I tried ordering a pizza from pizza hut app on 28/07/2022 and made the payment via Google pay at 6.58 pm. The money got deducted from my bank and the page got redirected back to pizza hut app but the order was not placed. I waited for five minutes but still the order didn't go through. I again made the payment at 7.08 pm and then the order for placed. (Order #[protected]. Kindly take necessary steps to refund the amount of INR 251/- that was deducted from my bank account.

I had dine in -in pizzhut (address below)
On 25th june 2022. I have taken pizza for 321 rs and paid via upi(scan) my transaction was successful but they told me timed out. They told me to wait 20 days but even It is passed 1 month but not got my money back. My bank told me that transaction is successful from their side. Resolve it quickly. I am attaching some required details.

Yesterday on 26th july i visited to pizza hut punjabi bagh. here i askesd service provider that i had two e vouchers of pizza hut of rs 250 each. I got this vouchers by redeeming my SBI Credit card points. These vouchers delivered on 23rd july. He asked vouchers nos and entered into mobile app in his phone and said they are invalid. I leave counter and come back.
In morning i saw a massage that my vouchers has been redeemed.
they are cheaters and cheating customers in this way. please take suitable action against them. They are spoiling pizza hut image.
Please look into the matters.

Hi, I ordered 2 pizzas today(21st July 2022), my money was deducted but the order is not confirmed due to some technical error of the pizza hut application. The money deducted was 324.45 rs. Kindly look into this issue

I placed my order and made my payment through Google pay but was not placed. Later Rs 350.70 was debited from my account. I request you to kindly repay my amount as soon as posible.

I placed an order today and made the payment via gpay. The amount is deducted from my account, but the order did not go through.
I called to customer service @ [protected]. Spoke Devansh from Rajasthan, who informed payment is not received. Was promised a call back and that never happened.
Attached are the screenshots. Please refund my money.

I ordered four pizzas from Pizza hut today from web online order, I received only three, so I reached out to customer care and for almost more than 1 hour I am taking follow-up with them. They just assured somebody will call you within 5 min from store but I did not receive any call till one and half hour. Finally, after long waiting, I received the call from Store manager and for my surprise, he again kept my call on waiting and then attended me. He was almost convincing me that I will adjust this pizza in your next order, but after much request he said he will deliver. I so frustrated as this happens with me twice withing last three month and pizza hut customer care service is pathetic that they almost take 1 and half hour to understand the problem. I hope they will improve their service and start taking customers seriously

Had Placed an order on 25/06/2022 from their application. They denied delivery by stating "We don't deliver to this area".
Order was paid by Gift Card and Credit Card. Credit Card amount was refunded after 12 days. No communication on Gift card compensation.
Only excuses like "technical difficulties" and "it's under process".

I ordered a pizza worth 522 rupees in total from my nearest pizza hut location through and when i got it was totally different from the picture they shown.I would like to register complaint against this restaurant as they are not responding for complaint i give and for the loss of my money.

I placed an order and did payment through phonepe app . Money got debited but order did not got placed

I visited your branch in vytila, cochin, Kerala and ordered for pizza. But i received the order 1 hour late, after my order they given 3, 4 another delivery. while I question about this your executive Mrs, . Akhila she responded me very badly and delivered my order after 1 hour. She told they don't required any recommendation and other order from my side and treated very badly.

We had visited The outlet last weak.We reached around 10:20 .but our order was not been accepted. We were not allowed for dining.
In Mumbai The closing time of pizza hut is 11.00pm.It is mentioned online.
Such conditions happened with us 2 to3 times.
We are often customer of the pizza hut.
Pizza huts home delivery service is not available for kanakiya rainforest,
Bhawani nagar, vijaynagar L&T area.
I m citizen from this area.
We had bad experience of pizza hut.

So, I am trying to redeem a Pizza Hut voucher and I am not able to and this is happening since April 5 2022. So naturally I reached out to the support email id to enquire/complain about it and the least I was expecting was a reply. Guess what? I did not get any replies. Today I again went to the store trying to order Pizza with my coupons, It did not happen. There seriously is some problem with the coupon server/software they need to fix. However the worst thing is they cannot provide the basic thing a customer should receive "A Reply"
I have no option other than to write a complain here. Lets see if they reply here.

Yesterday[protected] I order pizza payment given through online by paytm wallet .after paymemnt successful a notification came that youorder not sucessful.I called to pizzahut they said payment not reached to us while paytm said that payment is successful receive to merchant.

Today I had went to Pizza Hut restaurant and ordered the veg meal combo of Rs 239.

But in the Bill they have charged for Rs 269 veg meal. when I ask the person they have not given proper answer for that, they started telling we have added this that and so that they can defend them selves.

Finally the point is, they are booking higher value items in the Bill without customer knowledge, and giving the lower amount items.

Please provide the invoice for order #18297064. I have contacted customer care multiple times but they hang up the call. It require the bill on urgent basis.

I have ordered from pizzahut app on 30th June, 2020. But, unfortunately, my order was not confirmed and my money was deducted from my paytm wallet. I tried complaining to pizzahut customer care. First, they told me that they will refund my money in 2 days, and now they are telling me that my mobile number is invalid.
It has been 15 days since then, and no reply from their mail id too.

In 5 july 2022, i was trying to ordered pizza from pizza hut, I paid money via debit card, the money was deducted from the bank but order was not placed. I want my money back. Total amount was 944/- please help me to refund below is the screenshot of payment.

Worst Ever Experiance i ever had in Pizza Hut. Not even in any restaurants i had visited.

1. Restaurant works was not completed fully. There was heavy drilling noise happening and the labours working behind the table where we sat. I requested two times to the labours to stop the work but they did not even mind it. Do you want us to eat food with these noise and Dust? Is this a customer service.

2. The service was pathetic to the core. We were sitting for the dine in for almost 30 minutes after ordering and there were no one to even offer drinking water. All your staffs are busy chatting inside and the shop was fully filled with delivery boys.. Do you dont have a seperate place for the Swiggy and Zomato delivery agents to wait and collect. Finally without even knowing we were sitting for dine in they packed our foods. What is the tracking mechanism you have for Dine in and Delivery.

3. Does this store really have any manager as i could not see any one there.

4. The shop was full of house flies and it was really irritating to see when it sits on our food and heads. Is this a way we are treated. See in my photo a house fly was dead in my table. Shall i right this to the food safety department. I think i should. We have enough proofs.

Is this a way you treat customers. Pathetic. I work in a customer serving industry and we know how to treat the customers. I thought Pizza Hut is a brand but the service which i had experienced yesterday made me feel bad on visiting the store.

I wanted to definetly want a kind of response or call back from your concern or i will take it up seriously.

Booked online pizza on 8.7.22 at 10.15pm, got confirmation sms too, suppose to receive same at 10.45pm, got sms also that ur pizza despatch for delivery at 10.28pm, but same arrived at 11.15 pm (exactly after 1 hour) the delivery guybwas clueless, told him tonwrite tome & name which he did on invoice, attached pic.
Such a bad service by Pizza Hut.
