Sir, My Postal Life Insurance No AP/30630 expired on 19/10/2015 for Rs 20, 000/- I submitted my Bond including all necessary documents. It has been so long and till now It didn't get any replay about amount.Can you please help me. Its almost one month gone but the maturity amount or the certificate is not issued by the postal life insurance. I would like to know that upto how much time the certificate will be issue to the post office? regards k c parmar

I have a PLI vide Policy No APS[protected]L with effect from 13 Jan 2011 while I was serving in Indian Air Force. I have taken retirement on 31 Dec 2013 and subsequently I applied for transfer of policy to my settled place i.e my Home town MIRZAPUR (UP) PIN-231001. As per the letter and instruction received from DDAPS (PLI), I keep depositing my premium in cash till jul 2015. When the post offices become online then HPO is unable to deposit my premium and in this regard I met Head Post Master personally and handed over a written request of my problem. After 15 days or so I received a reply from HPO Mirzapur that you have not deposited your two month premium. I shown all the document and instruction received from DDAPS (PLI) on the basis of which I have deposited my premium after transfer to HPO Mirzapur and subsequently Postmaster says me premium for the month of Jan 2014 is not deposited. The said premium could not be deposited by them for three month. When I checked online about the status of my policy I found that the status of my policy is showing lapsed and the payment mode is recovery from payment, however I have deposited all the premium till now. For this again I have approached to Head Post Office Mirzapur and submitted the issue in writing but yet there is no action has been initiated from their end. Which shows a poor functioning of post office staff on the issue such as life insurance.

Sir my policy no is aps-nm-163461-a. I am ex sgt kamal kapoor retired from indian aiforce in aug 2015. My pli policy mature on jan 2016 but my last premium of sep 2015 is pending due to retirement please transfer my policy to my home town post office. My address is kamal kapoor, ward no 40, near yadav colony, rto road, radha krishna pura sikar (raj) 332001.

I Maneesh Kumar has taken a loan of Rs 27800/- in yr 2013 vide Addl Dte Gen of APS letter No Loan/890/APS-641884-L/ (key-id 795498) dt 17 Jun 2013. Now I want to repay the full loan amount but I have lost my loan repayment book No 12837. please give me necessary directions for loan repayment.

Sir, As per terms and conditions, my postal life insurance policy matured on 11 Jul 2015 (Policy No APS/NM/ 158070-L). I was submitted original policy document to Addl Dte Gen APS (PLI Cell) New Delhi through 806 FPO vide their letter No 806/PLI-Corr/FPO dated 05 Jun 2015 for maturity claim. In this regard a letter (No JC-332608/BEG(K)/APS-MC dated 06 Jul 2015) had been received by me from your Dte addressed to PAO(OR) pune for non receipt of premia for the period Mar 2011 to May 2011 & Mar 2015. In the connection your Dte letter dated 06 Jul 2015, I had submitted a declaration to the effect “For non receipt of premia for the period Mar 2011 to May 2011 & Mar 2015” vide 806 FPO letter No 806/PLI-Corr/FPO dated 07 Aug 2015 for deduction of PLI premia for the said period from the PLI maturity claim. Two reminders has been given vide 506 Postal unit letter No D/9-1/APS-2 dated 10 Sep 2015 and D/9-1/ APS-2 dated 09 Oct 2015 but even after laps of 4 months nor maturity benefit credited not any intimation received from your end. Reasons for the same has not understood. This gives a bad image to postal life insurance. You are requested to issue sanction memo for the maturity claim for the above policy. Sir, I have applied for transfer of my pli policy no APS-NM-194154-A from FPO 1624 to civil postal circle (PO)Thanissery 680701 kerala on 22 Apr 2015. I havent received the policy transfer details till date. Also i have submitted original permium receipt book with FPO 1624. Kindly do the needful and advice me what should i do next. Thank you

Dear sir, i am a retired army person. from 28 AD Regt and I have made a PLI in 16 April 1999, and I have not received the bond paper. please I want to continue the rest amount and also I need a transfer to my home town post office and I also in need of duplicate bond paper. so please kindly help me what should I produce to continue my PLI and the bond my PLI policy no is APS-NM-237579-L

I pli policy holder since Feb 2009 having policy no. APS 966655C. Deducted amount 790/- per month which is debited through PAD BSF New Delhi every month. Now I want to know status of my policy as i wish to surrender my policy . also I contact with telephone as well as letter form and application . but they did not give any information about my policy .please reply for solve this problem .

I had taken a PLI Policy No. 768461 with Premium Rs 435/- per month since August 2006 till date . Premium is continously deducting from my Salary directly, but no bond form received by me till date after lapse of approx 08 years. At this time i am serving in Composite Hospital BSF Shillong. i hd applied for payment of surrender value of pli policy no jk-38020-cs &jk38982-b &37429-cs in april 2015but i did not recieve any amnt till date . i had also made online complaint & have recieved their comlpint no "[protected] & [protected] but no one is responding if nothing is done in seven days i will get justice from consumer court.i had contacted postmaster bandipore & pli icharge at baramulla j&k but they are giving a deaf ear to my request .i also contacted dgm pli jammu who assured me for doing the needfu within half an hour but till date nothing is done nor he attends my calls.

Afterthat I have submitted all the document related to his death to the near PLI Office . Now his death completed whole 2 years But there is no payment of my his death claim . when i go to our near PLl Office then they say to me that they send our case to Bhopal after completed all formalities from their office .
