Some of the dress material i have purchased from pothys is very worst in quality even though it cost around 2500/single dress... They din't give me the correct explanation for that......

Have ordered a Saree on 29th Jan 2023 and to be delivered at Mumbai. Haven't got any delivery update and after a week's time. Referred the matter with their Customer service and they informed that they would take up the matter with the courier partner Trackon Couriers. Everytime we had an issue while shop in pothys with pothys e voucher. This is not the first time and every time they telling its a server error. If you can't able to fix ur problem. Why you giving such Vouchers to customer i[censored]r servers had problems with the coupan. I fed up with your service. This is how you treat your customer.
