Below is the mail i wrote to service center : = I purchased the karbonn a6 mobile on 06-jun-2013 from poorvika selaiyur. within 15 days my speaker not working. i visited pmw (poorvika service center in tnagar). first time speaker was changed. after service it was working. once again, after a month touch was not working. reported the problem to service team. service team took around 3 weeks to replace the touch. on collecting the instrument and identified mic was not working. so once again i went to service and got it rectified on the next day (for this job sheet was not created since it is an fault in the prior service). after a month once again mic was not working. i met the pmw service manager (in tnagar named pandiyan) and informed about the problem. he rectified it within couple of hrs and i collected the handset on the same day. now once again the problem got creeped. below are the current ongoing issues : 1. other person not able to hear my voice clearly (which service team verified and confirmed), 2. after two or 3 days one of network signal is not available, to solve temp, i need to restart.. 3. when i talk for 15-20 mins continuously, the touch is flickkering. it keeps on running automatically. for that i need to lock and unlock. 4. i'm not able to pick the call if i am not taking it in couple of rings. it is getting hanged. Every month i am facing the problem one or another. it keeps on coming. i need a permanent solution. i purchased this mobile on 06-jun-2013.in that around 1 month it was in service center for repair. so for almost 3 months i used, 5 times i reported a problem which is a worst case. also i spent around 1000 rupees for the transportation between home and service center, phone calls, etc.. moreover i was mentally stressed. I need an immediate action on this matter. Note : attached the pmw job sheet. on top of it, contains the previous job sheet id. = After one week of followup regarding the issue i got the below mail = Dear sir, Today we have dispatched the unit, pl contact & collect from svc N. murugan = Once again i responded to him couple of mails asking about the problem and the fix made. Dear murugan/team, Good day. what is the problem and what fix was done?. can you please give me the assurance that i'll not be facing the problem again (i. e. for atleast a min of 6 months). hope you were aware that i spent a lot on the monetary perspective and had lot of mental stress because of this. so please provide me the assurance. Dear murugan / pmw cares team, Good day. it is really pathetic that still i haven't received any information. 3 days before i was said that instrument is ready. when i asked for the explanation about the problem and fix, till now no one responded. it clearly shows that you haven't looked into the said problems. just name sake you had the instrument for more than a week and returning back to customer without doing anything. i presume the same was happened the last 4 times. If you are not interested for letting me know the problem and fix, please let me know so that i'll proceed on next steps instead of wasting the time in getting information from you. it is really a very very worst experience with karbonn services. = Till now no response...

    hi i m abi from kanchipuram. i buyed one new nokia mobile . they said value for mobile for is very high wen compared from other service cell shop. when i asked y . they response very badly i heted and came and took decision never buy mobile from that shop . dnt go folks .never ever buy a mobile from that shop. the person who attented me was sathish . working near market shop in poorvika mobile shop. if any body need more info about that cheating shop call me .     Hi Absjain90,

    I also bought mobile from there only but you can say I'm fortunate enough that it is was my first handset & my friend took me to Poorvika where I not only buy 1 but 2 handset. One for me & the other for my brother. I really like their sales person who guided us throughout till we buy the cell phones. They provided us with various handsets & as per our budget told us to buy LG L70 which was recently launched in india. I can assure you that if you can report them back about the incident they manager will surely take some action.

      Hi, Your service is very poor and your making the customer feel worse and bad. The committment which you make does not maintaining it. You say that we are following up with the compliant only when customer calls up your responding back until and other wise there is no use that once you sold and if we find any defect in the product within month you make the customer to suffer the maximum extent and you should be in our shoes and enjoy the pain. The biggest mistake i ever made his purchased the mobile in Poorvika and i will say to my friends and relatives not to buy any product from Poorvika they are cheating customers and enjoying our money. Please find the details below: - Model – Micromax A65 S.No. Subject Date Value Remarks 1 Purchased on 5-Jul-13 5250 Changed 3 handsets within purchase period 2 Handset given for repair on 18-Aug-13 Still under processing, the Purchase store is at M R Nagar and checked with Head Office they give some other commitment I raised concern on that day the customer service agent called me and they said they will look into the issue. Then they wanted to comprise of offering another model. The model which i purchased was Rs.5250 and the model they suggested is Rs.4000, when i asked for compensate they said that they can do maximum is to extended the warranty for 1 year period. So, the loss is 1250 for me and its a profit to your team and your enjoying the hard earned money by us. To get the approval of the model they called me daily once got now they did not say what is the status. Its really idiotic one to image by buying the mobile in Poorvika is the worst i have ever experienced. If i am not getting the mobile as they said its 25-Sep-13 i am going to file it in consumer court

      Hi Ganesh,

      It seems there is some misunderstanding from your end. Actually, I too bought one of my mobile recently from the same poorvika store & to my surprise I found the staff very friendly & helpful. Within two days only, my cell phone got damaged & I visited the store again for replacement. The customer care people told me that I'll be receiving the cell phone within 2 days. And, yes, I did got the cell phone back in my hand within 48hrs. So far, i can say, my experience with Poorvika is very fruitful & nice.

      I may think that you should atleast visit the store one more time just to see how the staff is now co-operating.

        I have purchased lava Iris 401e from Poorvika Mobile Showroom - Hope College on 5th , It worked for 3 days and after thet TP is not worked, They asked to go to the Lava service center at GP, Gandhipuram, we have went there on 8th day they told that if we have came before a day that is with in 7 days from the Puchase day then we may get Replacement, But in Poorvika they have not informed this I have bought it for 4700, but it was till in service station for 15 days...Poor Customer Support.......

        Hi Chithra Velavan,

        I do understand your concern, It seems you ran out of luck. Even, I also went to poorvika mobile & bought one low cost samsung mobile which was fell down & I visited their store. They treated me respectfully & also took my mobile for repairing. After two days they called me & told that we've to go to the service center & they even provided me with the service center available in cities.

        I didn't felt anything which could led to me to hate them. Yes, the samsung service center people were little lazy & it almost took me 1 month for my cell to get back.

          On 10th may 2013 i've brought one new mobile in poorvika (karbon A2+) and itays they said it workin price RS 5400. Last i have a problem in my new mobile that is charging point is not working. I show this issue to Poorvika , and they ask me go to karbonn show room in villupuram. They are asking 250 rupees for servicing the charger point issue.

          Purchase date: 10/5/2013

          Issue Date: 10/8/2013.

          Dont waste your money in poorvika.

          Hi Preedar,

          If you buy any mobile from any store & if in case that cell phone gets damaged or something then you've to go to the service center. Your phone won't get repaired in the store. It is the duty of the cell phone owner to open as much service center as possible to help people. And, apart from big brand mobile company you won't be getting or can see any service center of new mobile company. And, for any other repairing you've to pay more to get your issue solved. Nothing is free in this world. Here I can't see anything wrong done by Poorvika.

            [protected], morning 10 a.m i went to Poorvika show room in T nagar, Ranganathan street, When i entered no customers at that time, i entered alone with my friend. All sales man and supervisors were chatting and none of them turned to me, i asked about mobile prices, they replied everything is kept in display for demo with price you check that and come like that. then i alone go through all the models with my friend, till that time all male supervisors were chatting nicely with the sale girls. i selected one mobile which cost around 7600 rupees. i asked is there any discount for aadi month, for that one male supervisor replied, " no offer for nokia mobiles, we dont compel you to buy, if you don't want just leave the place" he replied in very bad voice. I dint ask anything wrong, they kept a big poster shows aadi discount sale... that's why i asked, and why the peoples reply badly like this... I think i have disturbed the nice talk between the sales girl and the supervisor... i don't know whether that man is really supervisor or not. that girl gave so much respect to that man. The concerned peoples should take necessary action should be taken in this issue... otherwise i will file complaint in the consumer court....

            It seems there is some misunderstanding. Also, I'm extremely sorry on behalf of the company for the inconvenience caused to you. Actually, I also happen to visit the Poorvika showroom in T Nagar, Ranganathan street & but I saw was totally opposite. All the sales person were very cordial & extremely helpful to select the best mobile at my own budget. Infact, all the sales person were standing at their respective places & were helping other customers who are coming. Also, I asked them about the discount on mobile & they gave me all the details regarding on which cell phone the discount is available & vice versa.

            I think you should visit one more time to the store & see now.

              I have find price from poorvia web site it is Rs 1600/- celkon website it is 1699/-

              After that i have asked poorvika Nanganallur show room about their fake price on 21 Jun 2013 but they are not responding, attending me , they are busy with new customers

              I Had bought Micro Max A72 with POORVIKA, MADURAI for the price of 7600, they have offered a gift of power bank for this price. When i checked the market price, i found that it is around 5900 only. I really upset seeing the price level in the online stores. More over I had bought scratch card for Rs. 400 from them, brainlessly. They tempt & fooled me cleverly. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CHECK THE PRICE WITH VARIOUS SHOPS & ONLINE STORES BEFORE BUYING WITH ANY OF THESE GREAT PEOPLE.

                The commitment kept by one of the Poorvika shops at 100 Feet road is absolutely ridiculous and can be near to cheating.

                Incidents:

                1. We went to a purchase a mobile Samsung Quattro and they committed to provide us with a original flip cover of samsung. Once the billing was done, the shop manager just came and put some cheap quality cover and said this is what we can provide. On enquiring with him, he openly said this is what we normally do and you can go about doing anythng you like. The paper ads which they give also dont seem valid. Those bluetooth sets are also not original. I understand that being straight forward and believing that people would keep their word does not work.

                2. One of the customers during the time we were in the shop purchased Sony Xperia and was given a Sony head phone free. The enclosure box was of Sony and the headphone also resembled Sony's. But to my surprise, the customer came rushing back within 20 mins saying this is not Sony branded headphone. No one in the shop bothered to address him and were just redirecting him to others in the shop. At the end, he got upset, shouted and went away from the shop.

                I am not sure if all the poorvika shops are doing their business this way, but the shop and people at 100 FT are doing it this way. I just hope that people either avoid going to that shop or please ensure that they verify everything. ( why take risk once you know you are not going to get branded items at all). The shop managers name is Thirumurthi, who says openly that this is the way things happen.

                Well its for my friends to decide wheather they would want these kind of people to keep cheating us like this.

                Wavetel — Cheating people by giving wrong ads

                The Wavetel (the mobile specialist), today in the newspaper they circulated paper templates stating buy one get free for smasung low end mobiles. But when we go to the shop they said a 1500/- mobile worth rupees (as on mrp) as 3000/- and said this was the offer. When i questioned the manager about wat was given in the ad, he said he will give 200/- discount if i get 2 mobiles for 3000/- and he said that is what they mean buy one get one.. real crap this.. also all the adds they gave seems not geniune to me. they are real big cheaters..
                Today I saw in the website they have given the AD like for every Walkman series mobiles will given speaker free, and also the SONYERICSSON W705 is costing around 12690+VAT for this they given that they will be giving Rs.3000 worth HOME THEATRE FREE, When I went to Adambakkam shop and asked for it, they are telling that the SONYERICSSON W705 which is coming with the speakers is only available in the shop and it is costing around Rs.15000 /- and told that there is no free gift for that pack. These peoples are giving the FAKE advertisements in the Website people like me might belive these words and go to their shops for purchasing the items we are getting these types of answers only. We should keep these kinds of peoples out of selling these types of product with their fake Advertisements.

                I bought an samsung s3 from poorvika it is not working..........don't buy anything from poorvika..

                i purchased the mobile from proovika sony s27i 18000/- now mobile not working as properly i got so much problem if i asked to sony service center. They told it s manufacture defect what i do..
                also i met poorvika shop they told go and meet sony service center... lot of time i spend for this please help me... please take action on poorvika.

                  This Poorvika showroom which is in Hosur opp to hosur bustand is full of cheaters.
                  I bought one Celkon mobile on 8th Jun13.Actually i was there to buy one duel SIM querty keypad mobile for my official usage.Since the querty keypad stock was not available.They convinienced me to buy one duel sim touch screen without any DEMO.I bought it and since it is a low cost mobile i did not concentrate on it much after 2 days when i tried to insert 2nd SIM it is not accepting as the 2nd slot is for Micro SIM.That time (11.06.13) itself i called and informed they told me to come to shop.Since i am working in Bangalore yesterday(11.06.13) evening i reached that shop Which is located Opposite to the Hosur Bustand and near to "The Mobile Store".When i explained that to sales staffs they are pointing that it is a customer mistake.Whenever any customer come to their shop that customer has to mention all their requirement from Normal SIM or Micro SIM, to material specification and size,etc.Is it a way any staff reply to the customer??? Then i lost trust on them and called to this no:[protected]. then One lady has picked she was replying to me like "You asked for Duel SIM you have got the same then what is your problem? you are supposed to mention that sim requirement also( i believe i'm in india.till now i did not see any service provider is advertising micro sim.Then i surprised from Top to Bottom how this full organisation is cheating this customers.My big mistake is i was associated with them since i joint in TVS Motor company(2009).Hosur.Now some how i earnd a big friend circle here and i am supposed to give some cautions to them about Poorvika.                   Manu, if you check other complaints of Poorvika here posted by complainant, you can see that most of them got resolved by Poorvika with immediate effect. I think you just have to visit Poorvika Store & speak out your issue which I'm pretty much sure they'll definitely going to solve without any further issue.

                    I bought a Karbonn A9 from poorvika mobiles in chennai on September 2012. My mobile stopped working on Apr 2013. I gave to repair in one authorised service center Mobile India, T Nagar on April 8 2013. I was told that i will be getting my mobile in 15 days and till now i havent received my mobile. I have been calling the service center[protected] daily and i get the same answer that they dont have the spare parts with them and it need to be purchased from china. They said it will take another 1 - 2 months to repair my mobiles. When i asked for spare mobile i was told that they dont provide spare mobile to customer. When i asked for their manager they gave me a number[protected] and said this is the chennai head office number. They say the samething that they dont have the spare parts with them and it need to be imported from china. I asked for manager in the head office and i was asked to call Murugan ( [protected] ) who was the service manager and he tells the sametime we dont have spare parts and i have wait. They dont give the exact time frame when i will be getting my mobile. I tried calling the tool free number printed in the warranty card it rings and no one answeres and if i tried calling againg the number will be busy, i tried several time same thing happens. Tried calling the coporate office number printed in the website number does not exist and tried sending emails mail does not get deliered getting failure notice. So informaitons updated in the website are fake. I went to poorvika mobile Adambakkam branch to enquire about this and they said they cant do anything they only sell the mobiles and for any issue customer has to check with the respective company and they cant help me. I asked for number where i speak to any managers in karbonn mobiles, they said karbonn doesnt have a customer service support and i cannot do any complaint. When i bought the mobile from them they said we will take of everything if you purchase a insurance from us and now they say it cover only theft and display issues. The service of both Karbonn and Poorvika are horrible. Please dont purchase Kabonn mobile and any mobile from poorvika who dont stand behind their customer.

                    Karbonn service is pathetic... I would not recommend anyone for this mobile.

                    I gave my S5 Titanium for service (touch not working) in their Service Center (Mobile India, in West CIT Nagar) - it is more than a month now. They are irresponsible. Noone picks up the phone & when you visit them personally they say it is sent to their HO and they do not know when it will come.

                    Like me there were over 20 people in the store shouting at them - these guys do not pick up the phone at all. While I was there, the phone was ringing and the store guys refuse to pick up the phone. They do not give any responsible answer. When I asked their HO number, they refuse to give, they even refuse to give details of the despatch to their HO.

                    Karbonn mobile is a waste of money - it did not even last 4 months for me. Their service center are a a cheat.

                      I have asked poorivka if they can give back rectified on the same day, Technician Name Mr. D. Tamil and others at the showroom assured to give on the same day evening (19/05/2013).

                      When I called at 7.00 pm on 19/05/2013, I have been informed by their technician Mr. D. Tamil that the problem is not fixed it will be ready by next day 20/05/2013.

                      On 20/05/2013 around 11.30 I received call from your above technical person saying it take 2 more days to fix the problem. I requested him to return same as it is so that I will go and fix the problem in any authorized Blackberry service outlets at chennai. He assured me to give on 21/05/2013 without fail.

                      As your aware that Blackberry is mainly used by Working professional for Email Communication and I have been registered with Factory Email ID so as to reply our company International customers immediately. I am pressurized and in mental agony with work load for not catching up email due to non-availability of the device which is under service in your esteemed concern.

                      On (21/05/2013) I was not answered to my call even after several attempts and I myself traced new Ambur Poorvika No and when I called I received a reply from other service person that Mr. Tamil has gone for meeting and I have not proper response. I asked them to give atleast a standby. No response.......

                      Today (22/05/2013) after my several attempts to calls, I got an info that my device is at Chennai Service Center and once they complete the trouble shoot they will send the device through courier. And even they added that it has been flash ( at time of handing over my device I particularly asked your technical person that should I take back up. He replied it is only charging connector problem no need of it). Now all communication datas are completely damaged. How I should retrieve them back ??????.

                      What sort of answer I should give to my international customer..... since I don't have standby device to reply them spontaneously....

                      What sort of Service Poorvika provide to customer where the showroom is newly opened at Ambur Town......

                      PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU DON'T HAVE PROPER TECHNICAL PERSON DO NOT OPT FOR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER

                      Also my device given is not for experiment at your service center I have given for only problem which needs to fixed....

                      Please do not under-estimate technicality of the product......

                      Give proper response to your valuable customer. Because if you people don't care of them, for sure your competitor will take care......

                      When can I get my device back??????????????????????

                        I have gone to poorvika showroom next to guduvanchery bustand to purcahse a nokia dual sim mobile, i asked for nokia basic dual sim, the sales guy showed the mobile and also showed the karbon and other nokia which i not asked, i have seen the models and finally choose for the nokia basic dual, i asked for the different colour ,the sales guy taken the nokia single sim mobile which was blue and told yes its available and finally i told to bill. reaching my home i seen the mobile which was single but my requrement is dual what he is dual but finally packed is single sim mobile .

                        i purchased it 1200rs ,the same time i returned to shop for return the mobile,but they wre closing the shop and to appear on 7th may i gone at 11 am around for exchange but the sales guy not accepting his and blaming and harrased me, and finally he told to check with manager and to come back on 8th ,so i reached finally they tend to change the mobile, i asked for the mobile price for 1300rs for nokia 101 they were not accepted or else i asked to repay my money they not even did that. and my money is till with them.

                        can any action to be taken to get my money back...

                        My experience with Poorvika Mobile was totally opposite of what you encounter. If you go to buy any mobile from any shop they won't show you only one but several other cell phones which they think might be better for you & which could be in your budget. So, if they were showing you some other cell phones then I think it is common in every other store.

                        And regarding to your harassment story, I'd prefer that you talk to the manager of that store. Because I never heard that any sales guy will harass any customer. I still go & purchase cell phone from poorvika mobile store & I recommend it to many of my friends & relatives.

                          My name is Vivek Malakar. I bought a Xolo A500 Cellphone on 25th Feb'13 from Poorvika Mobile Showroom, Vijaya Nagar, Velachery, Chennai. when I bought the Mobile I was told that there is a service center in T Nagar, Chennai for Xolo mobiles. I was told that Lava service center will service Xolo Cellphones as well. On 26th April My Xolo A500 Cellphone stopped working. So I went to T Nagar to fix the problem with the phone. When I reached T Nagar PWM CARES( The service Center) they said that they will not take care of the Mobile. I was asked to call Xolo Customer care. When I called them I came to know that there is no service center available in Chennai for Xolo Mobiles. I bought the mobile because I was told that servicing will be done in T Nagar, Chennai. Otherwise I would have gone for a Cellphone which can be serviced and repaired in Chennai. This is a cheating. And it is not acceptable. I gave my Cellphone to Poorvika Mobile Showroom for repairing, First they said that the issue will be taken care withing 4 days. On 4th day I went to Poorvika Showroom, they asked to call next day or they will call me. Next day I got a call from Poorvika Showroom saying that I have to call after seven days. They gave me false information while selling the mobile and now I am suffering due this. Now I demand a new Cellphone of the same price which can be repaired in Chennai and they have to pay me compensation. Hoping to get some help.

                          First of all I would like to say that dont buy mobiles where multi brands are being sold. (like- Poorvika, Univercel, Big C.. etc) they are all big cheats and don't know nothing about the Mobiles. They just hand over the mobiles coz they get commission for the piece they are selling. Just Go to particular brand if you are particular about brand first make it a point you search in google to know where the service centers are. (Particularly i select nokia, samsung) coz you can find the service center anywhere. Even I faced the same problem but it was with Big C. Then I told the shop either to replace mobile or face the consequences. I just handed over him a letter and told I will lodged a complaint in police that they are cheating people by selling pieces that are not working, and put it in paper and thirdly will distribute pamphlets near their shop. And the bold step i took was I already told to some of the customers they fooled me by giving a piece that does not work. And on that day most of the customers went back. And he asked us to come in the evening and gave me another new piece of same brand. which is now working proprly.

                          Just threaten him what you can do and things will work fine...

                            Bought a karbonn multiplex mobile in poorvika. It was wroking fine only for 2 months. Had a problem with sim slot. Took it for service to pmw cares in t. Nagar. Such a bad customer service there and when i called, they dint respond properly, got my mobile after a month. Within the next 2 months the touch has gone. It's been a month and i dint get any response from them. When i call they are not responding properly.

                              My name is mr. D. John, 76 years of age, a senior citizen. I purchased a micro max mobile phone, handset model – x 350, from m/s poorvika mobile pvt. Ltd, located at 525, t. H. Road, old washermenpet, chennai 600021, vide invoice no. 24704 dated 28th january 2013 costing rs.2250/- including vat. But within few days, to my disappointment, the hand set did not work. I took to the poorvika showroom and they did something and asked me to charge the battery for 8 hours and start to use. I charged the battery for 8 hours. It started to work. But the next day when i wanted to use the phone, i was shocked it was not working again. Again i took the handset to the poorvika showroom. This time the showroom people asked me to take the handset to the micro max service centre situated at t. Nagar which is about 20 kilometres from my house. I requested the showroom people to replace the hand set because it’s a new one and moreover i cannot travel all the way to t. Nagar just for repair. Though the showroom people were not courteous enough in the beginning they did something with the handset and asked me to again charge for 8 hours. I did the same. But again the next day the handset was down. With no other option, for a 76 years old person like me, i had to take the handset all the way to t. Nagar where the micro max service centre is located (Pmw care) at north usman road. Just imagine the tension and the mental stress that i had to go through. This was on february 11th. Refer job sheet id – 0213pmw3657.

                              Your service person checked the handset and said that the problem was with the battery and said there was no stock of battery and asked me to contact them after 10 days. Today i called them to check if the battery has come. To my surprise the battery stock has not yet come.

                              Now i would like you to take this as a serious matter and sort out this at the earliest. I request you deliver me a new handset to my house address immediately. I am a old person and i am not in a position to keep running behind your people. I look forward to your immediate response and quick action before i take further action.

                                I bought a s3 recently from poorvika.. Within 5 days, i found few defects in my phone. They asked me to go to samsung service center, which i did, only to realise that they are of no help. I again called poorvika and told them lik i dint get a proper response from them. So, they said give your mobile to us, we ll help u. From then till now, i dint get my mob back from them, no proper response, they don call n inform me what is happening. And finally they said they wont give me a new piece and they ll definitely give my phone back but till now they dint. I m fed up callin them n number of times. Its a mental torcher for me.

                                It seems the people who are not giving your mobile phone back is not Poorvika but Samsung service center. Like you said, you found some defects in your phone & Poorvika Customer Service told you to go to Samsung Service Center & there they took your mobile for repairing but not given back yet. It means you should complain to samsung & not to Poorvika people. I hope you understand the issue is not from poorvika but from samsung.

                                  I bought a Karbon mobile from Poorvika mobiles .The very next day it shows lot of problems. The same day i went there and asked about it . They are not answering . They say, If you want your mobile to get solved you directly go to karbon service center. Even they are not helping with this problem. They are dumping every problem to customer. At least they should speak on behalf o[censored]s. Giving value to their money . Not considering customer money is valuable. Treating very bad .They are shouting like anything in shop . I have a question . They are buying a stock of mobile from a manufacturer . Unfortunately they are finding some set of handsets not working . will they return or will they have it as it is.. And i fought with them they sent it for service .Later i got the mobile back , while getting if from shop i checked that it is not working. I faced the same issue for two other mobiles (my friend and one is mine). Here after dont go such irresponsible shop . See who is giving value for customers money. They made me frustrated..
                                  And dont buy such kind o[censored]seless mobile phones .Especially dont go mentioned shop.

                                  It is obvious that if you buy mobile from any shop or store & it is faulty then you have to go to the service center of that brand. I don't think you can drag a mobile shop brand here on complaint site when you should speak about the mobile brand who made such faulty phone. Infact, I had a very good experience with Poorvika Mobile Store. The service was quite pleasant and the product ranges are superb. One would love to visit the shop.

                                    This is regarding a complaint against Poorvika Mobiles located at DR Besant Road, Royapettah,

                                    Last month on 16th december 2012, I purchased a Samsung charger(Model No: ETAOU10EBE) for Rs.400. I was told by the sales person that it was the orginal product.
                                    Exactly a month and the charger stopped working. While checking thoroughly I learnt it was a fake charger with a cheap quality wire which split on both sides and it was very subtle. Upon returning to Poorvika for replacement, I was harassed by the sales men and was they refused to replace the charger. Rather they claim i have done a physical damage to a less than a month old charger. Poorvika Mobiles are ignoring the fact that there was a 6 months warranty on the product and they sold me a fake product. Sir, I request to kindly get me a justice on the same. They dont have the basic ethics to talk to a customer. Thank you.

                                    P.S; I have attached a Bill slip and and Product image.It is to be noted that their franchaise name is registered under "SRI SUDARSON MARKETING"

                                      We bought a mobile nokia 112 from poorvika shop avadi 60054, wide invoice number 22018 dated 21/11/2012. And i shifted to punjab. There the phone was not working properly due to software fault. The complaint was not attended in punjab due to non availability of bill. I came to chennai and went to poorvika shop for replacement/rectification of mobile as it was under warranty period. But their behaviour was not appreciable as they refused to attend my complain, followed by an argument they finally agreed to repair it. After 10 days they gave me back. But phone is still in the same condition with same faulty software. When i went to shop again they clearly refuse in a very bad and rude manner and asked me to go to nokia care centre its not our responsiblity. So these people are fooling the customare in the name of guarantee and warranty period and manager mr vinod was misbehaving. Pls look into my complain.

                                        Purchased a karbon tablet and an tata photon advantage usb, on 23rddec2012 with a promise that it would be activated immediately. Id proof and address proof were also submitted. Waited for 4 hours in vadapalni poorvika showroom but of no avail they told it will take 48 hours and if not activated by refund the cash. Till date ie, 30th dec2012 it is not activated and the reply from tata customer care is they have not received the documents. The usb has been returned and am yet to get my refund. Have all documents and verbal proof and am planning to go legal against them.
