On 28/10/17, we dined at pizza hut restaurant at v3s mall, distt centre, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092 and paid the bill by bank debit card. When we received the sms from the bank, it was rs. 100/- more than the actual bill we were shown. The cashier at the counter kept the bill purposefully without handing over to us. This is not the first time this particular branch of your outlet is cheating us. Even whenever we made cash payments, they used to return the change less than the actual amount, which ranged from rs. 500, rs. 60, rs. 50, rs. 40, rs. 20 like that. Such conduct from certain staff of your restaurants tarnish the image of your restaurant. We hope you will take proper action on this.
