Placed order at 9pm.on calling no response and order not arrived till 1 hr waiting.Delivery boy reached by 10.30 and order returned due to delay without information.Some executive pawan called and was arguing for cancelling delivery.Extremely poor customer centricity.
Being forced not to order further from pizza hut.
Expect some action nd response.

Hi, this is Dr.Narendran, I had just visited your store at Perambur, Chennai. Being a Sunday you people are very much aware that it might be busy, first of all there is no curtesy with the way these guys talk, second is was kept waiting for period a saw five customers take their orders away and by the time I waited I heard your guys continuously saying they were out of cheese, we are out of tissues, we are out of medium sized pizza boxes, what the bloody hell is wrong you guys, so you really have decided to go down the drain or what? Please get this issue sorted out, it's really a cheap work they are doing

I did a transaction on pizza hut online website using mobikwik wallet . Money got deducted from my account but web page said transaction failed and i was not able to buy pizza.
I did not get my money back.

I want them to refund the money back to my wallet.I have attached the copy of invoice for the payment through Mobikwik wallet.

I placed online pizza order at bangalore marathalli service road pizzahut. I placed order at 2:27pm and pizza never arrived. I didnt get any communication from store as well. I made online payment and order reference number is[protected].In the website it's mentioned that if the order doesnt arrive in 30 minutes you will get it for free, upon enquiry the customer service official told that i won't be getting a pizza for free and didn't even help to track my ordered pizza.

First of all it was not ordered till 11pm. On contacting customer care, we were continuously being put on hold after the customer care executive statement that it will be delivered in 15 mins.
At 11 pm, we called store( by finding number using google) manager simply said it has been cancelled due to technical problem.

Nobody informed us anything.
My money also they have taken as the payment was done using online payment.

Hello Sir, I asked for newly launched 199 pizzas @ basaveshwaranagar pizza hut outlet, they told it is available only for online order n not for take away, but when checked in ad it said, it's available for take away. I trusted their words n ordered for other pizza wherein the quality was not at all good. I experienced this fraud only in this outlet.

I made payment from credit card but the order never got confirmed.It has been 20 days now, made more than 15 calls to pizza hut but no resolution. They do not send any email confirmation of the order for proof. Even on requesting customer care they never share the complaints department email id saying they do not have authority.

Now I know how the pizza hut chain has become such big it is by their fraudulent practices of stealing money from customers.Such low ethics you guys have.

Hi, this is Sukanya and I ordered one combo of overloaded pizza for two . I stay i n HSR layout teachers colony and my nearest outlet is hardly 2 km from my home. They never delivered the pizza. when I called back after one hour, they promised to call back. They reached me after one and half hour and tried to sale other pizzas . I shall never order from pizza hut if you do not accept your mistake. Ideally i should have got a free pizza but pizza hut seems not to do what they promise.If words are not kept I will never order again from pizza hut nor will allow my family and friends to order from pizza hut. I mean it. Thanks

We ordered for online pizza and amount generated online was rs 729.47.but when we received the order the amount on invoice was rs 739. when we asked the delivery boy for the extra charges he said that prices has been hiked. if prices has been hiked then why have they not updated on the site. this way they must be charging extra 10 rs every customer and earning extra lakhs of money per day.the photographs of online bill and invoice received have been attached below.

This seems to be deliberate fraudulent practice on part of the store where I ordered from. There is no email, sms or any other kind of confirmation.
I urge the PizzaHut to look into the matter. What is more frustrating is that I have to resort to a third party website to voice my concern. I can not pick up the phone and call them.

I had placed an online order with pizza hut on 17 march 2016 amounting to 659.72

Inr 659.92 was spent on your credit card xxxxxx on 17-apr-16 at pizzahut
I had contacted customer care the same day and they assured that amount will be returned in 7 to 10 working days.
I have still not got the amount. Resolve this at the earliest. This is a huge inconvenience to follow up for no fault of customers

I place the order on[protected] via pizza hut app. I made the payment of Rs 580 thrice via paytm but lastly it gives an error. When confirmed from Paytm they said they have successfully made the payment to pizza hut. When i put the feedback for the same to pizza hut no response, i spoke to Mr. Dushyant, Mr. Pradeep. But they said we will check and revert you. Till date no call received.
Feed back placed -32511 and 33197 but no response .

Its a horrible experience. Repeated one of my old order from 2015 and my bedit card was charged with 629/. The order was cancelled without notifying me, when called almost 15 times, one of the rep named shahbaz disconnected call on my face stating he will not take a. Its a month end and i had only 900/ in my account, they charged the account/cancelled my order without notification, gave a jazz that its my net issue. When called shahbaz disc the call 7 times. They wanted me to pay again if i want the order, where will i pay if i have no money, i wont get my salary until 1st may. What should i do, ask my kidz to sleep empty stomach as their mom has no money or jump from a building as their mother wasnt capable of providing food. I received no help, its already been ab hr now, the refund will be in 21 days but that would not help me.Instead of the manager explaining me the reason for cancellation, i had to do a research and tell him the reason for the cancellation. There was a price differenciation as i reated an old order from 2015 which cost me 629/ last year, with year the new price is 719/, the sysrem will not understand this, for the system my order must be 719/ and not 629/ hence it crashed with error message "error processing your order request". People have to explain this to the customers n not give some jazz reason that my net was down and take ownership. It was not my problem or net issue so why was i treated this way. My kidz are starving, i have three, a 9yr old, 6 yr old and 3 yr old.
Finally one of the customer care manager bijo or raj, balraj i dont remember the name returned my call n said he will send the pizza and i can pay after 1st may, i. E once i get my salary which is fine for me but its such a huge inconvience, i had to fight wnd cry n get insulted by shahbaz wherein it was not me, its you people who messed up. Im very disappointed and dissatisfied.
That was one reason why i stopped placung orders, even my last two exoeriences jn 2015 were not good either

I ordered a pizza online which arrived after 50 mins and i had to call them to check whether they have dispatched the order or not. I got a call from their central no. requesting to receive the delivery that too after 40 mins. On arriving at the gate the delivery boy was no where to be seen after that i contacted them and then after 10 mins he arrives and says that he tried to call me but my no. was not reachable but that's a complete lie. I contacted them and then they called me then how is it possible that only he was unable to reach me and even after that he should be standing outside the place. As i placed the order online and paid in advance they are not addressing my complain. This is such a shameful attitude of the company.

Hello, recently on 15th April 2016 I did an order from PizzaHut Nicco park, Kolkata, West Bengal amounting Rs 296 and I did the payment through net banking . And the payment from bank was debited with transaction Id FF[protected] and FF[protected]. But due to some technical issue with Pizzahut website the order was not placed. But till now I did not got my refund amount. And when ever I am calling their customer care I am not given any proper answer about my refund. Please raise a complaint so that my money can be refunded. Please note that I did the order from the phone number [protected]and Email [protected]@gmail.com...

On 24/04/2016 i ordered pizza from mobile application of pizza hut and made the payment via credit card. Money got deducted from my account but order was not placed, then i talk to their customer centre they told me that i money will be refunded but i havn't got my money back yet. This was my first order with pizza hut and it was the worst experience. Please give my money back.

Yesterday i visited pizza hut in sector 10a gurgaon...And after ordering a pizza and paying the bill i found that excess vat have been charged on the bill.

Pizza cost was rs. 269 and vat was @13.13% on the whole bill and that should amount to rs.35.32 but vat amount showing as per bill was rs. 37.37.

Further more the service charge on the full bill was charged @rs5.8%.
How can someone charge both on the whole same pazza. Vat should be on 70% amount and service charge should be on 30% amount of the pizza value.

Please investigate the case. Bill no. Is [protected] pos no. T23235. I have the copy of the bill.

Hi team -

I tried to order pizza from pizza hut on 19th april for the amount of ₹ 318.23 via paytm and the transaction was declined due to server error.

Later i paid via debit card.Now i see a dedication has taken place for the same from my wallet. Paytm customer care confirmed that an incorrect deduction has taken place by pizzahut

Attached is the snapshot for the same.

Plasse refund my balance back to wallet asap.
