Dear Govt ,

I'm Pranav Shende (Residing Aundh ,[protected], [protected]@gmail.com), working as product executive in Spinco Biootech Pvt Ltd, today I ordered one Pasta of Rs 155 and asked for 500ml Pepsi bottle , Its mentioned on the brochure of Pizza Hut that all beverages will be charged at MRP , but they are charging Rs 26.67 , while MRP is Rs23 , apart from that they are imposing VAT on the total bill of 181.67 is 22.70 rupees , these all calculation are wrong , Plz check it out herewith attatched the copy of Bill. Thanks

    I had ordered for a Veg Exotica Medium pizza from Pizza Hut Bangalore on 16 April 2010 evening. This is priced at 315 rupees plus tax. The item they delivered was Simply Veg medium, priced at 175 rupees. The delivery boy mentioned Veg Exotica and I didnt bother to open the box and check before he left. Later I realized that its the wrong pizza and called Pizza Hut and informed. They told they will look into it and call me back after 5 minutes. Since there was no call till 15 minutes, I called them again and they said that they will deliver the replacement pizza within 30 minutes. I waited for 1.5 hours for the replacement but never got it. Finally I had to eat the Simply Veg pizza which had already gone very cold.

    I have made a decision to not to buy anything again from this pathetic shop.

      Dear Sir or Madam

      On 19/03/2010 we ordered vegetarian and non vegetarian pizza’s from Pizza Hut. The bill number was: 93755.

      The pizzas were delivered to our office at 21.00 hrs. At the time of delivery the delivery boy did not segregated the vegetarian and non vegetarian pizzas. He said there is tag on non vegetarian pizza. Hence we believed in him and did not ask any further question and paid our bill.

      Sir my family is vegetarian and we never ate any non vegetarian food. However on 19/03/2010 because of Pizza Hut’s negligence I ate non vegetarian pizza. I realize this when one of my colleague told me that this is non vegetarian pizza. Once I realize this I called Pizza Hut on 39883988 and I spoke with the restaurant manager Mr. Diago Dias and he replied that ‘sir galti ho gaya abhi kya kar sakte hain’ he wasn’t feeling guilty on the contrary he was so casual and said that they cant do anything now as mistake is already happen.

      Also I spoke with delivery boy and he confessed that there were no tags on some pizzas which were non vegetarian. Then Mr. Diago Dias gave me the number of Mr. Anal Patankar who was heading the Mumbai area.

      I spoke with Mr. Anal Patankar and he said that they are at fault and will like to resolve this issue by compensating my bill amount. However I told him this is not a matter of money rather its matter of feeling and emotions. Hence he said he will meet me on Monday to resolve this matter. Also in the call I asked him if you want I can give you the pizza boxes for evidence however he said there is no need for that and he will meet me on Monday.

      Sir this is not just an incident but something which I will regret for rest of my life. Sir in my 25 years of life I never ate any non veg food but because of someone’s negligence I will suffer for rest of my life. This has caused me a mental trauma and emotional distress and I feel inferior to what I was before.

      This has also cause distress for me and my family because this has never happen before. Sir I would like to log official complaint against Pizza Hut for their negligence and the distress and emotional trauma this has caused to me and my family.

        It was a Sunday evening in January, more specifically the 24th of January, 2010 ... had ventured en route some shopping, with my family into the Pizza Hut at 22 Camac Street. The initial wait was around 15 mins (time starting after being seated at the restaurant, leave alone the one hour waiting time outside) just to be able to talk to the waiter and request for a glass of water. In around half an hour the initial starter arrives, but no water. Understand it almost took me around 45 mins (time starting after being seated at the restaurant) when I could get my son the desired glass of water ... more surprises on the way when after waiting for a further 30 mins i go wondering about the Pizza that was ordered ... "on the way", I am told .... in next 15 mins, I am again corrected as the order is badly burnt, would have to wait for 15 more mins .... being badly "pissed off" I ask for the manager(Chris !!), who arrives shortly to tell that he is sorry ... blame it on the conveyor belt that got stuck he says ... I explain to him about the very poor service that we have received and my experience with Pizza Hut elsewhere in the globe ... shortly we are serverd Pizzas, however not the ones we ordered .... but food anyway, we do not complain ... Chris is apologetic, remember Sunday evening, a full house, Chris asks for my visiting card so that he can extend an invite for later, he says for myself & family .... on his persistance I leave my name, number and address, however yet to receive even a courtsey call as of date .... well the whole concept of Service here is not understood ... you have a unhappy customer ... pacify him whichever way you can ... so all you guys thinking about frequenting Pizza Hut Camac Street .... think again ....

          Was shocked to see a cockroach in my pizza (Pizza Hut). Don’t know how many I ate before I discovered the last one in their family. Immediately after I made a complaint call the same delivery guy knocked my door and this time he looked petrified. Gave him the box with the Pizza and Cockroach and took a snap.
          The Cockroach in the Pizza may not be intentional. But negligence is also crime and punishable.

            The staff at Pizza Hut don't smile, their clothes were all stained and dirty and not ironed, they were rude to their customers, their nails were dirty, their is one girl who has a STD on her hands and she is serving food to the public, and who was flirting with the male customers with her big boobs, their conduct is disgraceful. They had a young girl who was doing food run and cleaning tables, in-fact the only one that I seen smile to any of the customers and doing any work , and all I could hear was the staff and manage res also slagging this young girl off, who was just doing her job, but you could see that she was getting very tearful by hearing them. To me and the company that I was with, think that this is discrimination and to be sitting in a restaurant listening to this being done by the staff is disgusting and rude. My friends and myself shall never enter Pizza Hut in Livingston ever again or any Pizza Hut for that matter. Last but not least, the service was rubbish, we waited 10 mins before we gave an order, 15 min later we were then told the chef made it wrong so he was preparing another one, then 10 mins later the pizzas came out cold and not what we had asked for, so on this, we ended up leaving never to return.

            i went to pizza hut at cheshire oaks today wit my partner an found a hair cooked into my pizza i told the waitress an she imformed me i didnt have to pay for mine which was only right considerin i never ate any of it but my partner still had to pay for his even tho he never ate his because he was really put of by what i found in my food.
            I was also disappointed because i heard a few comments by staff made about me an my partner because we had complained i feel very angry as all we wanted was a nice dinner out

            too much salt in pizza.. which spoil the taste bud.

            I ordered pizza order no.[protected]. chk-1676, in which the salt was too much.. It was not tolerable as well. so it it is all waste. Please refund my money ASAP

              NEED JUSTICE:PIZZA HUT APOLOGISE TO HITESH & ARJUN...

              My Brother Hitesh Arora(29) and Arjun Dhawan (24) were dining at PIZZA HUT, Janak Puri, District Centre,New Delhi ..When the soup was served , my brother discovered a packet of "Silica gel" which is poisnous.Hitesh called for the waitor and complaint about the faulty poisnous soup..The waitor took the old soup back and returned with a new soup..Hitesh insisted that he wanted to speak to the manager and bring it to his notice.Hitesh wanted to take this fault of Pizza Hut in writing from the manager. The manager started apologising and said he could loose his job if this matter was reported .Hitesh let the matter go.. hitesh and Arjun got pacified and ordered some pizzas and started eating..They barely took a bite and a waitor hit a chair on hitesh's head,,in seconds people dining there ran out and the whole Pizza Hut staff rushed towards them with glasses, bottles and plates..They locked the premises and hit them.They hit him and bursts his head..He is hospitalised and undergoing treatment..I want strict action against Pizza Hut..This is an International MNC and its a family restaurant. We are risking the life of many by just letting them go scotfree..
              Need Help to sort this misbehaviour..This could cost us a precious Life.It could happen to anyone..

              The staff got so scared and aggrevated that to hide their fault,they got down to this dirty act..

              I only want such employees to be punished so that Pizza Hut does not hamper its worldwide reputation.

              I am Vivek Mahindru, Senior Manager – Customer Relations, who oversees customer experience at Pizza Hut Janakpuri.

              The contents of the incident published here are completely fabricated and lack material evidence. The store has filed a complaint with the local police on the incident and the matter is currently under police investigation.

              As responsible citizens, we urge you not to spread any miscommunication and malicious/defamatory messages without knowing the truth. Please be informed that communication or proliferation of any capricious, malicious and defamatory messages either by e-mail, SMS or any other electronic form is a punishable offence under the Information Technology Act and Indian Penal Code and the offender is also liable to be proceeded against for payment of damages for causing loss of reputation and demeaning our brand equity and consequent business loss.
              Vivek i would like to know what do think is fabricated in the story? The story is 100% true as far as we all know.
              This is 200% fabricated story to generate public outcry. How can entire staff hit 2 customers, leaving others as it is. And when other people ran away, who paid their bills!. We, as readers, are not fools. They may have abused the staff or hit them first, which led to this brawl. If they have guts, why the hell are they posting all this online. File a complaint in writing with the appropriate authority, and then generate public awareness supported by documentary evidence. This way, they are just doing a cyber-crime, and will have to pay heavy damages for defamation, which is a criminal offence.
              Nobody gets anything out of public outcry so nobody's here for that. Yes the entire staff can beat 2 people but cant beat 10 people. The reason they dint say anything to anyone was because nobody else got the silicon gel packet in there soup except Hitesh. They never abused the staff as they belong to a very descent family and wont do things like abusing anyone or hitting anyone. We have guts thats why we have filed a poilce complaint as well as we are posting it online so that people should also be aware that that kind of staff they have in that branch. Regarding the documentary evidence is concerned they will be getting that soon. You cannot call this as a cyber crime as the thing we have written is all truth nothing else.
              There are way too many holes in this... too many things that dont seem right. Its obvious that if your brother gets hurt you would certainly want to think the other person is wrong. But as an outsider, it doesnt seem right. There is no smoke without fire. There is no justification to support this claim and although i agree what happened was a very unpleasant event in general but putting it squarely on a company is being immature at best.
              It sounds very sad as an event and I have received a joinin request on FACEBOOK for this. But the only strange and unacceptable thing I find in the whole story that since I live in this part of the town and I have been to this PIZZA HUT BEFORE I realise that the entire premises of this restaurant is made of transparent glass so I wonder what they mean when they say in this story that the premises were locked and they were beaten.

              This premises is in a very busy and the entrance part of the Satyam cinema complex. The Cinema security guards are also there apart from the general public that comes to see movies there. A very busy place.

              Can anyone supporting the cause make us understand it a bit better...
              dont think so much, if it has happened, take it to the media, give them all the evidence, they'll hype it properly and then everything will just fall into place...take some advantage of media atleast... tv channels are way to big and exited to bring such things on air... definitely i think it can happen and no denying that staff must have participated in it. Go ahead, dont leave them criminals, i[censored] keep quite its bound to happen pretty more often,
              Worst Service provider ever!!

              Ordered at 9:41pm ON aUGUST 20 2010, in night and at 11:15pm they said that the order was not even punched in their system. The same order was verified five times in the whole waiting time.

              Don't know where to complaint about this.

                I have just returned from pizza hut in Bedford and am very annoyed.
                I decided to take my husband and daughter out to pizza hut. We ordered our starters and they went down fine and when it came to our pizza being served the girl brought it to my table and then as she went to put it on the table the whole pizza landed on my lap and new dress!! :( And then told me she would make me another one.....to which i did not want as my new dress was covered in tomatoe sauce, cheese and all the other toppings from the pizza...
                They did not offer a refund or a cleaning apparatus for my dress.
                I will NOT return to pizza hut in the future!!!"

                at10;00 pm i make call at pizzahut highway plaza for delivery.mr, hemant told me that we mke delivery upto 9;00 pm only.when icheck it on onlinepizzahutt then it was 11;30pm .so plz take action against him for misguiding me. thnks

                  i want to put a complain i recently went pizza hut and had a buffet meal. i had sum paste which was not vegetarian but there was no label to say what paste it was and what ingredient it contained. I was really upset i had one spoon of this paste and notice it had some mince in it and for religious reason i was not suppose to eat that and i had no knowledge that is was not suitable for vegetarian. when I asked a member of staff they told me that no it not suitable for vegetarian and apologised but I think they should labels there food so that everyone treated equally.

                    The worst experience ever had. What a disgusting management.We order but we get just pizzas n ketch up, no flakes, no seasoning, the delivery guy just leaves and doesn't turn up.The customer executives says will call back but [censored]ing no response.the store manager says will deliver the order in20minutes but its 16:00 now, we still hungry.What the [censored] we still waiting.Take this that guy gives us no bill.And who the hell is managing this store?

                    Yesterday (11 July) evening at arund 08:00 PM I placed an order for home delivery and I was promised a delivery at 08:55 PM and I followed up with pizza hut guys till 10:45 and the pizza never reached my place. At 10:45 PM they told me that it would take another 45 mins to reach at my place.
                    This makes it around 3 hours and there was no intimation from these guys, it was me who gave around 10 to 15 calls as I had some guests at my place and it was so damn embarassing that the kids didn't had their dinner last night.
                    Even at the time of placing my order the guy was not at all professional which made me talk to his supervisor and the same was the case with him as well.
                    I do remember the name of the guys whom I had a word with while placing the order.

                    As per my address the store aligned is located at Alaknanda which is a 10 to 12 mins distance from my place and while following up with these guys it was told that to me multiple times that the rider is on his way and will reach in around 5-7 mins.
                    It was too bad an experience and I am so dissapointed that I feel like taking some legal action however I am aware that it is just a verbal contract between you guys and the customer which is not valid for any legal action but as a customer I hope that you will be taking some strict action and will be intimating me about the same.
                    And as a suggestion you should always keep in mind that your competitors in the market are keeping upto the mark and the service standards are much better and higher than what I have experienced yesterday so you should take some appropriate action and measurement steps as far as your staff is concerned.

                    I hope that this conveys the message and also that it would be directed to someone responsible who will take some serious action against the culprit.

                    Waiting to know what action has been taken.

                      I have given the order at pizza hut on [protected] for the amount 668 at 09:17 PM. They have taken the order. I have given the complete address of my company. It is in sector 33&34, Infocity HCL Technologies LTD. At 9:55 they call from [protected] and told that they whould not be delivering the order over there. It was quit frustrating as we were very hungry and they are tell that they could not deliver. I again called to the call centre and ask what is this happen. They told that the will confirm from the store and call back in 2-3 min but they did not. I again called and ask, then they told that they will be delivering in 10 mins and they will give the coupon of 50% off on the next bill. Again after 10 min they called and told that they would not be delivering.

                      We have no hope to get any thing at that time and we have to work complete night hungry.

                      I have only complain that if they done deliver that why that have taken the order and also informing after 40 mins.
                      Please take the action on pizza hut.

                        it sucks big time. We waited for our order for 2.5 hrs and still not delivered. At 10.45 PM the person calls up and says that they did not find the place. They were supposed to send free pizzas next day but they did not. Wrote feedback and still no response.

                        I had ordered a country feast cheesy bites takeaway on 16/08/09 from your Hennur outlet in Bangalore. when we reached home and opened the pizza box, the pizza looked so dull and one could hardly see any vegetables mentioned, there was hardly any cheese it was horrible. I felt that it was a total waste of 395/- My daughter said that the pizzas i make at home were far more better. i should have made them at home instead of wasting money.

                        Before this incident we had the same pizza at the same outlet and it was really very delicious. we thought it would be the same. but the service given at each time is so different. I think that they must have thought that once a pizza takeaway is delivered, no matter how it tastes no one would take the trouble to come back and complain. i don't think that i would ever go back to Pizza hut ever again.

                          I placed order for PAN FOR 4 ALL PIZZA at Call centre Mumbai No[protected] on 14/6/2009 at 8.02 p.m. Order was 2 Veggie Surprise, 1 Veggie Delite and 1 Garden Fresh.
                          Committed time for delivery was 30 minutes.
                          Delivery boy came up for delivery at around 8.45 p.m. and delivered Pizzas without ORGANIO vide Bill No. 12259 dated 14/6/2009 for Rs.248/- by THAKUR VILLAGE, KANDIVALI PIZZA HUT CENTRE, MUMBAI.
                          On opening the order found that actual delivery is not matching with order as one of the Pizza was MARGHERIA(Cheese), which we never orderd.
                          Called up Call centre no[protected] at around 8.48 p.m. spoke with Mr. Prashant who assured me that Kandilvai Store Manager would be calling me back within 5 minutes to sort it out.
                          No one called me till 9.00 p.m. than I again called up call centre no and spoke with Ms.Rashmi(as Mr. Prashant refused to come on line). She holded my line for approx. 15 minutes and than disconnected the line without giving any solution.
                          After that I again called up call centre no and spoke with Mr. Chetan who after long chat put me on to Mr. Ravi the Team Leader.
                          Mr. Ravi also failed to give me any solution and by the time it was almost 10 p.m.
                          My kids who was about to sleep ultimately eat 3 pizzas which were not worth eating by the time and didn't touch MARGERIA(Cheese) one which I kept at home for another 3 days to show it to Pizza hut guys, which later on I have thown away.

                          Summary of my complaint is as under:

                          1. Delay in delivery timing
                          2. Failure on providing the full ingredietns required for Pizza such as Origano
                          3. Wrong delivery of order
                          4. No courtsey from Pizza Hut despite the fact am regular customer of pizza hut

                          I have ordered for 6 pizzas with ref no. 69C0031605 on 28 Mar from Gurgaon sec. 23 store all with extra cheese but pizza hut didn't provide any one of the 6 pizza with cheese. This kind of service is lowering pizza hut image only.

                            Hello Pizza Hut Customer Service,

                            This is a complaint against the customer service provided at pizza hu [ the above mentioned address], Bangalore. Ph:[protected].

                            I have been to different pizza huts in Bangalore, but this hut at vijayanagar lacks service and cleanliness.

                            The pizza guys and gals are not trained properly to provide service to customers and neatness is a big concern.

                            When I asked for a tomato sauce with one of the guys, he is picking up the used one from the other table where the customers just left and handing it over to me.

                            I had to explain the guy that I need a new tomato sauce and not a used one. Secondly I ordered for Fusilli Arabiatta pasta, it was served cold as though it was like 2 days old.

                            If this complaint means something valid to you, then please train the guys properly, else it will not be a surprise to get complaints of these sorts from other customers in future, unless and until they are not from the same area.

                            Please Note: Pizza hut food is not a substitute for normal food to lead a daily life, if people are visiting pizza huts, its only to have good time together with tasty food and build good lifestyle.

                            Worst pizza hut I have visited ever in my life.
                            The pizza they have served was not hot.
                            service is very late.
                            Main thing one coco cola we ordered
                            they serviced in 2 minutes.
                            But coco cola contains 90% of WATER 10% of colacola.
                            Worst Worst pizza hut.
                            It's better to put case in consumer Court.

                              I ordered on 39883988 Pizza Hut toll free number, in 1st attemp they responded that they have some technical issue with the system and they shall get back on the same number converstaion went for around 15-20 mins.I waited for 15-20 mins and called up again and they took my order but didnt agree on sending ketchup stating i shall get a call frpm local store in 5 mins waited for 15 mins and called up again and the reply was they are having technical issues with system, i called up again and he wa now ready to send the ketch up as well.I recieved the delivery 40 mins later 8 times written on it that pls send "Ketchup n Sizzling" and i didnt recieve any ketchup again i called up and asked for manager reply came that he is busy attending other customer complaints and he shall get back to me in 5 mins conversation again went for 15-20 mins and again i didnt recieve any call.I called up again after 10-15 mins and he said that it was their rule that they dont deliver ketchup's and the offer under which i ordered the pizza stated that i shall be recieving another free pizza with the same or lower price range and the offer is valid only during the IPL matches are on, which is written on their brochure also.The bill states that there is some bogo offer valid only monday to friday and the bill also has dicrepencies, when i called up again the manger "Sanchit" sent me ketchup and duplicate bill which was altered, original stating "Delivery" whereas the altered stating "Take away" and no one was clear about the offer.And other details also modified reagarding payments details as Grand total rounded 349 amount tendered 600, balance returned 251.really cant understand if the bill was 349 how can a customer pay 600 rupees.
                              I personally feel these foriegn organisations with the support of Indians organisation are taking advange of Indian people many of which dont go into the bill details and get in touch with you.Also the offers advertised at different levels are different and create ambigious situation forcing the customers to pay when they are in a situation that after trying for 2 hours and paying more than 20 Rs for phone payments and in a hungry condition have the delivery boy standing at doorsteps which cannot be sent back and also does not fulfill the terms of order made, and the stating bill.I feel cheated and also fell the pain for fellow indians who come into this psycological trap.Need your help!!

                                I had ordered for a regular chicken pizza at 3:55pm today from the neighborhood store (SCO-33, Sector 56, Gurgaon). After waiting for almost 35-40 mins for the order, I had to call up to know about the status of the order. However, everybody seemed clueless on any such order being taken. Everybody seemed to be checking with the other person at the store about any such order. Finally the manager (Sachin) came up and he also was clueless. I finally lost it and told him that i'd rather from Dominos and also would lodge a complain against the store.
                                Pizza Hut site however does not have any place to lodge in complaints. Finally had to order from Dominos which delivered a similar order in 25 mins.

                                  We called for the pizza at 7:00pm. Was assured the pizza in 45 mins. It is almost 2 hours since we are waiting for the order and haven't received in yet. On calling incomplete and fake replies were given. On calling after 45 mins we were informed that the order had left and it was on the way. No delivery boy came in... after 2 hours no body is here and the manager of the pizza hut call center refuses to come online.

                                  I Am referring to the Pizza Hut Pune Operations... Complete with no honesty or courtesy was shown on the phone... would like this to go to their head office in delhi.

                                  The services given by the staffs at Pizza Hut (Tesco Ampang, Malaysia branch) were the worse I ever had. I ordered my pizza at 19:46pm and still at 20:30pm I didn't get my pizza.The staff said, wait for another 10 minutes, ok fine, we waited but still the same.Then we go off without having the pizza.I don't like the attitude of some of the staff who answering mobile phone while working and one of the staff didn't wear the uniform, just wearing black t-shirt and jeans.Did they been given any training at all?
                                  Today i ordered a pizza and it took nearly 1 and half and hour to deliver. The call center informed that it will only take 30 minutes. BUT... then Pizza Hut from different town call up with a harsh tone asking where is my house but then i told them my address they scold me why order pizza from them.. In which my town has its own PIZZA HUT!!! i replied them ... Who shall be blamed? Call center or ME? that Guy said it was me ... Then i got confused as i have confirmed with the call center on my address in my hometown.

                                  I called up[protected] again and they ask the same question again .. How can i help you? I said i ordered my pizza just now and it arrive at different town. Different operator handled this case and accused me again for giving the wrong address to them. I was pissed off and said just now the operator just confirmed with me. That Indian lady ask me and i told her the address. Where did she key in the address? her phonebook???

                                  Then they say; OK! we will look into this matter, the restaurant manager will give u a call then. 2 hours later! The motor arrive. I taught they will give a compliment of personal pizza as a form of sorry .. as stated on the brochure i[censored] guys see it ... but then Stupid Pizza hut ... go put rubbish in my food ...

                                  I hope any pizza hut personal people will see this .. Before i really go BIG on this ..

                                    After 2 years we ordered a pizza from pizza hut. We ordered a medium non-veg pizza priced at Rs.348. But the pizza was actually smaller than a small-sized pizza. Yet it was sliced into 6, dry, warm and tasteless. And to make it worse, the delivery boy was laughing at us for some reason. It was as if he was laughing at us right after cheating us. We felt very bad and embarrassed after this experience. We have never been cheated like this in our lives. Domino's Pizza serves better quality pizzas at more reasonable prices.

                                    we have not had a Pizza Hut pizza for years and thought we would try one. I brought the pizza home and boy was I surprized and dissapointed. The crust tasted like cardboard and there was hardly any sauce to
                                    make it taste any better. I have never had a worse pizza then that one. I called and talked to the so-called manager and he did not even have a good apology or offer to fix this. I will probably never go to
                                    Pizza Hut again after this one. The ones back in Minnesota were never like this one. I paid almost
                                    $20.00 for this pizza. The pizza hut was in Deadwood, S.D.

                                      I visted Pizza Hut for dine in on the 8th of Jan 2009. My total bill for that dinner was Rs 619 which I payed through my debit card. One week later since my dinner at Pizza Hut, I was checking my account statement online. To my utter surprise I was charged twice the amount I had eaten for. My card had been swiped twice, which was clearly shown in my statement with two different transaction Ids.

                                      I visited the same outlet the very next day to apprise them of the situation and to get my money back. But the staff is not capable to handle any such frauds or malfunctions. I feel completely cheated! They claim that it is a very common error and most people get a money reversal after 15 days of the transaction. It hasn't happend in my case though! No one has taken heed to go back to the accounts to resolve issues.

                                      I want serious actions to be taken against such frauds and ideally get my money back!

                                        On Saturday, January 23, 2009 between the hours of 8:05pm and 9:00pm, I attempted as usuall to call in an order 7 times. For the past 3 months phone orders are not possible, as you either get "no answer" or the a FAX machine shrill sound. Tonight as in every other night, I ended up driving to Pizza Hut to place the order and wait 20-30 minutes in the parking lot. When I walked in there were 6 employees talking at the register, ignoring me while I stood there in the lobby. I noticed there were only 3 people sitting in the dining room and I was thinking, this store shows no concern for the phone orders they lose by not answering phone orders. Obviously, none of these people care about financial results at there location. Finally I said "Hi", why don't you guys ever answer the phone? The manager replied "we only have 2 people answering phones tonight". I said you need to hire more don't you think. He replied, " there is nothing I can do". I asked who the District Manager was as I knew it was obviously a company owned store as a franchisee would not tolerate or afford this level of performance. He replied, "His name is on the door". I walked out and noticed his, Felix Jaramillo at the Las Vegas, New Mexico store who I intend to call tomorrow. I would think with the U.S. struggling economy companies would appreciate every business possiblity to increase revenue, but this location shows no regard. It is so irratating to know when you dial their number they won't answer, but you keep trying because you want to save time sitting there waiting for your order 20-30 minutes. This store needs to be managed by someone who cares about their company's success and the customers they serve.
