Pizza Hut India Complaints & Reviews

I ordered pizzas on 26 Aug 2022 from the Pizza Hut app. The payment was done using GPay. The amount got deducted from my hank account but the order did not get placed. I would like to have my entire money back as refund.

I tried contacting [protected]@yum.com and [protected] but there was no response from both of them.

Kindly look into the issue ASAP.

On 11/8/2022 ordered Pizza and paid from my debit card to deliver in Masab tank area, Hyderabad. Immediately received email confirmation from Attapur branch saying that the delivery will be done at 19:59. the delivery boy called twice and asked the delivery location even though it was clearly mentioned in the order and confirmation e-mail. At 9 PM he called again and refused to deliver saying that it is not in their radius of delivery.
The order was not delivered and paid amount of Rs 966 was not refunded. Called a couple of times on [protected] talked to Mr Dharshan about the refund. Every time he says the concerned stores will contact and refund but till now no one called from the store.
We consider it is cheating not delivered after accepting the order and another cheating not refunding the amount.

Dear Sir/ Ma'am
I have ordered paneer capsicum and corn pan pizza along with garlic bread stix at Pizza Hut, Star City Mall, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi 91 on 12th August 2022 for takeaway.
My invoice no. Is[protected].
But when I opened the boxes at home, I was shocked as the pizza received was onion capsicum and corn pan pizza.
I was very disappointed with the service and even after calling at the numbers provided in the invoice, none were responded.
Kindly provide a suitable explanation for the same and refund back the money as the pizza I received was cheaper than the one I ordered.
Moreover proper compensation is expected as not only we were disappointed but also could not eat onion that time as per our hindu tradition we cannot eat onion in that month.
I expected better service from Pizza Hut at least

Pizza hut has been ignoring my request for a refund when this genuinely was their mistake, it happened on 29th July 2022 that I ordered couple of pizzas but it was sent for takeaway to a different store than the one that I intended I immediately called customer care and store people also called me and promised that my order will be canceled and I will get a refund in 10 working days. It has been 22 days and I have not gotten any resolution. I have been waiting for store manager call for almost 5 days now.

I, Nitin Bulbule ordered pizza through your app on 16th August 2022. Everything was going as per your app. Even I did payment of Rs 580.66. But in your track order, i am unable to find my order. So once again I follow your app steps and did payment. I did again payment of 580.66. while checking in track order, same thing repeated. After paying Rs.580.66 two times, my order was not accepted by your app.I wasted my Rs.1160.00.

Please find attached the screenshot of payment. requesting you to refund my payment at earliest.

I recently ordered from pizza hut app but when i checkout and select the UPI (Google pay) for payment. During placing the order for pizza hut. when I received a message from the bank, my money has been deducted the official website of pizza hut showed order placement. When i open the app it got reloaded and redirect to the payment page again asking to pay for the items in the cart which i already paid. For no reason money has been deducted from my bank account.

Pizza hut is charging Rs35 for its packing box of pizza with its logo on it and according to the Indian law the company should not charge for the packing which is with logo on it.
Hence the refund for it and all times i orderd it had been charged.

I had placed a order for in store collection through the pizzahut app from Baner Pashan Link Rd on july 10 2022. I was asked to collect the order from Shop No-1 A, Ground Floor, Beside Star Market, Pune, Maharashtra.I was not able to find the shop. So I cancelled the order that day itself by calling the customer care [protected] and they said order is cancelled and money will be sent to my account with in 5 working days but the money was never credited to my account. My order number is 17970694. I paid Rs 456 through online.It has been one month since the cancelation. I want the money transferred to my account

Money is deducted but refund is not initiated from Pizza hut

After being your regular customer for years it's so painful to write such a review for the first time for my favourite pizza brand.
I recently moved to Dehradun, the capital o[censored]ttrakhand and this is utter shame for pizza hut that the outlets here are running so poorly that there's no word for it.
Today, 16th August, 2022 i first went to the Rajpur Road outlet, where the outlet was empty and had only 2 staff who refused for almost everything we asked. They had other drinks, pasta not in penne, no ice creams. We decided to go to Pacific Mall outlet, where there was again no pasta, no meal for one EVEN WHEN THE DISPLAY SHOWED THAT THE OFFER IS RUNNING. The person at the counter said "our head has asked us to say so". Didn't have any beverages.
And when the cheese garlic bread arrived along with veggie lover pizza, I TOOK A BITE OF BOTH THE ITEMS AND THREW IT AWAY. BECAUSE IT DID NOT TASTE LIKE THE AUTHENTIC PIZZA HUT PIZZA AT ALL!! IT'S THE WORST PIZZA AND GARLIC BREAD I EVER HAD FROM A PIZZA HUT OUTLET.
PLEASE ASK SOMEBODY TO CHECK WITH THE OUTLETS IN THIS CITY BECAUSE HONESTLY NOW I UNDERSTOOD WHY THE PIZZA HUT STORES IN THIS CITY ARE ALWAYS EMPTY!!!
MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE EVER! SPOILED MY MOOD SO MUCH THAT I HAD TO WRITE THIS COMPLAINT.
WASTE OF MONEY AND MY DAY!!!
HORRIBLE AND SHAMEFUL FOR A BIG BRAND LIKE PIZZA HUT.

I ordered one pasta and one personal corn pizza. The pasta was raw there were no olives and it was dry there was very little cream only on top and bottom was filled with raw pasta.
And the pizza is the worst i got.
I want my refund you can take your order i am not gonna eat this ###.

Please remove momo pizza from ur list.
It tastes awful!
