Sir my name is sridhar kumar reddy i have two policy s in kurnool district my policy no are ap-382130-cs and ap-308535-cs today i visited post office tekke nandyalaand submitted pass book of two policys but in the office they didn't take my premium simply says we can not take premium this 5 th month you must produce docter certificate later i serched for rules it found continue 6 months it will lapsed i further submitted by explained the same but he refused please clarify

        I have purchased a postal life insurance policy bearing number tn812 b during 1986 and paid annual premium on the policy regularly as advised by postal department. The policy matured for payment on 06/05/2018. During 1990, i had availed a loan facility against this policy from canara bank by assigning the policy in favour of canara bank, melur tuticorin branch. Though, i have cleared the loan availed from the bank, i did not ask for reassignment of the policy and hence the assignment in favour of the bank still continues in favour of bank. However, i am the beneficial owner of the policy. As per the policy document, the last monthly premium payable was jun 2017. As the periodicity of premium was changed to yearly in between, as advised by the postal department i paid the annual premium in nov 2017, ie. I have paid excess premium from july 2017 till nov 2018. I regularly paid all the premium as per the policy terms at sengottai post office [627809] and upon maturity of the policy on 06/05/2018, i requested canara bank to collect the proceeds of the matured policy in terms of the assignment rights conferred by me on them. Accordingly, canara bank, melur tuticorin branch vide their letter 07/06/2018 requested the chief post master general to send the maturity proceeds of the policy to them. This letter along with the original policy, premium paid receipts, original pass book, claim sheet duly signed by me was submitted to the post master, sengottai on 10/06/2018 through messenger. The post master, sengottai managed to avoid acknowledging the above claim to the messenger of canara bank. Hence, i personally visited the post office and upon my insistence, receipt dated 23/06/2018 was issued. Since then i have been requesting the postal department to consider the claim and pay me the matured proceeds of the policy. Every time, i was provided with silly clarifications and the settlement is delayed for reasons best known to postal department. Hence, i took up the matter with the chief post master general, vide my letter dated 20/09/2018 for their interference for immediate settlement. Though, the above letter was received by the office of the post master general, general, they have chosen to keep quite over the matter and the payment is delayed further. By keeping silence over the matter, the post master general, t n circle has neglected to pay the matured postal life insurance policy.

        Hence, i pray that suitable order may be issued to the postal department to settle the matured policy and to send the proceeds along with the excess paid premium, interest for the delayed period ie. From the date of claim till the date of settlement @ 12% p a and rs.10000/- towards damages for the intentional delay in settling the policy and making payment and towards cost of mental agony caused to me.

          Sir, i am serving in air force and presently posted to utarlai, barmer (Rj). I have submitted my original policy to main post office barmer for surrender. Post office barmer sent to letter to pli head office, delhi for surrender of policy on 10 september 18 but till now no file has been received from head office delhi. I contacted many times to head office but no one received the call. I also raise my problems through mail but no reply from you side. Please look into the matter for solutions my problem.

            My pli policy no. Dl-43683-cc has already matured on 20/08/2018 and also submitted a maturity claim form duly filled up and signed by me alongwith an original policy bond and relevant documents to pli office through registered speedpost on 4/10/18 which has been delivered there on 10/10/2018. My mob no and email id already registered in pli office too.
            After not receiving money of above matured pli policy into my sbi account. I further made correspondence in email id of pli office online on 24 oct and 6 nov 2018 even then no response is received from their side nor intimated me any thing in this regard. Being aggrieved, i am compelled to write u for taking this matter with pli office to credit matured amount with interest for the period they kept same after maturity into my sbi account at the earliest.

            Pli office just approach gpo through mail with cc to my mail to intimate me about my status of speedpost. Being their own part, instead of obtaining my letter from their too but just told them (gpo) to apprise to me. My speed post receipt no. is below:-

            This action of pli will not solve this. They must take prompt action as my policy already matured, which can be confirmed from my department i.e. border security force as pli has several meeting regarding issues related to pli done by force personnel.

            Once again requested to submit this to you for further putting the same to pli office for taking early action please.

              Need your help! I have following complaint against you.

              I SANJIT KUMAR ROY Policy holder of PLI bearing no APS- 870486-L paid monthly premium regularly till May 2018. since the policy is not migrated online, the concerned nearest post office is not honouring to receive monthly premium. request your immediate help. [protected]

              I even spoke to APS and Civil department but there is no resolution. Here is what I got a response.

               aps.[protected]@armypost.nic.in : As per my telecom conversation, my policy has been moved to Civil department in Oct 2015. Post which they are not liable to change/Migrate my account online . Any information on my account shall be direclty routed to [protected]@indiapost.gov.in.

               [protected]@indiapost.gov.in: Attached is the email response from Civil department “ Your matter relates to Army Postal Services. Hence, please make direct liasion with APS on their e-mails i.e "[protected]@armypost.nic.in" & "aps.[protected]@armypost.nic.in". The contact no. of APS is as follows:[protected] &[protected].”
              And as per telecom conversation, they have suggested to speak with JDPLI team, since APS is not reponding to my concerns. They even said all the policies has been moved to new portal and the migration has to be done from APS or JDPLI team.

              Appreicate your quick help here.

                निवेदन है कि मैं लछमन सिंह, हूँ । श्री मान जी मैंने 19 जुलाई 2010 में एक पी.एल.आई ली थी जिसका नंबर APS[protected]L है। जो 18 जुलाई 2021 को समापत होनी थी। मेरे सारे प्रीमियम मेरी सेलरी से कटते थे।और सारे प्रीमियम मेरी सेलरी से कट चुके है। पर जब मैं पी.एल.आई दफ्तर बैंगलोर में गया तो मुझे वहां पर बताया गया की आपका प्रीमियम फरवरी 2021 महीने तक ही भरा हुआ है जब की मेरे सारे प्रीमियम मेरी सेलरी से कट चुके है जिसका सबूत मैं अपनी महीने की पे-स्लिप मैं है। श्रीमान जी मेरा आपसे यही निवेदन है की मेरी पी.एल.आई को अपडेट किया जाये ता के मैं अपने पैसे को निकाल सकूँ । मैं आपका बहुत धन्यवादी हूँगा।

                    I, no 2803523x sep ghemar bhai patel served in 8 maratha li since 2002.
                    I have pli policy no - aps - 789467-l and it is matured in jul 2018. I was taken loan on the said policy in 2015 (Rs 50, 000/-) and i am not able to deposited my yearly interest after the taken loan. After matured my policy i went to nearest head post office, he said when we gate original bond after we will be paid balance amount of said policy. You are requested to sand my original bond at the earliest.

                          With most humbly i want to state that all my premium were deducted and deposited monthly from my pay and allowances from pao (Gref), pune. My maturity due on 29 oct 2018. I was visited hpo, gandhi nagar (Jammu) for claimed my pil maturity amount. Hpo gandhi nagar intimated me that amount from april 2018 to till date has not been credited against your pli account.                             Dear concerned,
                            I, ranpal singh, serving with indian army, have surrendered my pli policy no aps[protected]lc at hpo, st thomas mount, chennai in aug 2018. I was told that on surrender of policy, concerned hpo writes to the adg, aps seeking for case file to close the policy which takes about a month. On contacting hpo, chennai after almost 2 months, i am told that it may take infinite time to recieve my case file from adg, aps, new delhi since the office does not respond very easily. Till then, i need to wait to get my surrender amount back into my account which is approx ₹85, 000 (Only 30% of total premium paid).
                            It is requested if this process can be fastened by some means and i can get my money back.
                            Efforts will be appreciated.

                                My name is hari krishan ex serviceman from navy service no 120452-f. I had pli policy no aps-nm-201839-n which was matured in aug 2018. I had submitted my original policy document and bank account details in fpo 996 in bareilly for policy settlement in jan 2018. I met in fpo 996 to inquire about my policy, they told me they had already sent my documents for settlement in jan 2018. But i have not received any payment in my account. I have not received any information from postal life department regarding my policy.

I have passed exam conducted by india post to jodhpur and complete one year. But my i'd doesn't open since last one month. Reports it is locked. It shows error code 500.                                     I want to surrender my policy because i won't be able to pay my premium after i left my job. I try many times to close my policy in my nearest 99apo but they said they can't do because the company is planning to give facilities to surrender online

                                      My pli police bearing no: kt-257395-us has been matured on 14.09.2018. I have submitted bond, claim form ect duly mentioning sbi bank account number to deposit through rtgs, but till today no payment is made at bagalkot post. The amount is badly needed for my daughter marriage. The officers and the case worker not responding properly and with their erogancy behavier i m put to heavy loss along with defeating the very purpose of policy. Both are demang rs.5000 cash for settlement. Now the papers are with them unsettled and telling that i can to anyone with name until and unless i gave rs.5000 cash. Now i request your kindself to introgate the matter in detail and remit my claim amount along with interest up the date final settlement other wise i will approach consumer forum for claiming heavy loss arises due to cancellation of daughters marriage.

                                        My pli policy no[protected].Previous two months, August and September payments had been paid in time through online.I always pay 2038 for my pli premium.August month I had paid my premium on 06/08/2018 and for September month I had paid it on 07/09/2018.For both the months, my payment was successful and my full premium amount had been deducted from by bank account.I had downloaded the receipts of my payments.But there are no receipt number in the receipt.
                                        And it was showing the total paid amount 1950.But 2038 amount had been deducted from my bank.In the "payment history" section there are three no of payment history.Two of them are successful and other is pending.It is same for both August and September months.I had contacted my pli agent, he had told me to wait for few days.Also I had contacted pli HQ.She said my payment is successful and payment amount is 2038.But why there are "pending" status in my "payment history" section?
                                        If there is any problem please try to resolve it.
