I made an order on 11 october through online pizza hut and made an order of 352 rs through paytm
There was some issue of delivery at my place and the order got accepted by some place not located to mine
So i was asked to order again and the previous order was cancelled
But its been a month now and i have not recieved my money back for the order that was cancelled.

    I ordered a pizza at 8:03 pm on 15-oct-17 (Ref chk 7773, 31355 sf03 s) from jayanagar, pizza hut outlet in bangalore. I used call center for ordering.

    I did not receive any update though it was delayed. Hence i started calling up call center for updates. They kept telling me i's on the way. No call was received from the outlet, except when i ended up calling up 5 times.

    The delivery person landed at my door by 10:20 pm without any clear reason for delay.

    Very irresponsible attitude shown by the outlet. My kids and i have pledged that we will never order from pizza hut anymore.

    Am not sure whether you will resolve this complaint or not. However would like the world to know how terrible and unprofessional pizza hut india delivery is!!! I am speechless. Worst ever experience. And not to say, i returned the pizza with thanks.

    Now hear this guys! Another blunder by Pizza Hut delivery!

    In response to my earlier complaint, i received a phone call from Pizza Hut, Jayanagar (Bangalore). The person apologised and said as a compliment they will deliver a Pizza this evening at my residence. I was told that once the order is ready, I will be informed on the phone.

    To my astonishment, I neither received a phone call nor the Pizza! Hahahaaa! Ridiculous professionalism these guys have!

      We have placed an order @8.50 pm and order was not delivered till now and there in no response from the customer care people and they are also not providing the store no. To check the status of our order. This not the 1st time it happened earlier also.
      We are very unhappy with this kind of service. Very poor service.
      We will make sure we will not place any further order to pizza hut.

        I ordered pizza online and it was suppose to be delivered by 8:30 pm (14th oct 2017), but the pizza guy delivered it after 1 hour at 9:30 pm. Even after calling repeatedly he kept telling one or the other reason. Its frustrating.

        My order number is 9243316.

        Since i have paid online i have no other choice but to accept it.

        Will the pizza hut will give me the pizza for free.

          I have three vouchers of rs 100/- each and i had gone to the pizza hut of g. S road, guwahati, dona planet where me and my husband had pizza for rs 932/-. But during bill payment they refused to accept the voucher siting the reason that the voucher cannot be accepted as they had certain link issues, no argument the girl accepted that actually the girl didn't know the procedure how to redeem the voucher. They he contacted me to her boss mr ghulam osman (Arm) and he also gave me weird excuse that they had certain internal issues which he could not explain to me. Please look into the matter urgently as the staff here lacks gross knowledge and so the customers had to face the inconvenience. So i paid the bill 300rs less and the rest amount they can collect from me anytime whenever there issue gets resolved. But i will pay through voucher only.

            This is to inform you that i visited pizza hut, plot no 19, satyam janak palace,, district centre, new delhi - 110058 today on 14th oct 2017. The outlet is edenred's registered affiliate (Screenshot enclosed). But my edenred meal card was not accepted there. Therefore, i faced problem and was forced to take help from my friend as my bill amount was rs 717/- (Bill enclosed) and i usually dont carry enough cash. Also, i visited the same outlet on 9th september 2017 and my same card worked that time.

              Placed an order at 9.20 pm on call, after the person agreed to give deliver from alternative store as the nearby one was closed. And after an hour we get the call that it will not be possible. What the hell were they doing for an hour? Why fool customers like this? Where can we find an alternative at night 10.30 pm? If you can't deliver then dont take orders. AND THE ALTERNATIVE LOCATION FOR WHICH ORDER PLACED WAS 3KMS AWAY ONLY. ALSO YOUR STORE MANAGERS CUT THE CALL EVEN BEFORE SPEAKING. IS THIS THE WAY YOU RUN A STORE? CLOSE IT, THAT IS BETTER. IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER FOR WHATEVER ### REASON, WHY CAN'T YOU CALL WITHIN 10 MINS OF THE ORDER AND INFORM? WHY WASTE 1 HOUR OF YOUR CUSTOMER?

                Hi,
                I have ordered pizza of 1200 rupees today around 3:55pm. It was supposed to be delivered by 4:25pm but it got delivered by 4:48pm. The restaurant is only 2km away and it was not raining at all. If you can't adhere to your policies then please don't fool your customers. By this you are losing your customer and their trust. When we spoke to the delivery guy he was very rude to us. So kindly look into the issue and refund the amount

                  I had ordered online (Over the internet) for 2 veg. Pizza's (1 veggie supreme and 1 exotica) on 8th october 2017. The order number is 9206562.

                  The total amount including gst was rs. 578.20, which i paid by credit card. But since the store where the order got registered was far away from place where i stay, the delivery boy cancelled the order and i was told that the amount will be credited back to my credit card within 48 hours.

                  But till now i haven't got the refund of amount (Rs. 578.20).

                  Giving below the details of store where the order got registered:

                    Evening today ordered pizza take away with the bill number 2314 / october 9th 2017. New bel road pizza hut opposite to ramaiah hospital.

                    Made a bill of rs.421.

                    This fellow by name ajith who is an in charge like a manager.

                    Asked for a water fifteen minutes later asked he says i am alone.

                    Forgot.

                    Is it an answer to give.

                    I told him i will complain he says no issues.

                    Is it the way u guys give a training.

                    I need a reply with details.

                      Its been thrice that i have visited pizza hut and came back disappointed. Yesterday was a nail in the coffin. You lost very loyal customers of yours. Service was not just bad but they take the orders wrong and under pressure they just snap. They served us the wrong order when they brought back the correct it was as if they were bringing it with vengeance, "hog to #" was the subtext to what they served us. It was #. Unmelted and rubbery cheese.
                      Spoilt the entire day.
                      I guess i would give papa jones a try, tried 3 times at friends places seems lovey. Thank u for whatever time i had with u guys.
                      The point of writing all about this to u is that there were many like us and more would be there. U might just live by closing that particular store. They are really spoiling ur reputation of a cutting edge, dedicatedly doing that.

                        I have placed order for pizza 30th of september 2017, rs 578.20 has been debited from my credit card, received mail saying “since apologies as we noticed you were trying to place an order which could not go through.in case you money has been debited, please be assured that it will be refunded back. 7 days has been passed refunded back has not done yet.                         Placed an order at 10.35 pm online and the bill amount was 624. It was an online payment. At about 10.57pm received the message that the the hot pizzas are on its way but it never got delivered.
                        There was no tracking numbers, no delivery guy details nothing.

                          I ordered from pizzahut, jayabharthi's kalpana survey no.44/1, 50, 51, mumbai road, hyderabad store on 12/08/2017 but due to delayed delivery, i cancelled it. The customer care people said that my money will be refunded within 21 days but despite several reminders and mails, my money has not been refunded. The order no. Is 8838796 and the amount to be refunded is rs.317.42.

                            On 28th sept. 2017, i placed order worth rs.578.20 ps. From pizzahut online at 17:45 hrs. I received email stating "sincere apologies as we noticed you were trying to place an order which could not go through.
                            In case your money has been debited, please be assured that it will be refunded back." for this order i received message in my mobile stating your refund of rs.578.20 has been initiated and the amount has been refunded on 29th sept. 2017.
                            On the same day (28th) again at 18:03 hrs. I placed order worth rs.578.20 ps. From pizzahut online. I received email stating "sincere apologies as we noticed you were trying to place an order which could not go through.
                            In case your money has been debited, please be assured that it will be refunded back."
                            I have not received any refund message to my mobile and till date the amoun t is not refunded back.

                            I am not getting correct response, to whom to contact regarding this. Call centre is pathetic. When i called the store, no proper response from them.

                              Hi, i have made an order on 1st oct 2017 at 9:16 pm, i got an error message that my session get expired but amount of 578.00 rs get deducted from my paytm account. I thought i will get refund so immediately after than i made another transaction at 9:22pm of same amount which got successful. Kindly refund my amount of 578 to my paytm account.

                                This is with reference to my visit @pizzahut inorbit mall 2nd floor, goregaon on 17th sep'17.. My amount was deducted from my sbi card but no invoice for same was received due to some technical issues from pizza hut (As informed by pizzahut cs - sarika).. She instead of being in her customerservice role, ordered me to wait for next 10-12 tentative days.. She was so rude with the role n profession that it was the last visit of mine with any pizzahut ever now...

                                I called her up today[protected] to follow on same but again her rude very rude n arrogant attitude led the conversation on different path finally which she got a chance to disconnect the call...

                                My grievance against pizzahut india is to immediately refund my amount of rs.471/- (Attach is the written copy from pizza hut cs sarika)..

                                Also i suggest pizza hut not to appoint such employees which led the companys reputation spoil by there arrogance.. Technical error/issues is something that can b understood and rs.471/- is not much which could not be awaited to be refunded... But m very disappointed by the customer service experience from sarika as that my wifes birthday which spoiled because of her

                                  Today i went pizza hut india for celebrating my friends birthday party. Employees were fighting with each other loudly. They gave me defective garlic bread i asked them to replace but i didn't get any instead of that receptionist said do a complaint. Unhygienic place a/cs were not working properly. Improve your service or else we have 2 dominos outlet and other local pizzas.

                                    I ordered 4 pizzas on 01 oct 2017 at 2132 hrs through the pizza hut customer care. The customer care representative on the other end took the order, confirmed the delivery and amount, but still no order was delivered and neither a message was left on my registered mobile. I kept waiting and finally when i called up at 2245 the customer care personnel said that there was no order placed. I and my colleagues were stranded at the middle of the night.

                                    Such response and such employees are unwarranted and would erode the customer base.

                                    Waiting for a response if anyone in the management could really make a difference.

                                      We placed an order at 10:30 and we were told that it will be delivered by 10:45. We called pizza hut at 11:15 and they told us that our order was cancelled by the store (Aliganj store). We did not cancel the order and it was only after we called that we got to know the order was cancelled. The store cancelled the order without even informing us and moreover failed to keep their obligations as this was a proper contract and a breach took place when the store failed to perform its duties. When we called again and asked for the supervisor's number, it was denied to us and kept us in abeyance. We were denied food when we needed it the most because at 11:15 which i was stretched to 11:30 no other alternative was available and we are forced to sleep on an empty stomach. An immediate action is required in the matter urgently under advise to us else we will be compelled to take legal recourse.

                                        We have ordered a pizza on aug 19th and as they did not deliver it on time, we requested for a cancellation and refund of the money as i have paid it online.

                                        Now, its been more than a month and i have been following up with them since last couple of days. But, they are unable to give any details on the refund.

                                        Even the customer care people keep me on hold for more than 15 mins when i call and none responds to my query.
