Hi team,

I had ordered pizza from your shop through online, and we were supposed to recieve the order within 30 min, however there was an delay in delivery of the pizza by 2hours, and we called the pizza hut customer care and they said they would refund the amount i paid. But we had to face lot of inconvenience due to this act. When finally pizza arrived we denied taking the delivery for the same, as everyone already left due to the delay and we were forced to have our dinner too. Upon telling the same to store manager, he promised that he would refund the complete amount to our account. But we dint receive the amount yet. Also they have not reach out to us. I have already raised an complaint in your feedback portal. Below are details for the same.

Iam visited kolhapur pizzahut situated near janata bazar the quality & service is very bad quality is not up to the mark the manager also not hear the complaint the cold drink is also bad when i given visit at poona shop that very delicious dominos very nice pl look in the coplaint & improve the quality with best wishes narayan kulkarni kolhapur.

    I have placed an order in pizza hut from foodpanda and my order was delivered late. For that i complained to outlet at kolar road, bhopal (Mp) so they offered me to order a free pizza next time. When i ordered that it took them 2 hours to deliver the same. What kind of service this outlet is providing i am unable to understand but this was the worst home delivery service i have ever experienced.

      Hi, i would like to raise a complaint here regarding the late delivery of pizza almost 45 min. More than delivered time. One of the item was missing here and later they came and delivered the wrong item instead of the one which i have ordered. I have decided not to go with pizza hut in future with this frustrating delivery without proper reasons.

        Placed an order with pizza hut online on their website with order # 8634627 on 9th july 2017 at 8:35 pm. Payment was made online through netbanking. But i did not receive my order. When i called was told everytime that it is on the way or there is some technical order. Lastly i was told around midnight that order is cancelled and i will receive my refund within 10 days. It is now almost 3 weeks but i did not receive my refund. When i enquire about refund, the customer care people have no clue how to check status.
        I love their pizza but their customer service is pathetic. I have learnt the hard way that never pay online to pizza hut.

          I placed my order online on 08:04 pm on 5th april 2017 which is not delivered and refunded yet.

          I have been complaining about my refund from around 4 months over various channel such pizza hut phone no., store phone,

          But not refunded my money yet or they do not want to return money.

          I have spend lots of time to call your below store always they gave false assurance about refund of money.
          Last time when i shared feedback on this pizza hut portal i got call from girish phone no [protected].

          He is trying to refund my money from more than a month but no output yet.
          It looks like pizza hut like company running their whole online business with legacy paper and file based method where customer complaints died in files with no response.

          I'll suggest every one a lesson which i have learned, not to pay money online for pizza hut like company if order is not delivered they are not going to return money, you just follow up with them they say you will get your money next week and then next week... And so on you will get nothing except lots of time waste and money.

          My order no is 8693598 which was cancelled for some store address problem on 19th july 2017 .
          I was asked to wait for 23 days for the refund of the amount I paid but I am requesting here to refund it as soon as possible. I can not wait until 23 days or more so please refund it as soon as possible.

              Still no response

                Hello,

                For my order no. 8217 dated 21/07/2017, pizza hut (Location: bkc, mumbai) charged me twice from my paytm account. He was supposed to charge rs. 1271 but deducted rs. 1271 two times.

                I am regularly chasing the store manager for the refund of rs. 1271 but he is clueless how this amount will be refunded.

                  An employee of pizza hut gachibowli hyderabad branch insulted me alot. He bluffed me & tried to missguide me about the offer. He talked with me rudely. After then his manager came & he was trying to calm down me & he didnt said anything to that employee. Worst experience. That employee name is sudheer. I went with my boyfriend. We both meet only twice a week. Because of that employee behaviour our evening got ruined. I was feeling like to slap him. He can talk politely. We went that place earlier just one week back that time also that same employee talked differently. Hated that employee.

                    Placed an order with pizza hut online on their website with order # 8526317 on 22nd june 2017. Payment was made online through their website by credit card. The website confirmed that delivery would be made to our specified address and took the payment.

                    The delivery store (Pizza hut, bkc store, mumbai) called and cancelled the order because it was not within their delivery limits and i was promised refund of my payment within 15 days.

                    It has been more than a month today and after several calls to their customer service, which on every call promises that refund will effect by the end of the day, still no refund of payment has been received. Unprofessional, fraudulent and cheating services run by the company.

                      Order placed on 20 July, 2017, I had ordered a pizza from the Shapath branch at Ahmedabad, and I did not receive my order in thr stipulated time. When I called the helpline, I was told that it will reach me in 10 mins and the manager would call me. I received no call, not the order. When I called again, I asked for the manager to contact me. Again, I received nothing. Then on calling again and asking for a refund, as one hour had already passed, the call centre executive Vijay Kumar put me on hold. I remained on hold for 5 full minutes. I cut the called and called back, only to find that they have blocked my number. When I called from an alternative number, they picked up the call and assured me that they would connect me to the manager, and again put me on hold. Now they are not picking any calls, and the store has also not contacted me. The delivery boy reached 1.5 hours later and was harassing me to take the order, which was stone cold. I refused, and still I have not received any call from the store manager, I demand a full refund on my money.

                        Sir,

                        Today i. E. 20.07.2017 at 8:45 p. M i have placed a order and after waiting twenty minute my son (9 year old) asked for delivery but boy (Lokesh) said wait 2 to 3 minute and after that he called my name for delivery but suddenly he give that delivery to the other customer who placed the order just 2 minute before and in my presence.

                        I have asked for the same from lokesh why are you not give the delivery to my son but he trying to make me fool and said that other customer placed the order before however other customer placed the order only before 2 minute before in my presence but he speak white lying and instead of accepting his mistake he was argue that order of other customer was placed in my presence. Moreover when i asked him to show the bill on which time was mentioned then he has no reply.

                        If this is the working of renowned restaurant like pizza hut then why not customer go for others like domino's where such type of behaviour i have never faced?

                        Above situation is not a matter of waiting but matter of cheating or right which have been taken away without my permission.

                        Please look into the matter as take necessary action against the counter boy mr. Lokesh as this is the matter of goodwill of pizza hut for customer satisfaction.

                          This is pertaining to order no 8679904 in the name of smriti on 16th july, 2017 which was scheduled to be delivered at 9:23 pm. The order was done by my alternate phone number [protected].

                          However till 10 pm i received nothing.

                          I called up customer care four times in between 9:30pm and 11:30 pm and spoke to mr keshav, mr kumar and mr shashi (The records of which you would surely have in your system).
                          At about 9:30 pm, when i called up customer care, i was given a complaint number being[protected] and was told that within 5 minutes the store manager will speak to me and get the delivery done.

                          Even after 30 minutes i did not get a call from the store manager and was asked to call the store myself.
                          I called the store and they asked for the order number/mobile number and after confirming my name, in a ridicule language, the phone was disconnected by them.
                          Since then, i kept calling and willingly no one answered the phone. I called from a friends number and the phone was received in an instant and after i informed my name, the phone was disconnected.
                          I have call recording facility in my phone and the recordings in my phone bears a testimony to all the calls and conversations that i have had with your customer care.
                          Finally i called up customer care again and spoke to mr shashi, who the told me that there was no time available from the store for my delivery.

                          Finally, he offered to refund the money and that would take around 21 days.

                          I told him that this did not help me but it seems pizza hut hasn't provided mechanisms to solve issues of customers after having taken their money.

                          It was my cousin's birthday and after waiting for more than 2 hours for our food for which we had already paid, i was not given the food. We had to stay hungry literally all night.

                          I do not know about other customers but i am going to take this issue seriously.

                          I demand an explanation on the same, the absence of which will surely lead to a legal suit before the consumer forum and other legal entities.

                          That is the primary reason why dominoes is really good and sensitive to their consumers needs.

                            Hi,

                            I am quite unhappy with the service by pizza hut.. My wife is unwell and placed order online for the kids however my first experience is pathetic. After placing the order and making payment - i got error message stating the transaction will be cancelled on pizza hut website.

                            However the payment of rs.1018.34 has been debited from my account.

                            When i call pizza hut they confirm order is not placed and the money debited will be returned in next 11-21 working days...

                            I am very unhappy with this as i was asked to make another order and pay again.. My expereince with you has been unpleasant and i strongly feel this is a fraud... If you have technical glitch you need to resolve instead putting us through the trouble.. I have to order something else for the kids now..

                            I would definetlely tell all my friends and colleagues to never visit pizza hut ever again...

                              I have ordered cheese max vaggie pizza at pizza hut outlet at indirapuram habitate centre but they deliver me simple vaggie pizza which is cheaper than cheese max pizza.                                 This is inform you that i have given order of pizza from pizza hut continuous three days 12, 13, 14 july 2017 with mobile number [protected] from different store. Two times i received the offer of 50% but the order which i have placed on 13/07/2017 from muzaffarpur (Bihar) where i got an information from the store manager that the offer was only valid on limited days, so you need to give full amount.

                                But again when i have placed the order on 14/07/2017 from another store of pizza hut at bhagalpur where i got an information that such offer is continued from last one month (Approx) and will be continued till the notice received from the company. So i feel cheated that why two different store offer different prices one from muzaffarpur has not given any offer, how come bhagalpur has given the offer. We just want to say please do not think we rae fool. Just tell your muzaffarpur branch people to also behave in good manner, they think we are living in bihar thats why they may charge as much as they can. Please we request toy to see the bill which i attached where i donot get any offer...

                                  I had ordered online pizza through the pizza hut web site. After successful payment i received the order confirmation @ 8:26pm. After 40 minutes i received the confirmation my pizza was out for delivery. But after waiting for additional 1 hour when i called the store the manager informed me that the order was not executed & it will take another 30-40 minutes. After long wait of almost 2 hours such response is really frustrating. Finally i cancelled the order.

                                  Now after one and half month i am still awaiting the refund of my payment.

                                    I ordered pizza and not for the first time. The person who took the order was nice but the delivery person was not at all good and seemed drunk. He called me twice for confirming the address and but he was quite wired in his way of communication. Also when he came to deliver the pizza, he was more in the state of argument regarding everything like for the amount, the oregano etc. For the very first time this kind of attitude encountered from pizza hut!!
                                    Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I got e voucher from sbi cards but the validity was upto 30th june 2017 but i have not used the voucher can the validity be extended

                                      Hi my name is rajesh mahajan i already called pizza hut customer care 4 times and they told me that dombivali shop keeper call you within 3-4 min but nobody call me and when i visit web site and enter add= ganesh nagar dombivali west them they show that this area is cot cover but as per the terms pf home delivery can be possible location within 5 km from store and ganesh nagar dombivali is from approximate 2km so why it it not cover for home delivery... Very bad experience no one give proper feedback waste of time irritated...

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        On the bill amount I have been charged
                                        SGST @9% and CGST @9% = Total @18%
                                        The slabs for GST are: NIL, 5%, 12%, 18% and 28%
                                        Where is the 9% GST, Also the tax is as GST and not as CGST & SGCT
                                        The restaurant seems to fall in the 5% GST Category. It is requested to explain the 9% + 9% (18%) and also refund me the balance amount (13%) at the earliest failing which the matter may have to be referred...
