I sent email to policy Bazaar customer care to cancel the insurance policy of my car with Policy Number AU[protected] Reference ID:[protected] on dec 05 2022 because I sold the car for my personal reasons and requested for refund for the remaining period. I have still not received any refund for above mentioned policy no -[protected] which was already cancelled 5 months before.

I have sent the several email to policy bazar and Bajaj Allian for the same but there is not any positive response for the refund.

I have renewed health insurance for 2 years for 18 months with no cost emi and their agent Mrs. Kajal Anthwal has told that it takes 24hrs to convert into no-cost emi.
