I have visited pizza hut dine-in at bangalore mantri mall on 8th oct, 2017. I have purchased a coupon worth 500. Had my order and at the time of billing they've redeemed my coupon but they said they're unable to process that coupon and another payment from me. I have informed to management. Yesterday 28th of october 2017 night me and my friend went to pizzhut in nerul, navi mumbai store. When we visited store it was totally unclean and unhygienic. Gst of 18% has been charged please refund the amount asap. As the tax should be 5% as per the last post. Else, with this gst no. I have to reach out to the concerned authorities. Normally for non access it is 12 % and for ac restaurants it is 18%. Recent change in gst changes by government has lowered it down to 12% though. But still no action has been taken up by the food chains on this.

Now hear this guys! Another blunder by pizza hut delivery!

In response to my earlier complaint, i received a phone call from pizza hut, jayanagar (Bangalore). The person apologised and said as a compliment they will deliver a pizza this evening at my residence. I was told that once the order is ready, i will be informed on the phone.

To my astonishment, i neither received a phone call nor the pizza! Hahahaaa!...

I order a pizza online at pizza hut on 16sep17 and selected my address from the automated pull down menu. The order was diverted to a wrong location and was immediately cancelled. However, i was advised the money would be credited back within 21 days. Today is 27oct17 (More than a 1.5 months) and my money is still not credited to my card. Their customer service is least helpful and uninformed. Nobody knows what's happening except offering...

First reason the table was not cleaned and even after we st workers did not clean. From ac the water was dropping the entire time. The sauce bottle was not closed and it was totally outside looked unhygenic. The worker who attended was like urging us i have to go home pls say fast and it was very bad. We ordered choco volcano and they gave us a truffle saying that it was not there pnly tgis we had. So many flies are revolving round inside....

On diwali night i ordered a meal from pizza hut and decided to pay with paytm after the payment the order gets cancelled.. I don't know why... But 400rs payment was made to pizza hut.. After that i received an email regarding that my order got cancelled so i should try another method like cash on delivery and in email there was written that i will receive my money surely 2-3 days... But i haven't received it yet.. Very bad service.. And money...

I bought medium pan pizza on 21/10/17 at 6:32pm from pizzahut, which is located on civil lines delhi rohtak road, rohtak, haryana.
So problem is they are advertising that any medium size pizza take away is 50% off. But when i asked them than they said the deal is finished two days ago. So i re-checked the advertising and notice two things

With reference to order 9233677, i was assured after calling to +[protected], that my order would be cancelled and money returned to my account. The booking site showed a pick up center at forum mall whitefield while the order went to forum mall koramangala miles away from whitefield.
When i called to +[protected], they admitted the confusion and assured of cancelling the order and refunding the amount but not refunded till date....

Pizza hut, my money got deducted twice on 18th oct 2017 but order did not happen, total amount deducted is 846 rupee. How i will get them back?? I am not finding any customer care number also. I made an order on 11 october through online pizza hut and made an order of 352 rs through paytm
There was some issue of delivery at my place and the order got accepted by some place not located to mine
So i was asked to order again and the previous order was cancelled
But its been a month now and i have not recieved my money back for the order that was cancelled....

I did not receive any update though it was delayed. Hence i started calling up call center for updates....

We have placed an order @8.50 pm and order was not delivered till now and there in no response from the customer care people and they are also not providing the store no. To check the status of our order. This not the 1st time it happened earlier also.
We are very unhappy with this kind of service. Very poor service.
We will make sure we will not place any further order to pizza hut....
