My Details: Name – Saket Priyam Mobile – [protected] Home address – 766, Shree Awas, Sector – 18B, Dwarka, Delhi – 110078 I placed an online order to Pizza Hut on the 20th of May 2015. After an hour I received a call from the store saying that my order cannot be delivered as my delivery address is out of their area of service. Since I had already made the payment online I was told that there will be a reversal of the same amount. It has been more than a month now and I have not received the money back into my account. I keep following up with them every other day but I havent been able to get my money back. The very first time when I called them asking about the reversal they said it takes 21 working days. The 2nd time I called they said I will receive a call back from the contact center supervisor, that I never received. The 3rd time I called I was told that the store supervisor will give me a call within 2-3 hours and I did receive a call but from the supervisor of Dwarka store whereas my order was placed to the Gurgaon Sector 14 store, the guy told me that he will let the customer services know about it and I shall get a call accordingly but again I never received a call. I called up for the 4th time today on the 29th of June 2015 and after a long call the customer service representative assured me that I will receive a call from the Gurgaon Sector 14 store supervisor in just about 5 minutes but to my surprise I again did not receive the call so I decided to write a complaint against Pizza Hut. The order details are mentioned below. Order details: Pizza hut Order number –[protected] Order placed on – 20/05/2015 21:10:35 Amount paid – Rs. 468.96 Payment – Made through ICICI net banking Transaction ref – VIN/Yum_Restaur/[protected]/0 Delivery address – 649, O4U Center, Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurgaon Please help.     i ordered a pizza on saturday eve at 10:53 pm and my order as promised should be delivered by 11:24 pm but it came around 11:30pm for which i informed to cuatomer care that my order is not yet received by me so mr. Sunny the customer care representative offered a discount of 300 on the bill and he said he informed the store manager too. But when inform the same to the delivery person. He refused to give the order and afyer few minutes complete sfore staff was at my home so argument took more than minutes even no discount has been given as per mr. Sameer the store manager they won'y deliver any order after 11pm, then why my order was approved and wy it was delivered an why it was promosed to.me that it should be delivered within 30 minutes. The same i informed to customer care no. Twice but no response had been given yet, they put my call on hold to invite the seniors but no one came forward to talk and even they promised to arrange a call back but nothing has been received yet.       Hi Visited with family to Pizza Hut, Powai Hiranandani today. Airconditioning was disfunctional for sometime ( which has happened before also ) .. Toilet was dirty and could not be latched from inside ... No tissues are served with food ( u have to actually ask for it ... Other guests were also complaining...

        I had ordered the pizza to be delivered to my home in greater noida where i am staying. i ordered by the phone and the order has taken, but the order delayed to me about for 15 minits, if the order was more than 30 minits its free written ok so i called call centere and spoke to the call center boy, he told me its free, bit the floor manager was very rude and behavior was very worst like an demanded to me to pay the RS 300 i paid for them still the pizza delivery boy is also rude so kindly take the action on this matter ASAP my details raja mobile [protected].

          Sir, This complaints is of Floor Manager & Duty Boy & for Unsatisfactory pizza of PIZZA HUT Devyani International Ltd. SC0-10, Phase -5 Mohali for their unethical behaviour with Customer. It was the worst experience with PIZZA HUT as I with my friend visited yesterday (26th June 2015). I got a message from there side BUY ONE GET ONE FREE FOR MEDIUM PIZZA, so we decided to go there, we ordered two pizzas (PANEER VEGORAMA & EXOTICA PAN MED) with extra cheese burst along with two deserts, our ORDER NUMBER IS[protected]. Both of the pizzas were not with extra cheese we all was unhappy with the pizza. I thought they might have forgotten to add some extra cheese to pizzas so I called upon the Duty guy (INDERJEET) on the floor and requested him to change the pizzas. Initially he was arguing and was trying to convince us that there was no problem with pizzas and was trying to convince that the pizza with extra cheese is used to order as cheesey pizza then I asked what dose cheese burst means what dose cheese toping means, even then he was arguing for same. But when we insisted him either to change them or cancel the order then he took one of the pizzas and said he will change it.. Then after this here comes the REAL ANGRY MAN (Harseerat) he was i think floor manager. He dose not have any manners, does not know how to talk to customer, instead of feeling sorry and talking politely he was behaving as if we have done a great mistake of going to pizza hut and was telling that the outlet is not for dining it is for delivery purpose and these type of pizzas are used to deliver only from this outlet. The outlet was for dining purpose also as tables was their. According to me what I think pizza hut pizza should not varry in taste in different outlet of Pizza Hut. WWhen we requested him to change the pizza he directly refused to change, then we requested to cancel our order he refused to cancel the order, then we asked for feedback form he refused and said they don't have it. I don't think this type of misbehaviour of pizza hut staff can be tolerate by any coustomer and i'll strictly suggest all my friends not to visit this outlet of pizza hut. Now it was enough to spoil some one's evening. Immediatley we left the place by not eating the pizzas and we threw both the pizzas in dustbin in front of them still they didn't react. Then we all went to Pizza Hut NORTH COUNTRY MALL, I told them about the incedence they were feeling sorry from there behalf. Then there we had a good time. There pizzas were very good and way of talking was excellent. As a regular customer of Pizza Hut I need some decepelanery action to be taken against the manager of pizza hut Phase-5 Mohali, as because of him we had a horrible experience with pizza hut.             Dear Sir/ madam, I made an online Pizza order on the occasion of Mothers Day via order no.[protected] of Rs 713.76 INR at vaishali nagar Jaipur Rajasthan outlet, the Pizza was not delivered and up till now my money has not been refund. Even after 12 times compliants registered at ur official customer support phone number, non of your representatives is able to explain me whether COMPANY WILL REFUND MY PAID MONEY OR NOT. I like to inform company and recommend customers of PIZZA HUT, NOT TO TAKE SERVICES OF YOUR COMPANY AT LEAST ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND DARE NOT MADE PURCHASE IN ADVANCE VIA CARDS BECAUSE COMPANY HAS NO POLICY OF REFUND THE MONEY.               we ordered 2 medium size pizza @ 2:9pm. On one of them we ordered extra topping of cheese which was not present at all. And the quality of pizza was not also up to the mark as the tomatoes present in the topping were stale. kindly see to it that it doesn't happpen again.                 last night I Had ordered a pizza(overloaded big pizza) yesterday night around 10:26 pm but the pizza was not delivered. again i called the customer care around 11.25 pm he pick the phone and he told me pizza boy come 15 min at your door step but pizza was not delivered. my son, he is 8 yrs old waiting pizza boy till 12 .00 pm but nobody come & even no response in your side. sir my son was waiting for someone to take the order.so please kindly check and do the action my mobile no is [protected], [protected] please revert back as soon as possible.

                  we ordered two medium pizza from pizza hut delivery we got the order but the problem the food is poor quality we are four people we ate after an hour all of them had stomach upset . and stomach ache the order we got also 10 minutes late but u people didn't reimburse for the order please don't make false promise that the order will be deliver d in 30 minutes otherwise amount will be reimbersed

                    Dear Sir, I am extremely pained while wring this that I have ordered pizza at 2036 on date. Not only the staff was discourteous on my inquiry when the pizza was delivered late by close to 1 hrs.Thd delivery boy made me to talk to Mr Balram as told by him.i was almost on the verg of accepting the order late by 50 minute but he exchanged such an unpleasantries that he compelled me to cancel the order.now I have ordered pizza at this time from other joint at 2145 hrs. Pl note I have been a regular customer and I have been accepting the late deliveries earlier also.This has been mental agony and loosing of peace of mind besides he disrespected and threatened me repeatedly to go complain against him.                         I Had ordered a pizza(overloaded big pizza) a day before yesterday around 10:50 pm and was delivered at 11:15 pm but the pizza was not warm and was not in a condition to eat. So, i called the customer care the same day and they ensured us that we will be getting a pizza the next day as the outlets had got closed. The next day i waited the whole day and then again in late evening i called the customer care but they told me that nothing such was reported to them. When i asked them to file a complaint then they said that in pizza hut there is no place for the complaints to be listened. again after talks the pizza was not delivered yesterday. Now, today i again called pizza hut customer care and now got this form link and still the problem stands where it was the day before yesterday. I am totally amazed to see that such renowned name company is behaving like this. Really very disappointed over this type of behvaiour towards the cutomers. This kind of negligent attitude is not acceptable at all by such a big firm which says that the pizza will be deliverd within 30 min or you get for free. but here they are always late and fight for the amount. I tell them that you are late but still no change in the attitiude and even one day the manager of the store called me and that as you had not paid for the late delivery we are not going to send any more pizza to your address. Hope the attitude of your company changes in future. and rest for the amount i need it to be refunded as soon as possible. Thanks

                          anyone who is listening ; i have been actually quite fluxxomed and totaly frustrated by the experience which have been dealt to me by the leading fast food giant in the world . Pizzahut which is supposed to be customer centric company does not have any regard for customer centricity whatsoever;; let me enlighten you with the chain of events; event 1 13June 2015 trying to log on to pizzahut website .https://orders.pizzahut.co.in/phindia/web site is not reachable for good half an hour in the age of 3g and data rate in MB/sec which is incidentally the plan i have on my broadband. Really that is pathetic. event 2 in half an hour i was eventually able to log in and compiled an order and at the last when the option is taken for online payment; and i provide my card details ;and put in my otp and hit submit.. then page for the order is timed out ; so no order event 3 i receive a message from my bank that a sum of rs 401.12 was deducted from my account with POS sale purchase with my transaction id and pos id i am actually hungry i call my local pizzhut outlet whom was supposed to serve my order and ask them whether they received the order or not, the gentlemen on the phone claims to be the manager says that he has not received any order from my end . and asked what is the next order of action for my refund, which is genuin question in logic flow ... let me tell you the reply sir "i don't know what to do, mujhe to internet online order karne se darr lagta hai", this was really his words that i heard ; which shows discouraging attitude toward internet online ordering which in this age of technology is regressive nevertheless i was not angry toward his blatant attempt to put his idiosyncrasy toward online transaction on to a customer which is offence in itself; but it shows the rigorous lack of procedural knowledge on part of the manager of the store . event 4 exhausted by this converstion i logged on to pizza hut website and put in feedback in the site column and recieved feed back no 12240 by an auto generated mail; event 5 15 june 2015 i call up their helpline number and support guy wants me to order a pizza to i explain the four event mentioned above, to my utter surprise the custmer support guy says sir your money will come back in 2 to 25 business days yes 2 to 25 business days i was shell shocked ..a merchant refund in 2 to 25 business days which is nuts in today's ;age i mean online transaction does get mixed in service but even a govt. organization like Indian railways send your refund in 7 days . and let me tell you no where on their site this service level (2 to 25 business days) for refund is mentioned .. which is a again information disclosure issue . when i asked for the manger at the call center as the support representative was as convincing as a stone ; my call was hung up which was again in tone with experience; i hope this issue is resolved as soon a possible because even you know Dominos pizza isworking really well and guess what they delivered my pizza on 13 june through online payment right after this fiasco regards rohit sharma a hugelly disappointed customer

                            I had placed online order with pizzahut which they accepted and also taken the payment and so i was waiting for pizza to deliver, I got call from them after half hour saying that they cannot supply the order and they will initiate refund within 21 days as their normal practice and my jaw dropped. I did not understand what was my fault and why my money is not returned immediately, They promised that their duty manager will call me and update and they have taken complaint of this issue, till date nothing has happened. I have called them over 100 times on phone but they do not respond properly, They keep transferring the calls from one branch to another, The way they handle customers is very unprofessional and rude. I don't know how such company still runs in India, Why to people take service from such unprofessional companies when there are guys who do better. Rest assured i am not eating any pizzas made my pizzahut. Please do the refund immediately.                             Till today Pizza Hut has not responded..
                            Till today i have not received any refund and manager is not giving a proper feedback.

                              i was not expecting this from pizza hut team on may 09 2015 me and my family went to have dinner in pizza hut jayanagar 4th bangalore. a guy from pizza hut i didn't remember his name (wearing spectacle and blue strip shirt) was very rude on all people of his team and that person even rude on us (guest's) it may be a fight between them (pizza hut team) and he is blaming us sorry again we wont go to PIZZA HUTA i was a loyel customer fot pizza hut but i am sorry to say that movement feel me wrong

                                  I ordered my Pizza on 14th Feb 2015 evening through online order and payment was done from my credit card. The pizza was not delivered for which I got the confirmation from PHD Crossing Republic. I raised a request for refund of 509.83 on 15th Feb, but so far there is no refund on my account in last 4 months. I followed up on customer care no. but all the time I am getting fake assurance. I have all the statements of my bank and your online invoice.

                                    I have visited your store at Rajkot. A/c was not working. Reasons being power cut whereas there was no power cut in neighborhood. I am amazed if A/C is not working than his you people will be able to provide food because deep freeze will also not working. You staff doesn't have knowledge of company heirachy. They were not ready to give no of superior. There is not sufficient staff also to entertain guest. People were standing just to place order. I think company does not want to have social responsibility regarding their image. If you people have courtesy than at least contact us for detail complain

                                      I visited pizza hut at The Great Indian Place, Noida and had a bizarre experience.Poor quality of food was served in comparison to the standard of food pizza hut provides.Service wasalso not up to the mark.Therefore, it resulted as a total waste of time and money.

                                        this is absurd and redicilious that the bloody delivery person came and did not even gave us what i have paid for soon after calling the person he stooped reviving the call and no one replied to us this was very dirty and unpleasent experience at pizza hut In the big lunch box the delivery person did not even supplied the free garlic bread sticks the event spoiled my mood and money both bloody suckers I called the number for 8 times in a row to tell him he has not given me the complete parcel but he did not pick up the phone at all.
