Sir, Poorvika Protect Reference No. 42714‏ I have purchased the Microsoft Lumia 535 mobile in poorvika mobiles at Manali, Chennia- 68 branch on 25.03.2015, their sales man advice me to take the Rs.450/- worth of insurance package named as "Poorvika Protect". Unfortunately I dropped my mobile while riding my bike on 14.11.15. Then I gave my mobile for service with that insurance protection scheme, then they imitated to pay Rs. 8000/- for service. As they intimated I request the details of insurance claim. But the fact they did not give any required particulars of insurance claim still now. Please help me to get the insurance claim and Mobile. Dear Sir/Madam,


As per claim calculation, the net amount payable is Rs. 3, 835/- (Insurance Claim), and to be collected from me for replacement is Rs. 4, 265/-. Therefore total cost of replacement arrive as Rs. 8, 100/-

In this regard, I would like to state that the selling price of New Microsoft Lumia 535 with one-year manufacturer warranty is Rs. 6, 745/- (including taxes and shipping charges) in www.amzon.com. As per your claim calculation, if I will be replaced with the payment of Rs. 4, 265/- I will be lose my money Rs. 1, 355/- (8100 – 6745).

Hence, I request you to kindly reduce the payment for replacement of Lumia 535 as Rs. 2, 910/- form Rs. 4, 265/- (i.e., 4, 265 -1, 355). If you are accept to reduce, I will be paid Rs. 2, 910/- immediately for the replacement. Otherwise you should be send the Insurance claim amount of Rs. 3, 835/- immediately to my under mentioned SB account and inform the detail of deposit to me through reply mail to enable to purchase a new Microsoft Lumia 535 from www.amazon.com at the rate of Rs. 6, 745/-.

Moreover, I want to remind you that the process of insurance claim starts from 16.11.15. Since it has not finalized, it gives more depression to me, so that take necessary steps to get me Lumia 535 immediately.

    Dear Sir I have bought a mobile in ur store for the twice times but this time also a fault occur what to do. When I get back to ur store the seller and the manager was not responsing well as they are just kicking out and blaming us.           Last year I bought a Sony Tippo mobile from Poorvika Mobile, they offered one gm Gold coin as festival gesture. When I went to a Jewel shop I was told that the Gold coin has got 4% gold. That is 0.04 grm Gold it cost Rs.200/- Dear dealer please stop cheating like, instead you can waive the prize for long lasting customer relationship. Of course, you lost a genuine customer already.

            I bought samsung gslaxy s6 edge plus tempered glass for Rs.2000. It came out automatically and broke within 5 days. I went to the ekkatuthangsl branch where i purchased and asked for a replacement. First they said they will replace but after that they said they cannot replace and i was fighting for replacement atlast they got Rs.1000 from me and only replaced that too a defective one. Then again went to the shop and told about the problem and they said they dont have the product in their branch and sent me to valasaravakkam branch. I went in my bike and there was heavy rain eventhough i went to the branch. They also put me a defective one which was coming out at one corner and i am using it now. These people are cheating to the core and i lost my Rs.3000 totally. Please take necessary actions.

            First tempered glass was bought on 23rd Nov 2015 and got broken on 27th Nov 2015. I again got a new one on 30th Nov 2015 which was a defective and they said they will not replace and i am using that defective product now.

              Hi, I have given my Sony xperia t2 ultra mobile phone for a service (Ear speaker problem) at your chromepet store On 7th November, your technician charged me with 1000 rs for the same.And I have agreed to pay that amount and they have returned my mobile on 14th November saying ear speaker has been changed. I have paid the cash 1000 rs and took my mobile but again the next day Ear speaker problem occured and I have returned it to them, they have assured that they will fix it and took my mobile. Then I went to check the status and your technician (Sethuraman) confirmed that mobile is still under repair and display problem has occurred while we removing ear speaker. He apologised and told me that is his mistake and he will fix it from his own money By paying for that display. Then yesterday he called and told me to collect my mobile and I went to your shop but your store manager and technician said that they couldn't fix my mobile phone and they tried to return the dead mobile to me. I have debated with them and told them it was their mistake and responsibility to fix the mobile and your store manager was so rude and denied and I have informed him I will not take my mobile phone in that condition and I asked him to fix the problem or return my mobile phone in the same condition How I have given it to them. They said they will try to fix it today or they will return it to me.Please try to intervene and fix this problem. Thanks Arun.G

                Sir, I have purchased the Samsung galaxy E5 mobile in poorvika mobiles at singanalur branch coimbatore their sales man advice me to take the Rs.600 worth of insurance package. Unfortunately I dropped my mobile while riding my bike. Then I gave my mobile for service with that insurance protection scheme, then they imitated to pay rs.10500 for service.                     I have bought a new carbon AURA model 3 months back.Rear case of my mobile has broken and i registered a complaint and they received my mobile and went telling that they will return the mobile with new case in 15 days. but its almost 2 months gone and i didnt get any proper answer from your service people.                       Dear sir, i have Purchased Samsung Galaxy A5 mobile on 15/10/15 at Poorvikamobiles, K.Pudur, Madurai.When I was Charging the mobile through power supply, it was shutdown immediately.after a week I have given to the same showroom in poorvika.They Changed the software within three days. Then after a twodays, Again it is happening same problem. but again i called the showroom manager. he did not respond properly.I would like to solve this issue, otherwise i Need a same Mobile.If it is not done, I will claim it through Consumer court.Then It will damage your Brand. additionally I got poorvika protection scheme also.I have paid more than Rs 22, 000/ for this mobile.pl kindly request you to change my mobile as soon as possible.

                        I have give the my ZENFONE 2 for display change at SEP 17 in poorvika mobiles Bangalore BTM reporting person karthick ( technical person ). HE told that u will get the mobile in 2 working days sir . after two days I made call they sir ur mobile is in Chennai u will get in 4 to 5 . I ask with out informing me why u guys dent to Chennai . thay told bla bla bla reason . after that finaly i got he mobile at OCT 10 with out any service made ( with same display ) . so guys don't give the latest Model mobiles to poorvika mobiles for service

HAL 3rd stage, New Thippasandra Main Road, Bangalore contact no.[protected], my screen was broken so i have gave to replace on[protected].59 AM he gave mobile[protected] then i took after service mobile screen was blinking i called immediately to showroom he said u, use for 5 day there is no problem will come he told like that, again same problem facing, after three time gave service same problem at last i gave Monday morning to service he told he will make ready and give after Tuesday evening[protected] i went to collect the mobile he telling that mobile cannot repair u have to pay more 2500 for repair the mobile already i paid 4500 for screen replace now he not responding

                              I purchased the mobile at poorvika on the month of 30/04/2015. and the invoice chellan no:2534. Model: Xperia Z1 c6902 White, I insured with all type of services, and i gave for display broken problem on 28.08.2015, But still now their is no work progress and proper up date from the costumer end as well as service end. In that Status still in job sheet updated, I need to complaint against both the company and the sony for service end. Do any favor to clear this issue.

                                My self R. Chithra rajakumar from madurai Zone, I gave my mobile Samsung S advance 9070 for the service as my hand device fell in to water, I approached the Madurai Poorvika mobile show room which is located at Nethaji road, The person in front reception asked me to take to the upster, when I surrendered my device to the service centre at the upster (first floor), my display was on in halfway(half display was in ON condition). They just said display problem alone, it will take a day to repair and also they only informed me that we will phone you regarding the status but they failed to do it, also they haven’t provided any receipt as acknowledgement when I surrounded my mobile to your poorvika service centre. Since I had a belief on your Show room as well being regular customer to your poorvika mobile show room in various part of the cities, later on I made call to Poorvika centre :( [protected], +[protected]) and they simply said it will take long time to repair. So I received my mobile from your poorvika center and moved to the Samsung authorized dealer. Where I came to find out that the camera inbuilt was missing and the ON/OFF button was also not in proper condition, screw was missing in the mounting part. When I called Poorvika centre they said we received your mobile in dead condition only but this was wrong statement. On this case I feel very guilty, when I came to know such complains. I would also like to share few words being one of the popular mobile show room in various part of the cites, I found this the most horrible center among your poorvika groups of show room but this doesn’t happen in Chennai zone. There is also very poor response when the customer approaches this show room. Those employed peoples in this show room they stand together and only chat among them (unskilled employees). In this case I kindly request you to take this as complain and have some kind of actions which will better improve your business would wide.

                                If possible (To know the real fact and activities of that show room employee of approaching the customer, you can have your central office team member to take surprise visit to that respective show room as normal customer)

You also intimated that i have given to some other centers for repair but they not able to repair it so pls try at your end. Within 1/2 an hour of inspection showroom engineer returned the handset due to the complaint belongs to board.                                   I have taken the aircel prepaid sim card ([protected]) from the poorvika show room, which is located in sarjapaur road, kanakally, Bangalore on 17/10/2015. its been 1 week over with regular follow up. it is not activated till the time. if I call show room guys individual is giving different reply & status. for this poorvika has to take step & give me the proper reason & remuneration.

                                    Hi this is Marriyappan RS([protected]), form Trichy (Thiruchirapally).I gave my Blackberry mobile for service to Chennai on 6th Aug'15 stating "SPEAKER PROBLEM". i was asked 1 month time and the same i did but later i was informed that while servicing "DISPLAY GONE" . few days later i called them but there was no proper response from their side even for UPDATE STATUS. i kept on calling. Finally a person from Service center said, " your mobile will be replaced since there are few problems, once your mobile reaches our Head office and you will receive your issue will be resolved on 08th Oct'15". I am yet to receive update and my mobile(Info form Service person- Mobile is still in Chennai office) I want you to take necessary action on this issue as soon as possible.                                       I bought a new mobile in anna nagar branch poorvika mobiles. One o[censored]r customor care executives treated us very badly. He shouted like anytging. He s not a right person to wrk in a showroom. He shouted like a fish market. Customor care suport is very bad. We never going to come again to ur shop. Our Friends and relatives never going to turn to ur shop. Our bill numbr is 13353. who attended us that boy s very nice. His senior sraf only treated us very badly. He s a fishmarket man.

                                        Sir, i have submitted my L.G Mobile to poorvika mobile show room no 2 at south east rampart thanjavur on 25/08/2015 for touch problem . The technician said it will take one week time and the repair charges will be around Rs 1600/= i agreed but after that i have phoned several times they say it was dispatched by courier by chennai head office it is on the way .
