    On 2-Nov-2014, I purchased 'Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime' Mobile from Poorvika Mobiles, here in chennai (Tirumangalam Branch). On the same day evening itself, the mobile was getting restarted on its own. But ultimately, when for the final time it restarted, the Samsung logo appears and after that the mobile is not getting switched on. That is, the mobile is getting hanged up at the Start-up logo itself. Since the issue occurred on the very same day of my purchase, I immediately took the entire kit to the Poorvika Mobile branch, from where the mobile was purchsaed. The authorities there redirected me to Samsung Service Center itself, stating that only samsung would have to deal with it. Since it was a sunday the Samsung Service Center was closed in the evening. The next day (3-Nov-14), I visited the Anna Nagar Samsung Service center (Chennai), and the Service engineer said he wants to troubleshoot first. Firstly, they tried updating the Software as they suspected that the Mobile-Hang might be because of a software issue. Even after trying this, it did not do any good and the mobile was still getting log-hanged at Booting up. Secondly, they opened the Mobile case (imagine it was a mobile which I have used barely for nearly 2 hours) and tried troubleshooting if it could be any issue with the Hardware. Even that did not do any good. No customer would accept opening up a newly purchased mobile case, but since I had a very good reputation with Samsung for the past 7 years, I obliged with it. Then lastly, they said they would want to serice the mobile as that is the only option. I debated that my concern is simple and straight. Only yesterday(that was on sunday) that I had purhcased the mobile, and on the same day itself I took over the phone to Poorvika. But since they redirected me to Samsung, I have brought the mobile directly to samsung (on Monday). And now after troubleshooting on a new Device with some playarounds, they want to service it. I have not even used the device for nearly 2 hours, and how could they end up with Servicing as an option. I just want a replacement of the product, with a new piece of the same model. After much convincing, the executives prepared something called as a 'JobSheet' and requested me to hand over the Mobile to them. I handed over the entire kit (along with the pack consisting Headset, Charger etc). I was informed by them that, within 24 hours (that is within today: 4-Nov-2014/Tuesday) I'd be contacted by Samsung . Only after this they would approve the Replacement option. Now my concerns and setbacks so far: *A highly built, established and pro-longed relationship with Samsung has been disrupted. *I've been made to visit the Poorvika and Samsung Showrooms for more than 4 times (with still not a clue on the status). *Never ever, would I recommend both of these Poorvika/Samsung to any of my network. *Business, Personal and Advisory calls missed for more than two days (Since I had my Sim Card reduced to a Micro Sim, to fit in my new phone, I couldnt use it in my spare device as well). *The end of promised day- and still not a callback, update /resolution...and also the Replacement is still not approved. I myself am working in I.T Industry and I purely understand the stake at which we're put, to answer a highly disrupted Customer. But then, what I've experienced for the Past two days is unacceptable, and unbearable. Am not able to respond to my peer/client's query on why am not being reachable at my Mobile number!! Put yourself in the suggestion, and with no Business-Loopholes/politics, analyse&Understand my agony!! Yours highly dissatisfied, Amanullah Khan

      Hi, I purchased Sony xperia z3 on 11-Oct 2014 in Poorvika with down payment of 5000/- . Within two days I had problem with the mobile and rushed to poorvika where I bought my mobile and they said it has to go to Sony centre for replacement and following up for nearly six days they returned the same mobile saying that problem is reticifed and replacement will not happen . So trusting their words brought the mobile home and the next day the mobile was dead, it was not turning on, again took it to poorvika and they promised new box replacement will be given, so submitted the entire box and mobile . Now they are giving lame reasons and stating the only the set will be replaced and have to wait for it . I don't trust these guys anymore . Poorvika is just passing the buck, no one is taking the responsibility, I'm running after this mobile for past 20 days and no proper anser or refund or replacement . These guys are fraud . They say that a new mobile will be replaced but not a box piece and they have their gudown in chengalpet and they will go and bring the mobile and my question is when sony agreed for replacement, Y they have to replace only the mobile and that too from their goodown, Sony will replace a new box peice and these guys are asking me to take the smuggled goods wat they have, its unfair .

I hadpurchassed an new mobile micromax mobile canvas a177 on poorvika Karur branch showroom...diwali offer in that mobile price rs.9999 with free 4 camara mobile...but really cheating my mistake why I got Mobile in poorvika...trully I am not knowing that real price but after I was check on the internet micromax Mobile price Rs.4788 and 4 camara mobile price Rs.5000/1250...this price also charged in totally Rs.9999...I am asking 1 question why charged in 4 camera mobile?

          I kindly draw your attention on the grievances of my experience with m/s. Pmw care (Authorised micromax service centre) On 29.05.2014, i purchased micromax mad a94 model purchased in m/s. Poorvika mobiles, arcot road, kodambakkam, chennai. First complaint in the month of june display of the mobile was not working and then it was serviced by micromax service centre. Econdly on 10th of september 2014, front & back camera, touch screen are not functioning. The same day 10.09.2014, mobile given to pmw care (+[protected]Authorised micromax service centre), chennai. They assured me service time for 15days, Now almost 30 days left, still they have not responding properly.             I purchased a HTC mobile phone on Poorvika Annanagar Shanthi Colony Branch worth 40, 000 in 10 days i had issues in display and given them for service. Its been 45 days till now there is absolutely no response from their side about the exact status of service or about the phone location. I had a doubt whether the phone was missing and approached HTC directly (Phone Zone - T.Nagar) and with their help I came to know that my phone was in Bangalore and they said they will charge me Rs. 9, 500 while Poorvika demanded Rs.16, 000. We requested the Customer support executive to cancel the service and bring back the phone to chennai office. They were so helpful and also intimated us that on receipt of the phone. Its been two days the phone is lying in Phone Zone the Poorvika has still not taken any initiative to get the phone. Till today they are saying, it will take further 15 days to deliver the instrument. We have made 100's of calls enquiring about the phone till today and they are so irresponsible in responding. Person from Poorvika named Mr. Srinivasan (Ph.No.[protected]) abused me during the inquiry and used vulgar language for contacting him and disconnected the call before we could ask him further. We have purchased 3 HTC phones, 1 Sony, and 1 micro max tab. We faced similar issues in all the pieces. There is something seriously wrong with Poorvika. Dear all, please be careful while going to poorvika.

            Atlast, we happen to meet the Centre manager of the showroom and after discussion got back my phone though the display was not rectified im happy to receive my phone.
            HELLO IM PETRINA I HAVE BOUGHT A MOBLE MICROMAX A290 ...14800 FROM POORVIKA SHOWROOM..KODAMBAKKAM CHENNAI ON 29TH AUG 2014...FRM D SALE PERSON VIVEK RAJA...NOT EVEN 10DAYS MOBILE S NOT CHARGING...BATTERY S NOT GOOD ..WENT TO THE SHOWROM THEY SAID THEY GET ME A NEW PIECE ..BUT THE SAME WAS GIVEN ...NOW TWO WEEKS BACK...SAME PROBLEM... NOT EVEN A MONTH I HAVE USED IT...CALLING D PEOPLE (CS) ...FOR D ISSUES NO PROPER RESPONSES S TAKEN...I HAVE GIVEN G TCH(MR BABU[protected]) IN PONDICHERRY HERE PEOPLE SAY TAKE 45DAYS TO GIVE THE MOBILE IS TOO BAD...POORVIKA MOBILES ARE VERY BAD IN SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY OFF MOBILS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMERS...NEED ACTION TO BE TAKEN
            i gave my new HTC 826 desire for screen replacement as it was damaged. Also i was protected under Poorvika theft and damage protection so i was asked to give the mobile to the poorvika representative. The phone was shipped later to Poorvika Head Quarters, Chennai. From there, it went to HTC service centre, Bangalore. For this, i was asked to pay rs.1500 and so i did the payment on[protected]. I was informed that i ll get the phone within 10 -15 days. But again on[protected], I was updated that i have to wait another 10 days till[protected]. As told, i called them on[protected] and i was informed that they are doing some kind of testing and also their Customer support head was in leave. So, they will update once they are done with the testing. Everytime, i call poorvika, they give me lame excuse and losing hope day by day that they will further delay. Poorvika is not providing me a proper reason and also correct date when they will give phone back.
            The last update from Poorvika was that i ll get the HTC 826 phone on[protected] from HTC service center, bangalore. This has been confirmed by HTC in their jobsheet. I have to wait another 10 days and im not sure they are telling the truth.

              Hi, I ever seen worst services like poorvika. Two weeks back I have purchased sony z1 mobile from poorvika purasaiwakkam branch. That time they said, they giving me a boom headset with the phone. But still I didn't get that and also no proper response from the executives.                 I HV bought canvas HD plus a190 model on 27/07/14. Actual cost of the model was 12000 but tenkasi showroom officials sold the mob for rs.14200 to me. I made complaint to cust care and they returned rs.2100 instead of rs.2200. Gift offered to my model is travel bag. But the same is not delivered till date. All officials including customer care were cheating general public. We were attracted by offering gifts and discounts through media but those were fake.

                In my earlier purchase also they cheated the gift. But after complaint the same got delivered.

                Pls offer suitable punishment to the company.

                  If the service center people told you that the mobile cannot be repaired then it seems you need to replace it with the new one. I think you need to inform the Poorvika Mobile Store about the conversation between you & the service center people. I'm sure that Poorvika Mobile Store will take immediate action once you let them know about the issue with the phone.

                    It seems there must be some misunderstanding. Actually, I too bought Samsung Galaxy Grand recently from Poorvika Mobile showroom. After few days, mobile speaker was not working so I went there and told them the problem. They checked the phone, the bill and told me to submit it. They also assured me if the problem doesn't get resolved they will replace it. After 2 days I got the mobile back and the speaker problem was solved. During all this process I felt their staff was polite and humble with me. I have referred poorvika to many of my friends and they too are happy with their service.

                      Recently I purchased HTC 600 Dual sim from poorvika kodambakkam branch. When I was purchasing the mobile I asked zero percentage EMI for the bill amount then only I will purchase the mobile like that I told. First I used HDFC card. But manager (alex & bharath) told me that we can not convert zero percentage EMI for 18 months on HDFC card so please bring me SBI card then we will convert the amount to zero percentage EMI for 18 months like that they told. So the branch manager(bharath and alex) confirmed me you will get zero percentage EMI for 18 months. Then they told that your interest amount will reversed to your card on 3rd card statement. But still now that interest amount is not reversed. When I approach the branch manager(bharath and alex), they told me that we did not tell like that. Why I have to go for 18 months with 15 percent interest? They confirmed me for zero percentage interest then only I go for 18 months. This is pakka cheating. What a cheating fellow! So the main intention is selling the mobile to customer with cheating heart. Beware people. Dont go to poorvika mobile. They are cheating in mobile accessories also. Be carefull.

                        I purchased micro max mobile on poorvika shop (chengalpet). It cost 7500, after billing I given my card to swipe, they asked my id proof, as I didn't brought any id proof, I asked them why u need id proof its an debit card and its secured with pin number, all the staffs started arguing that its an company procedure, I told them just now I shopped near they didn't ask any and previously (week before) I purchased mobile in another poorvika branch (kandanchavadi) they also swiped my card without an issue. Now that manager started me arguing that branch person may be a fool to give like that, this makes me crazy as they all grouped in one name, but having different rules, I argued for 30 mins and that manager said if want to buy u buy or else you may see another shop, this is the response they giving to the customers. Another one is they given me one year insurance worth 450 rs and the same insurance in another branch is 1000 rs. Just they all cheating as on showing some ads with some cine stars. This is the worst experience and makes me to never purchase any thing from Poorvika.

                        Dear Mohan I have also purchase mobile phone from same branch last week, while billing I give them my debit card they ask me for my I'd proof I feel little awkward and ask them why you guys need my I'd card as far as I know there is no need of showing I'd proof with debit card, but they explain me hole process very politely they said sir this is company's new rule we can't do any thing about it they told us to ask for I'd proof with debit card to avoid unnecessary trouble. I understand their situation and give them my I'd proof they completed my billing process. In my opinion they are right while asking for I'd proof they are minimizing the risk of misusing of our debit card.
                        Dear Kamalinee, yes your point is correct on risk of misusing, but for debit card we have PIN NUMBER and we don't share our PIN to anyone right, then why they have this like rules and make their customer into a trouble and how they think that customer always carry some id with them, that particular day I feel very bad because they didn't say anything politely, just they started arguing and sorry mr/ms I am not satisfied with their services (not only for this rules, for their bad approach on customers) this is my personal opinion.

                          I bought a Karbonn Titanium S1 mobile on 5-Jan-2014 from Poorvika Mobiles at Annanagar west, chennai bearing the following details IMEI - [protected] / 0386 Bill No - 016877 Battery No - 1007474 From the date of purchase the mobile did not receive network signal continuously. First checked with the network provider on the quality of network and ensured that the same is resolved. Even after that the issue did not get resolved. So went to PMW cares at T Nagar Chennai, which is the authorized service centre for Poorvika Mobiles on 21-Apr-2014 - Got the set back on 26-Apr-2014 with same problem and along with that call getting initiated even when the phone is kept idle. So gave the mobile on 2-May-2014 and got back on 10-May-2014 again with NO Success. Finally gave the mobile to same PMW cares on 13-May-2014 asking for replacement and the service staff told that the replacement would be given in 15 days. But even after a month now still neither the mobile or replacement has been given.

                            I give my sony mobile for service. Only lock button not working. He told it wil cost about 350rs. Ok nu i got bill and i reached home. After that he called and told one think was broken. So i have to pay now 1500rs. I told i dnt want service. Return my mobile as it is. I went again poorvika mobiles there he told that now touch is not working i[censored] pay rs 1500 i wil give ur mobile he told. When i give my mobile its new one no problem in my mobile. Now touch is not working. He told its already broken inside when he opens it falls down he told. I told i dnt know i want my mobile as i gave. He is not accept his fault. He totally blame me i dnt n what to do. I have full proof. Please take action for this cheating behaviours i n like this famous poorvika showroom. Iam a dr. For me they are behaving like this. Illeterate people wat they wil do? Worst.

                              I bought Micromax Bolt A47 model on May2, 2014. On 7th may 2014, my headset got damaged ie., the cover which covers the mike area was broken... I went to poorvika, adyar on 12th may 2014. There they said that this is only mobiles selling shop & we deal with only mobiles here. so they said me to go to poorvika, vijayanagar, velachery. Today (14.05.2014) when i went to poorvika, vijaynagar, velachery they said that they'll not exchange my headset, 'coz its only a physical damage... If this is the case, my question is are they selling all the accessories with a low quality or are they cheating???????? then why should they say that all the accessories've 6 months warranty???????????? I need a solution for this...

                                3 weeks back i visited poorvika store at anna nagar and experienced a very helpful and kind atmosphere there. my budget to buy a mobile phone was 16, 000. i thought i would not get a self satisfying smart phone in this range but thanks to salesperson of Poorvika. he helped me out to choose the best product in my budget at a very reasonable price. I took Moto G and he also offered a bluetooth device along with it at just 1000. which was a real sound deal for me. I'm completely satisfied with the service of Poorvika.

                                  If your phone is broken & you've gone to Karbonn Customer Service Center & they didn't repaired your phone & given you back then you should not put the blame on Poorvika. Speaking from my personal experience, poorvika mobile store is one of the best store & their sales team is pretty good. They helped me in my queries regarding phone & they were very helpful.

                                    Mentioned below the details of myaccount Customer name: m. reka Customer id: 74984004 A/c no: [protected] Issue: money debited twice at the merchant site (poorvika mobiles, adyar, chennai) on 18th march, 2014. I have purchased a mobile on 18th of march, 2014 at 13:16hr. actual cost of the mobile is inr. 12, 000 but they have swiped the card twice (unintentionally) which resulted two debits from my account for inr.[protected] x 2). When i contacted the merchant, they said to check with idbi bank for the refund of 12000, inspite of the fact that the money credited to their account. I have been put on a harder side because of this. i have been wandering between the merchant and the idbi bank for the refund. please do the needful for the refund of inr. 12000.

                                    Poorvika mobiles has completed their enquiry and stated that only one transaction is successful out of two transactions (12000 X2). Attached the copy of mail they sent to me.

                                    Now the ball is in IDBI side. They have to verify and revert back my unsuccessful transaction amount INR. 12000. When contacted the bank they said it will take around 30 days to revert back the amount.

                                    I would like to appreciate/thank Mr. Sathyaraj (Accounts, Poorvika Mobiles) for his speedy response. He has completed the verification with his banker within 5 hours.

                                    Please follow up with IDBI bank for the needed.

                                      I had touch issues with my phone (Micromax canvas 2 a110) and got service at poorvika mobiles and service outlet at kelambakkam, chennai. the service center guy said that they have replaced my faulty touch with original touch which they got from genuine micromax shop and gave me a bill of Rs.1800. Since i was busy, i didnt test the mobile then and there and collected the mobile and tested it from office following issues were found 1)proximity sensors are not working 2)screen is now projected outwards 3)when pressed on lock button it takes 4 sec for the screen to appear. 4)when pressed on m in keyboard it takes as n, when pressed on space, it takes as home button when i registered this issues with service center guy he refused and said its because of my mental state thats colliding with my old feel and new touch feel (like he is an expert psychiatrist) . when i argued with him he insisted me to buy a branded screenguard for my phone. i spent another 350rs for good screen guard and still the same issues.                                         I baught a new micromax mobile a 27 on 22/8/13. invoice number 007109. at the 6th day was mobile was auto on off problem. i told to the manager i need mobile replacement. but he was compromise to servece that mobile i accepted. the next 20 days same problem started again. that time also i need replacement that time also they take to service center and gave my mobile with same condition. again and again auto on off problem was came. they no response to me. i have so mentally tensioned about my mobile. i need new another number. so i emerged to goto the consumer court. bcoz i need justice.
