Amount debited from the account but order not placed.
After the deduction of money i got a message from Pizza hut.

Dear Customer, something went wrong & we're unable to fulfil your Pizza Hut order 13519158. Deducted amount will be refunded. Please try again or call @ [protected].

And they are given help line no for any query and help but no use of that number.

    Today I placed the order for pizza's at 12.30 pm but after 5 mins i received the call from Store manager that she won't able to deliver the order as it is out of location and many reasons which are not satisfactory and lastly she told me it is beyond 3 km but my location is about less than 1 km and very rudely she told me that I will get order at 1.30 pm means about 50 mins and I feel that this is a harrrasment to customer so look into matter

      Ordered pizza and cornetto icecream cone on official website of Pizza hut on 28th July 2022 at 5:24 pm and made payment through Paytm UPI. I wish to request you to issue my Full refund of Rs. 540.96 paid during placing the order for pizza hut. when I received a message from the bank, my money has been deducted the official website of pizza hut showed that ( your payment has been declined as the order is invalid. To Pay Successfully try initiating the payment again from marchant checkout ) so my The order has not been placed. And for no reason Rs. 540.96 money has been deducted from my bank account.
      I have emailed Pizza hut company asking for refund along with proofs but they have not given any reply to my email.

      Please issue my full refund immediately.

          I tried ordering through the app and had paid through upi but the order had not placed. There isnt even a place for customer complaints at all on the app. I lost my money and didn't even get the food for it. Truly disappointed.

            I tried ordering a pizza from pizza hut app on 28/07/2022 and made the payment via Google pay at 6.58 pm. The money got deducted from my bank and the page got redirected back to pizza hut app but the order was not placed. I waited for five minutes but still the order didn't go through. I again made the payment at 7.08 pm and then the order for placed. (Order #[protected]. Kindly take necessary steps to refund the amount of INR 251/- that was deducted from my bank account.

              I had dine in -in pizzhut (address below)
              On 25th june 2022. I have taken pizza for 321 rs and paid via upi(scan) my transaction was successful but they told me timed out. They told me to wait 20 days but even It is passed 1 month but not got my money back. My bank told me that transaction is successful from their side. Resolve it quickly. I am attaching some required details.

                Yesterday on 26th july i visited to pizza hut punjabi bagh. here i askesd service provider that i had two e vouchers of pizza hut of rs 250 each. I got this vouchers by redeeming my SBI Credit card points. These vouchers delivered on 23rd july. He asked vouchers nos and entered into mobile app in his phone and said they are invalid. I leave counter and come back.
                In morning i saw a massage that my vouchers has been redeemed.
                they are cheaters and cheating customers in this way. please take suitable action against them. They are spoiling pizza hut image.
                Please look into the matters.

                      I called to customer service @ [protected]. Spoke Devansh from Rajasthan, who informed payment is not received. Was promised a call back and that never happened.

                        I ordered four pizzas from Pizza hut today from web online order, I received only three, so I reached out to customer care and for almost more than 1 hour I am taking follow-up with them. They just assured somebody will call you within 5 min from store but I did not receive any call till one and half hour. Finally, after long waiting, I received the call from Store manager and for my surprise, he again kept my call on waiting and then attended me. He was almost convincing me that I will adjust this pizza in your next order, but after much request he said he will deliver. I so frustrated as this happens with me twice withing last three month and pizza hut customer care service is pathetic that they almost take 1 and half hour to understand the problem. I hope they will improve their service and start taking customers seriously

But i received the order 1 hour late, after my order they given 3, 4 another delivery. while I question about this your executive Mrs, .                                   Such conditions happened with us 2 to3 times.

                                  Pizza huts home delivery service is not available for kanakiya rainforest,
                                  Bhawani nagar, vijaynagar L&T area.
                                  I m citizen from this area.

                                    So, I am trying to redeem a Pizza Hut voucher and I am not able to and this is happening since April 5 2022. So naturally I reached out to the support email id to enquire/complain about it and the least I was expecting was a reply. Guess what? I did not get any replies. Today I again went to the store trying to order Pizza with my coupons, It did not happen. There seriously is some problem with the coupon server/software they need to fix. However the worst thing is they cannot provide the basic thing a customer should receive "A Reply"
                                    I have no option other than to write a complain here. Lets see if they reply here.

                                    Well the problem of redemption as per the store was resolved but now the store as well as the executive say that you cannot use the Voucher for home delivery. I have actually ordered the home delivery multiple times in my hometown Ranchi as well as in Bangalore also. In fact the voucher it self mentions that you can order the home delivery using the voucher. So since the Voucher is from SBI card, can you please work with them to resolve this issue, either say on the gift card that it is redeemable only in dine in / Takeaway or check why the store says they cannot deliver.

                                    According to the store it was just removed last week so if last week the redemption would have worked, it could have been delivered. My Suggestion: Please do not remove already existing features, you are just disappointing the consumers by first making it simple for them then suddenly changing as per your convenience

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Today I had went to Pizza Hut restaurant and ordered the veg meal combo of Rs 239.

                                        But in the Bill they have charged for Rs 269 veg meal. when I ask the person they have not given proper answer for that, they started telling we have added this that and so that they can defend them selves.

                                        Finally the point is, they are booking higher value items in the Bill without customer knowledge, and giving the lower amount items.
