It was a takeaway order. I ordered chicken pizza but I was served veg pizza. The pizza was not cut as well. I had to wait for 45 minutes to get my order. It was horrible service by them. I called them (number is not reachable) I emailed them twice, there’s no response. It’s been more than a week now. Location : Pizza Hut, Kompally branch.

    I ordered two Pizzas and one Mexican garlic breadsticks on 31st July 2022 first of all the order was delivered very late in about 55 minutes when they promise a delivery of 30 minutes
    Secondly the food quality was so bad that we have to throw most of it out. the Pizzas were stale and smelling bad it. they were uncooked it was tasting like raw maida and for garlic bread stix I am attaching the photos of what we receive.
    I demand complete refund and a formal apology from Pizza Hut India for my wait and embarrassment that I had to face in front of my guests.

          Pizza order no.[protected] Swiggy. Never eaten such awful pizzas. Both the vegetable and pepperoni pizzas were cold and tasteless. The crust was leathery. I had always held Pizzahut to be the best. Big let down.

                  Hi, I made an order of Rs 250.95 at the Pizza hut outlet in Pavilion Mall Ludhiana on 15/07/2022. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed due to "Response time issues". I tried again but it failed. So in the total amount of Rs 250.95 + Rs 250.95 was deducted with PTRN nos: 66279189 and 66278828. I was in touch with a person at the outlet who assured me that money would be back in my account within 14-21 working days which didn't happen. Please refund my money back.

                      I ordered pizza through pizza hut application and it has been more than an hour and as per their app they are still packing. There is no option for cancellation or refund and they provided a customer care number which they never respond.
                      I want to get my money back as well as a penalty for them for torturing their customers.

                        First time I am giving complaint. I order two pizzas through the SWIGGY app ( Order No[protected]. It was delivered the cold not cooked properly and bread dove is very bad. I am not bothered amount money but no very dissatisfied for providing the such food.

                                Amount debited from the account but order not placed.
                                After the deduction of money i got a message from Pizza hut.

                                And they are given help line no for any query and help but no use of that number.

                                  Today I placed the order for pizza's at 12.30 pm but after 5 mins i received the call from Store manager that she won't able to deliver the order as it is out of location and many reasons which are not satisfactory and lastly she told me it is beyond 3 km but my location is about less than 1 km and very rudely she told me that I will get order at 1.30 pm means about 50 mins and I feel that this is a harrrasment to customer so look into matter

I wish to request you to issue my Full refund of Rs. 540.96 paid during placing the order for pizza hut. when I received a message from the bank, my money has been deducted the official website of pizza hut showed that ( your payment has been declined as the order is invalid. To Pay Successfully try initiating the payment again from marchant checkout ) so my The order has not been placed. And for no reason Rs. 540.96 money has been deducted from my bank account.
                                    I have emailed Pizza hut company asking for refund along with proofs but they have not given any reply to my email.

                                    Please issue my full refund immediately.
