    I have been using PLI for making my PLI payment for past 8 months.
    I was asked to revisit the password, after revisiting the password, I logged in. To my surprise the saved account details and transaction history nothing is appearing.
    I am not sure is it linked to password resetting process or standalone issue.

    My issue is not able to view my saved details and transaction history so not able to pay current month premium

        Dear Sir,
        This is rajitha.I've opened my pli policy in 2017, then i created the online pli in 2017 and paying all my premiums through online till november 2020.But when i opened my account this month(december 2020) i could not find my policy no. as well as my profile. Please help me out from this issue sir..

            I am Champa Garai having PLI Policy no[protected]. I paid online premium for November 20 on 26/11/20. Payment status shows success but not get receipt no. When I try to pay for December 20, it shows two months due.

              It is to inform you that i had made a payment of my PLI Premium for 3 months October 2020 to December 2020 of my policy on 29 October 2020 through credit card. The payment of Rs 5138 had been deducted from my credit card but premium receipt was not able to generated at that time. The next due date was also not reflecting on my profile so i was in confusion whether the payment was made or not? . Now my credit card statement for the month of October has been generated and payment of Rs 5138 is also reflecting in my statement as debited for the indian post. Now i have checked my profile, the next due date is showing on january 2021 but there is no any provision to download my previous receipt for the month of October 2020 to December 2020. So please let me know how i get my previous premium receipt for the above paid month. Because i need premium receipt for showing tax benefits.so please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                We are Champa Garai and Subhas Garai having PLI account separately . On 26/11/2020 we paid premium through debit card. Our money was debited but not deposited in our account. Both account shows pending .
                So what shall we do now ? Pls solve our problem .

                  My Policy no is[protected] and I am writing this to you to let you know that for the month of December i have paid my premium (Amount 10532) online on 25 NOV 2020 but receipt is still not updated in the online portal and status coming is pending

I have deposited premium amount 5215/- on 26/11/2020 through sbi ATM card.after amount deduction...payment receipt were not generated...in payment history pending status is written...
