I ordered pizza online and it was suppose to be delivered by 8:30 pm (14th oct 2017), but the pizza guy delivered it after 1 hour at 9:30 pm. Even after calling repeatedly he kept telling one or the other reason. Its frustrating.

My order number is 9243316.

Since i have paid online i have no other choice but to accept it.

Will the pizza hut will give me the pizza for free.

pathetic store, horrible service, rude store manager working there

Placed an order at 9.20 pm on call, after the person agreed to give deliver from alternative store as the nearby one was closed. And after an hour we get the call that it will not be possible. I have ordered pizza of 1200 rupees today around 3:55pm. It was supposed to be delivered by 4:25pm but it got delivered by 4:48pm. The restaurant is only 2km away and it was not raining at all. order cancelled but amount not credited back to my credit card

no refund for cancelled order

complaint for worst service

cancellation of order

We placed an order at 10:30 and we were told that it will be delivered by 10:45. We called pizza hut at 11:15 and they told us that our order was cancelled by the store (Aliganj store). We did not cancel the order and it was only after we called that we got to know the order was cancelled.
