I am not interested to take any type of call from policybazaar.com.This site call me again and again.I just called one executive one year ago and told to them.But they called me this year for renewal of car policy again.It make me disturbed.Consider my privacy.I am not interested to bussiness with you.I have another way to buy policy.NEVER disturb me again.

I have taken a policy from Policy bazar and raised a claim however its been more than 2 months still i have no update or assistance from them....

Very unprofessional executives even during the sales call. Didn't go with their service because of this....

We are taking CAR Insurance policy from Policy bazar on regular basis for convenient, So our previous policy ( Cholamandalm) got expired and we renewed again with other in company ( ORiantal Insurence ) from Policy bazar only, at the time they have filled wrong details which we have noticed post issuance of the policy. I have bought the premium car Oriental insurance from PB and filed my first claim in Jul. It was a hassle to provide lot of documents in the beginning to file a claim. It took me more than a week to file one. In spite of all correct documents, videos and pictures, I haven't received my reimbursement for the approved amount for more than 2 months.

I kept getting tossed around and passed. The customer support started ghosting me. The money is stuck for my insurance application and after making 10 requests of policy application cancellation because of terrible customer support....

Let this be on record that Policy Bazaar has horrible claim handling process.

Just a warning to everyone. Don't buys your policy from Policy Bazaar. They are fraudulent agents and Will manipulate you taking the policy with multiple hidden clauses. They will just make you pay you the amount and then will never respond. I got cheated of 58k by policy bazaar.

I repeatedly got mails with timelines but still no success. Which directly impacts my claim.
