I ordered four pizzas from Pizza hut today from web online order, I received only three, so I reached out to customer care and for almost more than 1 hour I am taking follow-up with them. They just assured somebody will call you within 5 min from store but I did not receive any call till one and half hour. Finally, after long waiting, I received the call from Store manager and for my surprise, he again kept my call on waiting and then attended me. He was almost convincing me that I will adjust this pizza in your next order, but after much request he said he will deliver. I so frustrated as this happens with me twice withing last three month and pizza hut customer care service is pathetic that they almost take 1 and half hour to understand the problem. I hope they will improve their service and start taking customers seriously
