I went to Pizza hut store on 4-Jun-2022 at Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad, UP, India. I ordered and purchased Box of 4 veg pizza from the store itself. They charged me INR 466/- (excluding tax). However, when I checked online, the price of Box of 4 veg pizza is showing INR 435/-.
Later, I called upon Pizza hut customer care and the executive told me that he will arrange for a call back from technical person within 5-10 minutes. However, I still did not receive any call from Pizza hut. Why there is so much irresponsibility from your end?
Please explain why there is difference in the price of my order? It should be same everywhere within India.
Kindly look into this issue and return back my money that is charged extra. This is my Paytm number for money refund.
I am attaching photo of the bill order made yesterday.
