It has been more than a year since my mother passed away. Yet the pli of my deceased mother has not been settled yet. I enquired about it at my regional office and they are utterly clueless about the file. No response from them whatsoever. I mailed them, called them, went to their offices but all were in vain. after maturity no refund

My pli policy number kl-48925-cc matured on[protected].

On 12th nov 2018 i visited calicut pli office and counter staff informed that only installment updation upto april, 2015 is happened in my policy.

For updation of further installments i have to contact tvm office and provided 2 numbers

I contacted this 2 numbers and still i do not have any idea when i can encash my metured policy...

Dl-43683-cc has already matured on 20/08/2018 and also submitted a maturity claim form duly filled up and signed by me alongwith an original policy bond and relevant documents to pli office through registered speedpost on 4/10/18 which has been delivered there on 10/10/2018. I'm mr sher singh panwar and my policy no is[protected] im paid 2 installment policy premium on[protected] but its debited from my a/c but im again pay my policy so system requie for 3 installment.
