I ordered online and paid through net banking on 20th july 2017. The total cost was rs. 663.16. The store failed to deliver the order for 2 hours.
We called the store and complained at least 5-7 times within this time. After 2hours of placing the order when we called the store they had no clue as
To where the delivery boy was with our order. Thus we requested to process cancellation. The store manager called me and confirmed...

I'm very much disappointed with the fact that such a brand are charging undue amount from the customer. Why I'have being charged more 10% service charges over and above 18% GST, at PIZZAHUT-DONAPLANET GS ROAD GHY ASSAM on 15th August, 2017.
According to the new GST system customers should be charged only at 9% of SGST and 9% of Cgst on their total bill amount.
I'm quite sure that I'm being deceived by this outlet because...

This happened in pizza hut branch on puttenahalli main road, jp nagar 7th phase, bangalore today.

We (Myself and my wife) were wrongly served with non vegetarian pasta with the item name as nv-mixes sauce add, instead of the vegetarian pasta that we ordered. We are taking this seriously and going the legal means as we feel this is a serious mistake and a crime against a strict vegetarian.

Hi, while ordering online pizza on 5th aug amount worth rs 607.70 reference number[protected] debited from my hdfc account but it gave failed message. When i inquired with my bank they confirms amount debited and merchant should receive it. Please refund the amount as the order was not confirmed. Post that i ordered for cash on delivery.

I ordered pizza on 30 july but it was cancelled by the manager and he told me that i will receive refund in 2 days but didn't get it till now. I called them many times and fir same reply like they call me back but didn't get any call back too... Is this is the way of treating a customer. On 9/8/2017 i placed an order to call centre[protected] which was forwarded to profit centre, mahavir nagar, kandivali (W), mum-67. The time was 9.27 pm. And i got the order no. 4453. Immd. At 9.37 pm.

There is serious issues for taking orders which needs to be attended. When you order on phone the order is taken along with address and after some time somebody else call you back for re-confirmation of address. When you again after waiting call back then come to know the delivery is out but after sometime you will receive a call back asking about the location of the said address given by us. I ordered today (6th aug, 17) 2 pizza with garlic bread & cold drink at lucknow gomtinagar at 10:28 pm and i was promised to get same by 10:58pm with possibility of delay for 5-10 min.
However i received pizzas at 11:26pm which was absolutely not served hot with delay delivery of 58 min.

Hi, i tried to order one pizza (Tandoori paneer) on aug 4th, 2017 with a total bill amount of 271/- from pizza hut mobile application but after payment has been made i got the mail from pizza hut about non-confirmation of order. According to pizza hut the money is supposed to be refunded in my bank account which never happened.

Kindly escalate the matter to concerned authority and get my money back. Please ask me for any other...

I booked an order of pizza on 22nd july, the store canceled the order without giving any written communication (Message or email). Now even after 14 days they have not returned my money and whenever i call them they ask for more time. I have requested them many time to give me this in writing but they just give me verbal assurance.

Hi, i would like to raise a complaint here regarding the late delivery of pizza almost 45 min. More than delivered time. One of the item was missing here and later they came and delivered the wrong item instead of the one which i have ordered. I have decided not to go with pizza hut in future with this frustrating delivery without proper reasons.
