Pizza Hut India Complaints & Reviews

I am receiving too many promotional junk smses and there is no option mentioned in their website to stop this non sense. I tried calling local number and he said he would try to inform head office. I browsed through their websire as well and there is no contact number mentioned for customer feedback. I tried sending a feedback through online form, but no response even though i received a feedback number.

Pizzahut must clearly give an option to the consumers who do not wish to receive such smses. It seems there is also no option to cancel my account with pizzahut and this only makes me averse to order with pizzahut anymore.

I had ordered pizzas from Pizza Hut at 20:15 IST, order number: 48C0002117 on 16 September '17. I was told it will be delivered by 21:00 (45 minutes). Pizzas were never delivered till 22:15. Despite calling the call centre thrice, no help was provided. I had to cancel the order at the end.

A person after working whole day returns home and order something to feed himself and is being cheated by the company.
Now at 10 in the night where will I go to get food? Most markets are closed.
Please take suitable action.

Today i went to pizza hut phase 10 in mohali. The person their named manoj of your staff does not know how to talk to customers. He started arguing with me as i told him that the pizza topping should be good. Because of this kind of staff like manoj your company looses respect. I only told him that earlier the topping was not good and this time it should be good, but manoj started arguing.

This to inform u that we went to the Rajpur road PIZZA HUT D.Dun with my friends we ordered some pizza's, the staff who attend us didn't serve us water, we ask for 2-3 times but we didn't get water, staff were roaming here & there but they didn't give us water until we had finished our meal. the customer service is very poor of this restaurant. these kind of service we can't accept in a local resturant the how can we accept these kind of service reputed company. I will never ever visit again.

As my pizza was not delivered on estimated time from green park, i talked to customer care center to refund my money and he agrees, & commitment to refund it within 48 hrs with a confirmation call. After 3 days neither i received refunded or any confirmation mail. Please take the necessary steps to refund to maintain your faith towards customers. (Reference mail below)

I ordered a pizza at 8:17 pm in bangalore online and the order was placed at nearby store which is marathalli.

The estimated delievery time was 8:48 pm till which i didnt receive the pizza.

I called the store and the response i get was that a store manager will call me soon and will let me the updates. I never receive the call.

Later at 9:20 pm i again called the store and got the same answer and still didnt receive the call back from the manager.

For the last time i again called at 9:50 still the same response.

I finally received the pizza at 10:05 pm which was all cold and hard and directly went in dustbin.

Firstly the response the store gave was so disappointing and un-professional.

Secondly i tried calling the customer care number for pizza hut and got a call from store manager and his response also was unsatisfactory.

The online site and the box says 30 minutes for free.
Request you to refund my amount.

I made an order from pizza hut. Pasta was not delivered. Pizza hut promised to refund the amount back to original payment mode but it's been a month i didn't received refund. When I try calling customer care or store person they are ignoring my calls. Strict action should be taken against pizza hut for cheating customers. I appeal all Indian citizens to boycott such foreign companies which simply make money out o[censored]s. We all are equally responsible for promoting such companies. Better to promote Indian products

I saw there an poster stating that masala lemonade is in 35rs but when i ordered that they charged 39rs without taxes for masala lemonade. I need some clarification on this. Three times pizza hut veggie feast on west end mall. It quite best in comparison to dominos. So i want to shift my taste from dominos to pizza hut. But no body o[censored]r executive are ready to starved me properly, even nobody is able to tell me retail outlet if pizza hut. I tried to call 4 to 5 times ur pimple saudagar pune and aundh. Both of them r transfering different numbers one person is saying my near by area is aundh and another is saying pimple saudagar. And assured me to arrange a call. After lot of failure attempt. The order was placed by using 879xxxxxx5, order no: 9021140. At 8.30 pm on 09th sept, but till now there is no delivery. When there was first call made at 9.11 been informed that order will be delivered, and been said arranging a call back from the store where in no call was received,. Same was repeated for next 3 calls. When i escalated the same calling again ajay, informed me that he will arranging a call back from the backend department.in 5 minutes at 9.40 pm but no call was made, called back asking for an update no response. Called back said wants to speak to supervisor no response. Keeping me on hold for 11 minutes and disconnecting the calls. My call was been disconnected in same manner by ajay, maneesh, manju and aruff repeatedly. Again called back, again ajaya pikced the call started saying call transfer to supervisor is not possible. But dont know which customer support don't have this facility. Have a call records for all of these and going to escalate. The last call was made 23.35 but still there is no response.

Had placed order on 06-aug-17 and then it was cancelled as the order was directed to different store. I was supposed to get the refund in 21 working days. It has been over a month and refund is not received. Moreover the contact number of this store where order was originally placed was not in service. This is so pathetic service pizza hut has they cannot even maintain their store information properly. Even the refund process is the worst ever. If any one plamning to buy online pizza from pizza hut, have this risk in mind. I have learnt a lesson. I hope readers be careful. I will never order any pizza from these #.

This is in reference to pizza hut, city center mangalore.. Me and my husband came to this outlet to have pizza. We asked for the offer since it was displayed in their table. We came on friday 8th sept 8.30pm and the waiter told no offer then i said why it's displayed and i will complain then the waiter said it's there but will take time. I didn't like the attitude and if the offer is there why he liked to me. Kindly look into this matter and help customer being cheated. Thank you.

I mrs monika lal, hereby bringing to u notice d complaint abt my order for veg 2medium pizzas on 5th sept, at 11.30am, d agent told me it wl b delivers on 1.30pm as required, nd it was my bday, nd invited guest, at parmar trade center, flat no 6, r 1, sadhu vaswani chowk, pune, at 3 pm i phoned them again dey said store was under renewation nd it's closed, this shud have been told me early so tht i would have placed my order somwher else, it was difficult to get pizza imeedeatiely from anywhere, this put me in very embarsing position, i definitely want from u to compensate for my trouble, this was very shocking, nd not expecting this from reputable pizza hut...

I ordered triple treat box from pizza hut, sector 4, gurgaon with pos #t11950 and token number 56. Experience was so bad..

First of all, delivery boy forgot to keep the beverage what i ordered. When he realized while delivering, he bought a coke 600ml (Which i don't prefer at all) instead of 7up what i ordered. Mrp on coke was rs 35, whereas i got charged rs 50.85 + gst.

Food was so bad like double cheese pizza was unbaked and cheese was coming in mouth as raw. Temperature was not maintained at all and all items was about to chilled.

Worst part when there was hair in potato poppers. If this is the hygiene level that pizza hut maintains, would never like to go for it again.

I ordered a set of 4 pan pizzas and what i got was cold pizzas with irregular toppings. Then i replaced the order and it came after 1 hour. But still we accepted the order and when we called the manager about our problem, he was talking rudely and told us that you can beat the delivery boy. Ithe pizzas we received were half cooked and it was tasteless. I am facing this issue since last 3 times whenever i ordered with pizza hut. The prices are getting increasingly day by day and the quality of the food is getting worse.

I ordered for pizza from kandivali east on 6.9.2017 (Order no 1157). Order placed through food panda at 8.19 pm. Order delivery came at 9.08 pm and fully cold.in between i called pizza hut kandivali east number multiple times. They picked up only twice and everytime said 5 mi s to delivery. Then they stopped responding to phones also. After arrival at 9.08 pm the delivery boy when told about cold pizza started misbehaving. Then he gave a mobile number to call. When i called, the guy said he will deliver fresh order in 20 minutes.

When i asked for refund he started saying only alternative delivery is possible!!

Placed order online around 8.45 and received the pizza at 9.40. It was delivered from rajarajeshwari nagar pizza hut delivery. The pizza had become cold, upon denying to make the payment, the store manager called multiple times asking to pay money and cam and took away the already delivered pizzas. Very rudely behaviour, bad customer service. Ease get this outlet closed because this is happening for multiple times. They deliver uncooked pizzas sometimes.

I paid to pizza hut on 1st sept 2017 for an order via paytm app. My order was not placed yet my money was deducted. My mobile number from which i was trying to place order is [protected].

Amount money is 578.20 ruppees.
Kindly look in this matter as soon as possible.

I ordered a buffet for 3 people and firstly tried to pay via card but it declined twice so i paid it in cash. But afterwards i got a message from the bank about the deduction of that same amount from my account.
In short, pizza hut had taken the money in cash and by card also.
Kindly provide me the refund immediately.
Also, i didn't receive the bill.
