On 25th June 2014 evening, I had visited Pizza Hut center at Bandra Kurla Complex Mumbai 51 and ordered for Pizza and Garlic bread. On having the first bite of the Garlic bread, I could sense the that it was not tasting like a bread but something hard on tongue and teeth. When I removed the stuff I could see it was a black stone pieces within the bread and part of it was inside my mouth. Immediately I call the person who had served the bread and also called the store manager. I was told store in charge was not available. First the person who delivered the garlic bread said that it may be the burnt piece of the bread and may be hard and when I said it was hard piece, the senior service person said that it may be the burnt garlic to which i said he should taste and see if it was a soft as garlic or as hard as stone. Finally the Sr Service person agreed and said he was ready to repeat the order to which I didn't agree. I asked for the compliant book and where I can register the complaint, he said they don't have the compliant book as such but a book were I can put in my comments and Store In charge will call me back. Looking at the book it didn't look like anyone looks into that, but since it was a compliant I put in my comments. Till date I haven't received any call or an apology from the Store or Pizza hut. Finally on 3rd July i have put my compliant also under the feedback section of Pizza hut website and got a feedback reference number as 11576 but till date no response has been received from Pizza Hut which is surprising. They can deliver Pizza in 30 mins but cannot act on the customer compliant? Is this the Quality and Service standards that Pizza hut is managing out in India? I have stopped having my Pizza at Pizza hut for the poor standards. Is this what they advt that it has amazing taste with all the stones in the bread and the poor quality standards?     This is w.r.to Pizza Hut Malviya Nagar store. I had placed an order and got an assurance that i will be delivered within 30 minutes as per your policy. Order punch time : 8:45:07 PM Promised delivery time: 9:15:07 PM, but i got the order after 1 hour and that too toppings were not up to the mark. While placing the order i had informed the store that please take care of toppings if its not up to the mark then i will send the pizza back and then also store has not met the expectation.
    First they delivered late plus toppings were not good, I canceled the order, this type of thing i have not expected from brand like Pizza Hut. I will not order anything from Pizza Hut in future. Better to opt for Domino's and other Pizza outlets.

      Pizza Hut big brand but cheap think ... I think they don't know about delhi villages but we want to remember him in delhi 365 villages ..but pizza hut said they all are black list location. .And they deliver only posh area...i ordered pizza but executive said i cant send village area..
      Then i called dominoz they delivered fast...but m very disappointed pizza ht behavior they think him pizza only eat rich and vip people.. now m happy with dominoz...

        I got my order bearing no[protected] dated 12/07/14 almost 30 mins late at 3 pm. The excuse I given was, that I didn't mentioned my complete address. But 3 days before on 09/07/14, I got my order in time at the same address. Order No.[protected]. Both the times I ordered online and didn't made any changes in the address in both the orders. Pizza hut gives service "30 mins or free".

        The restaurant manager Mr. Pankaj (Mobile No. [protected]) ordered the delivery boy either to bring the pizza back or get the money. He argued pointlessly with me for more than 15 mins. Later he told me a lie that on his computer screen my complete address is not being displayed. Later I came to know he was telling lie. He lied to me to get payment.

        I want an action should be taken against to him for :
        1. Lying to customers.
        2. Violating the terms and conditions for pizzahut for giving service "30 mins or free"
        3. Wasting my precious time in arguing.

        After that I want:
        1. My money to be refunded.
        2. A written apology from Mr. Pankaj.

          order no[protected] inv no - [protected] pos no - T23203 date[protected] staff name - sanjeev guest name - surender very bad experience about pizza hut. i place my order at 8;05;24 pm & they give me pizza at 9;00 pm against 10 min. there is no rule for first come & first serve. they full fill the order to other person according to thier big price. 4 people came later on me & within 5 minute they got the pizza & i was waiting for my order 1 hour. i will not go in pizza hut in my future . my contact no [protected], [protected]@ymail.com please take action & mail me the action taken by pizza hut. i am waiting ur mail.

            I wonder how good a pizza service delivery can be when I try to order my pizza I am being talked rudely, indifferently and badly. Pizzahut and foodpanda is a cheat and is always there not to help the customer for what they are ordering for. Really bad experience and will not have pizza from pizzahut.and will not allow anyone to have pizza and share this bad experience with everyone. Pizzahut will sonn be screwe by their customer

              I have ordered two pizzas at 8:45pm on saturday, 12 July 2014. In between the call was disconnected. I called again and reconfirmed my order and added 2 garlic brades. I delivery of only garlic brades. The delivery boy told that pizzas are on the way. I waited for another half an hour and called on the number which was provided in the sms. Again was told that pizzas are still on the way. Finally at 10:15pm I called Pune outlet and the guy told that my order was cancelled due to the dropped call. I called first time and got worst experience. Pizza Hut people wasted my family's 2 hours and we have to cook after 10:45pm. This is very irrisponsible attitude. They were having my number but didn't call me. Chinchwad br anch is literally hopeless. I will never order to Pizza Hut.

                I had ordered pizza at 7 through and got call from the delivery boy at 7.45 that he will deliver the order in 10mins and i had to wait for 45mins near hostel but there was no sign from them. After calling food panda and getting in touch with pizza hut they told it will be delivered in 10mins. At 9.30 the store manager called me saying it is wrong address and hanged the call..                   Almost all restaurants in Gurgaon charge higher service tax than they are allowed to . I believe Service tax is supposed to be charged on the Service Tax only, where as in all the restaurants i go to, they charge Service tax on the total of the food bill plus Service tax . When i enquire about the same, all the manager has to say is that "This is how it is in Gurgaon" . I don't know where to lodge a complaint about this on going illegal practice .

                    My name is Sahil Kapoor, I ordered a pizza, they delivered the pizza late for which I have the bill copy and delivery boy was accepting that it is late but then he made me speak to sector 15 Chandigarh manager mr Anil, firstly...he was rude to us and abused us and the he told the delivery guy to take the pizza back and let them keep the bill so he gave us the original bill but took the pizza back and then he said if you don't pay he will call the police "so the culprit is threatening the customer wow this is PIZZA HUT SERVICE and THERe Employees" who can threaten you all the time, , , I request the Pizza Hut to take action against him as I have the phone recording picture of the delivery boy and original bill, , if Pizza Hut don't take action in a week then I will file a suite against Pizza Hut I consumer court ..thanks, , , dated- 9/7/2014

                      Dear sir i had terrible experience because unfortunately i booked a medium size chicken supreme pizza.Booking was done at approximately 7.15.At 7.54 i recieved a message from DZ-PZHDEL and after that i had to ring up 10 people who gave different versions like somebody saying it is on the way and another saying that there is no booking detail with us.Children obviously went to sleep hungry and our guest went away.                         We made a bulk order of 5 magic solo pizzas(veg) for a party at home at khagdaspura pizza hut store, Bangalore from contact no. [protected] at around 11am. We followed up and they kept making excuses but the pizzas were never delivered. It turned out to be a party ruiner.

                          Dear Complaints Department, Myself Mukul Yadav. I ordered Pizza online yesterday ( 8th of July 2014 ) for my client who visited me from abroad. I got confirmation emails and an order number as well. Same are attached as images along with this comment. So yesterday eventually after waiting for 40 minutes I called up Pizza Hut and after placing me on hold for 10 more minutes they said that there is no order by this order number. On the contrary I received a call from them today morning at 10:32 am from #[protected] which is of Pizza Hut store ( Agent Name Raj ) and he said that he wanted to confirm my order again. I was surprised that he is talking about my order placed yesterday. I said I am in a meeting and asked him to call me back after 15 minutes as I wanted to give feedback about this goo[censored]p but the gentleman simply hang up the phone on my face. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional behavior of this chain. I truly want this to be incident to be investigated and the noose to be tightened so that customers are not harassed in this fashion. After all we as customers do not ask or are given any discounts when we order from them then why is this unprofessional and disgusting attitude towards us. Appreciate if this can be looked upon.                             I have ordered some food items in pizza website on 07 july 2014 at 9.17 PM. But even after continuous tracking i didnot get the order. It was mentioned 30 min or free. But the comedy and worst part is i have spent more than 45 min in phone to get the status of that. The service people didnot respond properly in phone also. They were just transfering the calls from one center to another. It is really shameful for the company to have these kind of service. Till today i didnot get any call from the concerned person.

                              Yesterday I had a pizza from pizza hut located in jodhour Rajasthan India. The pizza was veg pizza with chilli and tomoato. After having the pizza i am suffering from severe stomach ache and illness. I guess it's due to food poisoning. My worst ever experience. I regret going there. Consumer's Health is on sake. Worst place... Worst pizza. It Costed me 473 INR . PLUS MY HEALTH. and never ending pain. No body should go there. :(

                                In this particular store there were no tissues, no seasonings available and no disposable glasses
                                The service was also not that good .
                                The store ambience was also not good .
                                Very depressing experience

                                  Myself Naveen C, i am put up at sarjapur road, Bangalore. Pizza which i have ordered today around 8:30 PM has been cancellled by the below mentioned shop after i got delivery confirmation message.The delivery has been given last time to the same address i have ordered but this time they given some fake excuse telling distance is out of reach and all. When i actually enquired to pizza customer care they told me the exact reason that they had some oven problem. So i strongly file here my complaint AGAINST to this below mentioned pizza shop.Please take necessary action on them and tell them not to give any fake excuses to the customers and tell them stick to their professionalism.                                     Most horrible, obnoxious experience faced with you guys..we placed online order at 8.45 pm for a delivery in DLF Phase 3 and precisely (pl note) after waiting for an hour (ideally pizza gets delivered in 30 mins) we got a message "your pizza has been dispatched)..ok we were waiting..n waiting n waiting till 10.15 pm..i asked my husband to check whats gone wrong..pizza as they promise should reach us within 30 mins but we have been waiting for almost 1.5 hour..to our astonishment when we called the call center we came to know our order was cancelled..WOW..no call from anyone, no sms, on the contrary when we called..an convenient answer was..Sir must have gotten cancelled from the outlet..WOW AGAIN..but sir dont worry, someone will call you back within 5 mins..anyways..we had lost hope that someone would call back...but no we were wrong..at 10.40 pm we did get a call from Ashish and he said " SIR its ok, the order was cancelled by the outlet and there is nothing we can do... U can do guys..learn some courtesy, basic manners, time adherence and take some training on customer service from Dominos

                                      Hi, I have placed an order for 2 MEDIUM SIZED PAN PIZZAS on 30/06/2014 at my below home address: A-102, Sanskriti Residency, SHANTI NAGAR SOCIETY, GORWA, VADODARA/BARODA, Opposite Haridham Temple However I got a call from Vadodara out let (Phone no. [protected]) and the executive told me I will have to collect my order from ITI. The society where I stay is far away from "ITI". When I asked him to transfer my call to the manager he transfered my call to so called manager "Mr. Gopal Pagi". When I explained him the entire story then said that the landmark (Shanti Nagar Society) is upddated on the website by the IT department and they don't place any order to that place. It's IT's fault. During the conversation the manager (Mr. Gopal) was not calm. He straight forward told me that he is cancelling my order. Which seems that there is no interest to take the order.I am very dissappointed with the argument he did and watsed the time and almost after 18-20 another excecutive gave me a call and informed that he is coming with the order. However they can't provide me any time line. I have recieved the message for this order (no. 2615) on my mobile no. [protected]. I am having Pizzas from Pizza hut from almost 2008 in different cities (Jaipur, Delhi and Gurgaon) but believe me it was a worst experience for me with Pizza Hut so far.Previously my old mobile no. ([protected]) was registered with Pizza Hut. However since I am in Vadodara for official purpose, So I have updated my new no. [protected].                                         Hi, My name is Amit Jain ([protected]). I am a regular customer of Pizza Hut basically because of it's pizza quality and parallel I sometimes try Dominos. Yesterday (06/29/2014), I ordered 1+1 country feast pizza combo for home delivery. The delivery was late and I got the SMS for late delivery and get pizza free. But when I told delivery boy that you are late, shown him the SMS and so I shouldn't pay for this. He told me to talk with his shift Manager but he was adamant that I have to pay or give the order back. There is no importance of SMS sent by Pizza Hut. I even called the store and they said the same. Frankly speaking I am really surprised and angry too. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable from a brand like Pizza Hut. You should behave by your words. Either get rid of your tag line of free pizza on late delivery or make it if you are late.
