I have created my login id and password. I have tried to login number of times. But every time getting a command that " invalid customer id and password. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

      Pli payment of rs.2970/- made on the 27th feb 2021 for Pli policy no.[protected] through sbi net banking. The amount has been already deducted from the account but payment not reflected till date..Please check..

            I have paid my premium for my policy no AP-377585-CS for the period 01/01/2021 to 31/01/2021 through sbi debit card the money got debited but the payment failed.due to avoid late charges I have paid the premium by cash.please kindly solve my problem on refund

              I paid PLi policy no. HP-94606-CS premium of Rs. 6288/- on 2/3/2021 online by net banking. The money has been deducted from my account but the payment history shows the status as 'failure'.
              So either premium should reflect as paid or the money deducted should be refunded to my SBI bank account from where it has been deducted.

                Payment successful, but not reflected in portal

                Premium Payment towards policy R-KL-EA-687871 for month 1/1/2021 to 30/06/2021 is successful from bank side but not getting reflected in PLI online portal.

                Please revert back the amount if the transaction is not complete or update the portal with proper status and receipt.

                Also did not receive any confirmation mail for the transaction from postal side....

                              Amount Deducted from bank account but payment status pending

                              Respected Sir,
                              I am SWARNALI TAMULI, PLI Policy No. AM-141150-CC .I had made the online payment for my PLI policy premium, for the period from 01/01/2021 to 28/02/2021 through Debit card of Assam Gramin Vikash Bank on 16/02/2021. Premium Amount Rs 2065/-has been deducted from my Bank Account, but the same is not reflecting in the PLI portal. I haven't got Acknowledgement or receipt number as well. Payment status is showing as "Pending"...

                                    My name is S.Velmurugan.tamilnadu govt school teacher.My PLI policy number is[protected].My policy premium is being deducted from my monthly income.But the amount deposited is not credited to my policy account from October 2019 to September 2020. I applied for this on October 8th 2020 at the Sivakasi Post Office with a copy of my favorite monthly income.
