Dear Concern,
This is very unprofessional behavior towards the customer. I would like to draw your attention to the undelivered order (Item: Pizza from Pizzahut Devyani, Miyapur, Hyderabad) which was ordered last Sunday (10/07/22 at 07:45 pm), Order ID: 13386058 online payment mode). The expected delivery time was 8:09 pm on Sunday as shown on the official website but we didn't get the order on time I thought It would take time to be delivered due to the rainy season but the worst part was the item was yet not delivered by 9:45 pm. I decided to visit the pizza hut parlor (near Miyapur) because on the website, the status was not updated and no one from Pizza hut had informed me about the inconvenience caused. I reached the parlor by investing my 200 INR and time (as the distance was around 4 km). I talked to the manager and explained the matter. They accept their mistake and then I consumed my order after 10:00 pm in the Pizza hut parlor.
My request is that I am expecting fair justice to me for the incident that happened.
Hoping for the correct step toward the matter.

Bcoz pizza's taste was not good

Hello Pizza Hut...

Where is my pizza ... what should I do at this point of time... it was a little celebration and all got spoiled... Twice I called your call Center... they keep saying it'll be soon delivered and the manage from store will call and update you... there is no call no manager no pizza...

Pls tell me what to do know...?

I had placed a order for Pizza yesterday from Pizza Hut at around 8:30 PM. The order number is 11583027 for 770.70 rupees. Firstly the delivery boy came one and half hour late at 10 Pam and got the personal size pizza instead of the medium one which I had ordered. I sent him back and never came back
Today I call the call centre and they say it’s been delivered. This is in accept. I need to make my friends and social media know how I have been treated by Pizza Hut.

I tried to place an order on the app worth 324.45 rs. . I paid the amount but my order didn't get placed. And refund hasn't been initiated. Refund it back.

Worst baked chessy momos ever.
Never try it again.
Pizza hut disappointed me.
Taste is just like ###.
Portion is also less.

I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread. We have opted for a takeaway option and after food was being processed and out to takeaway, we went there and the staff did not gave us the order and said pay first and coma after one hour. We left and after saying we will complain, they asked us to come and collect the order.
What kind of behaviour is this. We have so many options and still this is being done.
Very shameful and bad experience with Pizza hut

Today I order first time from Pizza Hut app. I would say anyone would definitely cry if they provide such service to their customers. It has been 2 hours and the delivery is at the moon. Just 3.4 kms and it took 2 hours and counting... If the store cannot serve the customer wisely they pizza hut should close that store.

On 19th June, 2022. I ordered combo pizza from pizza hut, ITPL, Bangalore. i made payment it was successful and order was confirmed
Pizza Hut order ID 14136643.
But after sometime I got message that they are not able to deliver the order and money will be refunded. After some days I tried customer care number as Money was not refunded, they said they didn't get any refund request.kindly help.

I placed an order for 2 medium pizzas on the 18th of June 2022. It is delayed for more than an hour and after connecting to the customer care service thrice. I requested a cancellation and full refund.

It has been more than 15 days and I've called customer care service more than a dozen times already. I was initially asked to wait for 24-48 hours and then, they asked me to wait for another 7 days after that another 7 days,...

I didn't receive the order but amount was debited

While ordering pizza, I made payment via Paytm but my order was not placed and my money is deducted

Had placed an order on pizza hut app, on 14th June, using Paytm wallet and an amount of 1257 was debited from my account to the sapphire foods, i have attached the copy of the transaction and proof below, and confirmation from Paytm of the payment, but according to pizza hut, the order was not yet received.
I need my money back, i will go to the customer court if I have too, very poor customer care service bas well

Sir ordered pizza from pizza Hut @7:54 pm and it shows delivered on website at 8:15 pm which was not actually delivered. It was delivered at 8:30 pm and it was misleading

I have been repeatedly following up and my money has still not been refunded back to the bank account.
