sir my policy not updated still i submit all relivent daquements at katnipost office many time why dely? Kindly updated my policy iam very warrid about it my diposit amount are not diposit my acount
I am a defense personal working in indian army and had taken 12 years insurance plan whose PIL no is APS-502591-L. It got matured on 7 Nov 2016 but I'm yet to receive the maturity amount. i have tried calling the PIL section regarding this and was unable to reach .
kindly do the needful.
I deposited premium of pli through online but still I can not get confirmation message from DOP-PLI .My receipt number is 90970384.

    I am mr. m s satpute residing at a 401, venkatesh riviera, karve nagar, pune 411052, wish to submit the following -

    I had lodged my two pli policies (mh 1831 b, br33257 b) to pune gpo office in dec. 2013. after prolonged followup i got the payment of the same on 7.3.2014 and 10.5.2014 respectively. even after my follow up for payment interest on delayed payment, the pmg pune is avoiding the same for the reasons best known to them. there was no discrepancy of any nature in my maturity claims and the delay in payment is solely due to the procedures adopted by the department of posts, pune. there is a specific provision in the rules of pli to pay interest on delayed payment after 30 days.
    May i request your intervention in the matter. i have already given ultimatum to the concerned authorities to pay the said interest to me by 31.10.2016, but the poor fellows are unable to understand my language. hope they will understand the instructions from your end.

    With due respect i state that i sm having PLI Policy proposal NO. 159592 DT 04/11/1991 which was matured on.
    7/09/2016. Further i state that i have not received policy letter.Please do the needful.I have a mail to jdpli and India post.gov.in on 12/10/16 but no reply.

      I, Sukdeb Haldar, am holding one PLI in my name bearing policy No- AM-AEA-111684-B having customer id 49306800 in Kolkata GPO Branch. when your department started online payment, I used to make the payment online for the captioned Policy Number. Suddenly it was stopped from your end to make the payment online due to which I could not make the payment.

      As a result of this, the policy as on recent date has been lapsed. Now I have personally visited the branch for revival for which all documents have been submitted. In this context the said branch requested me to make the payment of Rs.61, 173/- for the captioned policy.

      Hence I request the branch for doing my favour to make the payment online. But I am in vain to do the same online. The system is showing that None of my policy is eligible for premium payment.

      I agree to make the payment and in view of above I request you to help me to do the same online so that I dont have any problem to make transaction online

        my policy no. is - JH-139162-UC INSURANT NAME - KESHAV KRISHNA

        while deposit of my premium of september 16 to october 16, premium was deposited inadvertently of august 16 to sept 16 vide pli receipt no. 77092835 at jhumriteliya post office on 09/09/2016 rs. 5221.00. . whereas my premium has already been deposited from september 2015 to august 2016 vide pli receipt no. A 332 date 26/09/2015 RS. 31059.00. it may adjusted against sept 16 to october 16.

        kindly rectify so that i may deposit my premium from november 16.

          Sir I have 2 policys no. GJ-YS-792698-CS For amount Rs. 593 and GJ-748703-UC For amount Rs. 1875 i have deposited the premium till sep 2016. i go to post office GIDC, vapi on[protected] to deposited the premium for oct-2016. the counter person said that online not updated sep-2016 premium hence they refused to deposited oct-2016 . then i meet with post master, he told that they did not accepted amount till updation on line . then, talk by mobile of post master to valsad officer they said that provide detail by mail he immediately updated data. and you pay next day at any post office all over india.

          the next day i visited my nearest branch Vapi Town post office. at counter no. 02 this office has more than 8 counter but only one counter open for public work. i told to counter on 02 official he check in system and told that your premium is due from sep-2016 to oct-2016 . you deposited two months premium. then i said that i already paid sep-2016 premium and show receipt copy to clerk. he said that this is not valid if you want to pay...pay two months premium. i told that i have receipt original copy of sep 2016. then he said if you want to pay premium pay two months. then i asked him where is your post master he said wait their post master did not come til office at the time of 9.15. i am late to office so i am gone to my office.

          therefore i request you to directed these office to regularly updated online details.
          open anothe counters for public work i seen regularly vapi town post office 396191 only one counter is open all other counter clerk siting relax mode. single counter no. 02 dealing all work eg light, gas bill, pli, spped post, registry ect with very slowly approx 05 minuts per person and having very long line.

            Class and sum :ea-58, rs 100000 date of acceptance is 06/03/1999. while making online the sum assured is become 50, 000/- but it is of sum assured rs 100000. kindly repaired it. other wise for the correction guide me. because of this i could not pay the premiums, that why for delay i have to pay fine without of my fault. should i complaint to central ministry.

              I am pay my pli rj14cc9245 premium rs 982.88 via credit card on 29/09/2016 but payment filled said amount debit my card but premium is is due and 30/09/3016 i am pay again the transction is done but 29/09/2016 amount rs 982.88 not credit my credit card please refund of rs 982.88 in my credit card

              Therefore you are requested refund my said amount

                    I have a PLI endowment policy which is operating since from Feb 2013. And as of now I paid 40 months premium around of Rs 1, 00, 000/-. I went to postal for loan against my policy, and enquired about my eleigibility they said the sancationable amount is Rs 19, 000/- which is hardly 20%. I saw an advertisement in the PLI online portal that I am eligible for 60% of the premium paid by me.

                    I want to know what is the preocedure to decide the loan amount??

                          I had taken PLI policy for 30000.00 during 1986 in Mangalore canvassed by one of PLI agent. The policy was matured on 13.08.2016. I had visited Basavanagudi Head Post Office, Bangalore during 2nd week of June 2016 to submit the claim application along with other related document. In the PLI dept of the said post office, one lady official informed that there is no provision to accept the claim so early and advised me to submit the claim application to any of the Post office inIndia which is near to my work place. Accordingly, I had submitted the claim application to Mahim Head Post Office, Mumbai on 08.08.2016. Initially, the official of PLI dept. in the said post office refused to accept the claim citing the policy number mentioned in the policy bond is not reflecting in the system. When I showed the new policy number after migrating to computerisation which is mentioned In policy pass book. Then, she verified the same in the system and found the same is available. However, she asked to get the correction of policy number on policy bond by the issuing authority. Then only, it will be accepted by them. When I strongly protested against the attitude of t he staff with the Post Master, he instructed the Staff half heartedly to accept the same. The staff asked me to come after 15 days to collect the cheque. Even after laps of 32 days I am unable to collect the cheque. I had visited three times to the post office during the past 15 days and met the concerned staff. But every time the staff is telling that they have not received confirmation from the issuing authority and hence they are unable to issue the cheque for the maturity benefit.
                          Can I expect suitable reply to my following queries from the General Manager of PLI dept ?

                          1. Why your staff is so lethargic in their work ? What action can you take against them.
                          2. Why your staffs are not accepting the claim in advance when the policy holder requested to accept the same ? Is there is any restrictions are imposed by the higher authority?

                          3. Why your department is not sending advance intimation about the maturity of the policy to the policy holder ( I had received the intimation letter dated 12.8.2016 on 16.08.16 though my maturity was 13.08.2016)

                          4. Why your staffs are harassing the policy holder by asking them to visit the office several times? Whether you have any time bound for settling the claim? If so, please let me know.

                          5. By taking the PLI policy, I am feeling that, I made a great mistake in my life.

                          6. Is it so difficulty for policy holder to get maturity benefit .

                          7. During this competition era, can PLI can survive by providing such type of worst service.

                          May I request the General Manager to reply above queries.

                                Sir, iam kiran kumar adusumalli. Ex army, iam sos 01 feb 2016. I transfered my two pli policyes at the time of retiremment to my nearest home branch name as ho tenali, guntur distict ap. But not transfered my policy because online is not available that time. You are posted only one book. I wiil complient before two times my complient no 10775. Please i requested to send my another book policy no aps563838-l to my home address

                                      I am sub lieutenant Kishore Bhatt, Indian Navy.
                                      I was undergoing my basic naval training in Ezhimala, Kerala when one agent from the postal life insurance came to the Indian naval academy in April or May 2015.
                                      I opted for one of the policy but I have not received the policy bond or any document related to the policy till now and every month around 5100 rupees are deducted from my salary account.
                                      I tried to call the customer care but no one receives the call.
                                      I only have my policy number ( APS[protected]N.) which I received after sending around twenty emails to the Director APS PLI on this email id [protected]@armypost.nic.in, I also went to the post office for enquiry but they told me that your policy have not been updated online.
                                      I received an email from the Director APS PLI on 20 July 2015 that my complaint have been forwarded to the concerned section for the settlement but he did not provide me any details or contact number to get updates regarding the matter even after asking him about it.
                                      sir please look into the matter as I don't get enough time as I have a busy schedule and hardly any holidays so that I could personally go and try to solve this problem. Expecting immediate action.
