I had ordered 3 Divine chocolate tub as listed in the app. The order was not fulfilled and was cancelled as the product was not available. The order was placed on 20th February and the refunds has not yet been processed. As per the executive they have initiated refund but till date not received.

I had ordered two pizzas on Jan 9 2022. The order was sent to Bengaluru - JP Nagar 7th Phase (Puttenahalli) branch.
They called me telling me that they cannot deliver the order because my location was too far for them.
They didnt cancel the order after this, and shows on the website that it has been delivered.
I have called customer care multiple times, and my issue still hasnt been resolved.
I want a full refund...

It is very sad to know that your company takes so long to address consumer's issue .I I was asked to wait for 21 days which is now more than that.And Yet no refund has been initiated. If your team makes it clear that the company won't initiated i would be very happy. The delivery guy never delivered the garlic breadsticks.
Once I contacted the store, the person on call didn't offer a refund or ask the delivery guy to deliver them, but simply said 'ask for an extra one next time' and cut the call. Didn't even give his name....
