Hi, I placed an order on 25/04/2015 from one of your vendors. Will trying to pay, I got an unsuccessful transaction at the end of my payment only to find out later that the money was deducted. I called your customer care service and i was told it would be refunded but i still haven't gotten my money. Please do something about it!

    I ordered a pizza online around 2 months back and i made the payment using debit card my order was unsuccessful and also my amount was deducted around 558 Rupees I called the customer care they said the amount will be refunded in 21 working days it has been 62 days i haven't received any refund and I know you wont refund because unlike dominos you don't give a for your customer your pathetic service will always make you stand behind dominos and now i prefer going to dominos and I tell this incident to everyone who likes pizza hut and further this cheating will take you nowhere Pizza Hut . Guys this is like a chain now they are taking money from the people and not refunding they are creating this type of situations in which the money gets into their account and your order turns unsuccessful in a population of 1.5 Billion they at least fool 100 people a day which turns up their profits Be aware guys even Grade A companies like this do fraudlent activities quit pizza hut today

      Hi I had placed an order on 28th April 2015 through the pizza hut page and I was given the order number[protected]. I waited for 45 minutes for the order and when i didn't receive it, I called the pizza hut number[protected] to check the order status. When asked, they told me that no order has been placed by me. I told them that i have received an order number and that amount was deducted. They told me it is fault of the website. I complained on Pizza hut site and ordered from a different vendor. Then at 10 PM at night, the pizza hut delivery boy comes and tells me that he has brought the pizza. I told him it is not acceptable as i ordered almost 2 hours before and then I asked to speak to his manager. His manager Paul tells me that he will make sure that reimbursement will be done the next day. From the next day onwards, he does not answer the call when i try to find the status of the reimbursement. Pizza Hut can't even deliver the service properly, neither can they provide proper resolution. Please escalate this issue to their notice

        This is with regards to my order no [protected] placed on 3/5/2015.The order time was 20:36 as per your records but the delivery boy arrived around 20:45. Before that I called your customer care where Mr krishna took our call and when i asked him for full refund(as i have paid through credit card), he asked me to adjust which is not acceptable then he told me pizza hut has no policy of refund to account which is again very weird. More over when i opened the pizza, it was not at all palatable, we have ordered a so cheesy pizza which mean cheese dripping out of the crust.but in that pizza the cheese was not at all melted even the crust was not cooked properly.           On 3rd May'15 I had ordered a Masala Lemonade from Pizza Hut In Mayur Vihar phase 1 star city mall. This Drink when served t me was HOT whEn I complaiNed About The same to thE stORe ManAger IT wAS Told to me thAt IT is served Like This only.. I Then asked if I Could Raise A complaint It was told that no complaints can bE Aised.
          This kind of service is really not acceptable in customer services.

            Hi, I placed an order over [protected] for dinner meal as I could not found my location on online delivery(over website). They delivered me meal without pet bottles. When I complained regarding the same they said its not part of the meal if we call. I don't get it how can you customize it as per your will. The customer care executive repeatedly put my call on hold and eventually transferred the call to supervisor. He asked me to again place an order online at whatever nearest address available and he will cancel the order on his end and deliver pet bottles to me. I placed the order as directed but yet got no pet bottles. All this made my experience with pizza hut awful.

              The quality of staff is very low they used to stair girls very badly and recently my sister visited pizza hut kolkata, newtown, rajarhat, city centre 2 the staff not only was staring at my sister he also put his name and contact number at the back of the bill. So i request you to take some immediate action as this behavior is not atall aacceptable
              Please please change the staff and upgrade to quality staff

                Hi, This is regarding order reference[protected] I ordered a pizza on date 01/05/2015. Delivery time of that pizza was 6:51 PM Pizza delivery boy came late and he came without bill. Shocking thing was that person came without bill and asking for money after coming at 7:11 PM I asked him tell me the amount of bill he said give me Rs.334 and actual amount of the bill was Rs.352.91. Delivery boy was without bill and asking a random amount.Then i asked him show me the bill he said that he doesn't have the bill. I think due to these kind of people.Pizza hut's brand name is getting effected.They are taking money from the people with out giving them original bills and this in turn hitting bad on company name and their turn over. Thanks

                  I have placed the order on 20th March 2015 through online and by mistake i have selected A S RAO nagar Hyderabad branch instead of HYD - Central. I got a call from A S RAO nagar and they informed that they were unable to deliver the order, so i ask them to cancel the order. But still i dnt get the refund amount.Its almost one and half month time but still i dnt receive my money back.
                  i did so many calls and follow ups but not received any response from you people.

                    I have placed an order and got confirmation of approximate time as 21:32 but didn't got call back from store or from Delivery guy. I called customer care for 6 times but no response from them and they are not able to track order and not able to give clear information apart from repeating my order and asking apology. Finally I didn't got order and money also got deducted. But no information of my order. If they are not able to track or submit order at least on approximate time then why they are taking this order and making it online and customer care if they are not able to give any information on order. I want compensation for all these and we order because of many reasons and if this store is not fulfilling it then they should not take an order or give confirmation also.

                      Pizza Hut Store ID : 111 Its a home delivery, on call we were told to by customer care person it will served within 30mins as per pizza hut policy...but Food came after 50 minis, it was all cold and in bad condition..also when asked about the discount delivery boy (Prashanth) behaved very badly.. I asked him to call his manager (Sandeep) even he behaved very rudely, not at all customer friendly and asked us to return the pizza... We finally have to return the pizza back as it was not at all in eatable condition.. Spoiled the party and mood..very annoying..

                        I had ordered for Pizza on 26th April 14 at 22:26:13. I got a call from Rajarajeshwarinagar store at 23:02 that Pizza cannot be delivered - mobile number is [protected]. Order Number is[protected]. I had called up your customer care and they said they will ask someone to contact me. Next day I had called up the customer services thrice and they finally responded saying someone from store will call me. A guy by name Krishna called me from [protected] and he said it will take 21 days to get the refund. He said he is the assistant manager but was behaving like a fresher who has joined recently. No customer services at all. He said management is talking and they are trying to refund us at the earliest. He said he will call me on 27th, 28th and 29th and he never called me. Today I asked him to respond to my email that they will refund me and he gave me the email id as phd.[protected]@dil-rjcorp.com. But he also responded that he will not respond to my email that it will be refunded within 21 days. One of the worst customer services I have ever seen from anyone till date. I used to go for dominos but this time went for Pizza Hut and they are just mis utilising my money which is supposed to be refunded. My number is [protected] and havent got a call yet. I am planning to write an email to their headquarters in Brooklyn??

                          We ordered a pizza on Saturday 25 April which was supposed to be delivered at 19:27 hours. The delivery boy called Around 19:10 hours to confirm the address, and though I never mentioned my floor number to him but he knew the address as he had delivered pizza in the same address earlier to our neighbour. However it was surprising that later he denied the fact of knowing the address and said that the address which was given was wrong hence he was lost on his way. The order came at 19:47 hours which is 20 minutes late than its scheduled delivery time, hence we were supposed to get the pizza for free. I didn't want to argue with the delivery boy so I paid the amount but I am not happy with the way the order was handled and the promise was not kept.

                            Placed order on phone. Order number 2963 on 26th April at Thane's Cine wonder outlet for home delivery... Delivery boy was very arrogant, his language is very abusive. He does not know his job. He came without seasoning first time. He was not having change when he came second time. Reluctant to give bill ( invoice) receipt. He brought another colleague who was also same category and asked for Pizza back... All these behaviors are not expected from multinational like yours and that too being service industry... That delivery boy is not fit for the job and should be immediately sacked to avoid spoiling your company image.

                              I have order a take away piza from piza hut at 9.10 pm from [protected] number nd they have committed that order will b take place on 9.40pm but from that time i did not get single call from their side nd order has not place at as per their commited time. i had called them so many times on centralised number but they put my call on hold for aprox 9 min .evertime they saide me to check the status.finally they recd my complaint at 10.45pm nd deliverd at 11.00pm. when i recd my order it was not as per i have ordered. i want to launch a complain because it was not deliverd as i have ordered nd recd above as per expectation time it is not expectable and not good.

                                It's with great disappointment that I have to search a forum to submit complaint for Pizza Hut. I am a regular customer of Pizza Hut and the reasons have been the excellent quality of pizzas from Pizza Hut. My kids also prefer pizza from Pizza Hut rather than dominoes. However when today I ordered the pizza (order no[protected] not only was the delivery late, but the pizza was cold and to my horror undercooked. The sauce was running from the upper crust and my kids who simply adore the pizza refused to eat. I had to cook them meal late at night as the giant dinner box we ordered was no dinner we wanted to eat . This experience has left a bad taste in our mouth and I will think twice before ordering pizza from Pizza Hut. Please look into the same so that we don't have to face this ordeal again. I am also working with Hcl and often order pizzas for the corporate meals we have from Pizza Hut, hence I also don't want to face a similar situation in office which might leave us red faced in front of our client. The intention to write is to simply ensure that Pizza Hut stands out for its good service and food and not for the wrong reasons as I am an avid fan of Pizza Hut and I hope this feedback reaches to the right authorities and it is not repeated in future.                                   AT INOX MSX MALL GREATER NOIDA, THEY WERE ADDING TOMATO SAUCE WITH WATER.IT IS CAUSE A LOT OF TROUBLE IN THE PIZZ A HUT. I SAID TO PIZZAHUT AGENT THAT IT IS NOT RIGHT THEN HE REPLIED THAT COUSTOMER ARE JOKING WITH U.BUT I TOOK THE TOMATO SAUCE BY COUNTER.SO HOW CAN DO IT BY ANY COUSTOMER???? PLZZZ IMPROVE URSELF AND DO SOMETHING AGAINST INOX TEAM.
                                  i give 5 star for pizza not service.

                                    I placed order for 2 medium country feast pizzas and used PHE01 code. I used android application to place the order. I used credit card for payment. After making payment there was some issue with application and order was not placed (no order id). But my credit card has been charged for INR 470/-. I checked with my bank. This is not a bank issue. They have given my transaction approval code (009664). I raised issue on 19th April itself (reference id: 7221). I raised another complaint on 21st April (reference id: 7436). But no action has been taken. Please resolve ASAP. It has been a really bad experience with Pizza Hut. I would think 10 times before using Pizza Hut now.

                                        On 14/11/2014 i placed an online order to Pizza Hut, but after half an hour i got a call from their profit centre Mumbai store that due to technical issue my order did not place properly, so if i want to continue with the same order they convert it into cash on delivery and online payment get back to my card account in next 30 days. Accordingly i pay the amount in cash but still did not get my online payment back. Also your delivery boy reach my residence at 10.45 pm where as my delivery time is 9.30pm. So they are fail to deliver my order on time as well as they did not refund wrong payment in appropriate time.
