I ordered veg pizza and supreme garlic bread, but both were stale qnd smelly, u asked them to change but they serve the same and behaved rudely, my 5 year old Daughter got bowel pain and loose motions qfter eating a single slice, i want my amount paid + compensation for this otherwise i am going to complain in consumer forum, these franchisees are mqking fool out o[censored]s and playing with our health

    I wish to raise a complaint against delivery boy. During Date 18/09/2022 delivery of my pizza I was trying to make a payment. I asked the delivery boy to provide pizza huts account details. Pizza hut delivery boy provided me his personal number saying his phone switched off and asked me to make payment in the afternoon on his personal number. Date 19/09/2022 At night around 12:30 am the same guy started calling me on a repeated basis mentally harrassing me saying that he has not received payment in his account whereas my paytm upi transaction status shows successful.

            Dropdown on Pizza hut feedback page perfectly sums what we are feeling right now. Let me go through them one by one:
            Hygiene: No idea what people did in kitchen, no comments from me
            Hospitality: The delivery guy, Gyan became agitated as soon as I asked why he came with late order. Then, the manager, Ram, was not ready to listen and offered a replacement instead of instant refund despite late order. I will not wait for food for 2 hours after I ordered. He was not ready to listen. So much for hospitality
            Accuracy: Nobody from Pizza Hut was on spot. Customer care wasted our time with zero resolution. Don't want to repeat what Ram did, apart from repeating to replace order again and again, zero empathy. Not even regretting what they did today
            Product quality: One of the worst we have eaten. Pizza was stale, garlic bread more like bread butter. Everything was cold
            Speed: Order delivered after 50 or so minutes. Definitely beyond 30 minutes or free promise you guys brag of
            Call centre: Kept us on hold forever, again with zero result.

              I made an online pizza order amount got debited but order was not confirmed dated 1 jan 23.

Dominos refunded my money same day without any fuss after cancellation. what kind of operations are you running in India. It seems without legal notice you people will not wake up and work.

                                I would like to raise a complaint against my order no 11620560.

                                Please note the order was placed around 8.40 pm and estimated delivery time was around 9.19 pm.

                                The food was not delivered until 9.30 so I made my first call to customer service number and was informed to expect a call back from service store.

                                Even after waiting for another 30-40 mins foods was not yet delivered nor did I get any call from service store, so I placed second call to customer service number. Again I was told to wait and expect a call from service store.

                                I waited untill 10.50 then made third call to customer service number. Again I was been told the same thing to wait until I get a call from service store.

                                Your service store did not even call until 11.40 pm when they called and asked if they should send my delivery?

                                I would like to raise a complaint all the members involved in this matter and would like to personally file a law suit against each one of them. Hence requesting you to kindly share details of every one involved in this matter.

                                  I placed an order with them, and got a message saying that the order is dispatched. The ETA said 8:50 pm, and by 9:15 I had not received any update. I called the customer care and they told me they'll ask the store to contact me in a few minutes. The store employee contacted me after 20 minutes and asked for my location, which btw was very clearly mentioned in the order. He called back in 5 minutes saying that my order won't be delivered, because it's too far. Pizza Hut, you guys have pathetic services and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

                                    I ordered 2 pizzas today from pizza hut app...it did not show option for store location and successfully placed the order .but after sometime I got a call from pizza hut store that they won't be able to deliver at my location as it is out of their radius.                                       Using my registered mobile number on their app

                                      While making the paymen, i chose option to googlepay and paid the respected amount as seen in screenshot. It showed order placed and then i started doing my work, after an hour, around 11:15pm when i saw the tracking status, the order was not placed and got automatically cancelled

                                      I had called the customer care of pizza hut, but they told me money will be refunded in 3-4 business days, and after watching so many complaints here i feel like many people are going through the same problem

                                      How can payment be processed and order isn't?
                                      Please try to check and repair the app so that if payment processes the order does too
                                      Please add some notifications if the order gets cancelled

                                      Very quick reply and refund process, had to message them the issue on facebook messenger and they refunded the respective amount, Thankyou so much Pizza Hut
