Order Cancelled refund not processed.

I had ordered 3 Divine chocolate tub as listed in the app. The order was not fulfilled and was cancelled as the product was not available. The order was placed on 20th February and the refunds has not yet been processed. As per the executive they have initiated refund but till date not received.

Order not received, and no refund processed - Order 13100222

I had ordered two pizzas on Jan 9 2022. The order was sent to Bengaluru - JP Nagar 7th Phase (Puttenahalli) branch.
They called me telling me that they cannot deliver the order because my location was too far for them.
They didnt cancel the order after this, and shows on the website that it has been delivered.
I have called customer care multiple times, and my issue still hasnt been resolved.
I want a full refund...

I am complaining about the very unethical behaviour of the whole company towards consumer.

It is very sad to know that your company takes so long to address consumer's issue .I I was asked to wait for 21 days which is now more than that.And Yet no refund has been initiated. If your team makes it clear that the company won't initiated i would be very happy. Fooling friday offer

Pizza hut outlet in db city mall bhopal india has refused to serve friday unlimited pizza offer by giving bogus reasons like stock is not there and machine is broken this is not a one time incident has happened to me twice they arent serving unlimited offer properly...

The delivery guy never delivered the garlic breadsticks.
Once I contacted the store, the person on call didn't offer a refund or ask the delivery guy to deliver them, but simply said 'ask for an extra one next time' and cut the call. Didn't even give his name....

Less toppings

I had ordered a pizza a few months ago which had really less toppings.
I have ordered a pizza from your site today at around 8:50pm. My order no. Is "Order #18770774" pls make sure the problem doesn't take place in this order too.
Me and my family have loved your pizzas but if this problem continues to persist we might have to order from somewhere else....

I hadnt yet received refund

I placed an order of Rs 923. Order Number[protected] on 10th feb. As the unit wasnt operation order was cancelled.And i hadnt received any refund yet. it has been more than a week. Hope you resolve my matter....

I'm complaining about the cancellation of the take away order without any intimation

I had ordered pizza for take away on 14th Feb 2022. I have received the confirmation mail as well. After that I was tracking my order. After 20 minutes, a message popped saying that my order is ready for pick up. But once my husband reached the Pizza Hut, they said that our order has been cancelled due to the non availability of pizza base.

No Delivery, No Refund for order 16152144 and 16655400

Waited 2 hours after placing order number 16152144 and 16655400 on 4th February with pizzahut expecting the delivery and realized that no dispatched happened happened ever for above orders, only false updates were displayed on the status.

I was assured that within 72 hours refund will be processed in the original payment method.

Haven't received any refund even after 9 days, Pizzahut customer care team is not...

Non - halal food not available

I am a non- veg eater, but I don't consume halal food
I asked at the service counter if they have non- halal chicken

They said they don't have other options.
I walked right way out of the outlet.
I felt segregated against my food habits.
