    I have forgotten my PLI password and since last 2 months my account has been locked. I have been asked to reset a new password by clicking on the link sent to my registered email number. But despite repeated attempts I have yet to receive any mail from postal department. Kindly resolve this issue as early as possible because it's causing a big problem in my monthly online premium payment.

          Good evening Sir,
          My name is Farooq Ahmad Magray. I have submitted documents along with Premium of Rs 826/- for PLI Policy of 2 lakhs 02 months ago through Agent Bashir Ahmad at Post office Kunzer, Tangmarg. But till date the Policy Bond and message not received from Post office regarding approval of policy. I already talking to Agent and Post office Kunzer so many times, but no action was taken regarding approval of my policy. It is requested to pl solve my problem and issue a policy bond and policy number at the earliest under intimation to my favour.

            The policy matured on Nov, 2022 and I had personally submitted all relevant documents at Beleghata PO, Kolkata on 21st Nov, 2022. I was assured of receiving payment in a month. It has been 4 months and I have visited their office 4 times but I am yet to receive money that rightfully belongs to me. They misguided me that my documents are required to be sent to Madhya Pradesh as policy is not online. But officials from MP confirmed that as it is a CASH policy, no need to send to MP. They also confirmed that they had never received any maturity document from Beleghata. All mail communications are available with me.
            Now I want my money with due interest and also the fine for undue harrasment I have been meted out.

              I have paid PLI monthly premium in PLI website on 27th FEB 2023.
              And I got receipt for the payment,
              Next day morning I have got normal SMS in phone as payment was not yet paid I need to pay the premium for Jan 2023 again.

                I am Cpl Susanta Sen STR FIT. Iam serving in Indian Air Force from
                01JAN 2014. I had taken one PLI policy when i was posted at 7SQN, 40WG
                Air force Station Maharajapura, Gwalior, Madhyapradesh at Army unit MoorarCannt With primium RS 2329/-PM.
                This automatically deducted from my salary. But now it is about 80 months.
                I didn`t receive my PLI bond/document.so it is request that as soon as
                possible send my PLI policy bond/document to present address because i am currently posted at high altitude location i did not come and i am
                sending the following detailes regarding PLI policy and my address.

                          PLI portal not showing up my policy details

                          Hi PLI,

                          I have been a PLI customer since Jan, 2022. I have opted Santosh PLI Plan and first premium amount of 55343.00 was paid as first year premuim last year. Policy number is[protected].

                          Now for this year premium payment, I couldn't find this policy listed under my customer ID in PLI portal which says 'NO POLICY FOUND'. Please look in to this matter urgently.

                            I have a postal life insurance policy and I have been paying my premiums online from last 6 months.

                            Recently I noticed that after I login to the PLI portal it displayed a message - NO POLICY FOUND.

                                I have applied for transfer of my PLI Policy from Nagpur GPO to Ballia HO on 29 Nov 2022 through Ballia GPO. They emailed my transfer request to Nagpur GPO on the same day and reminder has also issued on 20 Dec 2022. But the policy has not been transferred to Ballia HO yet. Kindly arrange to transfer my policy from Nagpur GPO to Ballia HO at the earliest.

                                    I am ex sgt raghuwansh rai of Indian Air force retired on 31 March 2018. I have taken PLI policy no APS - 504230-A from army FPO which acceptance date was 24 January 2005 and maturity date is 2023. My premium was deducted from my salary till April 2018. After that I have deposited all my premium together amount rupees 48820 from may 2018 to December 2022 to nearest FPO 828 which pin code is 900828 on 24 April 2018. But after that my policy was not updated still today. I am facing problem for my maturity claim. Please do needful action action to update my policy.
