This was clearly a mental harassment by not providing resolution but days are passed away without any work causing great damage and loss to me and my family. Mental Harassment from last one month with no response and settlement. Yesterday night I have brought my Car TS 03 EN 4032 from the workshop paying the complete amount of Rs. 30, 878/- from my pocket after more than a month. I have received only the pure loss and damage from Policy bazaar. Even the vehicle has received multiple damages both electrical and non-electrical due to such a huge delay and parking in the garage/workshop without any moment or usage for than a month.

    I purchased a Senior health insurance policy during Feb 2023 from Policybazaar. After receiving the policy, I could see that the data that was sent in the policy was not correct as what I entered.

    1. Instead of Father & Mother, the policy was sent for Father-in-law & Mother-in-law
    2. PED which was asked while selecting the policy was given as 'Yes' and selected 'Diabetes' in it. The policy rate was changed accordingly and the amount was charged for the same. But the policy that was sent had PED as 'No'.

    I raised tickets (PB41395436 & PB[protected] with Policybazaar for both of these issue after receiving the policy copy. The 1st issue alone was alone addressed (February to April). For the 2nd issue they told they will follow up with the insurance company and they gathered all the documents that are required about PED.
    By July 31st, they came back saying that *we regret to inform that as per insurance company the person with PED has been removed from policy with no refund due to medical history*. The policy is worth approx. Rs.55, 000.

    By Aug 3rd after raising concerns about the data issue from Policybazaar end, they came back saying "As per insurance company, query raised at time of inception of policy, didn't receive any response or documents from your end, hence member has been deleted from the policy".

    But for 6 months after sending the documents all I get back as response from policybazaar was "We will share the next update with you within next 7 days". After a month they will ask for few documents and again the same pattern continued.

    This is an issue at Policybazaar of sending the incorrect data to the insurance company and now I am at the loss of 55K. Now they are not even responding to my email or tickets. They call me once and no one speaks and send me out an email stating we are unable to reach you.
    When I send message to relationship manager in whatsapp, there is no response now (Who was actively responding when the policy was purchased (Feb/March).

    There are no updates for this complaint. This is still in status. Policybazzar is not ready to respond after proving them with evidence.

      every time they apologise.
      last suman BPW39692 told me it is resolved and plocy papers would come in a day (this was on 7th aug) !!!

      i am chasing for the polocy for last 1 month !

      would never get any policy done onwards from policy bazaar after this disgusting experience.

        Harassments by Policy Bazaar Agent

        I am being harassed by Policy bazar, which is using its agents to continuously call people and asking them to answer their calls even when explain them that I am not interested.

        They have been calling me continuously and harassing me.

        When I confronted with the agent on why are they continuously calling me when I do not want to talk then they say that you have to talk as you have search our site for policies.br...

        Pratha Alok, Vidit Sharma, Sandeep Kunar, Arshad Hasan Khan. All of these people have continually either ignored me, flobbed me off, not replied. I have attempted to claim on an international Cargo Insurance which, with Teliance Marine Cargo who were authorised by Harsha Relocations. This was dutifully paid. My main contact was Vidit Sharma who I had to chase most of the time and had ignored me. I'm appalled and disgusted at the behaviour of these employees abd certainly NOT an asset to the company. They have gone against any professional code of ethics and business practises But like most Indian businesses,
        Such a simple claim. I was informed months ago by Vidit Sharma that the insured personal goods (My husband suddenly passed away and had to relocate back home), informed me that the insured goods were for only 'new items'. How can that be if they were our personal belongings? Since then he has ignored me. I now think that Harsha Relocations may also lack a code of ethics as they refuse to assist me. Life is difficult enough after losing my husband and returning here after 10 years but to deal with Indian bushiness 's is appalling.

          Policy refund amount issue

          Hi Team,
          This is regarding about my term insurance refund amount issue related, and I'm veeranna kuruva.

          I have purchased term insurance in policy Bazaar on 16/06/2023 and I have completed video and physical medical on 17/06/2023 and 23/06/2023.
          After completed my second medical they didn't informed any information about my policy status, I have called and mail many times but I didn't received...

          Policybazaar refusing to delete account

          I Manik wants to discontinue using my mobile number which is linked to PolicyBazaar Account as well.

          I have asked PolicyBazaar to permanently erase my account from their database but they are not doing it.

          I request Consumer Complaints to intervene & ask PolicyBazaar to permanently delete my account.

          My loan requirement was of 6L with following conditions:- 2 years tenure, 11% rate of interest.

          Policy bazaar employee Ankita Gupta somehow by asking me different documents and otps that I receive on my phone approves the loan without my consent with paysense for 5L, 4 years tenure, rate of interest 18% per annum and then forces me to take 1L from Bajaj.

          I was totally shocked to see paysense crediting amount in my account 4.7L that too after deducting 25k+ processing fee.

          I always told her that before processing anything, I need to make sure my requirements are met. Also it was very surprising how paysense blatantly send the amount in my account with any intimation.

          Paysense need to remove this money from my account ASAP as I have never given a go ahead to take a loan from them.

          Policy bazaar you need to have better employees who understands people's needs and not just push them in a pit just to make sales.

            Old policy delivered in place of new policy after successful payment

            I have renewed my 2 wheeler insurance (TN12-T-1584) on 14th July 2023.
            On suceesful payment for policy renewal I got the old policy delivered IPO the new renewed policy with one Year extended validity.
            The same was communicated over phone as well as through email.
            No update received received yet where I need that renewed policy immediately as the old policy validity is expired.
            Over a period there are more calls...

            Instead of the update new policy with the validity they issued the old copy of the policy. Even after repeat mails there are no response. Even their customer care toll free no is pathetic.

              Claim Process and Settlement

              I have a registered a Claim on 18/07/2023 and on the same day Car was handed over to the garage. Today is the 4th day and there is no progress on the work. To say, work has been not initiated at all. I'm need of Car and helpless without which I'm facing huge problems including my family - Wife, Children.               One day policy bazae called be that i have visited there website a apply for a policy even though i have not visted a single time in there website they now my date of birth and various details to my astonishment i have told them that i have not register any policy then they started arguing me that ihave visited there website i also told thet iam a student then how can i take up any poicy then start demanding my father no saying thet my father has visted there website even though there is no chance because my father does not hoe to operate all these but still they countinue to argue with me to give my fathers phone no after that frequent calls are comming something like 5-6 calls a day
              i have also complain about this to ther coustmer care no twice but no action has been taken then they start calling from no which cannot be blocked in true caller like local nos
              plss help i am fed up with these calls

                Constant calls from Policybazaar agents HARASSING me with calls

                I am getting constant calls from Policy Bazar regarding their schemes and all. I have not bought any policy but still getting constant calls. I am getting 7-10 calls since last 4-5 days continuously. I already informed the agents not to call me again as i am not interested, but still they are HARRASING me with their calls. I have already emailed policy bazaar regarding it.

                Kindly inform policy bazaar to delete my account permanently...

                I have not registered on the Policy Bazaar platform and I don't know where they got my email from but they have been spamming my mail inbox almost everyday.

                I reached to their customer support asking to delete my account, personal data and opt me out of all communications. I got a reply back from them asking me the contact info on which I want to stop receiving the communications. I sent them my mail ID to which I have not received any reply. I am still getting spammed for more than 2 weeks now and I have tried many many times to contact Policy Bazaar but they keep ignoring me.

                Also my request to delete all my personal data was completely ignored as I was only asked about my contact ID.

                The first mail was sent on 2nd July 2023 3:02 pm IST. The person who replied to me was: Rajat(BPW44209)

                Ignoring the people you're sending your promotional mails is awful. After this experience of getting ignored by customer support many many times, I will never buy any policies from them or not even register on their platform.

                  Refund of 2 wheeler insurance amount- Booking ID- 56587725

                  I have purchased the Insurance policy on 3rd July 2023, only booking ID[protected] was generated and on going to the KYC step due to technical issue it was not going ahead.

                  I have reached out to the customer support team who were redirecting me to multiple teams and gave false assurances that the policy would be generated but no confirmation nor any details have been generated.

                  I would like an immediate refund...

                    I was doing a insurance of my motor bike today with the contact no-[protected]. I paid in Bajaj Allianz through Paytm upi. but the amount got deducted and the ckyc was not done the transaction got cancelled. I need my refund as the amount is still not reflected in my account.

                      My vehicle No. kl23r2022 met with accident on 13 Apr 2023. initial claim form submitted on 19 Apr to the nearest uiic office. uiic took 11 days to approve the garage to commence work. work completed by Ford on 30 may 2023 and surveyor done the final survey. he uploaded the file on 09 may 2023 . I requested the pb to make payment to garage directly as the amount is above 2 lakh. I started calling PB customer care since 09 apr 2023 for issue of delivery order and settlement of claim. But daily I get the answer from them are same " We took up the case with uiic authorities, your Del Order will be released by Today (same day) by 5 O clock. It is been repeated till today (21.06.2023) Today at 5.30 PM also I head the same reply. The call centre are not ready to give contact number of any Higher level Officers .                         My Father was hospitalized on 3rd of September 2022 and I have opted for health insurance through my office, I informed TPA Policy Bazar on the 5th itself and submiited all the rekavant documents by the 13th September after that company kept asking for another document I couriered them documents thrice in which once they even sent me wrong persons information after which I replied and then it took another 2 weeks for TPA to respond and asked for correct information another charge that hospital had mentioned as administration charges of nearly 13000 TPA wanted breakdown of that we sent that but they again asked for the reason I was so done with it I asked them not pay it and jut proceed with my claim but till date there is no response. I have been chasing and I can literally say I have harassed. Policy bazar, Raksha TPA and Oriental insurance has treated us with utmost disrespect. As a consumer I feel I have made life biggest mistake. I request you to please take action against them and please process my claim and I also raised a grievance but there is no response. The Service provided by Vanshu Harjani, Kunal Sahi, Sajja and Ruchi has been disgraceful. I have been harassed mentally.
