Payment made but my car insurance is not issued

I purchases a policy from ploicybazaar and paid Rs. 12994. My Booking ID is :[protected], Order ID is: PB27894153. My payment is deduced but I didn't receive any policy or confirmation of policy being purchased on my email. Even its not reflecting in my policy bazaar dashboard....

My complaint regarding without my concern my mobile number is misuse by someone(shibasis namdev)

extra amount charged and mental torture or harassment

Below given is the summary of the issue. Policy bazaar is aware of the issue as i called them too for help and drop emails too, however they never responded back to my emails and not taken any action to resolve this issue

I had cancelled a four wheeler policy earlier purchased on policybazaar.com because I sold my car.

The policy has been cancelled successfully. (After almost a month of email and calls)

After all their tantrums they finally accepted to refund me my amount after deducting a bit of their fees and an amount for the number of days the policy was active.

I cancelled policy within 15 days but refund not done by company. They says you can cancel it within 15 days and your money automatically in your account but now they says it requires branch visit of banks

premium paid in emi option but charged full

Mr. Gaurav mishra (Pw09514) one of the executive advised to go for emi option and guided the step to do so. I have followed whatever he suggested. But the amount was fully deducted, it's not converted into emis.
