On 23/08/2017 i ordered the pizza through online transaction. While i was doing the payment the order did get confirmation but the amount of order was debited from my account. This money has not been reimbursed till now. I immediately called up, they said that you'll get the refund within a week. After twenty days, again i called up and again they said the same thing. Now it has been more than a month and i didn't get my refund. Kindly look through this matter. And i am sharing my order details: thank you for using your sbi debit card 559xxxxxx for a purchase worth rs352.82 on pos pizzahut at pizzahut txn# ju[protected].

    I would like to officially register a complaint against the management team of pizza hut under the jurisdiction of sector 20 police station. When an incident of daily collection being stolen from the store occurred at the same store the minimum wage employees were harassed, beaten and locked up for almost the whole day yesterday. While the assistant manager who was in-charge of the money laid blame on others. The manager who also gets a daily basis profit of[protected] from supposed "bad orders" and discounts did little to resolve the issue. Please look into this asap. I haven't named anyone in this complaint because of the seriousness of the matter. And provide me how can such brutality happen.

      On 1st july i have lost the helmet (Cost: rs 2000) on pizz hut outlet (Marathalli, spice garden, bangalore).

      I came to know regarding the incident after 3-4 days, once i visited the store the manager denied according to the policy it was not their responsibility which i did understand, however, i told them to check the cctv footage, they told they need some time after weeks of follow-up they informed that the cctv footage is not available. According to manager, they have given it to someone else, however, if they have given they could have taken any identity.

      I have tried all the source to register the complaint, however, no response to calls or anywhere. Really disappointed to face such issue. When we do business with them more than rs 1000 on every month why can't they resolve the issue?

      I am not going to raise the complaint or feedback on that link as I know there would be no resolution. I have already done it thrice.

      I am losing hope every day with the type of service or customer satisfaction you guys are providing.

      I want the helmet back at any cost as it was really special gift.

      NOTE: DO NOT ARRANGE THE CALL BACK FROM THE STORE AS HE IS THE MOSE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.

      We ordered take away from pizza hut Baani square outlet and it was for my kid who was very hungry and had to sleep we received wrong order which is not acceptable at any cost had to wait half an hour very bad service and that outlet is very unprofessional

        Last night i ordered two pizzas on pizzahut.co.in online. It was showing an offer of 50℅ off on pizzas. I ordered two pizzas. And the total bill was rs.580 after adding gst and all other taxes. When the delivery arrived it was just 1 pizza worth 580 and the bill was showing only 1 pizza. It was one the most untrusted order. Please help me having my cash back of rs. 290.

            But they delievered 1 capcicum paneer & 2 chole onion.

            This type of mistake was unexpected from such a world wide famous food chain

              Hi,

              I booked an take away order (No ti408327) at pizza hut, second avenue, anna nagar chennai, i got my order after 15 minutes. I took it to my car and opened cheese garlic bread box. To my utmost surprise the bread was as cold as ice. I was some old bread which was handed over to me thinking that by the time i will reach home, i wont realise that i have been handed over an old bread intentionally.

              I immediately went back to the oit let and scolded the staff for trying to fool me and told them to replce the bread which they did but then one of the staff members who was speaking only tamil followed me till me car and started shouting at me.

              He kept on doing it even if he knew i wont understand a word but i could understand from his body language that he was using all bad words which he could.

              Since i wanted to leave the place asap i started walking little fast towards me car, it was then the staff members started running towards me with an aggression.

              He was about to hit me but i could manage to get inside the car and lock the doors. I immediately left the place and went home.

              I am so surprised with this indecent that i have decided not to buy from pizza hut in future.

              I am also planning to file an fir in the nearest police station about this incident.

                We have order pizza on 8th jan from wakad road hinjewadi branch. Details below.

                The order was delivered at 9:45 pm and the delivery boy assured that it will hot. The pizza cold, taste less and not baked properly. I called the store they agreed for refund of the bill amount. Me and my friend followed up many times but didnt get any proper response from store manager. After some days the new manager was appointed and assured that he will resolve the issue in 2 days. Till now we are looking for money which we paid for use less food.

                  I had visited pizza hut, lulu mall, edappally on 25/9/17. I paid the amount of 599 rs via debit card. Money git deducted from my account. But it was received the store ppl said due to server issues. I paid the same amount as cash to them. I haven't got refund of this amount. Called the store to ask the same. They are asking for a mini statement from bank. They are behaving as if am taking this.

                      Observed an un-usual activity from the pizzahut delivery guy "akshay" about the below order which i placed a week before.
                      He came to deliver the pizza and i suspect he has taken away my brand new shoes "nike epic air" black and white color.
                      I have seen the cctv footages in my society and saw his pizza bag not to be empty even after pizza got delivered. This was the exact span of time my shoes were missing.
                      Had a chat with the store manager, ravi about the same and he said they will co-operate in this regard and waiting for the same. Also got to know about akshay leaving his job after this incident and is not coming since that day. This creates more doubt on him and hence the suspect seems to be valid.
                      I want you to inquire on this as soon as possible and let me know how can this be taken up, attaching the relevant images to make things simpler

                      I can go for the legal way as well but it will involve lot of my and your time and fame which i don't want to, so requesting you to kindly support here and help resolve this asap.

                        I am a regular customer at pizza hut. It is highly disappointing that i have to register this complaint. Yesterday (24/09/2017) when i had ordered pizza for home delivery, i felt that my order was not freshly prepared and that it was prepared quite early during the day or the day before, and was only delivered at my address after reheating the pizzas. The toppings were not fresh, neither was the crust of the pizzas or for that matter nothing felt like the aroma of a freshly baked pizza. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible as i would think twice before ordering anything from pizza hut after this. I want the amount to be adjusted in my next order. I have ordered from pizza hut sector 5, dwarka, new delhi.

                          I visited at the restaurant with my 3 friends and we reached at the restaurant on 10:56 pm they did let sit us in (I think bcz their manager was there at that time). But after that they started doing things which should not be done by a reputable restaurant. We gave the order and then wanted to order more bcz we just ordered single pizza with 2 pepsi and they completed denied our request. Didn’t even let us order the sides. Infact the waiter there snatch the menu from my friend’s hand. I think this was my worst experience from any restaurant i visited in my life and honestly i have visited in lott of them.. My parents were out for the night and i went there to have a delightful dinner with my friends instead if ot they just spoil all the mood and i am writing you this email right now frustrated and hungry bcz your restaurant was unable to serve there customers with dignity and respect. Moreover when pay the bill in return they need to give ₹78 back and they gave us the coins for ₹78 just bcz we had an argument with them bcz we want to order more. This was cheapest thing anyone can do they gave us coins of 1 or 2 rs and when we asked them that why are you giving us all coins they said that they have already done the counting of notes so they can’t take money out of that counted notes. I don’t think pizza hut is even maintaining its minimum standards.. What is the use of the restaurant when you can’t fill the stomach of your customers..

                          Been to a pizza hut outlet in panipat in fun city mall. Since company is running on 50% on medium pizza's. I bought 4 different veggie pizza's but got 2 same unfortunately plus they supposed to charge me the half of the menu price but I wonder it was more than 70% of on the bill.
                          Very disappointing.

                            I placed an order at 8 30 today on 24th sept 2017 and called the customer service[protected] times to confirm it since i did not receive any call back from the store. They told the order will reach by 9:10 and i never received it only. I had to rush to dominos at 10:30 to get pizza for all the people who were at my house waiting for the bloody food to arrive. Stupidity to the limit from pizza hut. The customer service put me on hold for 10 minutes and just cut the call because i shouted at them after my 10th call. No help was provided. From here after, i am boycotting pizza hut and so are all the people in that room today. Pathetic service.

                                On 3rd september i tried placing the order of 666.70 which was not confirmed yet the amount was deducted. And it's been 20 days the amount is not refunded. The store people also doesn't respond to it seriously. After repetitive call they just say they are forwarding the complaint to accounts but not result yet. And now they don't even pick up my call.

                                  We have ordered two pizzas which cost 560 and we have clearly mentioned our addresses. After all the process like ordering payment is processed we got call saying it can't be delivered. So we ask for giving money back so that we can order from other shop but they told no they can't and it will be given back after 15 days.

                                  What i understand from this, is it they are investing our money somewhere and getting interest for 15 days.
                                  Action should definitely be taken against them.

                                    I placed an online order with pizza hut (Incl payment). Order : 9100216. I received email and sms confirmation that the order will be delivered. The outlet calls me and says they cannot deliver. I call the customer care. They put me on hold for 7 minutes and then disconnect the call. No call back and order not delivered. This is pathetic customer service. I'd like the refund processing to be expedited and get a compensation for the inconveniences caused.

                                      Yesterday i have ordered pizza from the kayani nagar pune - pizza hut and they have delivered one wrong pizza. I have ordered veg pizza and a non-veg pizza has delivered to me. Wrong pizza is not replaced and not refund too.

                                      When i have called customer care they said store manager will call back. It has already been 24 hours and no one has called back. I spoke to customer care at least 7-8 times and they are saying store manager will call you back. I am sure writing here will also not solve but still i am being bit hopeful.

                                        I ordered a pizza with ansal plaza branch in new delhi. I received a text message at 9:06 pm that my order has been dispatched. It's been more than an hour but no pizza has been delivered to me. On calling the customer care number given, mr kartik who picked up the phone was very unhelpful. He was unable to give me any information. It seemed like he was not even from the store or had no authority to give me any answers. If that is so, why isn't the appropriate customer care number provided. There is also no way to register a complaint against this on their website.
