Amount deducted, order not placed, not refunded

Had placed an order on pizza hut app, on 14th June, using Paytm wallet and an amount of 1257 was debited from my account to the sapphire foods, i have attached the copy of the transaction and proof below, and confirmation from Paytm of the payment, but according to pizza hut, the order was not yet received.
I need my money back, i will go to the customer court if I have too, very poor customer care service bas well...

Regarding misleading information

Sir ordered pizza from pizza Hut @7:54 pm and it shows delivered on website at 8:15 pm which was not actually delivered. It was delivered at 8:30 pm and it was misleading...

Refund not received for order placed and payment done twice

Hi,

I had ordered for pizza from your store on 24th May 2022 by Paytm no [protected] amounting to Rs 718. For some reason the money was debited but still didnt reflect at your end and I was forced to pay cash (Rs 718)to recieve the order on the same day i.e. 24th May. I was then told by your customers service that the wrongly debited money will be credited back to my bank account via paytm by 30th May 2022.

Order not delivered complete

We ordered pizza #11311970 from pizza hut patiala through COD . They took full amount but not gave cheese dip. On calling back, he said it was not in store, on insisting for refund, he said he ll talk to manager .
But he neither called nor refunded nor taking any call now...

Without giving a thought we ordered from pizza hut but after a long wait we finally recieved it. further to our shock we were left with no exitement for pizza hut pizza as it was made for animal consumption not human. Pizza Hut charged extra money

I went to Pizza hut store on 4-Jun-2022 at Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad, UP, India. I ordered and purchased Box of 4 veg pizza from the store itself. They charged me INR 466/- (excluding tax). However, when I checked online, the price of Box of 4 veg pizza is showing INR 435/-.

I payed for my order for hut treat box 4 San Francisco style my transaction I'd is[protected] I payed it through Google pay after some minutes I got a message saying that your order cannot be delivered and it was not even reflecting on my account of pizza hut app it was debited from my bank account...

I have had meal for 2 of 249- 2 personal pizza+ cold drinks at dt City centre Mall shop no 1& 101 MG road

The same order I have ordered at cyber hub phase 3 Gurgaon and they are refusing to offer me cold drinks with pizza.

On 25 May 2022 I placed an order online at pizzahut. I paid via UPI Payment through icicibank. Rs 874.66 got debited from my account but order was cancelled. I got following message from my bank :
