Dear concerned,
I, ranpal singh, serving with indian army, have surrendered my pli policy no aps[protected]lc at hpo, st thomas mount, chennai in aug 2018. I was told that on surrender of policy, concerned hpo writes to the adg, aps seeking for case file to close the policy which takes about a month. On contacting hpo, chennai after almost 2 months, i am told that it may take infinite time to recieve my case file from adg, aps, new delhi since the office does not respond very easily. Till then, i need to wait to get my surrender amount back into my account which is approx ₹85, 000 (Only 30% of total premium paid).
It is requested if this process can be fastened by some means and i can get my money back.
Efforts will be appreciated.
