Pizza Hut India Order not placed, but money got deducted

- date of incident :[protected], around 4:45 PM IST
- I was trying to order the pizza from pizza hut app. I added the pizzas to the cart, proceed to the payment step using UPI method (GPay), the money was deducted from the bank but when i returned to pizza hut app order was not placed and the cart was empty.
- The disadvantage using the pizza hut app, is there is no option to lodge a complaint when an issue occurred....

Online pizza ordering refunds

Order number 1194204 was canceled and Pizza Hut is not showing any method or intent to refund the canceled order.

Their total system is a time waste. Every time I called their representative put the call on hold and doesn't reply.

The store will ask for time every time.

Do not order Pizza online from Pizz Hut ....

Bad quality of pizza

Very very very disgusting pizza i ever tasted in My Life. Pizza was so bad that I can't even tell you there was nothing in the name of cheese and when I told the manager he also didn't say anything All my money was spent on your useless pizza. You should get the pizza quality checked once in Aligarh, then it will be good for you too. Otherwise it doesn't matter anyway Domino's is here for us...

Delivery and food

Today we went to pizza hut to eat some pizza. then suddenly by seeing "spicy baked chicken wings" we thought of buying too, we ordered also... But for this "Five Start Chicken " is better. they gave fingers like 4 pieces and charged 250... really doesn't make people fool like this... In image it will make us feel that it is worth, but it is ... don't cheat anyone like... at least you people should have some ethics. this is really nonsense....

Refused to not deliver the Order

I Rammik Sharma resident of House No 517 Sector 80 SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab 140308 ordered Pizza on line vide order No 17126926 on dated 10/04/2022 at around 8.30 PM
At 9.00 PM I received a call from Phase 10 Mohali outlet regarding not to deliver order due to territory issue
That was very surprised for me because Phase 10 outlet is hardly 3-4 KM away from my residence

Money charged for water bottle is exorbitant

Today I happened to visit pizzahut. My daughter asked me to buy water bottle also. But the amount charged by pizza hut for water bottle owned by peopsico company is double the cost that is sold outside Both pizza hut and PepsiCo are cheating people in the name of business. I will never ever go to pizza hut or buy any PepsiCo product....

Stale food, had to go to the hospital.

Stale food
had ordered a simple garlic bread
- the cheese was stale
- the onions were stale as well
the bread was worst the quality over all was NOT GOOD
This led to my mother being admitted to the hospital in ICU
IS THIS A JOKE TO THE ONES MAKING THE FOOD?
someone is literally going to the hospital?? and you can’t even make or prepare fresh food for which we’re paying bucks???!...

They refuse to take order at 10.50 pm.

Even though we were having pizza they closed all aircondition and no fans.
