As my mobile’s back Camera & Flash Light are not working, I called Poorvika customer care and they came and picked my mobile on 3rd Apr. then when I called and asked about the status they said, mobile is in “Chennai Phone Zone” and we’ll update the status. Till 11th Apr I am not even get any status. Whenever I called them, their only reply was we will call u and update the status. If I called in the morning, they said evening we’ll update. If I called in the evening, they said next day morning we’ll update. So I went directly to their office on 11th Apr and met Mr. Johny. He checked about the status and said my mobile is in Bangalore now and it’ll take minimum 10 days. I asked him to the send confirmation through mail or SMS, he said before evening I’ll get the mail. And he also given one mobile number and said that “this is my number if you want any updates call this number”. But I didn’t get the mail till 11th Apr 5:30 PM. And when I tried to call Mr. Johny’s number, that number is actually forwarding to the customer care number and I was not able to catch him. So again I went and met Mr. Johny, he said he already sent the mail and asked him to show me that sent item. Then I came to know that they not sent the mail to me. Mr. Johny lied about the mail and his contact number. Again he said before end of day i'll get the mail Till now I didn’t get any confirmation that where is my mobile and what is the status and when will I get that mobile. And the Poorvika Customer care guys and Johny are speaking very harshly if I ask about the confirmation.

    I had bought a celkon a35k mobile from the poorvika mobiles in the mar 22th 2015. We went to showroom to say the mobile was not working well. We went on good friday, and meet the sales executive her name poornima, she said, will check with manager and do the best. And we handover the mobiles with xerox bill. Next day, we got a call from the sales executive in poorvika. She said, there was no problem in the mobile. And she was saying, we can't replace the mobile., i asked her, what did you check? She said, please come to showroom we will explain it.in evening we went to showroom, she asked to wait to meet the manager. We were sitting for more than 15 minute. He (John) (Manager) is acting like busy. We thought of leaving the showroom. Then he came and enquiring with us. I said, we are facing problem with this mobile. He haven't checked anything on the mobile. But he was saying everything is fine. Again i repeated the question. What did you check?. I noticed him, he was checking the mobile only when we were in the showroom. He don't even know the basic manner's. He was shouting with us. And he was asking us to use the phone for another one week. If still you are facing the problem, then we will replace the mobile. I was asking him, have you checked the mobile. But he was asking us to check the mobile in front of all customer. We kept the mobile in the showroom and left from there. After coming home, we called customer support, but she said, we will call you in another 5 min her name stella. After 20 minute we received a cal from the customer support, and she was enquiring with us. And we were explaining, the whole problem. We haven't noticed, the same showroom manager in also in the call (Conference). He was silently listening the cal. The customer support executive asked us to share the mobile bill to the showroom. So that she will check with service center and get back to us. Without checking anything. How could the manager (John) said everything is working fine. The (John) manager doesn't even know the value of customer. How arrogant he was?.in front of all customer, he was arguing and shouting. Nowadays i was seeing very bad customer support and fake mobile selling in the showroom. They are selling fake mobiles Please don't buy any mobile from poorvika mobile.

    After a long chase i got the exact escalation matrix. And I spoke to her regarding the issue. She was responded in a proper manner. And she replaced the mobile as we like.

      I bought a micromax tab from poorvika porur branch on feb 3, 2015 within 10 days of buying I got problem with the display .I requested for a replacement which they never accepted.worst customer service..after 40 days of repairing they handed me the tablet with all new problems..which is urging me to file a case in consumer court

        Yesterday i made full payment for 5mobiles to gudiyattam poorvika outlet but only 4 mobiles the gave and mr perumal manager promised me the other1 mobile will be delivered within 1hr(ie: 4.30pm) but the failed to do soo. Later the rescheduled the delivery time to 7.30pm but the didnt, then again rescheduled the delivery time to 10pm but the didnt.Today morning only the called me to collect it. Am really frustrated bcoz the didnt deliver in time has promised when i made the payment.Yesterday was one of family member birthday, so i was suppossed to gift the mobile to them Hence i didnt receive the mobile in promised time am unable to gift it and am really upset of false promise made by the manager perumal .so i kindly requested him to refund the money but he responded in rude and irresponsive way.

          Dear Team, I dont know if this complaint is gonna bother you but makes me feel much better !. I advise the Chariman of poorvika to please have a look on the process and customer satisfaction seriously . Please close the showrooms where you dont have sufficient stocks and have a proper manager for handling escalations. Most importantly display his contact! else Mr. Chairman your business is under risk! I had happen to visit Poorvika mobiles, Valasaravakkam to purchase a new hand set, Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime on 23.03.2015. The sales representative ( Nadheem ) was so good in attending that the team had promised to get a new mobile within 15 mins. It was so unfortunate that your staffs dint upkeep the given commitment . They made us wait for 1 hr plus ( 7.30PM to 8.45 PM ) and kept on saying the handset is on the way. We have stepped out and said that the same will be purchased on 24.03.2015. I had called nadheem on 24.03.2015, 7.00 pm and confirmed my visit. The Sales guy showed his real mind of a typical cheap sales person who left the showroom after giving a confirmation to my call . I tried ringing him after reaching where there wad no response from him! We were attended by MR.Jeyakumar, training manager who again asked us to wait for another 30 mins since the stock was not available. Why was a false commitment given to me by your sales rep ? He also quoted that the handset ( white Color ) is was not available anywhere!. My question to him is, " How will he get the stock if i had waited for 30 mins ? " Do you think customers are fools to wait for hours to get a product? we had travelled all the way to your place crossing the traffic after office hours to buy a new promised handset ! how can you train you staffs to give a false promise to a customer ? First train the managers properly who doesnt know to speak to the customers! The Training Manager refused to give the customer complaint's higher official number as well since its a company's rule! iwas not in a position to escalate the same. Never expected such a kind of BLOODY RESPECT FOR A CUSTOMER AT POORVIKA ! Of all, adding to the fact nadheem promised to bill the handset for Rs.13000 !, where the initial price was told as 13800! . I enquired in T. Nagar poorvika ( next to saravana stores ) The rate was Rs.13600 ! how could a same product cost different at the different outlets of Poorvika? Am happy to say that the moment i stepped out for your outlet and had purchased the same model at SAMSUNG's Outlet at Porur for Rs.13500. All my mobile purchases were at poorvika but from now you had lost a customer. I understand poorvika is not going to affected by just a customer like me but remember this is the sign of dropping Mr. Chairman ! Thanks for taking time in reading my post.

              Sir/mam I bought celkon mobile in poorvika's erode outlet.I was facing problem by next few daus itself.I have insured the mobile.They provide some poor service called pickup service which made me nad.At first thay told me it will take ten days time then at the end of ninth day they told me it will take 5 more days.They gave me a spare mobile without charger.How can i manage.I am so much frustrated by them.I am feeling it is a fake mobile and the service also fake.I wil suggest anyone not to huy anythin from here.

                Dear Sir/Madam To the Concerned Authorities, I would like to address the Grievance regarding the Purchase of my NOKIO Mobile – 108 Model Issue Recap : My Intention of Purchasing was a Gift for my Aunt at Kerala, As I was planning to go to Kerala on 13th/March, I purchased this mobile near my office – Hopes Location – Coimbatore ; “Poorvika” on 5th March - 2015 As it was a gift, I didn't Opened the Box and I took it to Kerala, [ I can Produce Train Tickets ] . On 15th Sunday, My Aunt Opened the Phone box and made a first call . During the First call itself, we could make it that the particular speaker was not working, as we could not hear/speak, When we switched on the Speaker Mode, we could hear ? But in normal mode we could not hear . So I repacked and visited Coimbatore on 16th Evening and reached poorvika on 18th Wednesday and reported this Manufacturing defect . Service at Shop : Initially the service person discussed and asked me to sit, so they could give me an another phone . Later they went to the Manager and after that a Lady came and set, that the Bill is on 5th of March, so Two weeks, Generally it should be within a week . so I replied that I just used this phone on 15th ? Then she replied, then we can check when the IMEI number was activated, if it is within 7 days, we could replace . Agreeing this statement, I agreed to give the phone along with the scanned bill and left the show room . Next day, 19th Morning, I re-visited the show room again, I discussed with Mohan – Account manager of the showroom . He said, we also support customer and said . Billing is not an issue, if the Nokio agrees, we could replace, even we can provide duplicate bills with post dated, only issue is IMEI usage ? I replied, yesterday as your manager said, kindly check the IMEI no and check the usage . If it is with in less than 7 days, kindly replace. He said, That is what he also has communicated to the boy, who has taken it to the service centre and we will wait for the feed back . While leaving also, I informed if Nokio is declining, I would like to know the IMEI usage data in written form / Hard-copy report, so I could approach consumer court . In afternoon, they called me and said they they won’t replace it and they have serviced it . Area of Concern : 1. The Phone was given only to verify the IMEI usage and now they have serviced without my knowledge and reverting their own words that I provided for service ? 2. And they say, that it is a Software update for Speaker Issue ? 3. I called the customer care at [protected] – I addressed my Grievance, An Lady Executive said Initially within 4 days of purchase you have to revert ? you can find from the recording And in the midst of conversation, she said that when it is out of our sale, we are not responsible for replacement ? only service warranty applies . This is COMPLETE misguide of customer, where you could have verified my IMEI usage ? But u conflicted your own Inputs . You serviced saying it was a software update ? u said bill is not an issue, u can produce duplicate bills ? but now Everything they want, is to wash the hands saying that Poorvika is just a Point of sale, Even when a Product has manufacturing defects and went out from the point of purchase, we have to accept the defective product and get it serviced . I wanted to Escalate this Issue to Top level, but they failed to provide any number, I don't know, they have given [protected]@poorvika.com & [protected]@poorvika.com to contact, I will try my level best to reach top level to get it addressed . Till now I have not got the product from showroom, I will wait to reach the top-level ? Let me explore some options to get JUSTICE, so it won’t impact another poor Customer .

                Today I Recieved a Positive reply from Customer Support,
                Am happy that Management Have resolved the current Issue by Providing me a New Replacement .

                But Still from Consumer Centric, I would Welcome if some more changes are made towards addressing the Customer needs .
                a) The Website Should have an Hirerachy of Organisational contacts, in case of addressing the concerns
                b) Currently the Customer Care Executive doesnt provide any contact info for updating customer Issue - So chances are there we might miss to address a real customer Issue !
                c) Though the Bill has generic info about the warranty, a clear inputs about the period about replacement / Incase if it is really a Manufacturing defect also should be clearly informed to customer .
                d) Really appreciate if we can improve the Transparency in Business, Simple processing steps, simple customer inputs .as at the End they have to feel free to come back,

                This was my third mobile i got from Poorvika, but this Experience really has shaken my decisions ? Hope i will follow all the Improvemnts happening across these business sectors, in making future decisions .

                But still I will give the Credit to the Management in addressing My concerns, As i feel Product Value might not be Important, Human Value is Important .

                    I have given my phone for service on 20th Feb 2015 via service no. - S[protected] through Poorvika hosur to Micromax service center. But it has been a month since I'm suffering without a phone. Thanks to Poorvika persons for supporting me with a temporary phone atleast to attend my calls. The commitment given was 10 days, but it is almost a month and becoming a tiresome process to get my phone serviced on warranty. Micromax service center when contacted have washed away telling me to contact either customer care or poorvika. Request Poorvika to support in reimbursing my amount from Micromax / claim thorugh insurance which I have taken while procuring the phone and support me with a new phone of any other make except micromax. This is the second time I'm facing this sort of issue with Micromax phones. Thanks in advance.

                    Got a confirmation mail from Micromax thorugh Poorvika to receive the mobile after service by 21st March, 2015.

                    Failure to which would request compensation of full amount towards dejection of customer and replacement of new hand set.

                      The issue has been resolved. Poorvika mobiles have provided an exchange with the different mobiles and the issue is currently resolved.

Exchage amount told R's. 2500.(bill not given) my new mobile price was Rs 7000, SD card 16gp Rs 300(Bill not meanchen) and mobile insures 450.totaly=[protected]=5250 only but i pay ed Rs.6150.chiting to me in Rs.900.i complain in porvika coutemer care but not answering curtly .i need help sir.                           On 04/Jan/2015 I purchased new Karbonn mobile phone for my mother from Poorvika mobiles, Vijay nagar bangalore . On coming home i suspected that the box seal was tampered and the Phone was defective. It does not display any Call Logs.I went to Poorvika mobile and told them about the issue. They said once billing is done we can't replace the product its a software issue so you need to contact Karbonn Service center. After few days i took a half day leave from my office and went to Karbonn service center (Sivam Telecom) in Rajaji nagar which is around 10 Kms from my home. On reaching there the Service center people said we dont have facility to install the software for this phone so you need to come after 1 week. I called them after 1 week and they said we havent got any software update from the company so asked me to wait. I went to poorvika mobiles and they denied any help and asked me to contact Karbonn mobiles servce center in 'Indranagar' which is around 25km from my home or contact Karbonn . I Even contacted Poorvika headoffice in chennai even they didnt provide any help. So i called Karbonn mobile customer care and they asked me to contact "Jayanagar servce center" Fine Fone solutions which is around 19 kms from my home . I went to Fine solutions, submitted from phone and they asked me to come next day. I called them next day and known that its inwarranty repair their phone operator was so rude and said we will call you once your phone is repaired. I waited for more than 4 days but no response from them so i called them again and they said the phone is sent to the company and will take atleast 21 days for the response to come from the company. So now me and my mother is totally stressed because of the run around and everything which is happening. We feel completely helpless. I dont know whom should i blame is it poorvika mobiles, Karbonn or fine fon solutions. Please help me to get my money back or atleast a working phone for which i have paid my hard earned money.

                              I buy a videoon tablet on now[protected]. with insurance bill Rs.8000. on[protected] when traveled in the bike i got accident. same time i called the tiruchi poorvika mobile and i informed them, after one week they collected the tablet. till now they didn't give it back. they are not answering my phone call also.                                   I have purchased a mobile from Poorvika ekkatuthangal show room on[protected] I have taken insurance policy also from The new India assurance as below Unfortunately my mobile was stolen, when I approached the poorvika customer care, they carelessly told “This is not in coverage” I went to The United INDIA Assurance Thiruvotiyur Highr road North Chennai branch, I met Mr Bkathavachalam (the Branch manager), He clearly told this policy is forgery document, Poorvika people have not taken any policy for my mobile.and subsequently he adviced to Meet New India assurance reginal manager Mr jagedish in pattulas road, he also confirmed that no policy has been made for my mobile Even I have doubt about how honestly remitting VAT tax (14.5%) to government collected from public.                                   i lost my Samsung 7262 mobile. i reported to the manager and claimed insurance. i filed a police complaint in Sellur crime Ps CSR no 1098/2014 . i produced the necessary documents to New India insurance. The file no is 1145. so far I have no received my claim.

                                    This is a very serious issue. POORVIKA mobile store in chennai (CHROMPET), selling fake products under the name of well renowned electronic companies. I bought a samsung star duo phone and from the day one and brand new the phone is dead slow. I checked it with other people who bought the same phone in samsung showroom and that phone was working awesome. There was a total diffrence in performance between both. Today I bought a new samsung headset from the same poorvika showroom to check and conform whether they are really selling fake ones and it was 100% confirmed that they are selling the fake products. I compared the original one with the one which i bought. and checked in youtube. IT IS 100% FAKE FAKE FAKE... They are completely cheating the people outside. I strongly request u people to raid them and sue them...

                                      Dear All, Kindly be aware of the tout approach from sales man since they sold me Celkon A15k while I was interested in purchasing SAMSUNG Android set.They said it was good moving in market & it gives no problem, but I purchased on 9th Nov 2014 & that hanged very badly on 23rd but it was hanging for some time earlier too. It has been hanged so badly that I am unable to call or receive call & when I walked to Poorvika, Adambakam, chennai 88 show room simply shrugged off.Tthey said they are not responsible & directed me to walk to Service centre where as this was Sunday & my work beat completely depends on call only. So how cunning they are! Behaving in very humble etiquette first time while selling products.Wolf in sheep's clothing.So I am stranded now. Be ware of those dogs.
