My name is Hemant Singh, and I am a resident of Hooghly, West Bengal. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with one of your telemarketing executives, Mr. Amit. The incident occurred on August 24, 2023, at approximately 5:14 pm during a call that lasted for more than 24 minutes.
I believe in the importance of maintaining a respectful and professional communication environment, especially when dealing with customers. However, during my conversation with Mr. Amit, I was taken aback by his inappropriate behaviour and unprofessional conduct. Instead of addressing my queries and concerns in a courteous manner, Mr. Amit displayed a shocking level of disrespect and hostility.
Upon raising a question, Mr. Amit's tone changed drastically, and he began responding to my queries in an aggressive and condescending manner. I was shocked by his lack of professionalism and the manner in which he handled my concerns. When I informed him that I would be filing a complaint against his behaviour, he responded with a dismissive attitude, even going so far as to repeatedly share his name and ID as if daring me to proceed with the complaint.
I am writing this email to request that you thoroughly investigate the matter by reviewing the recorded conversation between Mr. Amit and myself. If you find that my demeanour was inappropriate, that I was shouting, or using abusive language, I am willing to accept any appropriate action against me. However, I firmly believe that upon reviewing the recording, you will recognize the unprofessional conduct displayed by Mr. Amit during our interaction.
As an individual customer, I had hoped for a respectful and helpful conversation with your representative. Instead, I was subjected to unwarranted rudeness and hostility. I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and address it promptly. It is essential to maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism in order to retain the trust of customers like myself.
I await your response and action regarding this issue. I trust that you will investigate the matter thoroughly and take appropriate steps to address Mr. Amit's behaviour. Your response will greatly influence my perception of Policy Bazar as a customer-centric company.
