pli payment is completed but receipt is not generated

My pli policy no[protected].Previous two months, August and September payments had been paid in time through online.I always pay 2038 for my pli premium.August month I had paid my premium on 06/08/2018 and for September month I had paid it on 07/09/2018.For both the months, my payment was successful and my full premium amount had been deducted from by bank account.I had downloaded the receipts of my payments.But there are no receipt number...

payment status pending even though premium amount debited from account

I have paid the october2018 premium for my pli policy AP-375286-CS through online with the transaction no OTHPG208155 on 04/October/2018. The premium status is showing as "PENDING" even though the premium amount ₹240/-(including taxes) debited from my account.

pli payment is completed but receipt is not shown

Today i have paid my premium amount of my pli account 64288153 through rupay. My payment is successful and it has deducted the amount from my card. Due to network problem i am unable to download the receipt of my premium. Now there is no option for payment receipt download. A receipt may have been generated. How to download the receipt after it. How can i have the receipt?
Please help me to get it.

I entered otp and message on phone came that amount deducted, but due to network problem no receipt is generated and the pli site amount shown pending again.
