On 1st july i have lost the helmet (Cost: rs 2000) on pizz hut outlet (Marathalli, spice garden, bangalore).
I came to know regarding the incident after 3-4 days, once i visited the store the manager denied according to the policy it was not their responsibility which i did understand, however, i told them to check the cctv footage, they told they need some time after weeks of follow-up they informed that the cctv footage is not available. According to manager, they have given it to someone else, however, if they have given they could have taken any identity.
I have tried all the source to register the complaint, however, no response to calls or anywhere. Really disappointed to face such issue. When we do business with them more than rs 1000 on every month why can't they resolve the issue?
Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am not going to raise the complaint or feedback on that link as I know there would be no resolution. I have already done it thrice.
I am losing hope every day with the type of service or customer satisfaction you guys are providing.
I want the helmet back at any cost as it was really special gift.
NOTE: DO NOT ARRANGE THE CALL BACK FROM THE STORE AS HE IS THE MOSE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.
