I have been a regular customer of Pothysmart for years now, and have even recommended it to my friends for quality of service. However, in the past few months, the quality of both vegetables/fruits delivered and customer service has reached rock bottom. The customer service person told me this morning that her manager had instructed th team not to deliver to me as I complain and return too much. I work for a private organization too, and if I treated a customer like that, I'll face disciplinary action bare minimum, and may even lose my job. But then again, maybe Pothys has too many customers and so don't mind losing a few. I am referring to your TNagar branch.
Needless to say, I have cancelled my order.

I have purchased sarees on 7 th may 2023 in tirunelveli and I made payment through gpay.Your shop sales boy payment has been not received in your account.Amount as been deducted from my account and I haven't received any refund in my bank account.Kindly verify your bank statements and refund my paymnt of rs 1980

Today (06/05/2023) myself and my family members visited your Pothys chrompet (jamin pallvaram ) branch and at 7th floor purchased Panasonic Mixe
After paying Rs 8365, your staff member denied to delivers the item because there is no stick and they treated very badly myself and my family members.
They also told that they will not reimburse the money.
We need moxie very urgent and request you the mixer to be delivered at the earliest to my home address we already shared.

Treatment of customers by your staff member is so bad and we waited more than 3 hours and going up and down no response.
If items are not delivered, I am planning to put serious case in supreme court and central consumer grievance.
I hereby request you to take serious action and deliver the goods by today itself.

I am regular customer to purchase in Pondicherry pothys. But yesterday I felt (29.04.2023) very ashamed to purchase this kind of shop.paid sticker not sticked in idly rice is not my fault.it's only responsibility is your biller and checker. But they treated like theft . I was vexed.bill no. 1054236.

I bought a Black Safari Travel bag model Swift Plus 59 4W on 26April2023, before the travel, the runner of the bag was not working .I approached Ptoheys on 29April2023 for a quick replacement as i have to travel. Pothys directed me to OEM to get replacement, as Ashok (pothys sales person) asked me to leave the bag for service. As i had planned travel and the bag was new i could not do so and abandoned the usage of the travel bag worth Rs 3, 499/-

Yesterday (23/04/2023) around 17:45 hrs, I purchased a product from Pothys, Chromepet, and gave my SBI card for payment. First the person at the counter swiped my card and said that his machine responds, ' Transaction declined'. He again tried it with another from adjacent counter and this time the transaction was successful.
After some time only I got the message from the bank stating two debits were made from my account for Rs31800.
I kindly request you to look into the issue and revert back the amount to me immediately.

When asked for a trial for the white T shirt, the staffs and security person didn't allow it in the first place, later when enquired about it their response is quite rude and felt so hesitant about it. If you had made certain rules please make sure you explain your staffs in detail about it and educated them to be polite enough to explain it to the customers

Very very bad material in churidar

I bought apple on 17/4/23. Today I cut apple to eat. But I am so disappointed. So please refund the amount.

Atta hed are all the images for your reference. Please help me with this order. Either accept the return or give me exchange. Don't penalize the customer who with so much trust place an order with you. I am hopeful that you will act ethically. Myntra might not be trusted but Pothys is a trusted brand and i want to be loyal to it. I have sent an email to Pothys enquires ID too.

I got purchased 10000 worth of saree in pothys but that saree quality was worst and I got defect in that I visited shop but I didn’t get correct response with them.

Some of the dress material i have purchased from pothys is very worst in quality even though it cost around 2500/single dress... They din't give me the correct explanation for that...

I bought slippers in pothys pondicherry.in that I have quality issue.i bought that slipper for 800rs but it Torn after my one use.i am totally disappointed

I bought goods from pothys on 17 Feb 2023. I paid the bill amount of 5999/- with my debit card. The cash person made me enter card details in card machine and after few moments said that card didn’t go through, never shared any transaction unsuccesful receipt; And inserts my card in another machine. And asks for the pin again and confirms transaction succesful.
I immediately checked my bank details I realised that amount has...

Got saree on[protected] ...We went to change the saree worth Rs 1695/- telling them that we want to go for different one today[protected]

But the answer from the Floor manager was - the floding is not right - hence we cannot exchange - whish was a abrupt answer, how we can flod the saree like the way they professionaly do it.

Pothys managment has to really take care of this issue - i felt that this is the first saree that they have got for return in so many years of busines and they cant take the return ... we have not even taken the pinned billed in the saree .

That floor manager words and answer was not right - they way he repiled was not incorrect ... He is not a right person to be as a floor manager - or else he has to get trained to talk the guest .

Even now i dont know how any person who is takinhg the saree can give the same way floding ...

In case if we gift a saree for some one - or getting for someone far off - they will open the saree and see - incase if they dont like it - they will return ...but folding wont be the excat way..

If Pothys has got a rule - Pls write down in black and white board in front of your shop - mentioning - Pls bring saree the way we flod and give for exchange or put a policy - that return is not acceted.

There are so many Saree shops equivalent to Pothys ...I dont think so other shops follow such way.

Have ordered a Saree on 29th Jan 2023 and to be delivered at Mumbai. Haven't got any delivery update and after a week's time. Referred the matter with their Customer service and they informed that they would take up the matter with the courier partner Trackon Couriers. I took the consignment number and checked with Trackon Courier and it seems the parcel has reached them on 1st Feb 2023 itself and that too 2-3 kms from my residence. However they have not delivered the article till 6th Feb 2023. When I asked their call centre about this issue, they are just saying the same thing that the issue got raised with the courier partner and they are not interested in listening to us and there is no monitoring of the courier delivery at their end. After raising the issue in their portal, they are updating that they do not have delivery boy to deliver the parcel. However they are not at all picking the call and either disconnect our call or do not answer. After multiple follow up, somebody picks up and gave another number to get in touch with them. Subsequent follow up with other person, it seems they have directed the parcel to another Hub to deliver the parcel and they also do not have time to deliver the article. Subsequently I have personally visited by spending an auto fare of around Rs.160/- to collect the parcel from their Hub on 7th Feb 2023. Totally mis-managed courier partner and pathetic service by Pothys. This would be my first and last order through online with them.

He said my card went through in second card reader and bill paid.
After I got home and checked my bank details I realised that amount has been deducted twice for same bill. I called up store again and they said amount will be credited shortly. But till now I didn’t receive it.
Kindly look into this issue and credit my money back into my account at the earliest.

Hi...I'm from Krishnagiri..I traveled nearly 100 kms to salem pothys with my family for pongal purchase...we purchased clothes for kids and women...in that, in women's section..we selected some tops ..then a staff came and asked clothes for billing...we gave them and we moved to see some other stuffs...they didn't bill that and didn't get it...even after we reminded her once...finally they didn't bill that and we lost the clothes...Also the same thing happened in kids section...we reminded them and made them to bill the clothes...we purchased more clothes.so we couldn't check particularly everything and also time's up there.After we reached home, we took the bag to see the clothes we bought...we really upset after finding the clothes missed...then we checked and called the customer care number...they didn't attend the call.
If the staffs cannot able to bill the clothes, we can do that right...Am I wrong?...Really we got upset.

I buy men’s t shirts ..22/12/2022 in Trichy Pothys.. I came Canada on Christmas now the t shirt … the material not stretchable .. no one can wear that … now I cannot come for exchange almost it’s cost 350 rs …
