This is in reference to pizza hut, city center mangalore.. Me and my husband came to this outlet to have pizza. We asked for the offer since it was displayed in their table. We came on friday 8th sept 8.30pm and the waiter told no offer then i said why it's displayed and i will complain then the waiter said it's there but will take time. I didn't like the attitude and if the offer is there why he liked to me. Kindly look into this matter and help customer being cheated. Thank you.

    I mrs monika lal, hereby bringing to u notice d complaint abt my order for veg 2medium pizzas on 5th sept, at 11.30am, d agent told me it wl b delivers on 1.30pm as required, nd it was my bday, nd invited guest, at parmar trade center, flat no 6, r 1, sadhu vaswani chowk, pune, at 3 pm i phoned them again dey said store was under renewation nd it's closed, this shud have been told me early so tht i would have placed my order somwher else, it was difficult to get pizza imeedeatiely from anywhere, this put me in very embarsing position, i definitely want from u to compensate for my trouble, this was very shocking, nd not expecting this from reputable pizza hut...

      I ordered triple treat box from pizza hut, sector 4, gurgaon with pos #t11950 and token number 56. Experience was so bad..

      First of all, delivery boy forgot to keep the beverage what i ordered. When he realized while delivering, he bought a coke 600ml (Which i don't prefer at all) instead of 7up what i ordered. Mrp on coke was rs 35, whereas i got charged rs 50.85 + gst.

      Food was so bad like double cheese pizza was unbaked and cheese was coming in mouth as raw. Temperature was not maintained at all and all items was about to chilled.

      Worst part when there was hair in potato poppers. If this is the hygiene level that pizza hut maintains, would never like to go for it again.

        I have not heard back from PizzaHut. I called them several times still no response. Is this type of service they are providing.
        I want my money back. Its been two months now still response. They are such irresponsible.They should provide good service to their customer.

          I ordered a set of 4 pan pizzas and what i got was cold pizzas with irregular toppings. Then i replaced the order and it came after 1 hour. But still we accepted the order and when we called the manager about our problem, he was talking rudely and told us that you can beat the delivery boy. Ithe pizzas we received were half cooked and it was tasteless. I am facing this issue since last 3 times whenever i ordered with pizza hut. The prices are getting increasingly day by day and the quality of the food is getting worse.

            I ordered for pizza from kandivali east on 6.9.2017 (Order no 1157). Order placed through food panda at 8.19 pm. Order delivery came at 9.08 pm and fully cold.in between i called pizza hut kandivali east number multiple times. They picked up only twice and everytime said 5 mi s to delivery. Then they stopped responding to phones also. After arrival at 9.08 pm the delivery boy when told about cold pizza started misbehaving. Then he gave a mobile number to call. When i called, the guy said he will deliver fresh order in 20 minutes.

            When i asked for refund he started saying only alternative delivery is possible!!

            Isnt it horrible service???

              Placed order online around 8.45 and received the pizza at 9.40. It was delivered from rajarajeshwari nagar pizza hut delivery. The pizza had become cold, upon denying to make the payment, the store manager called multiple times asking to pay money and cam and took away the already delivered pizzas. Very rudely behaviour, bad customer service. Ease get this outlet closed because this is happening for multiple times. They deliver uncooked pizzas sometimes.

                  I ordered a buffet for 3 people and firstly tried to pay via card but it declined twice so i paid it in cash. But afterwards i got a message from the bank about the deduction of that same amount from my account.
                  In short, pizza hut had taken the money in cash and by card also.
                  Kindly provide me the refund immediately.
                  Also, i didn't receive the bill.

                    It was worst experience frm pizza hut that they have given me such a bad pizza. I specially reqsted them tht this for my kids and i want to take away but inside was pathetic. I have also orderd garlic bread that was also not good.. I feel bad smell in pizza and bread.. Worst experience..
                    Going forward i ll not be using pizza hut as it is not value for money..
                    I have paid 406 inr. All waste.
                    Its better if oizza hut can't serve good pizza then they should stop selling it..
                    My kids find that there was smell in pizza and pizza was also not looking good..
                    Hence i thrown in to dustbin..
                    I can't trust any more on pizza hut.

                    And i ll also bring this up on social media website such as facebook snapchat and instagram, twitter.. To make people aware that pizza hut are serves unhygenic pizzw to there customers.

                      I had a huge trust and faith on pizza hut, would keep the promise they offer.
                      - date: 28th aug 2017, 6:44:02 pm.
                      -client number - (May these details) - 24617g005101. Pos : t24635.
                      -description: i have given order on the call at[protected] at 6:02 pm, 28th aug 2017 (Have proof as well). The rep asked me to collect the pizza at the nearest branch that is at the arena soul space mall, mahadevapura, 4th floor at 6:20 pm and hence i went to collect the order.
                      But the shop vendor says "now that you have come, we will start preparing the order"!! I said what! He says, "yes we do not know whether you (Me) will come or no and we do not have trust on customers!"
                      I was shocked and called the customer care - the customer care was least bothered to solve my question.
                      Finally, after a struggle of 40 mins, at 6:44:08 pm, i got the order. When i reached home, my spouse observed that this is not a pan pizza and it is a regular crust pizza!!
                      - resolution for the complaint: i want a deep investigation on this and send me all the same order as free to my address.

                      -attached are all the bills, where you can see the actual order punched time as 6:02 pm and the promised delivery time (Take away) as 6:18 pm. But the delivered at 6:44 pm. Also attached the pizza of regular crust. Pizza hut has cheated me literally. I am going to send this complaint all over the social media.

                        I have placed an order in the name of saurabh srivastav at your kolar road outlet bhopal.
                        The order was placed for 6 medium pizzas and as per the concerned person the same was suppoed to get ready in 15 min as it was for a takeaway.
                        But to our surprise when we reached there after the stipulated time we came to know that it has already been delivered to some one else by mistake. I mean how cn it is delivered without confirming the identitiy and the order placed. But the outlet staff was so rude they didnot cooperate and again we have to wait for another 45 min in order to get our new order completed. The entire purpose of placing the order over phone was failed. Pathetic customer service from pizza ht staff and completely unexpected. I want compensation for this and a call back from the officials urgently.

                          Hi. Please refer to order id jpt[protected] for rs. 719.8 via paytm on 30th august 2017. After payment was successfully done and money debited from paytm account, the order failed to register on your website with the comment "failure to connect to the sql server".
                          I tried the order again and paid via hdfc debit card. Again the money got deducted from account but order was not registered with the same error message.
                          Now both paytm and hdfc bank have asked me to get it resolved thru vendor directly as the payment was processed from their side.
                          Need the refund from pizzahut immediately.

                              Hello, i have tried to order couple of pizza using pizza hut mobile app on 26th aug 2017. Post selecting the piza, the online payment transactions failed 2-3 times. 3rd time the money also got debited from my hdfc account. I have promptly got a email from pizza hut saying there may be a payment gateway issue. So money debited will be refunded back and order manually. Payment made is 1011. The details reflecting in my hdfc account is mentioned below. Request you to please refund this amount at the earliest.

                                This is regarding online order 8940765 placed on 27aug17 8:15pm with pizzahut (Order attached). After an hour pizza hut informed that order will be delayed further by an hour with no guarantee. So i had asked them to cancel and process refund. Per pizzahut i should be getting confirmation of the same at 11:30pm.

                                1. Pizzahut does not have fair and transparent cancellation procedure. There is no customer support emailid. The customer support number[protected] listed on their site does not provide any proper information or evidence
                                2. My phone conversation with them on 27aug night is attached.
                                3. I asked support person if the store can send me an sms from their phone or email of cancellation that will also do, but that has not happened.
                                4. I have posted a feeback of above at pizzahut site, given there are no other phd complaint option available. And i doubt they will ever respond

                                It looks like pizzahut is cheating their customer in event of any cancellation. Especially in cases when their stores are unable to fulfill order on time. I will to have my money refunded and pizzahut should incorporate fair cancellation process.

                                  I did a order with pizza hut at 7:00 pm and the delivery was 7:45 pm. I didn't receive the order. I did the payment of the order online so the money got debited from my account. After 2 hrs i got a call from the store regarding the cancellation of order. I am really very disappointed with the service and never ever purchase a pizza again from pizza hut.

                                    I got a voucher code from axis bank against credit card payments edge points... I avail for instant coupens for pizza hut denomination rs.500/- i ordered pizza worth rupees 578/-... Home delivery from pizza hut wonder mall, thane west, but when i give voucher code it shows balance is zero i haven't use it earlier... It is requested to kindly recheck and do the needful... Voucher code is enclosed... Kindly do the needful...

                                      I visit in pizza hut pitampura delhi. On monday 21.08.2017 at 9 pm
                                      With my family (2 kids n my wife with me)
                                      And after few min we can place the order
                                      549 combo deal nonveg along with 2 soft drinks1= 15 minutes late we recivied water on
                                      Table.
                                      2= im told the server we need apetizer first.. Then pizaa later but he serverd togather
                                      3= he cant offer me.. Any baby chair (I hv 8 month little angel)
                                      4= the pizza quality like not good there very few chicken pcs on the pizza topings and very less chees on the top..
                                      Pathetic... According to price 765 indian rupess. Never come again..in pizza hut... Your market value so down time by time like... Serving like this.. Poor experience this is not your goal..

                                        Pathetic service, really bad infrastructure, no ac working, fans are moving, sitting chair is in very bad condition, table is rotating, poor customer service, ideally sitting for 15 min and after complaining received water that too in plastic glass!!! Who gives water in plastic glass!!! Its more like entering in sarkari daftar!!! If we are paying so much we atleast deserve a glass of water in real glass... So please let us know why would you expect us to pay service charge???
