A various number of complaint have been filled bt still we are not getting any response.
Since a long awaited period no any response to this effect has been issued from your office.
Kindly provide some immediate action in this respect.

    I, no 2803523x sep ghemar bhai patel served in 8 maratha li since 2002.
    I have pli policy no - aps - 789467-l and it is matured in jul 2018. I was taken loan on the said policy in 2015 (Rs 50, 000/-) and i am not able to deposited my yearly interest after the taken loan. After matured my policy i went to nearest head post office, he said when we gate original bond after we will be paid balance amount of said policy. You are requested to sand my original bond at the earliest.

    No 2604564k NK, r vasanth policy no APS-262712-L was not updated till 31Dec 2018.so that I can't able to pay premium for this year also not updatedation of premium sir/madam.           With most humbly i want to state that all my premium were deducted and deposited monthly from my pay and allowances from pao (Gref), pune. My maturity due on 29 oct 2018. I was visited hpo, gandhi nagar (Jammu) for claimed my pil maturity amount. Hpo gandhi nagar intimated me that amount from april 2018 to till date has not been credited against your pli account. My pli account details are as under :-

            Dear concerned,
            I, ranpal singh, serving with indian army, have surrendered my pli policy no aps[protected]lc at hpo, st thomas mount, chennai in aug 2018. I was told that on surrender of policy, concerned hpo writes to the adg, aps seeking for case file to close the policy which takes about a month. On contacting hpo, chennai after almost 2 months, i am told that it may take infinite time to recieve my case file from adg, aps, new delhi since the office does not respond very easily. Till then, i need to wait to get my surrender amount back into my account which is approx ₹85, 000 (Only 30% of total premium paid).
            It is requested if this process can be fastened by some means and i can get my money back.
            Efforts will be appreciated.

                My name is hari krishan ex serviceman from navy service no 120452-f. I had pli policy no aps-nm-201839-n which was matured in aug 2018. I had submitted my original policy document and bank account details in fpo 996 in bareilly for policy settlement in jan 2018. I met in fpo 996 to inquire about my policy, they told me they had already sent my documents for settlement in jan 2018. But i have not received any payment in my account. I have not received any information from postal life department regarding my policy.

                      My pli police bearing no: kt-257395-us has been matured on 14.09.2018. I have submitted bond, claim form ect duly mentioning sbi bank account number to deposit through rtgs, but till today no payment is made at bagalkot post. The amount is badly needed for my daughter marriage. The officers and the case worker not responding properly and with their erogancy behavier i m put to heavy loss along with defeating the very purpose of policy. Both are demang rs.5000 cash for settlement. Now the papers are with them unsettled and telling that i can to anyone with name until and unless i gave rs.5000 cash. Now i request your kindself to introgate the matter in detail and remit my claim amount along with interest up the date final settlement other wise i will approach consumer forum for claiming heavy loss arises due to cancellation of daughters marriage.

                        My pli policy no[protected].Previous two months, August and September payments had been paid in time through online.I always pay 2038 for my pli premium.August month I had paid my premium on 06/08/2018 and for September month I had paid it on 07/09/2018.For both the months, my payment was successful and my full premium amount had been deducted from by bank account.I had downloaded the receipts of my payments.But there are no receipt number in the receipt.
                        And it was showing the total paid amount 1950.But 2038 amount had been deducted from my bank.In the "payment history" section there are three no of payment history.Two of them are successful and other is pending.It is same for both August and September months.I had contacted my pli agent, he had told me to wait for few days.Also I had contacted pli HQ.She said my payment is successful and payment amount is 2038.But why there are "pending" status in my "payment history" section?
                        If there is any problem please try to resolve it.

                            Today i have paid my premium amount of my pli account 64288153 through rupay. My payment is successful and it has deducted the amount from my card. Due to network problem i am unable to download the receipt of my premium. Now there is no option for payment receipt download. A receipt may have been generated. How to download the receipt after it. How can i have the receipt?

                            Online link for depositing PLI premium is not working. Due to this problem, I could not pay PLI premium online. I have already send the same on PLI official email from my registered email id. But till date, my problem has not been resolved.

                                    pending status of online payment

                                    My policy no is bh-115267-cc and customer id is 23032299, i have been paid 3 months premium online by debit card and 3 days gone my payment not success, its showing pending.
                                    Kindly solve my problem. If it will not success kindly intimate me i will pay it again or pay by post office counter. If it will not pay kindly refund my amount in my concernd saving account....

                                    I've paid Rs. 2122 premium amount for my post office endowment assurance policy (SANTOSH)on 11th September 2018 for the period 01/09/2018 to 30/09/2018. My account debited but no payment receipt no.is generated and no tax details are present either. Resolve the issue kindly. The details of my policy is given below.

                                      My policy number[protected] and customer id 64925596. I paid my pending two instalments of premium on 27-9-18 7.00 pm via federal bank online debit card paymnet. I entered otp and message on phone came that amount deducted, but due to network problem no receipt is generated and the pli site amount shown pending again. While from bank statement it is seen that rs.12496 transferred to india post. Please address the issue and take action to generate a receipt and account money in pli policy account.
