Money is deducted but refund is not initiated from Pizza hut...

After being your regular customer for years it's so painful to write such a review for the first time for my favourite pizza brand.
I recently moved to Dehradun, the capital o[censored]ttrakhand and this is utter shame for pizza hut that the outlets here are running so poorly that there's no word for it.
Today, 16th August, 2022 i first went to the Rajpur Road outlet, where the outlet was empty and had only 2 staff who refused for...

I ordered one pasta and one personal corn pizza. The pasta was raw there were no olives and it was dry there was very little cream only on top and bottom was filled with raw pasta.
And the pizza is the worst i got.
I want my refund you can take your order i am not gonna eat this ###....

Please remove momo pizza from ur list.

It was a takeaway order. I ordered chicken pizza but I was served veg pizza. The pizza was not cut as well. I had to wait for 45 minutes to get my order. It was horrible service by them. I called them (number is not reachable) I emailed them twice, there’s no response. It’s been more than a week now. Location : Pizza Hut, Kompally branch....

I ordered two Pizzas and one Mexican garlic breadsticks on 31st July 2022 first of all the order was delivered very late in about 55 minutes when they promise a delivery of 30 minutes
Secondly the food quality was so bad that we have to throw most of it out. the Pizzas were stale and smelling bad it. they were uncooked it was tasting like raw maida and for garlic bread stix I am attaching the photos of what we receive.

I have made succesful trasaction but order was not placed, so i request for refund...

The order of 452 was deducted from my bank account but when I check in the track orders section it shows no orders...

Pizza order no.[protected] Swiggy. Never eaten such awful pizzas. Both the vegetable and pepperoni pizzas were cold and tasteless. The crust was leathery. I had always held Pizzahut to be the best. Big let down....

I have ordered pizza, my money is debited from my account of 423 rupees but the app is showing that the order is not placed but the money is transferred to pizza hut account...

Hi, I made an order of Rs 250.95 at the Pizza hut outlet in Pavilion Mall Ludhiana on 15/07/2022. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed due to "Response time issues". I tried again but it failed. So in the total amount of Rs 250.95 + Rs 250.95 was deducted with PTRN nos: 66279189 and 66278828. I was in touch with a person at the outlet who assured me that money would be back in my account within 14-21 working...

My payment so cut but order not a receive my payment screen shot...

I ordered pizza through pizza hut application and it has been more than an hour and as per their app they are still packing. There is no option for cancellation or refund and they provided a customer care number which they never respond.
I want to get my money back as well as a penalty for them for torturing their customers....

First time I am giving complaint. I order two pizzas through the SWIGGY app ( Order No[protected]. It was delivered the cold not cooked properly and bread dove is very bad. I am not bothered amount money but no very dissatisfied for providing the such food....

I have ordered pizza on 31st July 2022 through Pizza Hut application, but money got deducted from bank (paytm UPI) and order was not placed. So I've called the costumer care they told me that i'll get a refund for the amount of Rs1320 in a same mode.

Delivery boy was out for the delivery and was not able to find the address and he said he tried calling me but I didn't received any call from him and it was clear that he was lying. When I called him after 1 hr, he said he returned the order to the store.
And now I didn't received my order and I have already...

Amount debited from the account but order not placed.
After the deduction of money i got a message from Pizza hut.

Dear Customer, something went wrong & we're unable to fulfil your Pizza Hut order 13519158. Deducted amount will be refunded. Please try again or call @ [protected].

And they are given help line no for any query and help but no use of that number.
