It has been more than a year since my mother passed away. Yet the pli of my deceased mother has not been settled yet. I enquired about it at my regional office and they are utterly clueless about the file. No response from them whatsoever. I mailed them, called them, went to their offices but all were in vain. I donot know what to do any further. Hence is this complaint....

On 12th nov 2018 i visited calicut pli office and counter staff informed that only installment updation upto april, 2015 is happened in my policy.

For updation of further installments i have to contact tvm office and provided 2 numbers

I contacted this 2 numbers and still i do not have any idea when i can encash my metured policy...
