I have paid PLI monthly premium in PLI website on 27th FEB 2023.
And I got receipt for the payment,
Next day morning I have got normal SMS in phone as payment was not yet paid I need to pay the premium for Jan 2023 again....

I entered the correct credentials on the online login registration page of pli.indiapost.gov.in. But I am getting an invalid customer ID/password error each time. Please help me with online registration....

Though I have put correct customer ID and Password, the PLI login is not allowing to enter. It says Invalid credentials.

Hi PLI,

I have been a PLI customer since Jan, 2022. I have opted Santosh PLI Plan and first premium amount of 55343.00 was paid as first year premuim last year. Policy number is[protected].

Now for this year premium payment, I couldn't find this policy listed under my customer ID in PLI portal which says 'NO POLICY FOUND'. Please look in to this matter urgently.

I have applied for transfer of my PLI Policy from Nagpur GPO to Ballia HO on 29 Nov 2022 through Ballia GPO. They emailed my transfer request to Nagpur GPO on the same day and reminder has also issued on 20 Dec 2022. But the policy has not been transferred to Ballia HO yet. I am ex sgt raghuwansh rai of Indian Air force retired on 31 March 2018. I have taken PLI policy no APS - 504230-A from army FPO which acceptance date was 24 January 2005 and maturity date is 2023. My premium was deducted from my salary till April 2018. After that I have deposited all my premium together amount rupees 48820 from may 2018 to December 2022 to nearest FPO 828 which pin code is 900828 on 24 April 2018. But after that...

Pli payment done but it is not updated in the website as it is again showing the pending payment for the same month....

With respect to the above subject my policy no is kt-581440-cs premiums not updated but ecs debited from my bank account till aug 2022, so kindly request you to solve the issue...
