policy bond lost

Respected sir,
My name is hav udai singh tai from indian army. My policy bond bearing machine no-aps - 290350-l. Which is to be matured on[protected] has been lost. Can i get a duplicate copy of the bond paper of the same or what are the procedures to get my matured amt.? I visited twice in army postal service office but they suggested me to contact call center but the call centers remains unattented.
So pls help me in this...

customer id generation

Sir,
My policy no is[protected]. I am not able to generate customer id and because of that i am not able to log in to pli. I have approached post office pli section they have checked everything and that is correct. My email and mob is registered in policy but everytime when i go to generate id it is shown that you have entered wrong details approach to nearest post office.

I have getting problem in my this policy for premium paid.
I have paid october to feb premium rs 9714 online on 07 jan 2020 through hsbc credit card. The txn ref. No. Is vt200100060003090000223

But as on date the transaction status is showing as pending.

pli login problem - error invalid customer id and password

Hi

Recently I registered with the post office and got my customer id and generated password however whenever I use my customer id and password it says "invalid customer id and password". This is for all of my 3 policy

I tried

1. Using forget password and create new password
2. i used forget customer id and got customer id just to verify its the right one
3. Using 3 laptops

non communication of surrender value

Sir, i had applied for policy surrender of my pli aps-498558-a through sub post office prayagraj in the month of may19. But till date i have not received any communication regarding its surrender or the surrender value and the premium is being auto debited from my salary from afcao. I have also tried calling the tool free no helpline but it is always busy. Plz help me in getting my surrender value of the subject pli. Thanking you.

not able to generate my customer id

My policy no 2307397 i have taken policy from magadi post office (Channaptna ho) i have approched magadi po for the same issue but they said to call cm care no
But it is always busy and i went rajajinagar pli office for trf of my policy from magadi po to rajajinagar po but the response is so poor that they are not even ready to hear my query they said it is claimable from there also
I need tranfer from channapatna ho to rajajinagar...

pending status of online payment

My policy no is bh-115267-cc and customer id is 23032299, i have been paid 3 months premium online by debit card and 3 days gone my payment not success, its showing pending.
Kindly solve my problem. If it will not success kindly intimate me i will pay it again or pay by post office counter. If it will not pay kindly refund my amount in my concernd saving account....

policy not showing in online account

My name is manoj kaushik. I have purchased a pli no.[protected]. After registering online a customer id 68232399 was provided but no policy is showing in my account after 6 days of registration. When i am doing the registration again it is showing that a customer id has already been provided. I am unable to understand why it is happening. There is no option to add my policy again.

non-migrated pli/rpli policies in csi

My postal insurance details data has not been entered into the computer in the post office database. It is the fault of the department and not me. I was not allowed to pay the premium. PLI policy show inactive while actually it is active

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to bring to your attention several issues I have encountered with my policy and the services provided by your office. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these matters, I have not received any satisfactory response or solution. The details of my concerns are as follows:

    Website Issues and Policy Delays[protected]: In 2020, I faced challenges in resetting my password online. I submitted multiple complaints via email, but received no response. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to visit the post office between 2020 and 2022. The website issues resulted in delays with my policy, preventing me from depositing the required amount. I request strict action to address these website issues to prevent similar problems in the future. Please find below follow up email chains but received no responses -image.png
    Policy Renewal and Payment Discrepancies[protected]: In 2022, I visited the Noida Head Office to renew my policy. The policy was renewed, and I deposited several installments over the year. In July 2023, I deposited advance renewal installments for the months of September 2023 to January 2024. However, the Noida Head Office has informed me that they are unable to see these amounts in the system. For the past seven months, I and my 65+ years old father have been continuously visiting the Noida Head Office, but no action has been taken to resolve this issue.

    I request your assistance in providing an update on my policy status and resolving the payment discrepancies. Furthermore, I am concerned about the interest rates. Since the delays and issues are not due to any fault on my part, I request that I not be held liable for the extra interest for the two years and six months of delay. (Please find the attached document for the same)

    Your prompt attention to these matters would be greatly appreciated. Please provide a resolution at the earliest convenience.

    P.S. I have to write this email because the complaint website is also not working!

      As I have registered for pli account using my policy number and got pli account number through mail. After that I have activated by setting a password. But I was not able to login after multiple attempts even though the account number and password that I have typed are correct. I also tried resetting password a couple of times and the same happened. I also tried to re register for a pli account using same policy number also. But the account number was same only. But then also it shows like the password I reset was not correct.
