Pizza Hut India Complaints & Reviews

I have ordered from pizzahut app on 30th June, 2020. But, unfortunately, my order was not confirmed and my money was deducted from my paytm wallet. I tried complaining to pizzahut customer care. First, they told me that they will refund my money in 2 days, and now they are telling me that my mobile number is invalid.
It has been 15 days since then, and no reply from their mail id too....

In 5 july 2022, i was trying to ordered pizza from pizza hut, I paid money via debit card, the money was deducted from the bank but order was not placed. I want my money back. Total amount was 944/- please help me to refund below is the screenshot of payment....

Worst Ever Experiance i ever had in Pizza Hut. Not even in any restaurants i had visited.

1. Restaurant works was not completed fully. There was heavy drilling noise happening and the labours working behind the table where we sat. I requested two times to the labours to stop the work but they did not even mind it. Do you want us to eat food with these noise and Dust? Is this a customer service.

Booked online pizza on 8.7.22 at 10.15pm, got confirmation sms too, suppose to receive same at 10.45pm, got sms also that ur pizza despatch for delivery at 10.28pm, but same arrived at 11.15 pm (exactly after 1 hour) the delivery guybwas clueless, told him tonwrite tome & name which he did on invoice, attached pic.
Such a bad service by Pizza Hut....

Where is my pizza ... what should I do at this point of time... it was a little celebration and all got spoiled... Twice I called your call Center... they keep saying it'll be soon delivered and the manage from store will call and update you... there is no call no manager no pizza...

Pls tell me what to do know...?

I had placed a order for Pizza yesterday from Pizza Hut at around 8:30 PM. The order number is 11583027 for 770.70 rupees. Firstly the delivery boy came one and half hour late at 10 Pam and got the personal size pizza instead of the medium one which I had ordered. I sent him back and never came back
Today I call the call centre and they say it’s been delivered. This is in accept. I need to make my friends and social media know how...

I tried to place an order on the app worth 324.45 rs. . I paid the amount but my order didn't get placed. And refund hasn't been initiated. Refund it back....

I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread. We have opted for a takeaway option and after food was being processed and out to takeaway, we went there and the staff did not gave us the order and said pay first and coma after one hour. We left and after saying we will complain, they asked us to come and collect the order.
What kind of behaviour is this. We have so many options and still this is being done.
Very shameful and bad experience...

Today I order first time from Pizza Hut app. I would say anyone would definitely cry if they provide such service to their customers. It has been 2 hours and the delivery is at the moon. Just 3.4 kms and it took 2 hours and counting... If the store cannot serve the customer wisely they pizza hut should close that store....

On 19th June, 2022. I ordered combo pizza from pizza hut, ITPL, Bangalore. i made payment it was successful and order was confirmed

But after sometime I got message that they are not able to deliver the order and money will be refunded. After some days I tried customer care number as Money was not refunded, they said they didn't get any refund request.kindly help....

I placed an order for 2 medium pizzas on the 18th of June 2022. It is delayed for more than an hour and after connecting to the customer care service thrice. I requested a cancellation and full refund.
