Nd was my second time i hv been move to pizza hut as i less like fast food but as it ws my frnd promotion she insist me for pizza hut i agreed nd we move to hydrabad central mall
There in basement we found 2 or 3 fast food options but as we wr mently prepared for pizzaa hut we went nd start searching cmfrtabl table nd we found
As we were expecting that menu should be served by servd boy but it ws not aftr 12 to 15 minats we saw a sevrd boy we try to atract by hand reaction but due to lot of rush that so he could nt notice
Again when he back with the meal for the cstmrs we tried again nd finaly he look at us nd came, we ask for menu he provide nd left
We start discussion wht to order nd wht wht not to
As it she my frnd ws giving party nd she was my junior i dnt wnt to make unneccesarry expences for her it ws her
Lv to me that she invite nd we wr together so i decide to order veg pizza price 279
Nd only one pizza
Nd again we start waiting for him

As it ws rush
Then aftr 10 minats
We succed nd ordr
Nd till this process no water ws served
Thn aftr 20 or 25 mints as pizza came nd other boy came nd served
We finish pizzaa still no water servd
Then aftr finishing we ask for water
We ask for child water he servd normal watr
Let it be we wr trying to ignor his every mistake due to the rush
We wr trying to manage our mind that its rush so m8 he did nt notice let leav him
Then we ask for bill he said it will be there at counter
We went to the counter the boy or can say that biling boy make bill of nov veg pizzaa and as we order vej pizzaa i askd this is wrng bill we ask for veg pizza then the boy at countr asked me who wr serving u

He call him loudly shravan
Shravan listn him but ignord him
Agai he called him by his name
Then again he again ignored
He called him on his phn he cut the phn
That guy dnt wnt to cm on countr
Thn the boy at bill coutr moved to the kitchn area nd called him

Surprized i gav angr expression nd askd kya kaha apne "apne hmko non veg serv kr diya hmare veg order krne pe bhi nd the same line he was with ki non veg khaya hai
My tears ws jst to cm from eyea bcs it i m pure vegitarion nd aftr ordring veg pizza he servd non veg to us

I have book lot of time but not delivered right time. Today i have book again my order no 8811328 delivery time 05:05. Way you always late tell me. Your service very bad. I ordered today (6th aug, 17) 2 pizza with garlic bread & cold drink at lucknow gomtinagar at 10:28 pm and i was promised to get same by 10:58pm with possibility of delay for 5-10 min.
However i received pizzas at 11:26pm which was absolutely not served hot with delay delivery of 58 min.

This new standard set by pizza hut has absolutely crossed all limits and highest time of delivery till now for me.
I have sent the order back where am got promised to deliver fresh hot stuff in next 30 min which has been maintained finally. Thanks to deliver the order at 11:56 pm where it was placed at 10:28 pm and keeping longest delivery of 1 hour 28 min when it wasn't even raining..

Thanks pizza hut for holding the hunger for an hour. Haven't expected such a poor service.

Hi, i tried to order one pizza (Tandoori paneer) on aug 4th, 2017 with a total bill amount of 271/- from pizza hut mobile application but after payment has been made i got the mail from pizza hut about non-confirmation of order. According to pizza hut the money is supposed to be refunded in my bank account which never happened.

Kindly escalate the matter to concerned authority and get my money back. Please ask me for any other additional details.

I booked an order of pizza on 22nd july, the store canceled the order without giving any written communication (Message or email). Now even after 14 days they have not returned my money and whenever i call them they ask for more time. I have requested them many time to give me this in writing but they just give me verbal assurance.

Pathetic online ordering system and response:
I placed order around 9.43 pm on 2nd august, 2017 online and paid amount online. My order no 8781647 placed and even after waiting from delivery time there is no delivery or call.. After making some calls to customer care, i got store number and they respond no order has been placed.. After several call back for cancellation and refund they calling around 11.10 pm asking me to get my order saying number switch off and all reason agreeing the store manager mistake... For the order which is placed by 9.43 pm with estimate delivery time 10.13 pm they bring my order 11.10 pm. Keeping all mistakes from their end after making 6-7 calls to both call center and store manager, these people telling that it will take 15 days or minimum 11 days to refund my money, which i paid for nothing and wasted time and energy. Pizza hut just gives falls promise on fast delivery and very poor services at last. Every time the customer service people keep on saying same answers and sorry sorry for all the time. What can i do with all ur sorry it's not going to fill my stomach. Very very poor services and refund policy.

I had ordered pizza from your shop through online, and we were supposed to recieve the order within 30 min, however there was an delay in delivery of the pizza by 2hours, and we called the pizza hut customer care and they said they would refund the amount i paid. But we had to face lot of inconvenience due to this act. When finally pizza arrived we denied taking the delivery for the same, as everyone already left due to the delay and we were forced to have our dinner too. Upon telling the same to store manager, he promised that he would refund the complete amount to our account. But we dint receive the amount yet. Also they have not reach out to us. Hi, i would like to raise a complaint here regarding the late delivery of pizza almost 45 min. More than delivered time. One of the item was missing here and later they came and delivered the wrong item instead of the one which i have ordered. I have decided not to go with pizza hut in future with this frustrating delivery without proper reasons.

Placed an order with pizza hut online on their website with order # 8634627 on 9th july 2017 at 8:35 pm. Payment was made online through netbanking. But i did not receive my order. When i called was told everytime that it is on the way or there is some technical order. Lastly i was told around midnight that order is cancelled and i will receive my refund within 10 days. It is now almost 3 weeks but i did not receive my refund. When i enquire about refund, the customer care people have no clue how to check status.
I love their pizza but their customer service is pathetic. I have learnt the hard way that never pay online to pizza hut.

I'll suggest every one a lesson which i have learned, not to pay money online for pizza hut like company if order is not delivered they are not going to return money, you just follow up with them they say you will get your money next week and then next week... And so on you will get nothing except lots of time waste and money.

For my order no. 8217 dated 21/07/2017, pizza hut (Location: bkc, mumbai) charged me twice from my paytm account. He was supposed to charge rs. 1271 but deducted rs. 1271 two times.

I am regularly chasing the store manager for the refund of rs. 1271 but he is clueless how this amount will be refunded.

An employee of pizza hut gachibowli hyderabad branch insulted me alot. He bluffed me & tried to missguide me about the offer. He talked with me rudely. After then his manager came & he was trying to calm down me & he didnt said anything to that employee. Worst experience. That employee name is sudheer. I went with my boyfriend. We both meet only twice a week. Because of that employee behaviour our evening got ruined. I was feeling like to slap him. He can talk politely. We went that place earlier just one week back that time also that same employee talked differently. Hated that employee.

Placed an order with pizza hut online on their website with order # 8526317 on 22nd june 2017. Payment was made online through their website by credit card. The website confirmed that delivery would be made to our specified address and took the payment.

The delivery store (Pizza hut, bkc store, mumbai) called and cancelled the order because it was not within their delivery limits and i was promised refund of my payment within 15 days.

It has been more than a month today and after several calls to their customer service, which on every call promises that refund will effect by the end of the day, still no refund of payment has been received. Unprofessional, fraudulent and cheating services run by the company.

Order placed on 20 July, 2017, I had ordered a pizza from the Shapath branch at Ahmedabad, and I did not receive my order in thr stipulated time. When I called the helpline, I was told that it will reach me in 10 mins and the manager would call me. I received no call, not the order. When I called again, I asked for the manager to contact me. Again, I received nothing. Then on calling again and asking for a refund, as one hour had already passed, the call centre executive Vijay Kumar put me on hold. I remained on hold for 5 full minutes. I cut the called and called back, only to find that they have blocked my number. When I called from an alternative number, they picked up the call and assured me that they would connect me to the manager, and again put me on hold. Now they are not picking any calls, and the store has also not contacted me. The delivery boy reached 1.5 hours later and was harassing me to take the order, which was stone cold. I refused, and still I have not received any call from the store manager, I demand a full refund on my money.

Today i. E. 20.07.2017 at 8:45 p. M i have placed a order and after waiting twenty minute my son (9 year old) asked for delivery but boy (Lokesh) said wait 2 to 3 minute and after that he called my name for delivery but suddenly he give that delivery to the other customer who placed the order just 2 minute before and in my presence.

I have asked for the same from lokesh why are you not give the delivery to my son but he trying to make me fool and said that other customer placed the order before however other customer placed the order only before 2 minute before in my presence but he speak white lying and instead of accepting his mistake he was argue that order of other customer was placed in my presence. Moreover when i asked him to show the bill on which time was mentioned then he has no reply.

If this is the working of renowned restaurant like pizza hut then why not customer go for others like domino's where such type of behaviour i have never faced?

Above situation is not a matter of waiting but matter of cheating or right which have been taken away without my permission.

Please look into the matter as take necessary action against the counter boy mr. Lokesh as this is the matter of goodwill of pizza hut for customer satisfaction.

This is pertaining to order no 8679904 in the name of smriti on 16th july, 2017 which was scheduled to be delivered at 9:23 pm. The order was done by my alternate phone number [protected].

However till 10 pm i received nothing.

I called up customer care four times in between 9:30pm and 11:30 pm and spoke to mr keshav, mr kumar and mr shashi (The records of which you would surely have in your system).
At about 9:30 pm, when i called up customer care, i was given a complaint number being[protected] and was told that within 5 minutes the store manager will speak to me and get the delivery done.

Even after 30 minutes i did not get a call from the store manager and was asked to call the store myself.
I called the store and they asked for the order number/mobile number and after confirming my name, in a ridicule language, the phone was disconnected by them.
Since then, i kept calling and willingly no one answered the phone. I called from a friends number and the phone was received in an instant and after i informed my name, the phone was disconnected.
I have call recording facility in my phone and the recordings in my phone bears a testimony to all the calls and conversations that i have had with your customer care.
Finally i called up customer care again and spoke to mr shashi, who the told me that there was no time available from the store for my delivery.

Finally, he offered to refund the money and that would take around 21 days.

I told him that this did not help me but it seems pizza hut hasn't provided mechanisms to solve issues of customers after having taken their money.

It was my cousin's birthday and after waiting for more than 2 hours for our food for which we had already paid, i was not given the food. We had to stay hungry literally all night.

I do not know about other customers but i am going to take this issue seriously.

I demand an explanation on the same, the absence of which will surely lead to a legal suit before the consumer forum and other legal entities.

That is the primary reason why dominoes is really good and sensitive to their consumers needs.
