I beg to inform you that i am mr joydul ch roy border security force (Bsf), my proposal no.767357 dated 23 mar 2006 and date of birth 25 feb 1981. I applied for surrender my policy and draw my deposit money. I have applied with hole necessary document ie stamp paper 20/-with fill up and sign, surender form, 05 month pay slip and application. I send in your office director of nw delhi gpo-110001, datd 13 june’ 2016 vide speed post no. Ek59057577in but your office neither send money nor give any response.
Therefore, i request you kindly surrender my policy and send my deposit money.

It is to inform that an amount of rs.35050-00 vide bearing cheque no 31392 dated 01.07.2016 towards recoveries of postal life insurence against 14 memebrs of apspdcl sent to the head post master tirupati. But the same was returned without mentioning any reasons. However we enquire the matter personally in head post office they replied that due to increasing of service tax the amounts has not been tallied.In this connection it is to inform that to instruct the concernd authorities for intimation of any changes reagrding policies so as to enable to recovery the same and remit the same. The revised amounts ant intimated so far even though we are requesting and the cheques has not been accepted. If the same is continued our department is not responsible for any incidents accured in future due to non payment of premiums.

Hi good morning,
I had created e post office login but thru this login i am not able to pay my pli premium. whenever i try to payment this web page redirect "you are requested to visit 'https:\pli.indiapost.gov.in' to pay your premium...". i go that side and trying to create my user id after entering policy number, name, date of birth, phone number and e-mail address. but every time after entering credential information the massage appears "invalid index number".
So my question is what is the way to create new customer id. i look into the site but i can not found any helpful information to generate login id and pay online premium.

I really appreciate if you help me to figure out my problem.

Daer sir,

I have two pli policy gj-463647-uc & gj-381599-us, iwant to know its status so i gone to bharuch hpo for online status & registration. I have asked tp bharuch hpo (Mr. Mitesh) for any form/detail i have to fill or submit to know status & online regestration of my policy, as per him you can do this online, no need to fill form or any other action.

I have tried many time from online website of post & pli both, but not able to register.
Request to do needful for my policy online registration for checking status & pl email me status of my policy & premium updation till date.

I am trying to submit my premium from april, 16 but could not deposit it due to failure at your side.
I have visited vibhuti khand gomti nagar office for depositing my premium but person told me that first i have to update this policy then i can submit my premium. I went to hazarat ganj main post office and update my policy. Your officer told me that i can submit premium online also. Then i created online account but could not see my account details online get message that contact post office for depositing premium. I again visited hazrat ganj office and your person again updated my policy but when i check it online result was same. Then i visited post office vibhuti khand 3 times and your officer told me that server was not running.
Now please told me how can i deposit my premium and surrender my policy.

Sir I have open a PLi policy no APS 964971-C on 01 jan 2009 and surrender in july 2013 due to selection in CRPF as a Sub-Inspector, but deduction continue till feb 2014. sir per month 1580/- deducted that means the total deduction RS 62monthX1580/- PM = 97960/- sir I had paid rs 97960/- amount and surrender on 26/04/2016 and surrender value is 68433/- only -
sir so please provide all information regarding this and also returns my remaining amount.

Sir/Madam,
I have submitted a policy proposal of an PLI policy of Rs 500000 whose premium is calculated as 1175/ per month in Garhwa Post Office 822114 by Sri Ravindra Prasad, Postman -1, Garhwa.
Again in year2014 i bought another policy of Rs 500000 by the same person.
Till now he didn't give me any passbook or policy bond and i had pay regularly premium monthly till dec, 2015.
i am a government employee. i was posted in garhwa and now in ranchi. His Cell no is [protected].
I called him several times but he didn't answer mt call.
So, I visit to garhwa post office and talk to post master. but i am not satisfied about my passbook and policy details.

I have pli mony back policy 1310 p/ m since 26 april 2000 to 26 april 2016 i have receved 3 mony back( 40000*3)but my final machority 200000 + 40% bonus dose not recived becouse i have only 259000 rs recived pl get me reson

We applied for death claim 6 months before at post office Vijayawada, andhra pradesh, verification also completed in 2015 itself. Till now the insured amount was not received. Please do the needful on urgent basis.

My p.L.I. Policy no. Aps - 285321 - a was forwarded for payment on maturity by f.P.O. No. 624 vide their letter no.. 624 / pli / fpo dated 11 march, 2016.

An amount of rs.3, 98, 200/- was sanctioned vide their sanction memo no. Maturity / 36829 / aps - 285321 - a / (Key-id408762 dated 22 march 2016

I am sorry to say that i have not yet received the payment even after a lapse of more than a month from maturity date.

Kly. Arrange payment of maturity amount with higher rate of interest for delayed period of more than a month.

I had taken a pli policy no. 768461 with premium rs 435/- per month since august 2006 till date . Premium is continously deducting from my salary directly, but no bond form received by me till date after lapse of approx 08 years. At this time i am serving in composite hospital bsf shillong. I have send three letter vide letter no.Pers/ch/bsf/shg/pli/2015/01 dated 13 feb 2015 and .Pers/ch/bsf/shg/pli/2015/02 dated 17 april 2015 and emails also. I had recieved two letters form the department of post office of cpmg, adm(Pli) delhi circle new delhi-110001.The reply are not any good responds it is therefore request clarify the matter at the earlist and send me bond form in my present address.

Manager cpc(pli) chowk head post office Lucknow rejected maturity claim of policy no UP-116652-B&UP-116658-B on the ground that 36 premium not deposited my plea is that although the policies discontinued in Jan 2007.I waited for full 8 years so I may ask forpayment. Now the PO is not paying the dues and has confisicated my pass books and is not returning original policy bonds.My request is the amount deposited by me should be returned.From appox one year correspondence with is going on but the claim has not been settled

My name is Vinit Vijay Sawant and I am a serving soldier of Indian Army, currently serving at Pune. My PLI Policy No is APS[protected] L. Date of commencement of the policy is 13 May 2010. I have surrendered the said policy on 16 Nov 2015 to 949 FPO in Pune. After waiting for 02 months i did not get any response from the PLI office nor any cheque or any letter. After calling to PLI Directorate in Delhi I got to know that the first 04 premiers of my policy have not been received from the PLI. So they told me to fwd them the details of the premiers deducted from May 2010 to Aug 2010 from my PAO. I got those details and fwd the same duly attested from the Officer Commanding on 06 Feb 16 by speed post. Has I have also registered complaint at the PLI Directorate in Delhi. My complaint no is 10476.

I tried calling the PLI helpline in Delhi afterwards to know the status of my case. though I have told them earlier that I am in need of money and that is the reason behind why I am surrendering my policy. But now whenever I call on the helpline, the call is not received or gone unanswered several times on both the landline numbers.

I am seriously in financial problem and feeling helpless because I am not getting my own money. I hope this complaint will help me and solve my problem at the earliest.

I joined PLI through APO(Army Post Office). My premium was deducted from my pay through PAO(OR) Corps of Signals since Dec 15. I retired from army on 1 Jan 16. I applied for issue of pass book to remit premium from Chalissery (POST Office[protected] in palakkad (Dist) Kerala. But the pass book is not yet get. I remitted the premium for Jan and Feb in 1 CBPO directly w/o pass book. pls arrange an early issue of my pass book to the above said PO (679536). Sir, I am subscribing to the PLI Policy (Sumangal) No. AP AEA 388329 R and the date of commencement of the Policy is 22nd November 2009. The sum assured is Rs.500000 laks and monthly premium is Rs.3475/- recovery is through my salary .
My first survival benefit due on November 2015 to claim the first survival benefit the Original Policy along with Salary recovery statement is submitted to GUNTAKAL HEAD POST MASTER in his office and taken acknowledgement.
Though it is completed more than three months the first survival benefit is not relieved so far. And they are telling that the policy is not updated and waiting for head office instruction.
It is surprise to know that the Policy is running since 2009 and no PLI official either checked or monitor the policy . And only they will check the policy when the customer claims from them. If the salary recovery is not monitered and unable to monitor by them why the accepted the policy .
It is very sad to say that though it is submitted three months back no PLI official is interested in settling the case. Now it is creating mental tension by thinking the feature of the policy which is maintained by these officials who are unable to update a policy which is started on 2009.
It is request to settle the case early to avoid further legal action agains the Department of the post who is maintaining these PLI Policies they should immediatly provide the phone messages to the policy holders about the due date of Premium and premium recieved message.
Submitting for necessary action in updating the policies and early settling the case. If a problem is not solved here a case may filed against the Depeartmet of the Post for paying Survival benefits.

Iam working as office superintendent in Indian Railways at Guntakal in the office of Senior Divisional operations Manager sc Railway Guntakal.
Sir I am subscribing to PLI (Sumangal) policy the sum assured is 500000 and monthly premium is 3475 and premium recovery is through my salary and my Policy No is AP AEA 328329 R and and my first survival benefit is due on November 2015 and i have claimed and submitted the policy at Guntakal 515801 Head post office. Though three months over my First survival benefit not received. Though every month the premium is deducted from my salary they replied that the premium recovery is not updated again I also submitted the recovery statement from my Pay Officer. After doing all effort they again saying that the issue is with Higher level. And clarification is awaited.
I like to submit that please take necessary action and arrange early payment of my first survival benefit.

Dear Sir,

Is there any system of resolution of complaints in the Postal Department? After maturity and even after lapse of five months no body listen the complaint and not even taking interest in refund of money.

PLI policy NO.GJ-455054-B Sum insured Rs.2.00 lac.
