can't do anything and I need to except the order, he called to his senior and then go back without informing me. I called to there restaurant at sector 14 Gurgaon(worth to mention they any senior guy from Pizza hut didn't talked me) and wanted to see an explanation but the guy who picked the phone informed me that you say no to order and there is no fault of delivery guy. I got stunned to hear this..still I fought with him over the phone and finally he give me assurance of call back...but I didn't got a call back... Then I repeatdly called back at their restaurant but they didn't picked up, finally I called to there manager Shashi([protected]), but he started saying that I only trust my boys and don't trust customer, do whatever you want we work like that way only and started threatning me. Is that way Pizza hut treating there customer, it's really surprising and not acceptable at any cost. Can I get a resolution on this?

We ordered the pizza online at pizza hut and set it for delivery at 10.30pm from ashok nagar branch, chennai. The guy came in delivered hurried for cash and left. After which we opened the box of pizza (both) two medium pizza ordered. Both were like over cooked(deep red), veggies looked all dull and shrunk. and the worst part was it was cold. Generally I always like pizza hut for the their quality of pizza. Now upon seeing this I was so heart broken, with the kind of quality they had given. As we had paid already we had to eat it and while we took our first bite we saw others face in disbelief, that it was a pizza from pizza hut, horrible taste. We still have most part of the pizza in our bin. I wish I could take pictures and post it here. Its a shame to pizza hut brand that some of their outlets are spoiling their name. But my complaint here is that shouldn't they be punished for this and charging us for full and giving us .

Respected Sir, I placed an order for Veg treat and garlic bread today around 4 pm (phone No-[protected]) through the phone no 39883988.I was told that the pizza would be delivered from Shantinagar within 30 minutes. 10 minutes after placing the order, I got a call from shantinagar Pizzahut saying that they needed to clarify the distance. Approximately 30 minutes after placing the order I was told that delivery cant be done. Instead I was repeatedly asked to avail myself of the take away service. I am not a customer of Pizza hut delivery for the first time. Pizza Hut database already has my phone number and address. Alternative arrangements could have been made if I had been told that delivery was not possible. This experience has been very frustrating for a person who has missed lunch and was looking forward to eating a cheesy pizza Regards Pooja

I had been an avid lover of Italian food since I knew dining out, of which Pizza tops the list. On Sunday, 20th of April, 2014, I had ordered a family size triple chicken pizza with extra cheese at the Salt Lake, City Centre. I was asked to make the payment, which I did immediately & collect the order after 15 mins, Fair enough! When I came back after 20 mins, I was asked to wait for 5 mins, which again I did. But further to my dismay, when I was still waiting after 40 mins, I went up to the counter and enquired for a stern reply. They then made up a story of something as the pizza got ready on time but it fell off on the ground by mistake and they again were making it afresh. All this clearly showed signs o[censored]tter mismanagement. Further to my shock, the order which I opened for dinner was a completely different one. I had decided not to use pizza hut for any kind of meal and would refer the same in my circle as well. All I want to state is that, the brand failed to live upto my expectations this time.

I and my friend had ordered two Chicken Mexican large pizzas for home delivery from Pizza Hut Powai, Mumbai today and we are highly disappointed with the Pizza hut service as well as behavior of Pizza hut employee "Mr. Nilesh Sawant" who received the phone call. The pizzas were 55 minutes late and even the delivery person accepted it. When we called Pizza Hut powai, Mr. Nilesh Sawant talked very rudely on phone. He first made a false excuse that today "50 min delivery or free"offer was applicable and didnt listen to anything inspite of even the delivery boy accepting that pizzas were 55 minutes late. His words were "Aaj koi offer valid nahi hai. Poora pay karo ya fir pizza return kar do." In the end we had to pay full price of the pizzas. The pizzas had become cold and we had to throw away almost one full pizza out of the two. We are highly disappointed as it was a total waste of money. Our experience with pizza hut has been very good till now but this time it was appallingly bad. Such a behaviour is unacceptable from a big chain like Pizza hut. Please look into the matter and now we at least expect a quick reply from Pizza Hut regarding this matter. Thank you A Disappointed Pizza Hut lover
