I made 2 orders on 07/08/2014 using android app and received order confirmation e-mails for the both. After waiting for about 40 minutes, I called up customer care to enquire about my order status. I am Sajal. My phone number for placing order is [protected]. I Placed an order for Pizza from Noida on 8/6/2014 at 8:40 pm. As promised it should have been delivered within 40 minutes max. Waiting for pizza till 9:45 pm(more than an hour), I called up the helpline again to check and i am answered that there is some technical issue and your order has not been placed. This is really pathetic. You place an order, wait for more than an hour and after an hour you are told that your order has not even been placed??? Service manager on line was Satinder Singh. I we an explanation to this...

It was my wife's birthday and we reached JM Rd Pune 9 PM and came out 11 PM, every order taking half a hour. so all the fun was gone waiting like fools and hungry for food to come. My 3 year old kid was almost exhausted waiting for Pizza to come. Please close your outlet if you cannot serve customers.Please refund my money. Virendra Tawde Mob.[protected]

The Pizza Hut Delivery Offers Terrible service on phone. After calling, they direct you to a number of branches before getting to the right branch. Even after giving the right address the still say that is not in their delivery range even though the address is 5 minutes from the delivery hut. This is regarding the rajajinagar branch of the PHD.

This complaint is for PHD Southcity mall, Kolkata. I am very sorry to say that your one of the outlet in kolkata is not responding to customers properly.While placing the order, when i asked them to give me the reasonable time that till at what time they can get me pizza they dont have any answer and behaving improperly.They even told me that you can buy from ""dominos"".

Ordered online pizza with order no [protected]. Pizza was delievered within 15 mins after order but quality was substandard and cold. If we have take away from same store it takes 30-40 minutes to deliver pizza and pizza is really good in quality but this time experience with Pizza was horrible.

I ordered two pizza on Wednesday night at 10:50 with mobile number [protected] and they told me u will get your order after 30 minute. But when i called them back about the status of order, they told me no order has been placed with this number.

Instead of accepting the mistake, customer care arguing with me that you have not placed any order. Is this type of [censored] service you are providing to the customer. I never had any food after that because it was too late.

I ordered a pizza online from www.pizzahut.co.in and after payment of 520 Rs my order was not booked or it got void. I called call center and they told me that they will refund my money back to my credit card in 26 working days. It has been more than 1 month but they have not refunded my money yet. They are cheaters PLS...NEVER EVER ORDER A PIZZA FROM THIS CHEATERS...

My pizza was ordered at 9.35 pm which did not come even after waiting for 3 hrs. I did call customer care for several time and they kept playing with me as my order has been dispatched and that their store manager will get back to me after some time which did not happen at all and I am so disappointed. Take this matter seriously as I slept starving for whole night.

I placed an order for 2 medium size pizza + garlic bread + coke. Order timiing was 8:28 pm. At 9:10pm I called to check the status. Was told order delivery timing is 9:16pm despite told earlier that order will be delivered in 30 min as co. policy.No problem. I called again at 9:22, was adviced that rider is nearby & would reach in 4 min maximum. I again called at 9:35, still the answer is same. Got a msg at 9:37 that order is been is dispatched and will be delivered shortly. Called last time at 9:55pm, got same answer that rider is about to reach. At last I asked them to cancel.Everytime the answer was standard that pizza hut apolozizes, rider is about to reach, we will give you discount. Pizza hut makes big promises at their web site that they will deliver in 30 min, customer satisfaction is priority etc but dont have any idea that what is customer satisfaction. This is the second time I faced the problem with Pizza hut. Last time I placed online order for home delivery and that time too after many calls I had to pick the order from their shop. They are in service industry and if they can not deliver their product in their timelines then should not make these promises and make fool of the customers. I am highly irate and was not expecting this type of false things from pizza Hut.

I went to this place today - Pizza Hut, A 2, Cyber Greens, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon and placed an order for a pizza, garlic bread and drink. The guy on the counter was unable to take the order so he called his manager since there was some upgrade on the kiosk system. The manager came & took my order. 15 minutes later, the guy on the counter called me to take my order. it was a different pizza then what i had ordered with the manager. i tried explaining him but he started forcing me that this is what i ordered even though he could see it was not the same order on the receipt too. What just happened? Did I visit this place to get scammed???? I left the entire order there even though I paid for the order. Will never visit this place ever in my life again !!! Beware of scammers !!!

Hello, I placed an order for pizza today at 1 at Noida sec .27 and get the order confirmation on email and message as well, but after waiting long 2 hours I contact to the customer care number and they informed that he has filed a complaint and you will get call shortly but after 2.30 hours a call comes and said that we did not deliver pizza on this address. This is really pretty bad way to treat your customer, after promising to deliver it in 30 minutes.

On 19 July, 8:55 placed order in Pizza Hut while calling 3988 3988. After some time delivery store has called and asked for the address but no one show up. After 30 min, I called the call center and asked for the status of the order. One of the agent said it is on the way and delivered in a moment. No one shown up after 45 mins. Again called the call center and asked for the status. Another agent again told the same dialog and told me that it will be delivered in a moment, max with in 10 minutes. Waited 10 more minutes. At this time Kids could not stop their hunger and started worrying for the pizza. 10:55PM again called. Another agent picked up the call and said it will be delivered in a moment. This time I got worried and understood that the agent is fooling us. Asked agent to connect the supervisor. After 5 mins he connected to supervisor. Supervisor verified my order and told that order is placed in wrong out let. He will place the order in another outlet and deliver it in next 30 mins. I have only placed the order with call center, but call center goofed up my order by placing in the wrong outlet and on top of that false commitment without checking the order status. My family was waiting for the pizza and finally they have to sleep at without the pizza. Why pizza hut is playing with the customer? Why pizza hut is claiming that it will be delivered the in 30 mins? Why customer has to suffer from their internal problem?

We had booked order at lunch time first by online and than called to confirm our order placed from store A-2 Cyber Green DLF Phase III Gurgaon India and than they said you have not ordered online due to some tehnical issue it was not placed and than again we placed order telephonically than they also confirmed will send edc card machine. At last after so many conversations my order was placed... than at time of delivery - delivery boy didnot brought edc card machine he said it was not working... i dont understand why there are so many miss communications and lies going on. at last the delivery boy took the order back.

I was regular customer of pizza hut but now i have lost my faith in Pizza hut... very bad service and for ordering pizza it was very painful experience. At last after my order was cancelled

I had ordered 2 medium pizza (1 Tandoori Paneer, 1 Paneer Makhani) on the offer of Buy 1 Get 1 free around 12:47 pm and they delivered the pizza late around 1:45 pm and the pizza was not Hot & Well, when i refused to accept the delivery of the pizza the person who delivered the pizza gave me 20% discount on it, i accept the offer but the pizza was not well when we ate it. After the delivery i received a message at 2:47pm that your pizza has been dispatched, instead of delivery confirmation & discount on amount, after that i had received a message at 8:20 pm at night that please accept the discount of Rs.500 on the pizza, i got aback when i saw the message that they are charging wrong amount and doing tricky false order from customers, i had call them but they said we cannot do anything. I said i need explanation for that but didn't get any response :( :( The pizza was delivered from crown plaza sector-16 Faridabad. I am attaching the Proof(Order MEMO & Screenshot of Message)

I had ordered 2 pizzas and cheese garlic bread sticks, and didn't know that i am up for the biggest mistake, the guy gave cheese garlic bread sticks, which are not even available in the menu at the price of 95 rs.and 1 chicken italia and veggie supreme pizza each, were sent to my residential address, which were not even edible, had no cheese, and no toppings, it was like as if they have given the food to me free of cost, and that;s why i was meted out with such a behaviour, i asked the delivery boy that u guys have to deliver within 30 minutes and u are 20 mins late to which he replied that there was rush at the store, , i had to compain 3 times at their complaint cell after which i received a call from Green Park-Delhi outlet, and the person kept telling me that this is not possible, we have the best service and best pizza, when i asked him to check the bill, then he realised his mistake and agreed that they have charged me for a product which isn't available in their menu and on further complaining about the quality of their so called pizza, he said, i'll send a new one to u tomm, as if i was doing all this to have a complimentary pizza from him...One of the most pathetic service and food at pizza hut.This is not the first time that i have had a complaint from pizza hut's green park branch, i had it many times earlier also, but used to ignore it...

Pizza Hut Delivery is nothing but a bunch of cheaters and un-professionals
managing the show.

1. Yesterday night I had some friends at home so I ordered two medium size pizzas at[protected].

2. The PHD call operator took seven minutes to record my details and
this was when my number was already in their database. Anyway before he could
record my order, the call broke off.

3. I dialled again and to my surprise, he told me about the wrong address recorded in their
database. He corrected the records and took my order and told me that it would
be served within 30 minutes by the nearest PHD outlet which was less than 500 m
where I live. It was 9.55 PM.

4. However when I did not receive the delivery till 10.30 pm, I called[protected] and
enquired about my order. He apologized and assured me that the order would be
served within next 5 minutes. It continued … my repeated calls and their repeated
assurances till 11.15 pm when I was finally told that the rider was just 10
minutes away from my place .

It was a ploy, I later came to know; because when I called
PHD call centre at 11.35 pm, I was told that their operations for the day were
over.

I am still thinking about the choice of vehicle that PHD
delivery boy was using which could not reach me till now, no apologies from
PHD till now.

I was embarrassed before my guests . There was no food
outlet open at 11.45 pm. We had to cook ourselves and manage somehow.

This experience was frustrating and annoying. I wonder how
these survive. This was height of
unprofessionalism and unethical behavior. I never expected this from
Pizza Hut .

On 25th June 2014 evening, I had visited Pizza Hut center at Bandra Kurla Complex Mumbai 51 and ordered for Pizza and Garlic bread. On having the first bite of the Garlic bread, I could sense the that it was not tasting like a bread but something hard on tongue and teeth. When I removed the stuff I could see it was a black stone pieces within the bread and part of it was inside my mouth. Immediately I call the person who had served the bread and also called the store manager. I was told store in charge was not available. First the person who delivered the garlic bread said that it may be the burnt piece of the bread and may be hard and when I said it was hard piece, the senior service person said that it may be the burnt garlic to which i said he should taste and see if it was a soft as garlic or as hard as stone. Finally the Sr Service person agreed and said he was ready to repeat the order to which I didn't agree. I asked for the compliant book and where I can register the complaint, he said they don't have the compliant book as such but a book were I can put in my comments and Store In charge will call me back. Looking at the book it didn't look like anyone looks into that, but since it was a compliant I put in my comments. Till date I haven't received any call or an apology from the Store or Pizza hut. Finally on 3rd July i have put my compliant also under the feedback section of Pizza hut website and got a feedback reference number as 11576 but till date no response has been received from Pizza Hut which is surprising. They can deliver Pizza in 30 mins but cannot act on the customer compliant? Is this the Quality and Service standards that Pizza hut is managing out in India? I have stopped having my Pizza at Pizza hut for the poor standards. Is this what they advt that it has amazing taste with all the stones in the bread and the poor quality standards? This is w.r.to Pizza Hut Malviya Nagar store. I had placed an order and got an assurance that i will be delivered within 30 minutes as per your policy. Order punch time : 8:45:07 PM Promised delivery time: 9:15:07 PM, but i got the order after 1 hour and that too toppings were not up to the mark. While placing the order i had informed the store that please take care of toppings if its not up to the mark then i will send the pizza back and then also store has not met the expectation.
First they delivered late plus toppings were not good, I canceled the order, this type of thing i have not expected from brand like Pizza Hut. I will not order anything from Pizza Hut in future. Better to opt for Domino's and other Pizza outlets.

Pizza Hut big brand but cheap think ... I think they don't know about delhi villages but we want to remember him in delhi 365 villages ..but pizza hut said they all are black list location. .And they deliver only posh area...i ordered pizza but executive said i cant send village area..
Then i called dominoz they delivered fast...but m very disappointed pizza ht behavior they think him pizza only eat rich and vip people.. now m happy with dominoz...
