I orderd pizza with online payment from store ok plus tower mansarover jaipur 302020 first the order was i received too late the executive told me he provide pizza with in 30 min but he was actual provide pizza in 1 hour and i orderd different flavour pizza he send me another flavour and the price of these was lower compair to my order they give extra charge and does not refunded dont buy here wrost pizza ever

I ordered pizza online and paid too on 3rd NOvember.they didnt provide me pizza even after waiting of 1.5 to 2 hrs and 4-5 customer care calls. i called twice for my reimbursement and after almost more than month i didnt got any calll back or reimbursement. whenever i call customer care told me some will care but noone ever did it.

    I had placed an order (Order number:8498109) on 18th june at pizza hut by selecting my address from their list (Vijay nagari, waghbil naka, thane west) and paid via credit card. Then i got call from the store at cinewonder mall saying they will have to cancel the order as delivery location is outside their serving area (Strange as they decide store depending on address you enter and you can only select address from the list they have). I was told i would receive paid amount back in 21 days. I called store after 1 month as i had not received any amount, the store manager promised me to process it within next 10 days which was also not fulfilled. I have made multiple calls to them after none of their promises were fulfilled and i never got back the money. The store then stopped picking call.
    I have also tried registering multiple complains on their portal but of no use. Same goes for their help support number.

      When i was ordering a pizza in pizza hut, the manager is not using proper language, he is using abusing language, he do not have knowledge how to talk with customer, he is handling pizza hut not a vada pan stall at all so he has to talk in decent language, the manager name is irfan working at infiniti mall lokhandwala andheri west, i hope you would understand what i mean to say...

        I had ordered reference 9574981and it got mistakenly placed to kalyani nagar outlet which was supoosed to be placed on kothrud outlet. So i called customer care and the person i spoke to transferred the order to kothrud outlet but when i went to pickup[protected] i came to know that i need to pay and previously paid amount will be creditted to my account but so far i haven’t receive any message or mail so can you help me on getting the refund here

          Pizza hut cheats customers!!!

          I ordered a pizza from the cmh road pizza hut at indiranagar on 17th november 2017. From the registered mobile number [protected]. Fourth time in a row my pizza was delivered late! I put my foot down and asked the store manager to refund my money as it was a credit card payment. At first he made many excuses and then he agreed to do it. I also called up customer care and they assured me that the money will be reimbursed by the store manager within 11 days.
          Nothing happened till 11 days. Since then i have been calling up customer care & store manager daily, who keep assuring me the payment will be made the same day but nothing has been done till now.

          It is a shame that pizza hut is cheating its customers like this! And it is a disgrace that they are appointing managers who repeatedly send out late deliveries and make all kinds of fake excuses.

          I am mailing this to the ceo of pizza hut and hopefully at least he will take some responsibility on account of his company.

            The worst experience ever. First of all i was misguided about the offer and they refused to cancel the order. Later i told them to home deliver and they refused. Then i asked for more chilly flakes and they also denied that. The pizza was supposed to be delivered within 20mins and it took them 50mins. After opening the box the box was stuck to the cheese and paper came out from that which was spread entirely on the pizza. After so many mistakes they still refuse to give me my refund. Worst pizza store!!

              It has been a week and i'm yet to receive a refund for order no-1819 placed on 29th november 2017. I made an online payment, the site crashed and the order had gotten cancelled but the money had been debited from my account. I called the restaurant and they said the money would be refunded within 5-7 working days. Please look into the matter and respond at the earliest

                I placed an order on the app on 1st dec' 17 which comfirmed at the end of the order being placed and the money got deducted from my bank account, however i got an email 5 minutes later stating the order is cancelled and i will recieve the refund. I called in to check what was the matter and i was told not to worry about it as the order was showimg comfirmed and that i should recieve it within sometime. I waited for my order which never arrived at estimated time given so i called back to enquire about it and was assured the order has left the store and should be delivered within 15 minutes which again never happened. I called back to ask what happened this time and was informed due to some technical issue the order is cancelled and will recieve the refund in 11 days. I said not refund the money and to place another order. The guy on the other end informed its not possible however he will check it and be back with a quick solution and placed my call on hold. I waited again for someone to come back on the line amd tell me what was happening however what happened instead was the line was disconnected by the guy. I called again still giving them a chance instead was connected to a guy who knew nothing about customer service or even a normal conversation, he kept repeating we are closed and no order can be placed and when asked what his name was he stopped replying and eventually had to disconnect the line. Worst experience i ever had in my life. Would think hundred times or even more before ordering from pizza hut.

                  I placed pizza order three times, twice on nov-9 and one time on nov-11 and every time my money of rs.728 got deducted but everytime i received attached error message.
                  I raised the complaint to my bank as well but they have enquired and told me since the transaction was done hence it has to be refund initiated from pizza hut side.
                  I have attached all three responses which i received. Kindly initiate refund.

                    I placed an online order near picnic garden road(kolkata). your pizza hut app was showing that the order no is 16 and will be deliver within 30 mins but your delivery boy called me and told it will deliver within 1 hour and the behavior of boy was not good. Then he transferd my call to the manager he told give us 5 mins extra we will reach on your address. The delivery boy came after 15 or 20 mins of my order delivery time. I talked to the manager named shabaz at the same matter. i told shabaz who is the manager about their service promise but he told we cant give So i told to cancel my order. He said we are cancelling your order but don't place the order next time. I dont think this is a behaviour of professional manager of anywhere. Then i told him to give the call to your senior he gave call to his senior manager named ali. After a long communication i was still unhappy. The manager didnt take any action what he should be do.
                    i have ordered for my dinner but cause of your service, staff and manager behaviour i have to order my dinner through swiggy.
                    I am totally unsatisfied with pizza hut and never ever order also worst experience ever through online food delivery service.

                    The manager and staff should be suspend atleast for some days and they should have a training class of communication that how to talk to a customer.                       We have ordered pizza online and done payment online but payment has done but order has not placed and cancelled but refund is not done. When called customer care they are saying order is cancelled and now saying order detail is not available. Order placed with name laxmi patil.                         I received soft bread bases undercooked made in great hurry. Who will pay for pizzas if he gets soft breads instead?
                        Your delivery boy wanted a female to come down all the way to society gate bus stand to pick up the delivery!
                        The delivery boy didn't even pick my call when i wanted to show him soft breads we had received - total waste of money!!!

                          I did an online ordering on november 2nd for 824 rupees. The money was debited from my account however the order didn’t go through. I’ve been asking for a refund since then..
                          I’ve called the pizza hut customer support for more than 5 times and each time i called, i get response “our concerned team will call you in 5 minutes” which has never happened.
                          This is the worst experience i’ve ever had..
                          I’ve also been told that this has been escalated to customer support manager but no action has been take yet..
                          I believe either you don’t have a manager or he is been sleeping..
                          All i’m asking is for my hard earned money as i’m not running any charity business...
                          I need to know what is the status of the refund and when will i get my money back???

                            I placed order through website in my mobile. I made a payment of ₹404.28 (Paid through upi, using phonepay) amount got deducted but haven't received any order confirmation message. On further calling customer support they told your order hasn't placed refund will be done within 11 working days. I seriously felt bad about this. I don't know why don't fix bugs in sites when some customer already raised issues. Such bad experience ever

                              I order pizza online 8th nov, at that time payment page after submit card details transaction failed due to some network issue. But receipt id generated-[protected] and 560.50 got debited to my account after few dates i received the 475.00 rupees to my account and rest amount pizza hut didn't given. I called so many times customer care but they didn't respond.

                                I ordered two pizzas under the order number[protected].
                                I stay in mumbai and somehow the order got placed in noida outlet. I tried to transfer the order to powai outlet but there was no response from the outlet.

                                After the cancellation i was sure of refund in 5-7 working days, but i haven't received it yet.

                                Can you please look into the matter

                                  I ordered pizza online on 7th sept, it was not delivered saying the order is gone to wrong stored after 45min of order time. I requested for refund, it was told money would get transferred within 48 hours.

                                  It has been more than two months neither money got refunded nor i got a response to my many follow-up phone call compliant and online complaints. I never expected such kind of fraud and unprofessionalism from the pizzahut side. Looks like i have to go to consumer court for this case.

                                    I ordered pizza on 29 oct'17, made the payment via paytm and cancelled that within 5 mins. (And then ordered another pizza for cod).
                                    When called the pizaahut, they said, i'll get the refund in 5-10 working days — i waited for that but didn't get the refund. And again called number of times after that — every time i call, i have to tell the whole story again as they don't even make history of the calls they get.
                                    Then i finally someone said from customer care, it will be done by the store manager, customer care can't do anything for this.
                                    Then i started the same process by calling store manager — he said it will be done in 7 days and its been 7 days nothing has been done.
                                    Now store manager says, he can't do anything — accounts team will do and i don't have any contact info to contact accounts team.
                                    My order number that got canceled is 9336615. Seriously — this is the service that pizza hut give to the customers —

                                      I placed an order on 19th Nov and made payment thru Paytm, the order was not completed but payment deducted from my Paytm account. I contacted Paytm helpline for refund but they replied that payment was completed, attached is the screen shot with txn id. No response from pizza hut regarding refund. Also no helpline number or email id to contact them.

                                        I had ordered some pizza on 5/11/2017 at approx. 8:40 pm, paid amount online from citi credit card, amount deduced but confirmation not received so i again order same pizza amount deduced and confirmation received but i received confirmation for first order after 10 min. Of order, so i had called to customer care multiple times to cancel one order but all the line was busy.in next 30 min. Delivery boy has come with 2 pizza so i told all this scenario, i had a discussion with pizza hut executive and the final discussion was just leave one pizza and we will return your money within 7 working days. I had 2 more discussion with pizza hut customer care but not received the money. Plz help.
