Sir/Madam, I purchased a Micromax doodle3 A102 mobile from Poorvika Mobiles in Medavakkam, Chennai on[protected] from Elango Salesman. While purchasing itself Poorvika Mobiles provided with proper bill and insurance&damage protection for the mobile as the Poorvika sales clearly told that any problem that they will service at my door steps. The mobile was fine and one fine day during end of May 2015 the mobile speaker started to get low voice. Not able to listen any call ring I tried restarting the mobile but was not working. I called Poorvika customer care [protected] and asked for Service, Reference Id 26645 after I had given Xerox of Purchase bill and the Protection/Service plan. I want to clearly mention hear that I had NOT dropped the mobile or it is NOT exposed to water. But suddenly while watching a movie in the mobile the issue started, volume becoming very low. Call speaker volume also low. I was shocked by seeing the mobile like that and inquired about the same with the Service Centre but they said I dropped it and small crack on the right hand side of the LCD on the panel only, looks like a premeditated call to customer like my by Ms.Latha from Poorvika customer service operator Chennai along with the Poorvika technician. She is talking very harshly and rudely. She don't know the Mobile Insurance Policy clause on the coverage of Fortuitous Circumstances. Also after the detailed discussion with the Poorvika service technician saying he found a problem with Phone's PCB and Explaining those things to them didn't really helped me either because its a defective product sold to me by poorvika. The technician asking me Rs.7500 to fix the LCD alone, then he will send to Micromax for service of the speaker fix and the Phone PCB issue. Imagine, new phone costs Rs.6200 at snapdeal.com, Poorvika service team trying me to rip me off on top of paying for protection for my phone. I raised the issue with the Poorvika service directly stating that the issue is not with me and is to be solved by them only. After fedup with the Ms.Latha's phone call, I decided to return back my phone, but anyway I know I am cheated by Poorvika's promise on service. Till date June 16th, Poorvika not yet returned to my phone back without service. Micromax Care asked me to write a detailed complaint against poorvika service team to fix my phone problem. I am sending this letter as copy to Micromax also. After 6-7 calls to Poorvika service only they responded and fed-up with them & still they didn't returned the mobile back to me. I explained to them clearly on my state but no reply. I hadn't ever faced a problem earlier with Nokia or Sony where I got my handset serviced with your competitors then and there itself without any questions asked. Poorvika literally failed here to service my case. I bought 5 mobiles from Poorvika alone from the past. I feel very ashamed of having the mobile bought at Poorvika after their false promise(any issues Poorvika will take care) on service protection So only I raising complaint against Poorvika Customer care, Poorvika and the Insurance/Protection Guys here. I should be answered correctly and my issue should be sorted out ASAP. Please help me in this regard if anyone know to proceed further to fix the issue.

      Mobile was give for touch problem on may7 and there is no reaponse from Avadi poorvika showroom.. 12 times I have visited the showroom personally for the mobile but only reaponse was " We will call you tomorrow and let you know the details. Please give us your number ". This has been a worst customer service and spoiling the brand name by the behaviour. Have spoke to manager of that store 4 times tries to escape for that very moment. Please take necessary actions so that i get my mobile back. The person responsible was Thangaraj. From poorvika avadi showroom.

        I had purchased a glass screen card for moto g 2 on 16th of april and 20th may it Has been stripped off from mobile and i went to the same shop and asked about that and they didnt give proper response and they Scolded bad words to me.               We bought micromax mobile from your show room. The video image is very poor in that instrument. We made the complaint and the handset was taken for service on 18.04.2015 and returned on 18.05.2015 with the comments that no fault. Without doing any service the mobile was returned after one month. During that period it seems the mobile was used by your staffs for their personal use which can be evidenced by the downloads they made in the mobile. I need immediate action in this matter. If there is no action in this matter, then i will be forced to proceed further steps in this matter. Enclosing the necessary proofs.

                Hi, I have brought Samsung. Core 2 mobile from POORVIKA 6 months back while selling the phone that said like we have new insurance policy for mobile on their own and said even for accidentally damages and water lock like that we can claim insurance. So I have brought that option. Recently my mobile got fell down while charging and display is not working so planned to service the mobile, and gave it for service the customer support executive told that you have to pay the service amount first and then you can claim insurance. I said OK. After some days I got a call from customer care that we are not able to cover your mobile with our insurance as it's your mistake and asking me to pay 4900. How come changing the rules every time and talking like that. Its a cheating insurance policy I felt. Up to now I have brought 6 mobiles from Poorvika. Not I am unsatisfied with their approach. I will not recommend this to any one buying mobiles in Poorvika

                      This Balaji R from Chennai. I have bought Micromax A106- Unite 2(IMEI No.: [protected]) mobile from Poorvika Mobiles, Kelambakkam, Chennai-603103. On[protected] with Insurance. On March[protected], the mobile has switched off suddenly and it could not be on. So, I have given the complaint to Poorvika Service centre. They have come and received the phone with Battery, Green Color Back cover. I have followed the service center persons up to now[protected], but I could not get my mobile back yet. Today 11-May-15 In poorvika person came and shown me the replacement phone which is not having the same color, scratch card in good condition and even no battery. I am not hope to receive that Mobile. Now I need to escalate this problem to Micromax. Now I need the feedback and the Nodal and Appellate Authority Officer details to escalate this issue. I am not getting a proper response from Poorvika Service Center Associates. And also I need to Know the status of the existing Antivirus Security if I will receive the replacement mobile. Without good condition mobile, Battery, Scratchcard and activated Anti-virus software, I am not ready to receive the Mobile. Kindly revert back as soon as possible.

                        I bought a samsung prime core2 phone from poorvika on 5th May and its IME No [protected]. Same day itself it was not working properly. It was showing headphone connected always, so i used for 4, 5 calls thru speaker phone only on that night. Next morning went to the same showroom in Funmall and got a reply that i should go to samsung service centre only for such problems. Immediately rushed there and they taken my phone and made me wait for 1 day and given replacement letter to poorvika stating hardware issue is there. Samsung rep told me in 30 mnts they will replace the phone. Saturday (9th May) went to showrroom and got a response that they will forward the phone to chennai & get back the replacement. Even this minute i am not getting any proper response from them. Please advise why shouldnt go to consumer court for this malpractice in delaying even after all the things are proper.

                          I have purchased Microsoft 640 XL handset in Poorvika Mobiles, Anna Nagar West Chennai on[protected]. Today i visited Poorvika Mobiles, Anna Nagar West for purchasing scratch card and cover for the same Microsoft 640 XL handset, that time i have noticed that the display was having some green color shade at the corner of the screen and reported this issue to manager. He had just suggested simple to visit service center. i had explained that "as per the earlier discussion with sales person during purchase of handset within 7 days we can take responsible for any issue if you are not used the handset but now he is not agreed this today and not supporting to solve my handset issue. I haven't used this mobile till now because iam not using Micro-SIM, even this information is known to the sales person during the time of purchasing. I would request your kind support for getting this issue addressed.

                            I have given my Celkon Colours mobile on 28. 03. 2015. But It was not returned to me till now. I suffering like anything without my mobile. In this regard so many times I have contacted the customer care officials but they are all highly irresponsible in their duties. They have asked me to wait for one second on the line but after that they were no contacted me. They have disconnected the call.                               guys worst experience i got from poorvikaa mobile shop 100 feet road near to gp signal coimbatore. they are behaving as like they are boss. they are giving only hand written bill and for name sake they are saying we are discounting this much. before buying they will give lot of complaint. but once u buy they wont care. they are easily fooling customers.

                                Videocon Tab - VT87C+ Name : Balasubramanian IMEI No.[protected] Given for service on January 31, 2015 from palayamkottai (Tirunelveli) Still I didn't get my handset. Its a new tab. I have used it only for 2 months but its on service for 3 months. customer care not giving proper answer. I'm calling daily & they are saying the same daily "will call back" but they wont.. Please do anything to get back my tab soon with good condition else I have to go consumer court to get a replacement handset. Because you are using my handset more than I have used.

                                  I have purchased a mobile Karbonn A60 from Poorvika Mobiles. Within 2 weeks that phone has stopped working. So, I reported this to the customer care. A person from customer care came and collected the mobile. After that, now more than a month has gone, there is no status of my mobile. Please let me know how shall I proceed further. Thanks.

                                    I have called this poorvika customer care no ( [protected] )... That record voice was speaking " please wait all the customer care officers all are busy they ll contact u soon and please be stay on line " ... I was waiting for that response suddenly that call was disconnected after 12 min 45 sec... I called again that same record voice is running exactly 12 min 45 sec that was disconnected... my angry was getting pick... Like that custome care spoil your marketing of product... nowdays all the consumer first notice product support... please be on mind and take action against.. my name & contact no ( S Suriya prakash & [protected] )

                                      I had orderd sony xperia z3 from flipkart. i went to poorvika just to check the price and the sales manager of poorvika mobiles of salem near chennai silks said that there is no replacement facility in online shopping, and if I buy from their shop den if anything happens then 30 days replacement will be there and he offered a price of 36 thousand.. So i cancelled the flipkart order and purchased it from there.. I bought it on 15th of april 2015. I ordered 32 gb transcend pendrive from amazon which isnt working properly in xperia z3 but is totally working fine on other phones like sony xperia z and other samsung phones. So i went him to show the problem and replace the phone as he had offered 30 days replacement. I went to replacement..The sales person says there is no replacement.. And after few minutes he says there is 5 days replacement.. again after few minutes another staff of the shop says there is 3 days replacement. We called the service support of poorvika mobiles. They refused from replacement, while their sales manager had offered 30 days replacement. while flipkart was offering 10 days replacement. The shop was near my place so i bought it from there. Now they seems to refuse the replacement offer. I'm very much shattered with the service of poorvika mobiles . There is no good response even from service support..

                                        I bought Celkon mobile from Poorvika and in few days i found some problem wih the device. So I gave complaint to Poorvika customer care. They took my phone for service. Still i didn't get my phone back even after 70 days. No response from them yet. Very poor Customer care. No.1 Cheating Mobile shop
