Today we went to pizza hut to eat some pizza. then suddenly by seeing "spicy baked chicken wings" we thought of buying too, we ordered also... But for this "Five Start Chicken " is better. they gave fingers like 4 pieces and charged 250... really doesn't make people fool like this... In image it will make us feel that it is worth, but it is ... don't cheat anyone like... at least you people should have some ethics. this is really nonsense.

    I have purchased one tandoori panner pizza along with pepsi bottle at
    Pizza Hut outlet in Foodcourt, located left hand side, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. I have noticed that pepsi price was higher than usual. They charged me rs.60 for 500 ml (As per attached invoice no. : FC[protected] dated 11th Apr 2022 time 3.13. Pm), when i checked the bottled i got shocked by seeing the mrp on bottle which was mention 60 rs. (As per attached bottle snap of mrp).

    To cross the check the market price i brought the same “Pepsi” bottle which cost me at rs. 40 for 750 ml. While comparing both bottles ingredients & nutritional information are same.

    I think it’s not justified price for consumer, if it’s happen entire pan india pizza hut outlets then it’s horrible.

        I have ordered a pizza from pizza hut karol bagh outlet. I ordered it from swiggy (order id[protected]. (3rd of April my order date)
        The pizza that I ordered was a VEGGIE TANDOORI WITH STUFFED CRUST -CHEESE MAX.
        The pizza that I received was something else. I will attach the photographs of that pizza along with this email.
        I want you to look at the photos and I need you to tell me whether it was eatable or not.
        the second thing that i want to tell you was that the pizza was not having even 1 percent of the toppings that a pizza is supposed to have.
        i don't know whether the chefs were in hurry or this outlet provides pizza in this irresponsible manner only.
        it was so embarrassing for me to ask my friends to go somewhere else and have something else as the pizza was looking so disgusting. we felt like vomiting after looking at it.
        i am not a very big fan of PIZZA HUT but yesterdays experience has made a perception in my mind that i will never have pizza from pizza hut.
        i dont know what to say but my anger was at the top at that moment. i was feeling cheated that paying 600 rupees and ordering the pizza from pizza hut and when we have opened the box it was ...the whole mood and all that craving just vanished...
        i want to tell you that we couldnt even look at the pizza. it was so ugly. we have throw it away.

          At 9.00 PM I received a call from Phase 10 Mohali outlet regarding not to deliver order due to territory issue
          That was very surprised for me because Phase 10 outlet is hardly 3-4 KM away from my residence

            Today I happened to visit pizzahut. My daughter asked me to buy water bottle also. But the amount charged by pizza hut for water bottle owned by peopsico company is double the cost that is sold outside Both pizza hut and PepsiCo are cheating people in the name of business. I will never ever go to pizza hut or buy any PepsiCo product.

                    had ordered a simple garlic bread
                    - the cheese was stale
                    - the onions were stale as well
                    the bread was worst the quality over all was NOT GOOD
                    This led to my mother being admitted to the hospital in ICU
                    IS THIS A JOKE TO THE ONES MAKING THE FOOD?
                    someone is literally going to the hospital?? and you can’t even make or prepare fresh food for which we’re paying bucks???!

                        My name is Sree Nair. I am staying in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. 11th of April, 2022 I ordered a pizza through Pizza Hut app. The amount 376 deducted from my bank account but the order not placed. Within 30 minutes I called the customer care and they told me within a few days the money will revert back to my account. Nothing happened. Since then I have complained to customer care 9 times. I have not yet received my money back except for the reply that the refund has been processed after a long wait. Where should I complain? When will my money be refunded? Please solve this problem ...

                          I had ordered a pizza on 31st December 2021 evening around 6pm. Had paid online Rupees 266₹ but had to cancel it due to error in delivery address.
                          My order number[protected]

                          I got a call from them that I will be getting a full refund within a week. I waited and contacted them again. Then I was told to wait for 15 days due to Covid related delays. No response for a month. When I called customer care in February, I was told that they have initiated my refund and may get soon.

                          Hell of this Pizza hut !!! We are about to finish even March month but not refund yet. Very bad service. I am fed up of calling and registering a complaint now. Hope this would wake you guys up and I get refund soon.

                                    I had ordered two pizzas on Jan 9 2022. The order was sent to Bengaluru - JP Nagar 7th Phase (Puttenahalli) branch.
                                    They called me telling me that they cannot deliver the order because my location was too far for them.

                                      Incident date: 8/3/2022 at 21:50

                                      Yesterday I placed an order at 21:50pm and the amount has immediately been deducted from my account but neither the confirmation mail nor the text has been shared with me and also I didn't received my order. And since yesterday I've dropped coupled of mail over HutCare also i tried calling through each and every customer care but I couldn't connected through any of them. Kindly provide me with the refund.

                                        It is very sad to know that your company takes so long to address consumer's issue .I I was asked to wait for 21 days which is now more than that.And Yet no refund has been initiated. If your team makes it clear that the company won't initiated i would be very happy. It was totally wrong that you took an order when a unit wasnt yet operational and now its taking so much time just to initiate refund. If this way you are thinking of adding such little amount to your profit this is very unethical.

                                        It has been more than 21days still your team is checking. will i get the refund or not if your team can make this clear this would be a great help.This is very unethical behaviour of your company where you take so long period of time to respond to customer's issue. This is the same repeated message i am getting for more than 21 days. will your company deliever food if a customer pays lesser than the bill amount.Why should we be lossing our money when earning requires hardwork.
