Pizza huts is horrible when serving for home delivery. i called up pizza hut thrice but still they dint place my order, finally one of the guy placed my order, but later he called up and told that order has been cancelled.. what the hell is this, how can pizza hut be so bad for serving their customers, i regret that i should have called dominoes, since they dont irritate customers and take fast order, i swear i wont called pizza hut ever and after getting such a bad experience i wont visit their restaurants also. pizza hut should know that their brand reputation is declining.

    My Name- Rohit Kosta Mob.[protected] Order number :[protected] Order Pick Up Time: 19/03/2015 14:15:00 Store- Pune Hinjewadi I ordered four pizzas on 19 march as i have mentioned above and it was totally unhiegienic and uneatable and we throw out all pizzas. And regarding that same issue i talked to store manager and he told me that i will get refund within 20 days and i didn't get any refund till now. I tried calling to store manager but that guy is ignoring my call and i also call pizza hut 39883988 but they are not ready to take the complaint, whenever i ask them to transfer my call to store they always tell me that you will receive a call from pizza hut. Please try to resolve this ASAP.

      Hello, I have placed an order on 15th March 2015. My order no. is[protected]placed on 15/03/2015 20:19:14) (Registerd mail id:[protected]@gmail.com) But due to some technical problem, PHD did not received my order. The amount of Rs.218.44/- have been deducted from my bank account. I have talked to PHD customer care executive twice, and provided all the details. 1.Rahul Rai Employee ID-327572 contacted on 15th March 2015 2.Jatin Employee ID-27345 contacted on 09 April 2015 Both of them registed my complaint but they were not ready to give me any complaint number. After almost a month still i have not received any refund. Please do the needful. Thank You, Shailin Shah

        My order was confirmed and then cancelled by your call centre/store guys. This is utterly frustrating. I had taken the number from the Pizza Hut website[protected] and called and placed an order at 7.47pm. I was told the pizzas would be delivered in 45 mins. When I called at 8.40pm to check, I was placed on hold 3 times for no reason and then told that the order was cancelled. When I asked how come, they had no reason and kept placing the call on hold. I called back again to check and again was placed on hold for more than 5 mins. I am very unhappy with this overall experience and would never again order from Pizza Hut. They almost ruined a party. If they made some mistake internally, atleast apologize and mend it rather than putting the call on hold infinte times and not resolving the issue.

          Despite being regular customer, I had disastrous exp on my last two orders: 1. 28th March'15 Order: Pizza was Cold and the person did not bring credit card machine despite of me telling them on phone. And was promised a complementary on next order as a kind gesture. 2. 10th March'15 Order: Previous complementary order was not given because the customer care representative had not written any complaint. SO they have written it again but not given me any id as proof. - Pizza was again not so hot and the delivery boy did not bring machine. - On his 2nd visit Card Machine was not working. (8:52PM) - On his 3rd visit at 11:07 PM; when everyone in house is sleeping he rings the bell for money (TIN No.: [protected]- Pizza Hut Receipt; INVOICE No.:000019-ICICI Bank Receipt)... I paid him nicely no harsh talk as it was too late but is this really correct???????? Seriously FALSE COMMITMENT and MISTAKE Over Mistakes. You guess have lost all will in market and after that also you are trying with this repo it's really bad. You can call me on [protected]. I will send all the scan copy of bills with timing if needed.

            Hi there i went to this pizza hut (#262/1, Garebhavi Palya, Hosur Main Road, Bommanahalli, Bangalore 560068) Tin No [protected] Invoice No[protected] Date 07/04/15 Time 9.52pm i have ordered 4 vegetarian pizzas on this particular for take away to my house and it was delivered to me on that particular pizza hut outlet and i regularly purchase pizzas from this outlet and i when i want at home and started having it with my family . i opened all four pizza and there i found one pizza was different .. it was like soyabean, i thought by mistake they give us soyabean pizza, so we ate. as there was different type of pizza so we family of 4 shared all the pizza .. and every one ate, later we came to know that, that was not soyabean it was some chicken pizza. As we are JAINS so eating chicken means sin for us, and my mom there itself started vomiting, from past 3 days she is not well.. That particular night i have gone to this pizza hut outlet to complain about this matter i did not got any response from their side and they were just giving excuses to me like it is been done by mistake and when i told them i will take this matter to a consumer court so they were saying me like we will let this matter know to their higher level and still its past 3 days but no response is been carried out from their side so i am filling a complaint against this injustice which has taken place in my case and let know consumers how pizza hut treat their loyal customers and i have all the proof of these and even in the box the sign which is to be mentioned is not been done by them the green dot or the red dot i can attach or send all the proofs please help me out i am a customer who is been harassed by the pizza hut in such a manner.

              This is to appraise you and give a feedback on one of the most unsatisfactory experience from Pizza Hut. I placed an order over tel Number[protected] through my mobile no.[protected] at 18:03 hrs on 8th April, 2015. But the delivery was not maid in time and as per the policy the pizzas had to be delivered for free. The delivery boy reached at the delivery address at 18:47 hrs. When the same was asked from the delivery person I was denied for the same. When checked in the delivery challan we found that the order punch time 18:16 hrs although the order has been placed at 18:03 hrs and the same had been confirmed by the executive who took the order. The answer is required for the inconvenience caused. We tried to reach the customer care and lodged a complaint for the same but did not get any response. We have also dropped an e-mail to "[protected]@dil-rjcorp.com" but still there is no response therefore we have moved. The delivery challan has been attached for the same.                 I REACHED AT 07:15 AT THE STORE 07:30 I GAVE ORDER TILL THEN I WAS SITTING IDOL. I ASKED NITIN SHETTY THE PESON WHO HAD TAKEN MY ORDER TO INCREASE THE BLOWER AS I WAS SWEATING BUT HE DIDN'T GAVE A PROPER FEEDBACK. BY 8PM NO ORDER THEN I SAW THE STORE MANAGER I CALLED HIM UP HE CAME TOWARDS MY TABEL AND ASKED ME YES SIR, I HAD TO SAY IN FAUL LANGUAGE THAT DO YOU WANT ME TO SEND THE MAIL AS STILL THE FOOD IS NOT BEEN SERVED I WAS SHOCKED AFTER THAT STAEMENT AS IN 1 MINUTE THEY SERVED ME EVERYTHING. SECONDLY AT THE TME OF BILLING THE PERSON ON THE CASH COUNTER SWIPED THRICE WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY DID YOU SWIPED THRICE HE SAYS THERE WAS SHOWING DECLINE THATS WHY... THE TOILETS WERE WORST... ALL TISSUES WERE FALLEN DOWN. THERE WAS WATER WASTAGE AS NO ONE HAD CURTESY TO CLOSE THE TAP. THERE WAS A TISSUE FALLEN ON THE WASH BASIN. WHILE TALKING WITH EACH OTHER NITIN TOLD SATISH WHO IS A STORE MANAGER THAT " ARE SIR AAP TENSION KYU LE RAHE HO AAP SO JAO" I DON'T THNNK THIS IS THE RITE WAY TO SPEAK ON FLOOR WITH A MANAGER. WHILE LEAVING I SAW ON ABOVE THE CASH COUNTER IT WAS WRITTEN [IF YOU LIKE OUR SERVICE PLZ RING THE BELL] WHEN I DID THIS THERE WAS NO ENTHUSIASM IN SAYING THANK YOU IT WAS SOUNDING LIKE THEY HAVE NO STRENGTH.                   Sub: Pizza hut guy hit my parents on activa and now Pizza hut owner threatning Hi Sir, the incident happen @ 7 pm on 5th April 2015 near housing board turn from HUDA vivekananad road, My parents shri Y.V.Madan (Retired Indian Air force) and Mother Suraksha Madan are taking turn on Activa with indicator on and mother giving indication of turn, Then suddenly a Pizza hut delivery boy name Deepinder Jeet Singh ( licence number HR[protected] with vehicle number HR02 AD 4218 ( HIS manager Name Vikas [protected] ) ramped the vehicle with high speed on activa and my parents got hurt a lt, ( injuries are happen on my father below stomach and lot pf pain on leg and upper body) and my mother got injured on chin. My father on below stomach area the handle of Pizza hut deliver bike got ramped such a velocity that lot of blood clot has happen. At that time we are in so stress that we took our parents to doctor and pizza boy agreed that his manager is coming and will come to us and help. The pizza boy is worried only for his pizza to be delivered and need to go. ( I can show up that we had medicine and injection prescribe by doctr and our activa got hurt) There are nearly 1-15 people around who are eye-witness of this case. In the rush I need to take my parents to Doctor in HUDA . After returning from doctor and intial aid, when we return home we tried to call the delivery boy with phone number given ([protected]) with this number being invalid then we call up his manager ( Vikas - [protected] ) and explained him then situation and asked to meet us at our residence ( he agreed and said that he will meet at 10 am 6th april 2015), Post 1 hr he called from and said that his manager wife is ill and cant come, then he passed his phone to his owner, the owner threatnes me that he is a lawyer and he will file a FIR on us and ask us to come and meet at PIZZA hut. Sir if that life of a common man is so low that a Pizza hut who are known to be deliver fast and 30 min, can hit any one and then in turn will threatn to make the life hell of common man. Is this what we are living in India that these guys can hit the senior citizen and then in turn will threatn them for FIR and known for his lawyer.                     I have been having disappointing experiences with pizza hut delivery food, delivered by the pizza hut laxmi nagar, delhi outlet. The quality of the pastas I have been ordering has been very poor. There is no amount of red sauce whatsoever in the red sauce pastas so ordered. The taste of the food is bland and disgusting. It is a total waste of my money and I feel completely cheated. Earlier also I have had issues with the quantity of pastas delivered, which was astonishingly low once or twice. I have been trying to complain on the standard 3988 3988 phone number, on which they always promise to call back regarding the issue but never do. This is a situation of total helplessness and deceit for us customers. I want a resolution of my issues as soon as possible.

                      I ordered a delivery from PizzaHut in Thane (W), Mumbai. Once the payment was made online and money debited from my account the order failed on pizzahut homepage. After that i was expecting a call from Pizzahut but no one called or no mail or sms from them. When i called the customer care they diverted me to a department to solve the issue, where the customer care said that i will get my refund within next 21 days and i will get a call from the thane outlet in next 5 mins. No one called in 5 mins and its been 24hrs still no one called. Now i don't understand why it takes 21 days to refund an amount as small as Rs. 220/-. When such issues happen with Dominos they refund in 7 working days, then why pizzahut keeps our money for so long. Request to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                        Hi, i had ordered by 2:12pm and received the order by 3:26pm, which was more than an hour and in between when i had called the customer care to check the status a female promised me a complimentary as it was late, when i received the order first the delivery person Mr john asked me to pay the full amount to which i refused he called up his manager Mr krishna who was very rude and acted if i was a free monger, then they said rs 500 would be deducted and when i asked about the complimentary they both were like i was robbing them and became very rude and bossy to which i couldn't tolerate and had to send back the order of which both were happy to take it back. I request the concerned authority to take serious action against them.

The order was cancelled, and I was told I would be refunded, But more than 21 days passed and the refund is not made yet. Can you please look into the matter.

                            Very bad experience in pizza hut, powai, mumbai. The service was horrible. No AC. and the worst part got a houselfy in the pepsi.

                              This is really sad that for the first time I am writing a really negative review. I visited the pizza hut phase 5 for the very first and undoubtedly last time. Such a pathetic food and low Standard. Neither of the A.C is working, when asked the manager he just simply said there is no approval for the A.C. On the top of that enterance door is open as if it's a roadside food point not a chain of such a big franchise. Flies are flying over everywhere, zero quality of food and minus points for the infrastructure and the management. I would to visit a local bakery rather than going to pizza hut ever again. Kindly improve your standards or I suggest you to shut it down. I demand an apology in written and compensation for the food which I have paid for.

                                An amount of 305.3 was deducted from my account as I made payment(net banking) for pan pizza using pizza hut's website, but their website displayed a "failed transaction" message and hence the order was not completed. After banging my head explaining the incident to person attending the pizza hut order[protected], I was asked for a transaction ID, which is not mentioned the email I receive from the bank, whenever my account is debited . Now after exchanging emails and calling these PHD people 4 times, I have yet not received any refund even though my bank confirmed in email that the Biller had confirmed a refund. It is the process and the disregard of the Customers which bothers me . The complaints do not seem to bother these people at all, it seems .

                                  I had ordered for Pizza and garlic stick on 28th Feb'15. The money was debited which was Rs.744, but the order was not place. I called the customer care the same day, I was told with in 21 working days the money would be refunded. On Saturday (21st Mar'15), I called the customer care to ask the status. The call was disconnected 5 times. On the 6th times a lady picked-up and said, there was no refund initated and had raised a complaint with the number[protected] and promised a call back within 24hrs. It has been 72hours no call. Today (23rd Mar'15) when I call after 10 calls and wait on hold for 45 minutes, I get to know the same. I am very disappointed with the kind of service Pizza Hut provides for their customers.                                     My login ID is [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered one PIZZA cost 470/- for address IISc Bangalore. the delivary branch of pizza hut is Bel road Bangalore. I paid through Mobikwik. Mobikwik shows transaction successful but error occurred on Pizzahut site. the transaction ID is BMBK[protected]. 14/03/2015 17:17:49 hours. Kindly take the issue and refund the money. The second attempt for the order was successful. I hope for the refund. as soon as possible.

                                      Hi, I Ordered a Big Pizza with Garlic Cheezy Bread order No.[protected]Placed on Friday, 20/03/2015 22:08:32) in Airoli Navi Mumbai Store. Pizza Toppings was very less, Immediately I have complaint regarding this to Pizza hut Delivery Number they told me Store Manager will call you. i wait 20 min. then IVR was closed because its 11:45 PM. I have not eat Pizza and totaly loss my Money. Thank God this order was for my Own not for my Guests, else...what would be impression. Second day i again try to follow up with Pizza Customer care executive. Again same response " Store Mgr will call you in few min.) after 1 hour again i called and got same wordings i was totally out and told him want to complain on heiger level but Call Representative told me Store Manager can only do that...Saturday he is busy and you will got a call on Sunday surely. Today is Monday, No call or response got from Pizza Hut. Fully Depressed and harassed by them spend 50-60 Rs. on calls and 350 Rs. in Order totally waste..never order again in life in Pizza Hut and also try to stop ordering others too. Never expected such misbehaviour with Pizza Hut...really very bad...

                                        Cant imagine this type of service from pizzahut side, I was too tired today and cause of tiredness was not able to cook, then I planned to order pizza, I ordered too, below is the detail. After an hour I called customer care that still now I have not received my order, they have connected my calls to BTM PHD, they asked my mobile number and told me within 15 mins you ll receive your order but till 2 hours I have not received any calls from any delivery guy. After 2 and half hour i.e 11 30 I received a call asking my address confirmation, by that time I had something as tired of waiting for my order. Few months before also it happened in Domlur pizzahut that I got small pin in pizza there I thought its a mistake I have not taken as an issue but here I become so annoyed from the service. You promise to deliver within half an hour waited till 1 and half hour, but didnt get any response.
