Pathetic service, really bad infrastructure, no ac working, fans are moving, sitting chair is in very bad condition, table is rotating, poor customer service, ideally sitting for 15 min and after complaining received water that too in plastic glass!!! Who gives water in plastic glass!!! Its more like entering in sarkari daftar!!! If we are paying so much we atleast deserve a glass of water in real glass... So please let us know why would you expect us to pay service charge???

    I had ordered two pizzas from pizzahut website on 19 th august at around 5:30 pm. I did online payment of rs 672 through my debit card. But later on when i called the customer care i was told that my order was not placed and he told me that he will further process a refund. And its been 4 days now i havent got my refund.. Worst experience ever. Its very dissappointing.. I want my money back as soon as possible.. How can you be so irresponsible??

        While ordering pizza online on 18.08.2017 at around 1.25 to 1.35 pm my money deducted for Rs3664.67/- while order not generated. For this I have complaint on[protected] and they said they have register the complain and money will be returned in 2-3 days
        Till today I have called them so many times but they still not returned my money.
        Pls look into the matter

        Pizza Hut is making fool to people by deducting money in online order its site hangs at the same time when you finally enter the OTP for payment so that they get money for no order.

          Bangalore call center agents are the only reason for the sale of pizza hut to go down... These agents are cancelling the order by themselves without the customer's knowledge... I as a customer of pizza hut am never going to order again bcoz of these agents.. These people should be thrown out of the store immediately... Specially bangalore center call center

            We have ordered pizza on 19.08.2017 at night 10.15 pm but the pizza has not been delivered to us we have ordered no for the same. We have got that delivery boy no but he told he will refund the money but still not happened now he is ignoring our call. Neither is he cancelling the order not giving us a replacement delivery. Please look into the matter.

                I paid online through iob rupay debit card

                My account has been debited but no confirmation email or message was recieved.

                I would like to request a refund from pizzahut for the amount unfairly taken from my account.

                I have been a frequent customer and this is the first time i am experiencing such a shocking incident.

                  I used to work in pizza hut hyderabad i resigned the job given letter also of resigning even paid 5000 via bank dd to the company after that i applied for pf from then to now that person (Hr) of company keep telling me this month that month its been 2.6 years still not helping saying that i resigned the job there is a new hr take the contact number and contact him when i contact him he says i don't have any details even i getting calls the pfs are pending more then 1 years please help me out i have my employ code and letters from the company

                  We have ordered pizza and same was delivered late. I had send them online feedback vide complaints no 65674 & 66099. Every time the vikaspuri branch manager speaks and tell that rs 300 shall be refunded against my bill of 1300.
                  Till date neither rs 300 was refunded nor 1300. seems they make false promises

                    Hi, i have ordered pizza from pizzahut on 13th august 2017, around 2:30 pm and while trying to pay for the order i have selected the mvisa payment through hdfc bank. I have got an error saying payment not received while the amount of 542.79/- is withdrawn from my hdfc credit card through mvisa. I have not got any refund from the pizza hut till now. Please find my supporting documents attached.

                      I ordered online and paid through net banking on 20th july 2017. The total cost was rs. 663.16. The store failed to deliver the order for 2 hours.
                      We called the store and complained at least 5-7 times within this time. After 2hours of placing the order when we called the store they had no clue as
                      To where the delivery boy was with our order. Thus we requested to process cancellation. The store manager called me and confirmed the cancellation and
                      Informed me that the whole amount paid will be refunded to me within 7 working days. But it did not. On 31st july i called the customer care and asked
                      About the status of the refund to which they said that the server shows that the order was successfully delivered on 20th july.
                      When i informed them it was not they arranged a call back from the store manager. The store manager first requested me to allow him to deliver the order,
                      When i refused he informed me that he has processed the cancellation (Again on 31st july) and the refund will come within 7-8 working days.
                      Today is the 16th day. I have still not received the refund. We have always been a very loyal customer of pizza hut and i fail to understand how
                      Difficult it can be to make a simple refund. It is not rocket science. I have talked to the store manager and the customer care representative (Shyam) very politely.
                      But, of course, that did not work. My order reference number is 8699162

                        additional service charges added on bill beyond gst

                        I'm very much disappointed with the fact that such a brand are charging undue amount from the customer. Why I'have being charged more 10% service charges over and above 18% GST, at PIZZAHUT-DONAPLANET GS ROAD GHY ASSAM on 15th August, 2017.
                        According to the new GST system customers should be charged only at 9% of SGST and 9% of Cgst on their total bill amount.
                        I'm quite sure that I'm being deceived by this outlet because...

                        This happened in pizza hut branch on puttenahalli main road, jp nagar 7th phase, bangalore today.

                        We (Myself and my wife) were wrongly served with non vegetarian pasta with the item name as nv-mixes sauce add, instead of the vegetarian pasta that we ordered. We are taking this seriously and going the legal means as we feel this is a serious mistake and a crime against a strict vegetarian.

                        Having been a loyal customer to pizza hut for more than 20 years, we had this horrible experience today for the first time at this newly opened outlet. You may know that in other countries this is considered as a major offence and pizza hut can be sued.

                        Pizza Hut India customer support might have been notified but it seems to me that they are going very slow on this issue & might be taking it easy. It looks like they are buying time so that I forget the incident. There were a few immediate calls from Pizza Hut inquiring about the incident but I have been told to wait till next week to see what can be done on this. The manager who spoke to me is unwell it-seems and he is yet to speak to his team and higher ups. They are probably thinking that I will forget this eventually & will go silent. But this episode has hurt me so much that and I am planning my next action.

                        I have also been told that except for refunding the bill amount, there is no alternate to compensating an affected customer. But in this regard, I have seen a few customers going to Consumer court and getting adequately compensated for the follies committed.

                            Hi, while ordering online pizza on 5th aug amount worth rs 607.70 reference number[protected] debited from my hdfc account but it gave failed message. When i inquired with my bank they confirms amount debited and merchant should receive it. Please refund the amount as the order was not confirmed. Post that i ordered for cash on delivery.

                              We had a pizza at V3S Laxminagar New Delhi.
                              Manager Name-Bharat Kumar
                              Today i.e,[protected] we went to have a meal at pizza hut v3s mall laxmi nagar and when we told our order to manager he said ONLY CASH. I asked why Not card on that he said Networks are not coming. So i asked to try once as i was not having cash on that he rudely said "mujhe pta h na"
                              I insisted again and on my second request he said" baki customer ko aane do aap gate pe khade hoke bat karo" which made me dumbfounded coz he treated us like Nothing. After that argument started and i asked for the feedback book and for that he said "Nhi h feedback book" then i asked for manager, and initially he didn't respond and later he said "Me hi yha ka amitab bacchan, bol diya na nhi h"
                              Very offencive behaviour.
                              After it i did not want to have pizza but i had just to complain you with proof.
                              Later one of the executive gave us feedback book and on which manager said "ye to mere pas hi rehti h"
                              Very rude behaviour,
                              Never expected such behavior from the employee of a company like pizza hut.
                              Won't go again.

                                On Aug-9th, I ordered pizza from PizzaHut, RT Nagar, Bangalore via Swiggy app order #[protected]

                                I have attached the swiggy bill and the restaurant bill
                                #1) item price in restaurant bill is lesser than swiggy bill
                                #2) restaurant had added additional items, which were delivered and neither part of my original order. The additional items are added such that the restaurant bill matches the inflated swiggy bill.
                                This is complete violation of consumer rights, falls under cheating consumers and also ethically, morally wrong business ethics.
                                This clearly shows that both Swiggy and PizzaHut restaurant have knowingly involved in this activity.

                                  I ordered pizza on 30 july but it was cancelled by the manager and he told me that i will receive refund in 2 days but didn't get it till now. I called them many times and fir same reply like they call me back but didn't get any call back too... Is this is the way of treating a customer. Can you please look into this issue or i further need to escalate it to higher level.

                                    On 9/8/2017 i placed an order to call centre[protected] which was forwarded to profit centre, mahavir nagar, kandivali (W), mum-67. The time was 9.27 pm. And i got the order no. 4453. Immd. At 9.37 pm.
                                    After a long waiting of 1 hour i called up to the call centre.. The guy said u will get a call from profit centre... But unfortunaltly nobody called up. I made 5 calls to call centre... Same reply. But no call back from profit centre.
                                    Finally i ordered from dominos. They delivered the pizza within 20 min.
                                    And after that on 11.10 pm a pizza hut guy came for delivery we i didn't accept.

                                      There is serious issues for taking orders which needs to be attended. When you order on phone the order is taken along with address and after some time somebody else call you back for re-confirmation of address. When you again after waiting call back then come to know the delivery is out but after sometime you will receive a call back asking about the location of the said address given by us. If the delivery boy is not well versed with the city addresses then they should be given google map to track the location. Despite of this even after giving them guidance of location then also they are not able to deliver the pizza to desired place. Due to this we have to depute our person for collection of pizza.
                                      Point -2 - the order is in thin crust pizza and the delivery made in normal base pizza which again is very bad.
                                      The delivery is made on 31st july at 2.00 pm for m/s paliwal home furnishings with a bill of approx. Rs. 1200/-.
