I have bought the premium car Oriental insurance from PB and filed my first claim in Jul. It was a hassle to provide lot of documents in the beginning to file a claim. It took me more than a week to file one. In spite of all correct documents, videos and pictures, I haven't received my reimbursement for the approved amount for more than 2 months.
I have escalated to Customer service, their supervisors and head of customer service. No action has been taken and when I call, I receive a catered response that it has been approved and please allow us some time.
They provide fake promises on the website that they will get the amount reimbursed within 10 business days. Don't fall for it.
PB is no different than any other sales agents, selling BS.
Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Their customer support team is of no use.
They are just forwarding it to sales team and not giving any resolution.
